無印良品で愛用品と気になるアイテムを購入してみました。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、無印で愛用品と気になっているものを買ってきました。 無印って本当に優秀なもの多いですよね。もちろん化粧品もそうだし、雑貨もお料理に使えるものだったり、本当にいっぱいあって、私、結構無印愛用してるんですよ。なので今日は私が愛用しているものだったり、あれこれいいじゃないって言った気になるものを皆さんにご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 今回こんな感じで全部で13点、気がついたら買ってました。なのでまずは私がいつも愛用しているものからのほうがいいですよね。 まずはこちらです。ブラシペンシルスタンドです。これ結構愛用してる人多いと思うんですが、ブラシペンシルスタンドって書いてあるので、例えばこんな感じで自分のメイクするところに筆だったりをこういうふうに置いてたりとか、長いやつはアイラインとかマスカラっていう感じで置いてたりしています。 もう一個同じようなものなんですが、こちらはコットンとか綿棒を入れてくださいっていうアイテムなんですが、私はこれの丸と四角っていうだけじゃなくて高さがちょっと違うんですよね。なのでこのペンシルスタンドの方はこうやって筆だったりを入れています。あと高い方にはアイラインとかマスカラとかを全体的に入れてるんですが、このコットン入れの方にはリップを入れてます。リップってどこに行っちゃうかわかんないんで、こういう感じでリップを並べておいておくと、例えば裏にしておくとこの番号が一目でわかるので、これが何色のリップが入っているかっていうのもわかるんですね。なのでこういう感じでリップをバラバラと置くんじゃなくて、しっかりとこういうふうに並べておいておくので、これは本当昔から愛用してて、なくなると追加で買うような愛用品2つになります。 次も収納のものになるんですが、今回3つも買っちゃいました。こちらです。柔らかポリエチレンケース ハーフの中サイズになります。私はこの中に実は化粧品を入れています。いろんな化粧品を試すことが多いので、例えばここに洗顔ってラベルを貼って洗顔の粉を置いたりとか、化粧水ってつけて各メーカーの化粧水を入れていたり、あとはクレ・ド・ポーって書いてクレ・ド・ポーの製品を置くとか、あとビオレって書いてビオレのものを置くとか、メーカー縛りだったりアイテム縛りだったりで置いておくと、例えばお仕事で使おうと思った時に、「このメーカーのものはこれね」「ポーラさんのものはこれね」っていうふうに見ることもできますし、あとは何かレビューをする時にも、このアイテムごとだったりメーカーごとに分かれているとそのレビューの時にピックアップしやすいので、これは前はちょっと大きめのものを買って大きめのものにバサーって入れてたんですけれども、なかなか見つからなかったりするので、中くらいのものにして各メーカーだったりとか各アイテムごとに分けた方が見やすいなっていうことが最近わかったので、大きいものではなくてこの中くらいのものでちょっと深いものを購入して、何個もこれに入れている感じになります。 続いても収納のものになります。こちらです。長方形バスケット スリムになります。実は私これ初めて今回、これいいんじゃないと思って買ってみました。どんなものかっていうと、こういう感じの取っ手がついていて、中はこんな感じになります。私これで何をしようかなと思ったのは、さっきのこのハーフのケースあるじゃないですか、この中に化粧品を入れて各メーカーとかアイテムごとに置いていこうと思ったんですけれども、この柔らかいプラスチックじゃなくて、もしかしたらこっちの方が使えたりするのかなと思って。持ち運びができるから、どっか撮影の時に持っていく時にはここからわざわざ入れ替えずにこのまま持っていけるのかな?どうなんだろう?使えるのかな?と思って、試しにどっちの方が使い勝手がいいかを見るために買ってみました。結構長いので、もしちょっと化粧品を入れるのがあんまり使い勝手が悪いなと思っても、こんだけ間口があるじゃないですか。だから、例えば子どもたちとお出かけする時に、いろんなものを入れてベビーカーのところにポンとかけておいたりとかもできるなと思って。もし化粧品の収納に使わなくても、これ絶対何かしらを収納できるなと思って。これはちょっとお試しだけれども、絶対使えるなと思って買ってみました。 続いてはこちらになります。これはもうすごく有名だと思うんですが、お箸になります。お箸っていろんなメーカーさんからも出てるし、お箸専門店とかもあるんですが、私はこの無印のお箸がすごく大好きで、ベイヒバ・イエローシダーっていうのかな、ウッドの中でもちょっと柔らかいテイストのものが好きです。使いやすさもそうだし、この先が細くなっているので、米とかも一粒一粒取れるんですが、なんといっても安い!お箸って結構汚れたりしません?子どもたち噛んだりとかもするし、しっかり洗っていてもどうしてもダメになっちゃう消耗品だと思うんですよ。もちろんそれを長く大切に使うのもいいんですけども、どうしても消耗した時に買い換えるのに躊躇しないっていう意味では、本当にうちはこれを何回リピートして買ってるか分からないぐらい愛用しているお箸になります。 続いてもちょっと関連するというか、お料理のものになるんですが、こちらです。炊き込みご飯の素、沖縄風豚角煮ご飯になります。沖縄の人だったら分かると思うんですけど、豚の炊き込みご飯っていうのは私はジューシーご飯っていうんですね。豚の角煮だったり、ひじきだったり、椎茸だったりとか、いろんなものを入れて混ぜご飯風に炊き込むんですけれども、これも沖縄ではポピュラーなものなんですよ。だけどね、結構作るのがめんどくさいというか、混ぜご飯って一個一個味をつけたりとかしなきゃいけないじゃないですか。沖縄だったらそのジューシーの素みたいな、そういうもの多いんですけれども、この無印の沖縄風豚角煮ご飯ですけども、いわゆるジューシーご飯の素ができてるなんて、すごい私驚きだったんですよ。ジューシーご飯がめちゃくちゃメジャーになってると思って。なので今回これは初めて買ってみたんですが、本当にお米の中にこれを入れて、水を入れて炊くだけなので、ソースにシークヮーサーソースを混ぜてお召し上がりくださいって、シークヮーサーソースまでついてるんですよ。なんか本格的じゃないですか。沖縄に帰省した時に子どもたちジューシーご飯すごく大好きなので、これで簡単に作れたらいいなと思って今回買ってみました。 次は私の大好きなおやつ2つになります。まず1つがこちら。そのままミックスナッツになります。ダイエットしてたりとか、綺麗な人はナッツ食べてるみたいな感じですよね。私が綺麗とかじゃないんですけど、やっぱりナッツって、例えばくるみだったらダイエット効果が認められていたりとか、あとはアーモンドにも不飽和脂肪酸入ってますから、ちょっとお腹が空いた時に不飽和脂肪酸を入れることによってオートファジーというものが活性化されるということも言われていたりとか、本当に私が言うまでもなくアーモンドとかナッツっていうのは体にいいんですね。なんですが、物によってはちょっとコーティングされてお塩がついてたりとか、甘い砂糖がついてたりとかして、そのままっていうのは最近ではポピュラーになってきたんですけれども、これはもちろんそういう余分なものは入ってない。そのままなのでミックスになります。開けた後にここにチャックになってるんですよ。だから食べてチャックしてっていうことができるので、結構診療中とか撮影中とか、ご飯が食べられないんだけどグーってなると恥ずかしい時とかにはこれを忍ばせて食べております。 そしてもう一つのおやつがこちらです。こちらきなこ玉になります。甘みがどうしても欲しいよっていう時にこちらを食べてるんですが、これは水飴とお砂糖と黒糖でできていて、もちろんお砂糖の塊っちゃ塊なんですけれども、前に私が避ける食品の中でブドウ糖、果糖っていうふうに言ったんですが、そうではなくてちゃんと黒糖だったり水飴だったりお砂糖だったりっていうシンプルなお砂糖というか、昔ながらあるお砂糖なので、私はお砂糖絶対食べちゃダメだとは思ってないんですよ。やっぱり糖分ってすごく大事ですからね。でもその糖分の種類としてやっぱり加工された糖分じゃなくて、昔ながらのものを使いましょうよということなので、プラスこれにはきなこもついてるので、たんぱく質なんですね。