早く出会っておけばよかった！と後悔したコスメを5つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは！トモアリアラタです。今日は「もうちょっと早く出会っておけばよかった」と思うコスメを5つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 たくさんのコスメを紹介したり自分でも試したりしていますが、今回紹介するものは本当に「もう少し早く見つけておけばよかった」と心から思っているものです。スキンケアとメイクの両方をご紹介します。 【1】スノーフォックス 美肌フローラ 酒ナイトクリーム スノーフォックスはシートマスクなどが有名なオーストラリアのナチュラルコスメブランドです。その中でこの酒ナイトクリームが特に良いと感じました。日本で開発された「水添レチノール」という分子量の小さい低刺激レチノールが配合されており、肌の弾力を保つエラスチンを分解する酵素「ネプリライシン」を抑えて弾力を与えてくれます。ベースには米の発酵エキスや酒麹エキスなど和のエキスも使われており、皮膚常在菌のバランスを整える発酵成分や、レチノール使用時の刺激を抑えるグルコシルセラミドなどの保湿成分もしっかり配合。テクスチャーは軽く、乳液のような質感でベタつかずみずみずしさが残るので、クリームが苦手な方や皮脂性肌の方にもおすすめです。レチノールで皮むけしてしまった時にも重宝しています。 【2】ドクターK Kホワイトミルク ビタミンCの権威として知られる亀山先生が手がけるドクターズブランド「ドクターK」の乳液です。美容液は以前から愛用していましたが、この乳液が最近のヒットです。水溶性・脂溶性を含む3種類のビタミンC誘導体、さらにナイアシンアミドとレチノール誘導体のパルミチン酸レチノールも配合。さっぱりとした使用感でありながらしっかり保湿してくれるので、皮脂肌の私は朝はこれ一本で仕上げることも多いです。メイク崩れも少なく感じ、肌が守られている安心感があります。 【3】UZU モテラッシュ クリアブラック 見た目はマスカラですが、実はまつ毛美容液兼マスカラ下地です。黒はしっかり発色し、これ一本でボリュームと長さが十分に出るほど。まつ毛美容液は夜や化粧前に塗るものが多く、つい忘れがちですが、これはマスカラと一体化しているのでメイクのタイミングで自然に美容液成分もつけられるのが大きなポイントです。低分子・高分子の海藻由来フコイダンを配合し、FGF7というホルモンを増やしてまつ毛のボリュームアップに関与。高分子フコイダンがまつ毛をコーティングして長さとツヤも演出してくれます。 【4】UZU シャドウライナー（限定品） 見た目は赤みのあるアイライナーですが、使う人の肌の水分量によって発色が変化するユニークなアイテムです。アイラインとしてだけでなく、涙袋に血色を与えるのにも優秀。肌に馴染みやすく、ラインを引いても強調しすぎないので「メイクしました」感が出ません。限定商品のようなので、気になる方はなくなる前にぜひ試してみてください。 【5】フェンティビューティー マットスキンスティック リアーナがプロデュースするフェンティビューティーのシェーディングスティックで、日本未発売のため楽天で購入しました。後輩に勧められて使い始めたのですが、色番「01 アンバー」が特に肌馴染みが良く、鼻筋に一塗りしてぼかすだけで自然な立体感が出ます。ディオールのコンシーラー（0N）をハイライトとして合わせると、より綺麗な鼻筋に見せられます。いろいろなシェーディングを試しましたが、これが一番「やりました」感が出ずに自然に仕上がります。団子鼻に悩んでいる方にもおすすめです。 以上、スキンケア2つ、メイクアイテム3つ、「早く出会っておけばよかった」コスメをご紹介しました。皆さんの「これもいいよ」というアイテムがあれば、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら！

I try and review a lot of cosmetics, but the items I'm introducing today are ones I genuinely wish I had found earlier. This includes both skincare and makeup items, so I hope you'll enjoy it. 【1】Snow Fox Beauty Flora Sake Night Cream Snow Fox is an Australian natural cosmetics brand known for sheet masks, but this sake night cream really impressed me. It contains "hydrogenated retinol," a low-irritation retinol with small molecules developed in Japan, which inhibits neprilysin—an enzyme that breaks down elastin—helping maintain skin elasticity. The base includes Japanese-inspired ingredients like fermented rice extract and sake lees extract, along with fermentation ingredients that balance skin microbiota, plus moisturizing ingredients like glucosylceramide to reduce irritation from retinol use. The texture is light, like a lotion rather than a heavy cream—no stickiness but still hydrating, making it great for those who dislike creams or have oily skin. I especially love using it when my skin peels from using too much retinol. 【2】Dr. K White Milk This is a lotion/emulsion from Dr. K, a doctor's brand created by Dr. Kameyama, known as an authority on vitamin C in Japan. I've long loved their serum, but this emulsion has recently become a favorite. It contains three types of vitamin C derivatives (both water-soluble and oil-soluble), plus niacinamide and retinyl palmitate (a vitamin A derivative). Despite feeling light and refreshing, it moisturizes well, so as someone with oily skin, I often finish my morning routine with just this. It seems to reduce makeup breakdown and gives a sense that my skin is being protected. 【3】UZU Motelash Clear Black At first glance this looks like a mascara, but it's actually a lash serum and mascara primer. The black color shows up well, and it provides enough volume and length on its own that I feel satisfied without adding regular mascara afterward (though you could layer it if you want more volume). Lash serums are typically meant to be applied before bed or before makeup, which is easy to forget—but since this is combined with a mascara-like product, you naturally apply the serum ingredients during your makeup routine. It contains both low and high molecular weight fucoidan extracted from seaweed, which increases FGF7, a hormone involved in lash volume growth. The high molecular weight fucoidan coats each lash, adding length and shine. 【4】UZU Shadow Liner (Limited Edition) This eyeliner appears reddish, but it's actually a unique product that changes color slightly based on the moisture level of your skin. Beyond lining the eyes, it's excellent for adding color to the under-eye area (tear trough). Because it blends naturally with skin tone, it doesn't look overly done whether used as eyeliner or blush. It seems to be a limited edition item, so if you haven't tried it, I recommend doing so before it's gone. 【5】Fenty Beauty Match Stix Matte Skinstick This is a contour stick from Rihanna's Fenty Beauty line, which isn't officially sold in Japan, so I purchased mine through Rakuten. A junior colleague recommended it after buying it abroad. I use shade 01 Amber, which blends beautifully into the skin. Just one swipe along the nose, blended out, creates a natural-looking contour. Pairing it with Dior's lightest concealer (0N) as a highlight creates an even more refined nose bridge. I've tried many contour products, but this one gives the most natural result without looking obviously done—truly living up to Rihanna's reputation. It's especially great for those self-conscious about a rounded nose tip, and being a stick format makes it very easy to use.
