2020年下半期に発売されたドラコス＆プチプラのベストコスメを発表します！

皆さんこんにちは、内科・皮膚科医のともり新田です。今回もベストコスメをお送りしたいんですけれども、前回とは違って、今回はプチプラだったり通販コスメだったり、ドラッグストアで買えるコスメのベストコスメをお話ししようと思います。 通販コスメやドラコス、プチプラといったアイテムの中にも、今年もたくさんいい製品がありましたので、ともり新田的にいいなと思うベストコスメをセレクトしてみました。最後までご覧ください。 今回も化粧水・乳液・美容液・クリームのカテゴリーの中から、それぞれ私がいいなと思っているものを選んでいます。では早速いきましょう。 ■化粧水部門 最初は化粧水です。いろいろ悩んだんですが、この2つにしました。 ①肌ラボ 極潤プレミアムヒアルロン液 肌ラボについては別途動画を1本撮っているので、そちらをご覧いただくと一番わかりやすいと思います。この製品には発酵型ヒアルロン酸が配合されており、保湿力があるのはもちろん、肌自身のヒアルロン酸産生を促してくれるという特徴があります。自分で潤わせながら、潤い成分を作り出すという面白い働きをするヒアルロン酸です。何といっても価格がとてもリーズナブルで、乾燥が気になる方にはドラッグストアで必ず手に入りますので、コストパフォーマンスの面でも非常に優れています。 ②ナビジョン コンディショナーダブル もしかしたら初めて聞くブランドという方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、ナビジョンはもともとクリニックでのみ使用されていた化粧品で、今回通販でも購入できるようになりました。資生堂のブランドの一つで、独自の美白成分「4MSK」とトラネキサム酸、そして「ステムラDG」という基底膜を強化する成分が配合されています。基底膜を強化することで、皮膚のターンオーバーが促進されるだけでなく、バリア機能もアップします。メラニンの生成を抑え、排出を促し、さらにバリア機能を強化するという、いいとこ取りの化粧水です。美白もしたいけれど、肌自体も元気にしたいという方には、化粧水だけでなく美容液もあるナビジョンシリーズがとてもおすすめです。 ■美容液部門 次は美容液部門です。 ①アスタリフト スパークルタイトセラム こちらは毛穴ケアに特化した美容液です。毛穴一つ一つにある立毛筋に働きかける、黒胡椒から抽出された成分が配合されています。今までのたるみ毛穴の概念を変えてくれたという意味で、非常におすすめの美容液です。 ②ファンケル コアエフェクターA こちらも動画で詳しく紹介しましたが、肌の生まれ変わりを促す「チオレドキシン」という成分を配合しています。チオレドキシンは体内にも存在する成分で、肌の活性化を促してくれます。これまでも肌の活性を高める成分はありましたが、チオレドキシンそのものを配合しているのはファンケルのコアエフェクターが世界初です。通販コスメであるファンケルがこの成分を取り入れたことは、非常に画期的だと思います。肌の透明感アップやバリア機能強化を目指す方にとてもおすすめです。 ■乳液部門 続いては乳液部門です。今回は1つのみのご紹介となります。 ①石澤製薬 クリアウェルネス スムージングミルク 実は石澤製薬がリニューアルしました。パッケージは少し変わっていますが、さらに潤いを行き渡らせる独自成分「イトワ」が追加されています。イトワはトウノハエキス、芍薬花エキス、八重山アオキ果汁、グリセリンなどを配合した独自成分で、セラミドの産生を促したり、肌のターンオーバーを促す酵素を活性化させたりする働きがあります。もともと肌の透明感アップをコンセプトとしていた石澤製薬ですが、今回のリニューアルでセラミドを増やし、肌のみずみずしさも強化されました。このリニューアルの良さが最も感じられるのが乳液です。乳液選びに迷っている方はぜひ手に取ってみてください。 ■クリーム部門 最後はクリーム部門です。 ①イハダ 薬用バーム 肌荒れ防止成分グリチルレチン酸ステアリルも配合されていますが、最大の特徴は高精製ワセリンです。ワセリンはピンからキリまであり、高精製のものは不純物が一切含まれていないため、敏感肌の方でも安心して使えます。グリチルレチン酸ステアリルとの組み合わせで、マスクによる肌荒れに特に効果的だと思います。 ②ドクターシーラボ エンリッチリフトクリーム ドクターシーラボといえばアクアコラーゲンゲルのオールインワンのイメージが強いかと思いますが、このクリームはさらに一歩進んだ製品です。肌のくすみやコラーゲン・エラスチンの劣化を引き起こす糖化・酸化に加え、「カルバミル化」という現象にフォーカスしています。カルバミル化が起こった肌細胞は、ゴムが伸びきってしまうように肌の繊維がたるんでしまいます。このクリームにはカルバミル化を抑制する成分が配合されており、リフトアップ効果が期待できます。さらに複数種類のコラーゲンも配合され、肌をみずみずしく保ちながらフェイスラインのもたつきを予防できます。通販コスメの中でも非常に優れた製品だと思います。 今回はプチプラ・ドラコス・通販コスメからセレクトしましたが、全体的に「肌のバリア機能強化」「肌荒れ防止」「リフトアップ」といったテーマが多く見られました。また、マスク着用による肌荒れやたるみなど、マスク下のお悩みを解決する製品も多かったように感じます。 いかがでしたか？デパコスに続き、今回はプチプラ・ドラコス・通販コスメのベストコスメをご紹介しました。スキンケアだけでなくカラーコスメも見たい！という方は、ぜひ概要欄またはコメントでお知らせください。検討してみます。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。チャンネル登録もよろしくお願いします！

Today I'd like to share my Best Cosmetics picks again — but unlike last time, this edition focuses on drugstore finds, mail-order cosmetics, and affordable (petit prix) products. There were so many great affordable products released this year, so I've put together my personal best cosmetics selection. Please watch until the end! As before, I've chosen my favorites from four categories: toner, lotion/emulsion, serum, and cream. ■ TONER CATEGORY I narrowed it down to two picks. ① Hada Labo Gokujun Premium Hyaluronic Lotion I've made a dedicated video on Hada Labo, so please check that out for more detail. This product contains fermented hyaluronic acid, which not only provides direct moisture but also stimulates your skin's own hyaluronic acid production — essentially helping your skin moisturize itself. It's also incredibly affordable and available at virtually every drugstore, making it an outstanding value for anyone dealing with dryness. ② Navision Conditioner Double This might be a brand you haven't heard of before. Navision was originally a skincare line used exclusively in clinical settings, but it's now available for purchase online. It's one of