夏に最適 伝説のデパコス

皆さんこんにちは。内科皮膚科医の友利新です。 今日は伝説のデパコスっていうサムネイルになってるんですが、その伝説のデパコスの中でも夏に、この猛暑、そしてマスクの蒸れの中におすすめというか、もうぴったりな伝説のデパコス2つ、ご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 まずデパコスっていうと、毎シーズン新しい新商品出ますよね。それがデパコスの醍醐味であったり、私もよく言うんですけれども、すごい研究をして、デパコス、そのメーカーならではの秘伝のタレがしっかり入っていたり、特殊な処方が、技術が入っていたりっていうのを、毎シーズン毎シーズン出るのがデパコスなんですよ。 そのデパコスのそんな特徴の中でも、実はある一定層をリニューアルをしたりすることはあるんですけれども、その処方が基本あまり変わらずに、ロングセラーで売れ続けているデパコス、伝説のデパコスっていうのが実はあるんですよ。皆さんも多分聞いたことあると思うんですね。 そんな伝説のデパコスの中で、私が今回ピックアップするのは、この暑い夏。そして、マスクによるマスク蒸れだったりとか、肌荒れにおすすめというか、効果を期待できるものをご紹介したいと思います。 まず1つ目が、これみんな大好きな人も多いと思うんですが、こちらです。イプサ ザ・タイムR アクアという化粧水になります。 こちらのイプサの化粧水、大好きな方多いと思うんですが、実は多分これ4代目になるのかな？4代目になって、さらにバージョンアップしているんですが、このイプサのすごいところっていうのは、もうズバリ保湿です。そう、保湿なんですよ。 実はイプサさんっていうのは資生堂の傘下のグループになるんですね。なので、資生堂の独自技術がこれ、実はギュッと詰まっているんですよ。その名もですね、アクアプレゼンター3という保湿技術になってきます。実は資生堂独自のアクアインプールっていう保湿技術があるんですね。それをイプサさん用にちょっとまたバージョンアップしたっていうのが、このアクアプレゼンター3という技術というか成分になります。 このアクアプレゼンター3、どういったものかっていうと、ちょっと難しいので1個1個ちょっといきますね。まず、アセチルヒアルロン酸というものがキー成分になってきます。このアセチルヒアルロン酸というのは、分子量をすごく小さくしているヒアルロン酸になるんですね。そこにポリオキシエチレン14とかポリオキシプロピレン7とかジメチルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレン17、そしてポリオキシプロピレン4、ジメチルエーテルとかいろんな成分をくっつけて、そして絶妙な配合でなっているのがアクアプレゼンター3になります。 このアクアプレゼンター3がどれだけすごいかっていうと、実は保湿っていうと、補水とあと被膜を貼る、お水を入れて膜を貼るっていう2種類しなくちゃいけないじゃないですか。でも実はこのイプサの化粧水っていうのは、このアクアプレゼンター3っていう効果があるので、お水、補水も入れられるし、膜も貼れるっていうすごく1本で肌を潤わせる上に水分も維持できるような状態にするんですね。 具体的に言うと、このアクアプレゼンター3っていうのは、まずお肌に入れるじゃないですか。すると肌表面にまず角層の方に浸透していきます。その浸透していくときに、他の水分も一緒に連れていくような感じにするんですよ。なので水分をよく引き込んでいくような形にするんですね。あと、いわゆる怒りのような感じで、通常水分って入っていったらそのまんま蒸発するんですが、そのヒアルロン酸って水を抱え込む性質もあるので、その抱え込んだお水がその角層で怒りみたいな感じでずっとそこに居続けてくれるっていうような効果があるんですね。 この怒りのように水分を保持するだけじゃなくて、実はスポンジのような性質もあるので、スポンジってちょっとずつちょっとずつ押すとお水が出てくるんですよね。それと同じように角層のいろんなところでちょっとずつちょっとずつお水を入れて、その角層のある一定のところでちょっとずつちょっとずつ怒りのようにアクアプレゼンター3が置かれていくので、角層で少しずつお水を放出しながらそこに留まらせるっていうような効果があるので、すごく保湿力がめちゃめちゃ高いです。 例えばちょっとテカるとか、今みたいにものすごく猛暑でマスクをしていて皮脂がすごく活発に出ているときだったら、実はこの化粧水1本でもスキンケア終わっちゃってもいいぐらいしっかりとお水も入れるし、そのお水を蒸発させないような性質がある成分になっているんです。 プラス、これは実は医薬部外品になっていて、トラネキサム酸とグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムといって、トラネキサム酸もわかりますよね。日焼けをしたときに炎症を抑えてくれて、シミを予防する効果。あとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも炎症を抑えてくれる効果がありますよね。なので保湿だけじゃなくて、そういった美白効果も期待できる。 あともう一つが、これちょっと長いんですけど、DL-αトコフェロールとLアスコルビン酸リン酸エステルカリウム塩という、もうちょっと見ても口を噛みそうなものがあるんですが、この成分が入っているんですが、この成分はざっくり言うとビタミンCとビタミンEの共有体というか、どちらの性質もある成分になります。 なのでビタミンCと言うと皮脂を抑えてくれたり、日焼けをしたときに活性酸素が起こったときに活性酸素を抑えてくれたり、あとはこのニキビ菌を抑えてくれる効果とか、あとはターンオーバーを促してくれる効果というのもあるので、抗炎症作用であるグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、そしてトラネキサム酸というもので日焼けの害から守ってくれる美白効果も期待できる。 あとはビタミンCとビタミンEの性質を持っているものが入っているので、マスクをしててニキビができちゃったりするじゃないですか。そんなときにニキビ菌の繁殖を抑えてくれたりとか、ターンオーバーを促してくれるので、ちょっと角栓ができやすいというようなことも抑えてくれるんですね。 さっきから何回も言っているように、保水もできるし膜も張ってくれるので、ベタベタするから乳液とかそういったものをつけたくないっていう、今の時期にはこれ1本でもズバリ大丈夫っていうぐらいの本当に優秀な伝説のデパコスになります。 続いてがこちら、コスメデコルテ モイスチャーリポソームになります。実は私もこれ大好きで、どれぐらいかな？ずっと愛用している美容液の1つになります。 このモイスチャーリポソーム、名前の通りリポソームという特殊技術が使われている高生産の中のヒット中のヒット美容液になります。実はこのリポソーム、1980年代ぐらいですかね、医薬品の中でもこのリポソームという技術ってすごくいろいろ研究が進んだんですね。 