きなこっていうのは大豆からできるので。だからちょっとではありますけども、たんぱく質も取りながら糖分も、昔ながら余計なものがないということで、ちょっと小腹が空いたらこちらを食べるようにしています。 最後は美容グッズというかお化粧品になります。無印の化粧品をいろいろ紹介してほしいっていうコメントもあって、いつかちゃんと無印の化粧品を成分見ながらどれがいいかピックアップできたらなと思っていて、今回無印に行ったからお化粧品も見てみようということで、いろいろ見てきました。本当に無印のお化粧品って優秀でお手頃のものがいっぱいあったんですが、今回はその中でもこれいいじゃない、そして安いっていうものを2つピックアップしてみました。 1つがこちら。マイルドクレンジングジェルになります。これなんと590円なんですよ。すごくないですか?これ本当に驚きました。590円というと安いからちょっとどうかなと思ったんですけれども、ジェルクレンジングなので、もしかしたら馴染みがオイルクレンジングよりは若干落ちるかもしれないんですが、なんといってもこちらにはリピジュアという保湿成分が入っているんですね。マイルドクレンジングジェルって書いてあるので、リピジュアって洗い流しても多少は保湿効果が残ると言われているので、クレンジングオイルとかのぬるっとした感じが嫌だよとか、洗った時のつっぱり感があまり好きじゃないんですっていう方には、終わった後の保湿効果っていうのはいいんじゃないかなと。ただ、クレンジングの強さというか洗浄力としてはもしかしたらちょっと弱いかもしれないので、すっかりメイクをしている日っていうよりは、アイメイクとかはそんなにしてないんだけど、BBクリームとか、あとはファンデーションをお粉系のファンデーションだったり、そんなにカバー力っていうよりは素肌を重視したようなリキッドファンデーションっていうもののメイクの時に使うといいんじゃないかなと思って買ってみました。 続いてはこちら。エイジングケア薬用美白オールインワンゲルになります。これ一つで大丈夫ですよっていうオールインワンゲルなんですね。エイジングプラス美白って書いてあるので、何が入っているかっていうと、ビタミンCの誘導体プラストラネキサム酸も入っているんですよ。例えば乾燥が気になっていたりとか、薄いシミを予防したいっていう人にはぴったりだなと思うし、プラスコラーゲンとかあとはセラミド。多分このセラミドは人セラミドとかではなくて人工のセラミドだとは思うんですけども、とはいってもしっかりと保湿成分も入っているので、塗った感じちょっとお試しをさせてもらったんですけれども、とろっとしたテクスチャーで塗ってもスーッとなじむし、そんなに嫌なベタつきじゃない。ちゃんと膜を張っているような感じがするんですよ。私はこのオールインワンゲル、成分もいいと思ったんですが、洗顔フォームみたいなこうやって出すでしょ。オールインワンってこういう系多いじゃないですか。もちろんそれはそれでいいんですよ。自分の手だけだし、ちゃんと手を洗ってから使えばいいし、あとはスパチュラを使うと清潔性保てるんですけれども、なかなか大変な時ってあるじゃないですか。でもこれだと中を清潔のままオールインワンが出せてしっかりと保湿ができるなという意味では、そんなにオールインワンでこの形って意外とありそうでなかったという意味でもいいなと思って購入してみました。 そして最後の1品はこちらになります。ローションシート部分用になります。こういう感じのコットンパフになります。これはローションパックができて、ローションパックのやつってお顔の目と鼻のところとかが空いてるっていうのが主流だとか普通だと思うんですけど、これはこうやってポイント使いして使えるっていうものなんですね。私いつもお顔に地図を作りましょうって言うじゃないですか。例えばテカテカしてるとこ、この辺はシミが気になるところ、ここニキビが気になるところ、毛穴が気になるところってあると思うので、例えば化粧水でこの部分だけはここには毛穴の開きが気になるようなローションをちょっと塗りたいなと思うときには、ここにビタミンCの入ったような化粧水をコットンにして乗せておくとか。シミが気になる場所にはトラネキサム酸だったり、ビタミンCだったりが配合しているのをここの部分に貼ってみようとか。例えばこのお鼻の横、毛穴めっちゃ気になるよっていうときには速攻型のビタミンCが入っているようなローションをつけてピッと貼ったりとか。あとは目の下とかって乾燥のシワが多いじゃないですか。この乾燥のところにはセラミドだったりヒアルロン酸だったり、あとはライスパワーの乾燥を改善するような成分が入ったものをちょっとローションパックにしてつけておけば、全部同じローションじゃなくて部分使いで成分を分けて使うことができるなと思ったので、なかなかありそうでなかった。普通の四角いものだとこのキワの部分って意外とフィットしないんですよ。だからそういうフィット感というか部分的にきちんと形状的にきちんと貼れるっていうだけじゃなくて、そのローションの種類を分けて部分使いできるっていうのも意外とこれ使えそうと思って、今回初めてだったんですけど買ってみました。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I bought some of my go-to favorites and a few items I've been curious about from MUJI. MUJI really has so many excellent products, doesn't it? Of course there's cosmetics, but also household goods and cooking items - there's really so much, and I use MUJI products quite a lot myself. So today I'd like to introduce you to items I use regularly, as well as some things I picked up thinking "oh, this looks good," so please watch until the end. This time I ended up buying 13 items in total before I even realized it. So let's start with the things I always use regularly, shall we? First up is this - the Brush Pencil Stand. I think a lot of people use this regularly. Since it's labeled as a brush pencil stand, I use it like this - placing brushes in my makeup area, and putting longer items like eyeliner and mascara in the taller section. There's another similar item - this one is meant for cotton pads and cotton swabs. But mine isn't just round versus square, the heights are actually a bit different. So I put brushes and such in the pencil stand side. The taller one holds eyeliner and mascara overall, while I put lipsticks in this cotton holder side. Lipsticks tend to get lost, so lining them up like this and keeping the labels facing outward lets me see the numbers at a glance, so I know what color lipstick is in each one. So rather than