Shiseido's brands and features their proprietary brightening ingredient "4MSK," tranexamic acid, and "Stem-La DG" — an ingredient that strengthens the skin's basement membrane. By reinforcing this membrane, the product not only promotes skin cell turnover but also enhances the skin's barrier function. It suppresses melanin production, promotes its elimination, and strengthens the barrier all at once. For anyone who wants both brightening and overall skin health improvement, the Navision line — which also includes a serum — is highly recommended. ■ SERUM CATEGORY Two picks in this category as well. ① Astalift Sparkle Tight Serum This serum is specifically designed for pore care. It contains an extract derived from black pepper that targets the arrector pili muscles attached to each pore. It truly redefines the concept of "sagging pores," and I consider it one of the most innovative serums I've come across. ② FANCL Core Effector A I've also covered this one in a separate video. This serum contains "thioredoxin," a compound naturally found in the body that promotes skin cell activation and renewal. While ingredients that boost skin vitality have existed before, incorporating thioredoxin itself into a skincare formula is a world first — and the fact that an accessible mail-order brand like FANCL achieved this is truly remarkable. It's ideal for improving skin clarity and strengthening the barrier function. ■ EMULSION/LOTION CATEGORY Just one pick this time. ① Ishizawa Seiyaku Clear Wellness Smoothing Milk Ishizawa Seiyaku recently underwent a reformulation. While the packaging has changed slightly, the key update is the addition of their proprietary ingredient "Itowa," which is a blend of Toonoa extract, peony flower extract, Yaeyama Aoki fruit juice, and glycerin. Itowa helps stimulate ceramide production and activates enzymes that promote skin turnover. The brand's original focus was on skin clarity, but this reformulation also enhances skin hydration by boosting ceramide levels. The improvement is most noticeably felt in this emulsion, so if you're looking for a new lotion to try, I'd definitely recommend picking this up. ■ CREAM CATEGORY Two final picks to round out the list. ① IHADA Medicated Balm This balm contains the anti-irritation ingredient glycyrrhetinic acid stearyl, but its standout feature is the highly refined pharmaceutical-grade petrolatum (Vaseline). Higher-grade petrolatum is completely free of impurities, making it safe even for sensitive skin. Combined with the anti-inflammatory ingredient, this balm is ideal for soothing mask-induced skin irritation. ② Dr. Ci:Labo Enrich-Lift Cream Dr. Ci:Labo is best known for its Aqua Collagen Gel all-in-one product, but this cream goes beyond that concept. Beyond addressing oxidation and glycation — which cause dullness and degrade collagen and elastin — this cream focuses on a lesser-known process called "carbamylation." Carbamylated skin cells behave like overextended rubber bands: the skin's fibers lose their elasticity and begin to sag. This cream contains an ingredient that inhibits carbamylation, offering a lifting effect. Combined with multiple types of collagen to maintain moisture, it's designed to keep skin plump while preventing facial contour sagging. It's one of the most impressive products I've seen in the mail-order cosmetics space. Looking at this year's lineup overall, common themes included strengthening the skin barrier, preventing skin irritation, and lifting/firming the skin. There were also many products addressing mask-related concerns such as breakouts and sagging under masks — very much a sign of the times.