このリポソームってどういうものかというと、お水にも油にも溶けるような臨時質っていうようなもののカプセルになっているんですね。このカプセルが例えば肌に入っていくとですね、徐々にお水にも油にも溶けるので、お肌ってお水の成分も油の成分もあるので、そこでちょっとずつちょっとずつ弾けて、それで中に入っている成分を本当に放出していくっていうようなものになるんですね。 これってドラッグデリバリーシステムといって、内科領域で結構1980年代に研究が進んだんですよ。これをですね、1984年だったかな、からコーセーさんというのはすごく研究して、日本で初めてリポソームっていうものをですね、化粧品に入れたんですね。 このリポソームが化粧品に入れられるっていうのは、本当にコーセーさんしかできなくて、本当に特殊技術なんですよ。これは開発秘話なんですけど、モイスチャーリポソームっていうものを作った方っていうのは、今はですね、常務取締役になっているぐらい、多分この業績が認められたと思うんですけど、そうなんですよ、常務取締役になっているぐらい、これはもう伝説の化粧品になります。 じゃあ、このリポソームっていうのがどれだけすごいかっていうとですね、さっき言ったみたいに、その肌に徐々に徐々に成分を入れていくって言ったじゃないですか。で、それだけで言うと別に普通っていう感じかもしれないんですが、もう一つですね、この徐々に徐々にいくことによって、長時間保湿効果を維持することができるっていうのが一つポイントになります。 なので、これコーセーさんの研究になるんですが、化粧水だけをつけたとき、化粧水と乳液をつけたときっていうのと、あとリポソームをつけたときっていう水分の比較をしている実験があるんですが、化粧水だけをつけるとピョンとすぐにアップして、すぐに水分量って落ちていくんですね。で、乳液も同じようにちょっと上がるんですが、徐々に徐々に落ちていく。 でも、リポソームをつけるとですね、立ち上がりっていうのはそんなに化粧水ほどワッとは高くないんですけども、立ち上がりがあって、緩やかに急に落ちていくんじゃなくて、乳液と化粧水は急激に落ちていくんですが、リポソームっていうのはある一定のところにくると、ずっと同じような水分を維持してくれるということも分かっているんですね。 なので、変な話、この使ったことある方っていうのは、これって洗顔してすぐに塗ってくださいっていうふうに言うんですけども、この洗顔してすぐに塗るとですね、もう肌にこのリポソームに入っている保湿成分っていうのが徐々に徐々に浸透していくので、その後、これだけ塗ってても肌が本当にふっくらしてくるような状況になってきます。 もちろんね、そのデリバリーするだけじゃなくて、このリポソームっていうもの自体が本当にこの肌のラメラ構造というものにすごく近いので、保湿効果っていうのも高いんですよ。なので、リポソーム自体もそうだし、リポソームの中に入っている保湿成分を徐々に徐々に放出することによって、この長時間の保湿っていうものが実現できるというものになります。 言ってみれば、肌の構造に本当に近いものを入れていくので、肌を修復しているかのような状況を作り上げるっていうような感じになるんですね。 プラス、これってよく言う、皆さん聞いたことあると思うんですけど、導入美容液っていうものの走りというか、一番最初にできた美容液だと思うんですね。導入美容液って何っていうのは、次の化粧水とか次のスキンケアのものを入れる次に浸透しやすくなるということなんですね。これもリポソームのお水にも油にも溶けるっていう、どちらにもフレンドリーな効果があるので、次に化粧水を入れたとしても乳液をつけたとしても、それを同じように肌にずっと浸透させ続けてくれるっていうような効果があるんです。 実はこの角質のラメラ構造を安定化するっていうのも、電子顕微鏡上で確認されているんですね、このコスメデコルテの研究のデータによると。なので、今このマスクをしていてすごく肌が荒れた状態っていう時にも、実はこの肌荒れを、角質がランダムに乱れている状態を保湿をしながら、この均一にしてくれる効果が期待できるんじゃないかなと思います。 プラス、このリポソーム自体、これは美容液なんですが、洗顔後これをすぐ塗って、ちょっと乾くなと思ったら化粧水を塗るだけでも、本当にさっき言ったみたいに保湿効果がずっと続きますから、乳液とか油分系のものをあえて塗らなくても、この猛暑で、どうせ乳液とか塗っても崩れちゃうっていうような、そういう脂性肌の人こそ、こういうモイスチャーリポソームを塗った後に、ちょっとご自身の持っている手持ちの化粧水とかをつければ、それだけで1日中潤いも続けてくれるというようなものになるので、まさにもうマスクで蒸れて、猛暑で暑いっていう時に、ベタベタしたものはつけたくないっていう脂性肌の方、皮脂も出るんだけれども肌が荒れてしまってすごく困っているっていう方は、一度試してみていただけるといいかなと思います。 本当にこの2つはロングセラー中のロングセラーで、どちらも本当に伝説のデパコスと言われているだけある成分が入っております。 よくメーカーが違うもの、ブランドが違うものを使ったらダメですか？って言われるんですけど、意外と私リポソーム、洗顔後すぐつけて、イプサで化粧水を入れ込むっていうだけでも本当に肌も明るくなるし、ベタベタしないので、そういう使い方をすると私自身最強かななんて思う時もあります。 Today's thumbnail says "Legendary Department Store Cosmetics," and among those legendary department store cosmetics, I want to introduce two that are perfect for summer—for this heat and the humidity caused by wearing masks. Please watch until the end. When it comes to department store cosmetics, new products come out every season, right? That's the appeal of department store cosmetics, as I often say—each season, brands release products packed with their own secret formulas and special techniques developed through intensive research. However, among these characteristics, there are actually some products that get renewed to a certain degree, but whose basic formula remains largely unchanged, becoming long-selling, legendary department