小顔芸能人ベスト3

皆さんこんにちは。内科皮膚科医の友利新です。 今日は皆さんが気になる小顔についてお話ししたいと思うんですが、その中でも私が見て驚いた小顔芸能人ベスト3をお話ししたいと思います。 小顔って永遠の憧れですよね。もちろん小顔になるためにクリニックでも、例えばたるみ予防の配布だったりとか、糸ミラーを当てたりとか、あとはエラにボトックスを打つというような施術もあったりするんですが、やはり骨格が小さい方というのは本当にいらっしゃっていて、特に芸能人の方、本当にお顔が小さい人多いです。私が実際にお会いして、すごいびっくりした方3人をお話ししようかなと思っています。 その前に、小顔ってどこから見て小顔なの?ということがあるんですが、実は日本人頭部寸法データベースというのがありまして、日本人の平均のお顔の大きさというのが分かっているんですね。男性は縦が23.2センチ、横がこめかみからこめかみまで16.1センチというのがだいたいの平均と言われていて、女性は縦が21.8センチ、横、こめかみからこめかみまでが15.3センチというのが平均的なデータベースとして分かっているので、それよりも小さければ小顔と言えますし、それよりもちょっと大きければ小顔じゃないなということが分かると思います。 では早速、私が見た小顔芸能人ベスト3、第3位は吉川ひなのちゃんです。 皆さん、ひなのさんって私たち同年代なんですが、最初出てきた時には日本人と思えないくらい手足が長くて顔が小さくて、伝説の美少女みたいな感じの広告で出てきたと思うんですが、私、何度か友人を介してお話しというか、お会いさせていただいたことあるんですが、本当初めて見た時、びっくりするくらい顔が小さいんですよ。顔の小ささって、もちろん大きさというか骨格、さっき言った平均的な顔の小ささというのもあるんですが、それを引き立たせるのは実はバランスというのもあって、目の位置だったり鼻の位置だったり、黄金バランスというのがしっかり整っていると、実は平均的より大きくても小顔に見えるということもあるんですね。ひなのさんってもちろん元々顔もめちゃくちゃ小さいんですけれども、目が大きかったりとか目の配置のバランスがすごくベストバランスなので、それでより小顔に見えるということがあるんじゃないかなと思っています。 次、私が見た小顔芸能人ベスト3第2位はダレノガレ明美ちゃんになります。 実は明美ちゃんよくツイッターとかでもお話つぶやいてくれてたんですが、私が勤めているクリニックにもピーリングだったりとか脱毛とかで通ってくれていて、私も実際に何回もお会いして、顔をこうやって間近で見たことがあるんですけど、自分の手と比べようかなと思ったぐらい。私の手よりもたぶんちっちゃいんじゃないかなというぐらい本当にお顔が小さいんですよ。もちろん明美ちゃんも本当に鼻とかめちゃめちゃ綺麗じゃないですか。整っているし、目鼻立ちもしっかりしていて顔のバランスもすごく整っているんですが、もう一つ明美ちゃんの小顔に見える理由は肌の綺麗さなんですね。やっぱり明美ちゃんって美意識もすごく高くて、メイクだったりとかスキンケアにも本当に力を入れていて、最近ではご自身でサロンだったりとかクリニックをプロデュースしたりということもされていらっしゃるんですが、それぐらいやっぱりスキンケアっていうのに肌質っていうのにご自身注目しているんじゃないかなと思うので、骨格としての顔の小ささ、そしてバランス、目とか鼻の黄金バランスに加えて、やっぱり肌の透明感というものがあるので、やっぱりそういう意味では圧倒的に顔が小さくて綺麗っていう印象が強いんじゃないかなと思います。 では最後に、はい、いよいよ第1位ですよ。私が見た小顔芸能人No.1は、瀬戸康史くんになります。 YouTuberの瀬戸弘司さんじゃなくて、最近結婚発表された瀬戸康史くんになります。私、YouTuberの瀬戸弘司さんも大好きなんですけど、実際残念ながらお会いしたことがないので、瀬戸さんのお顔がどうかというのはわからないんですが、私自身は瀬戸弘司さんのYouTube大好きです。 ということは置いといて、なぜ私が瀬戸康史くんに本当に顔が小さいというふうなことを思ったかというと、実は康史くんっておはスタっていう番組に長年出演されていて、私も実は一番最初のテレビのレギュラーってテレビ東京の朝はビタミンっていう番組だったんですよ。おはスタが終わった後にその朝はビタミンっていう番組があるので、毎週メイク室で一緒になることが多くて、その当時はもちろん今と本当に同じようにかっこよかったんですが、その当時からすごく気さくで本当にいい方で、私なんか初めてテレビに出るような人なのに、どうもおはようございます先生いつも早くて大変ですねとか声をかけてくれるぐらい本当に気さくないい子で、私初めてあんなに顔が小さい男の子を見たっていうぐらい。 なのでもうねパッと来た時に、その当時はまだそんなに売れてる子じゃなかったので、もしかしたらわかんない、この子が誰かわからないけれどもあまりの顔の小ささに絶対この子は芸能人だろうというかすごいモデルさんなのか、絶対この子はビッグになるというかすごい売れるんだろうなと思うぐらい、体のバランスっていうんですかね、もう黄金比どころじゃないんですよね。本当に何かマネキンみたいな顔の小ささと手足の長さで、康史くんも本当に顔、目もすごくくりぐりで、なんだろうな、こういう子供が息子がいたらいいんだろうなって、当時から思うぐらい本当に礼儀正しいし、スタイルも良くて本当に素敵な方だったので、今回ナンバーワン、ご結婚もされたということで、あの当時が本当10年ぐらい前だからかですよね。そんな康史くんがご結婚したっていうのも聞いて、それからずっとお会いしたことはないですけれども、きっとバランスの良さ、そして顔の小ささ、そして謙虚な姿勢っていうのは変わっていないんじゃないかなと思います。 今回はあんまり美容と関係なかったんですけど、ただ私が小顔だった。本当に驚いた。だって私は沖縄の宮古島から出てきたんですよ。そんな宮古島にはいなかった人種の人たちっていうんですかね。いない顔の小さい人たちっていうのが芸能界にはたくさんいて、その人たちに会って驚いたっていう、ただそれだけの話だったんですが、皆さんちょっと驚いてくれたらいいかなと思います。 これ好評だったら美肌ベスト3であったりとか美白ベスト3なんていうのもやっていけたらなと思っていますので、聞きたいなと思ったらコメント欄に希望みたいな感じで書いていただけると嬉しいです。美肌芸能人とか美白芸能人っていうのがなかったら、そんなにもなかったんだなっていうふうに足していただければなと思います。 いかがでしたか? このチャンネルではこのように美容や健康について皆さんに分かりやすく解説しているチャンネルになりますので、よかったら登録お願いします。 ではまた皆さん次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone. I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist. Today I'd like to talk about small faces, something everyone is curious about — specifically, my top 3 celebrities with small faces who really surprised me when I saw them in person. Having a small face is an eternal dream, isn't it? Of course, at clinics there are treatments aimed at achieving a smaller-looking face, such as injections to prevent sagging, thread lifts, or Botox injections into the jaw area. But there really are people whose bone structure — their skeletal frame — is genuinely small, and this is especially true among many celebrities, who really do have small faces. I'd like to talk about three people I actually met in person who really surprised me. Before that, though — from what standard do we even call a face "small"? Actually, there's something called the Japanese Head Dimensions Database, which tells us the average face size for Japanese people. For men, the average is said to be about 23.2 cm in length and 16.1 cm in width (temple to temple), and for women, it's about 21.8 cm in length and 15.3 cm in width (temple to temple). So if someone's measurements are smaller than that, you could call them small-faced, and if larger, not so much. So, without further ado, here's my top 3 small-faced celebrities. Coming in at No. 3: Hinano Yoshikawa. Hinano is actually the