scattering lipsticks around, I keep them neatly lined up like this. I've used these for ages, and whenever I run out I buy more - these are two of my go-to favorites. Next is also a storage item, and I bought three of these this time. This is the Soft Polyethylene Case, Half, Medium size. I actually use these to store cosmetics. Since I try out a lot of different products, I'll label one "cleansing" and put cleansing powders in it, or label one "toner" and put various brands of toner in it, or write "Clé de Peau" and put Clé de Peau products in, or write "Biore" and put Biore products in - organizing either by brand or by item type. This way, when I want to use something for work, I can easily see "this is from this brand" or "this is Pola's product." Also when doing reviews, having things separated by item or by brand makes it easier to pick things out for the review. I used to buy bigger ones and just toss everything in, but I could never find things easily, so I recently realized that medium-sized ones, organized by brand or item, are easier to navigate. So instead of the large size, I bought this medium, slightly deep size, and I have several of these filled with products. Next is also a storage item. This is the Rectangular Basket, Slim. Actually, this is my first time trying this - I thought it looked good and bought it. It has a handle like this, and the inside looks like this. What I was thinking of using this for is - remember that half-size case I mentioned? I was planning to put cosmetics in it organized by brand or item, but I wondered if maybe this one, instead of that soft plastic case, might actually work better. Since it's portable, I thought maybe when I need to bring things to a filming location, I could just carry this as-is without having to transfer everything. I wasn't sure if it would actually work, so I bought it to test out which one would be more practical. It's quite long, so even if it doesn't work great for cosmetics, it has quite a wide opening, so I thought - for example, when going out with the kids, I could put various things in it and just hook it onto the stroller. Even if I don't end up using it for cosmetic storage, I'm sure it can definitely be used to store something. So this was a bit of an experiment, but I was confident it would be useful, so I bought it. Next is this one. I think this is quite famous - chopsticks. There are so many brands making chopsticks, and there are even specialty chopstick shops, but I really love these MUJI chopsticks. I believe they're Bay Hiba/Yellow Cedar wood - a type with a softer wood texture that I like. Besides being easy to use, the tips are narrow so you can pick up individual grains of rice, but above all, they're cheap! Don't chopsticks get dirty pretty easily? Kids chew on them, and even with thorough washing, they inevitably wear out - they're a consumable item, right? Of course it's nice to take good care of things and use them for a long time, but in terms of not hesitating to replace them once they're worn out, these are chopsticks I use so much I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased them. Next is also somewhat related - a cooking item. This is the Seasoned Rice Mix, Okinawan Style Braised Pork Rice. If you're from Okinawa, you'll know that this pork rice pilaf is called "jushii gohan" (juicy rice). You put in braised pork belly, hijiki seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, and various other ingredients to make a mixed rice pilaf - this is also a popular dish in Okinawa. But making it is quite a hassle, isn't it? With mixed rice, you