store cosmetics. I'm sure many of you have heard of them. Among these legendary department store cosmetics, what I want to pick out today are ones that I recommend—or rather, that are perfectly suited—for this hot summer and for issues like mask-related skin problems and skin roughness caused by masks. The first one, which I think many people love, is this: IPSA The Timer Aqua lotion. Many people love this IPSA lotion. I believe this might be the 4th generation now, and with each version upgrade, what's amazing about IPSA is, quite simply, its moisturizing power. Yes, moisture is the key. Actually, IPSA is a subsidiary group of Shiseido. So Shiseido's proprietary technology is packed into this product. It's called Aqua Presenter 3, a moisturizing technology. Shiseido has its own moisturizing technology called Aqua Impool, and this was further upgraded specifically for IPSA to become Aqua Presenter 3. Let me break down what Aqua Presenter 3 is, since it's a bit complex. First, the key ingredient is acetylated hyaluronic acid. This is hyaluronic acid with a significantly reduced molecular weight. Combined with ingredients like PEG-14, PEG/PPG-7 dimethyl ether, PEG-17, PPG-4, and dimethyl ether, along with various other ingredients in a precisely balanced formulation, this becomes Aqua Presenter 3. How amazing is Aqua Presenter 3? Well, moisturizing typically requires two things: adding water (hydration) and forming a protective film. But this IPSA lotion, thanks to Aqua Presenter 3, can do both—hydrate and form a film—with just one product, keeping the skin moisturized while maintaining that moisture. Specifically, when Aqua Presenter 3 is applied to the skin, it penetrates into the stratum corneum. As it penetrates, it draws other moisture along with it, effectively pulling in water. Also, like an anchor, while water normally evaporates once absorbed, hyaluronic acid has the property of holding onto water, so that captured water stays anchored in the stratum corneum. Beyond holding water like an anchor, it also has sponge-like properties. Just as squeezing a sponge little by little releases water, Aqua Presenter 3 gradually releases water bit by bit throughout various parts of the stratum corneum, staying anchored there while slowly releasing moisture—resulting in extremely high moisturizing power. For example, when your skin gets shiny, or when you're wearing a mask in this intense heat and your sebum production is very active, this lotion alone can practically complete your skincare routine—thoroughly hydrating while preventing that water from evaporating. Additionally, this is actually a quasi-drug containing tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. You probably know tranexamic acid—it suppresses inflammation from sun exposure and helps prevent dark spots. Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate also has anti-inflammatory effects. So beyond moisturizing, you can also expect whitening effects. Another ingredient—this one's a mouthful—is DL-alpha tocopherol and L-ascorbic acid phosphate potassium salt, which sounds complicated, but essentially this ingredient combines properties of both Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Vitamin C helps control sebum, suppresses free radicals generated from sun exposure, helps control acne-causing bacteria, and promotes skin turnover. Combined with the anti-inflammatory effects of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and tranexamic acid, you can expect protection from sun damage along with whitening effects. Also, since it contains properties of both Vitamin C and Vitamin E, when you get acne from wearing a mask, it helps suppress the growth of acne-causing bacteria and promotes turnover, which also helps prevent clogged pores from forming. As I've mentioned repeatedly, since it both hydrates and forms a protective film, for this season when you don't want to apply sticky products like emulsions, this one lotion alone is genuinely sufficient—making it a truly excellent legendary department store cosmetic. Next up is this: COSME DECORTE Moisture Liposome. I actually love this one too—I've been using this serum for quite a long time now, one of my favorites. As the name suggests, Moisture Liposome uses a special technology called liposomes, making it a hit product among high-end cosmetics. This liposome technology was extensively researched in the pharmaceutical field around the 1980s. What exactly is a liposome? It's essentially a capsule made of a substance that dissolves in both water and oil. When this capsule enters the skin, since it gradually dissolves in both water and oil components (both of which exist in skin), it bursts little by little in various places, releasing the ingredients contained within. This is called a drug delivery system, and it was heavily researched in the internal medicine field in the 1980s. Starting around 1984, I believe, KOSÉ conducted extensive research and became the first in Japan to incorporate liposome technology into cosmetics. Incorporating liposomes into cosmetics was something only KOSÉ could truly achieve—it's genuinely special technology. As a development story, the person who created Moisture Liposome is now, I believe, a Managing Director, likely in recognition of this achievement. That's right—becoming a Managing Director shows just how legendary this cosmetic product is. So how amazing is this liposome technology? As I mentioned, it gradually delivers ingredients into the skin. That alone might sound just average, but here's another key point: this gradual delivery allows the moisturizing effect to be maintained for a long time. According to KOSÉ's research, there's an experiment comparing skin moisture levels after applying lotion alone, lotion plus emulsion, and liposome. With lotion alone, moisture jumps up quickly but then drops quickly too. With emulsion, it rises similarly but gradually decreases over time. However, with liposome, the initial rise isn't as dramatic as lotion, but rather than dropping sharply like lotion and emulsion