SPF20の下地とSPF20のファンデーションを併用すると、SPF40になりますか？ A. 単純に足し算にはなりませんが、20よりは上がると思います。 Q. ドクター系の青みの下地は妊婦さんも使って大丈夫ですか？ A. 問題ないです。 Q. シャネルのリップは匂いが強いですか？ A. 匂いはしますが、昔のようにずっと残る感じは少なくなったと思います。 Q. ファンケルが発表した菌活機器について、老化細胞除去についてどう思いますか？ A. かなり期待しています。老化細胞の研究は今すごくホットな話題で、ファンケルさんはサプリの研究をしっかりされているので、可能性は高いと思っています。まだ論文などをしっかり確認できていないので、はっきりとは言えませんが。 Q. スキンケアにレチノールを導入しようと思っています。レチノール誘導体と純粋レチノール、どちらがいいですか？ A. 高濃度のものを使うと赤みが出る可能性（A反応）があるので、それが嫌なら誘導体を地道に使うのがいいと思います。長く使うのであればどちらでも大丈夫です。 Q. 先生、今使っているクリームは何ですか？ A. ラロッシュポゼのシカプラスト リペアクリームを本当によく使っています。ノンコメドジェニックなので、肌荒れしやすい人でも安心です。パンテノールやシカがしっかり入っているからか、赤みが落ち着いてツヤも出て、とても肌の調子がいいです。 Q. 妊娠中の肌荒れで赤みニキビにアゼライン酸はあまり効き目がないでしょうか？ A. アゼライン酸自体が悪いわけではなく、妊娠中はホルモンの影響でどうしても治りにくいので、抑えきれていないのだと思います。 Q. I feel my redness has calmed and I've gotten more glow, probably thanks to the panthenol and cica ingredients. Q: Azelaic acid doesn't seem effective for pregnancy-related redness/acne. A: It's not that azelaic acid is bad - pregnancy hormones make it hard to heal regardless of skincare efforts, so it's likely just not enough to suppress it. Q: Does ABCG Repair Serum help with firmness and brightening too? A: Yes, it contains niacinamide, vitamin C, and retinyl palmitate, so it should help. Q: My glow-effect cushion foundation loses its shine when I apply setting powder. A: Powder will reduce glow to some extent, so use very little, or avoid applying it to areas where you want to keep the shine. Q: I'm concerned about nose pores/clogged sebum, and was recommended HydraFacial, but worried it won't solve the root cause. A: If there's clogging, lasers won't work well. I recommend starting with HydraFacial 3-5 times to clear things out, then combining with treatments like Genesis or Potenza laser. Q: Does adding hyaluronic acid or repair serum to toner interfere with Wrinkle Shot ingredients absorption? A: Since the ingredients are different, they shouldn't conflict with each other. Q: About glutathione from skincare? A: Glutathione alone doesn't do much - it's best combined with vitamin C. Q: My 23-year-old daughter is worried about pores and asked about vitamin C. A: Matsukiyo's private brand "With Method Triple A" is releasing a pure vitamin C serum called "Vita C Bright Pure VC Serum" today, March 11th, for 1,980 yen. Q: My sunscreen leaves a white cast. A: Try a clear-type sunscreen like La Roche-Posay's UV Clear. Q: Have you ever sold anything on Mercari? A: I've bought things but never sold anything. Q: Do you remove makeup before night shifts? A: When I was at the university hospital, I didn't remove it. Now I wouldn't mind showing my bare face, so I'd definitely remove it.