have to season each ingredient individually. In Okinawa, there are premade "jushii" seasoning mixes for this kind of thing, but I was genuinely surprised that MUJI has this Okinawan-style braised pork rice mix - essentially a jushii gohan mix. I thought, wow, jushii gohan has really gone mainstream! So this is my first time buying it - you really just add it to the rice, add water, and cook it. It even comes with a shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus) sauce to mix in and eat with - it even comes with shikuwasa sauce! Doesn't that feel authentic? Since my kids love jushii gohan so much, I thought this would be great to make easily when we visit family in Okinawa, so I bought it this time. Next are two of my favorite snacks. First is this - Mixed Nuts, Unseasoned. When people are dieting or trying to look beautiful, they eat nuts, right? Not that I'm claiming to be beautiful myself, but nuts really are good for you - walnuts, for example, have recognized diet benefits, and almonds contain unsaturated fatty acids, and it's said that when you're a bit hungry, consuming unsaturated fatty acids can activate something called autophagy. Really, I don't even need to say it - almonds and nuts are good for your body. However, some products are coated with salt or sweetened with sugar, and "plain/unseasoned" has become more popular recently. Of course, this one doesn't have any of those extra additions - it's plain, so it's a "mix." After opening it, there's a zip closure here, so you can eat some and zip it back up. This is great for times during clinic hours or filming when I can't eat but my stomach growls embarrassingly - I sneak these in to eat. And here's the other snack - Kinako Dama (soybean flour candy balls). When I absolutely need something sweet, I eat these. They're made with starch syrup, sugar, and brown sugar - of course it's essentially a lump of sugar, but earlier I mentioned foods I avoid, like glucose and fructose - this isn't that. It's properly made with simple, old-fashioned sugars like brown sugar and starch syrup. I don't think sugar should be avoided entirely - sugar intake is actually very important. But regarding the type of sugar, it's better to use traditional sugars rather than processed ones. Plus, these have kinako (soybean flour) in them too, which provides protein since kinako is made from soybeans. So even though it's just a little bit, you get some protein along with the sugar, made with traditional, no-extra-additives ingredients - I eat these when I get a bit peckish. Lastly, beauty items - or rather, cosmetics. I've gotten comments asking me to introduce various MUJI cosmetics, and I've been thinking that someday I'd like to properly look at the ingredients of MUJI cosmetics and pick out the good ones. Since I was at MUJI anyway, I decided to check out the cosmetics section too, and looked around quite a bit. MUJI cosmetics really are excellent and there are so many affordable options, but this time I picked out two that I thought were particularly good and affordable. First is this - the Mild Cleansing Gel. It's only 590 yen! Isn't that amazing? I was honestly surprised. At 590 yen, I wondered if it might be too cheap to be good, but since it's a gel cleanser, the ability to dissolve makeup might be slightly less than an oil cleanser. However, what's notable is that it contains a moisturizing ingredient called Lipidure. Since it's labeled as a mild cleansing gel, Lipidure is said to leave some moisturizing effect even after rinsing off, so for people who don't like the slippery feeling of cleansing