do, it maintains a consistent moisture level for a sustained period once it reaches a certain point. So, oddly enough, for those who have used this product, they say to apply it immediately after cleansing. When you do that, the moisturizing ingredients in the liposome gradually penetrate the skin, and afterward, even with just this applied, your skin becomes genuinely plump and supple. Of course, beyond just delivering ingredients, the liposome itself closely resembles the skin's lamellar structure, so it has high moisturizing power on its own. So both the liposome itself and the gradual release of moisturizing ingredients within it work together to achieve this long-lasting moisturization. In other words, since you're introducing something very close to the skin's own structure, it creates a situation similar to repairing the skin itself. Additionally, as many of you have probably heard, this is considered the pioneer of what's called an "essence primer"—likely the very first essence of its kind. What's an essence primer? It's something that helps the next skincare step, like lotion, penetrate more easily. Because liposomes dissolve in both water and oil, being compatible with both, whether you apply lotion or emulsion afterward, it continues to help that product penetrate the skin effectively. Actually, this stabilization of the stratum corneum's lamellar structure has been confirmed under electron microscopy, according to COSME DECORTE's research data. So for those experiencing significant skin roughness from wearing masks, this can help moisturize while evening out the disrupted, randomized state of the stratum corneum. Additionally, this liposome is a serum, so you can apply it right after cleansing, and then if your skin feels a bit dry, just apply lotion afterward. As I mentioned, the moisturizing effect continues for a long time, so you don't necessarily need to apply emulsion or oil-based products. For those with oily skin who feel their emulsion just breaks down anyway in this intense heat, applying Moisture Liposome and then just your own lotion afterward can keep your skin hydrated all day long. So for those with oily skin who don't want anything sticky due to mask humidity and heat, but who are also struggling with skin roughness despite oil production, I really recommend giving this a try. Both of these products are truly long-sellers among long-sellers, containing ingredients that live up to their reputation as legendary department store cosmetics. People often ask if it's okay to mix products from different brands. Surprisingly, when I apply the liposome right after cleansing and then follow up with IPSA lotion, my skin becomes noticeably brighter without feeling sticky at all. When I use this combination, I sometimes think it might just be the ultimate combo for me personally. With department store cosmetics, new products come out constantly, and I know many of you look forward to that. But there's definitely a secret behind what makes some of them become long-sellers.