same generation as us, and when she first debuted, she appeared in ads looking almost not Japanese — long limbs, a tiny face, like a legendary beautiful girl. I've had the chance to meet her a few times through friends, and I was genuinely shocked at how small her face was the first time I saw her. Of course, face size comes down to bone structure — the average size I mentioned earlier — but what really brings out that smallness is balance: the position of the eyes, the position of the nose, and so on. When that "golden ratio" balance is well aligned, a face can look small even if it's technically larger than average. Hinano naturally has an incredibly small face to begin with, but her large eyes and perfectly balanced facial features also contribute to making her face look even smaller. Next, coming in at No. 2 on my list of small-faced celebrities: Darenogare Akemi. Akemi actually used to tweet about things on Twitter, and she also came to the clinic where I work for treatments like peeling and hair removal. I met her in person several times and got to see her face up close — to the point where I actually thought about comparing it to my own hand. Her face is probably even smaller than my hand — that's how small it really is. Of course, her nose and features are gorgeous, well-proportioned, with sharp features and great facial balance overall. But another reason her face looks small is the beauty of her skin. Akemi has an extremely high level of beauty consciousness, putting real effort into makeup and skincare, and these days she even produces her own salons and clinics. That level of dedication to skincare and skin quality really shows. So in addition to her naturally small bone structure and the golden balance of her eyes and nose, there's also the transparency of her skin — which is why, in that sense, she leaves an overwhelming impression of having a small, beautiful face. And finally — yes, it's time for No. 1! The celebrity I've seen with the smallest face is Koji Seto (the actor). Not the YouTuber Koji Seto, but the actor Koji Seto who recently announced his marriage. I do love the YouTuber Koji Seto too, but unfortunately I've never met him in person, so I can't speak to his face. I just want to say I really love his YouTube channel. Setting that aside — why did I think this Koji Seto (the actor) really had such a small face? Well, he appeared for many years on a show called "Oha Suta," and my very first regular TV appearance was actually on a TV Tokyo show called "Asa wa Vitamin," which aired right after Oha Suta. Because of that, we often ended up in the makeup room together every week. Even back then he was just as handsome as he is now, but he was also incredibly friendly and kind from the start. Even though I was someone appearing on TV for the first time, he'd greet me with things like, "Good morning, doctor, you're always here so early, that must be tough," — genuinely warm and approachable. It was the first time I'd ever seen a guy with such a small face. So the moment I saw him, even though he wasn't that famous yet at the time, I remember thinking, "I don't know who this kid is, but with a face this small, he's got to be some kind of celebrity or top model — he's definitely going to become huge." His body proportions were beyond golden ratio level. He genuinely had the small-faced, long-limbed look of a mannequin. Koji's eyes were also wonderfully round and big, and I remember thinking, "I wish I had a son like this," because he was so polite and had such a great physique — truly wonderful. So this time, at No. 1, and now that he's gotten married — that was probably about 10 years ago when I first met him. Hearing that Koji got married, even though I haven't seen him since, I'm sure his great balance, small face, and humble attitude haven't changed one bit. This time wasn't really about beauty topics, but I really was surprised by how small their faces were. I mean, I grew up on Miyako Island in Okinawa! There simply weren't people like that where I grew up — a whole "different breed" of people with tiny faces that you just don't see there. But in the entertainment industry, there are so many people like that, and meeting them left me astonished — that's really all this story was about. I hope it surprised you all a little too.