oils, or who dislike that tight feeling after washing, the post-cleansing moisture retention could be a real plus. However, in terms of cleansing strength, it might be a bit weaker, so rather than for days with full makeup, I think it would work well for days when you're not wearing much eye makeup, using BB cream, powder-based foundation, or liquid foundations that focus more on a natural skin look rather than heavy coverage. That's why I decided to buy it. Next is this - the Aging Care Medicated Whitening All-in-One Gel. This is an all-in-one gel meant to cover everything in one product. It says "Aging Care Plus Whitening," and what's inside includes a Vitamin C derivative plus tranexamic acid. I think this would be perfect for people concerned about dryness or wanting to prevent faint spots/blemishes. Plus it contains collagen and ceramide - though this ceramide is probably synthetic rather than human-type ceramide. Even so, it does contain solid moisturizing ingredients. When I tried applying it, the texture was thick and smooth, it absorbed nicely without an unpleasant stickiness, and it felt like it formed a proper protective film on the skin. I liked the ingredients in this all-in-one gel, but also - you know how all-in-one products often come in a pump-dispenser format like a cleansing foam? Of course that's fine too - you just need to wash your hands first, or use a spatula to keep things sanitary, but that can be a hassle sometimes. With this one, though, you can dispense the all-in-one product while keeping the inside sanitary, and get solid moisturizing benefits - in that sense, this particular pump format for an all-in-one product is something that seems like it should exist but rarely does, which is why I thought it was a good product and purchased it. And the final item is this - the Lotion Sheet, For Partial Use. It's a cotton pad shaped like this. This is meant for lotion masking, and typically lotion masks have openings for the eyes and nose as standard, but this one is designed to be used in specific spot areas. I always talk about creating a "map" of your face, right? For example, areas that are oily, areas prone to spots, areas prone to acne, areas with concerning pores. So when you want to apply, say, a pore-tightening lotion specifically to one area, you can soak a cotton pad with a Vitamin C-containing lotion and place it there. For areas concerned about spots, you could apply a pad soaked in tranexamic acid or Vitamin C lotion to that specific spot. For example, next to the nose where pores are a big concern, you could apply a fast-acting Vitamin C lotion pad right there. And under the eyes, where dryness wrinkles tend to form, you could use a lotion pack with ceramide, hyaluronic acid, or rice-power ingredients that improve dryness. This way, instead of using the same lotion everywhere, you can use different ingredients in different spots depending on your needs - I thought this was a clever idea that seemed like it should exist but usually doesn't. With regular square-shaped pads, they don't actually fit well around contoured areas of the face. So beyond just the fit and shape matching properly to different areas, being able to use different lotion types for different spots seemed genuinely useful, so I bought it for the first time this go-around. I didn't have much time this time, so on top of my usual purchases, I quickly grabbed a few extra things. I'm sure MUJI has endless possibilities and endless wonderful items, so if there's something I forgot to buy, or something you think is great, please let me know in the comments!
