【肌育注射】リジュランの進化版"プルリアル"を皮膚科医が実際にやってみました！ / 施術後の様子まで徹底レビューします

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日もスッピンから大変申し訳ございません。 今日は久しぶりに私のメンテナンスデイになります。ということで、クリニックに来ております。今回は肌育注射、以前スネコスを目の下に打ってたと思うんですけれども、今回はプルリアルという製剤を打っていきたいと思います。 昔にリジュランという製剤が流行って、リジュランというのはサーモン注射とも呼ばれていて、ポリヌクレオチドという傷の修復だったりとか、血行を良くしたりとか、要は肌の表面を綺麗にしていくみたいな注射が流行って、ずっとそれは10年ぐらい続いていたんですけど、それの進化版と言われていて、よりポリヌクレオチドが生成されているのと、あとマンニトールというハリ感などを出していくようなものが入っているものになります。今日はそれを肌にチクチクと打っていって、肌のツヤ感とかハリ感がどんな風になるのかというのをやってみたいと思います。 ということで渋谷くん、よろしくお願いします。最近このスキンブースター、すごい流行りというか、みんな注目してますね、渋谷くん。 そうですね、今肌育治療がすごい流行っているので、いろんな製剤ありますけど、塗ってきまーす。 厚みを持たせることができるっていうのがやっぱり一番。 そうだね、真皮の厚みを持たせるってなかなかね、もちろんレーザーでもできるんですけど、ふっくら感、ハリ感を出すにはやっぱりスキンブースター系の注射はいいのかなと思って。 表面麻酔でちょっと心配という人はブロック麻酔っていうのもあるんですけど、私はブロック麻酔があまり好きじゃなくて、表面麻酔で痛みはそんなに感じないので私が。 大人の人にぴったりよね。 そうですよね、30代半ばとかぐらいからかな。再生力がちょっと落ちてきたかな、ちょっと大人の階段を上ってきたかなっていう人ですね。 そうですね。 どれくらい針刺すの？ わかんないくらいいっぱいだそうです。 はい、じゃあいきまーす。目元からいっていいんですよね、先生。 はい。 こんな感じです。 あ、全然痛くない。 うん。 痛くないは嘘だけど、普通に擦るよりも痛くないかも。 とりあえず半顔終わりました。そんなに痛みはないですね、すっごい細い針でやってくれてるので、そんなに痛みはないです。 反対側もいってみようか。 やっていきましょう。 ちょっと熱持ってるっぽい感じの不安感はありますけど。 表面麻酔でいけます？ 全然いける。 じゃあよろしくお願いします。やっていきまーす。 はい、いきますね。 目の周りは確かにやっぱりちょっと痛いな。 うん。 入っていくときにね。 浸透圧ですかね。 そうだね。目の周りはやっぱり痛いね。 注射のときと採血のとき、どっちが痛い？ 採血してもらった方が痛い？ あ、そっちだ。 採血のほうが痛い？ そっちのほうが痛い。 そっちのほうが痛くない？ うん。 さっきの方が痛いと思ってたけれども、だいたい体の中に入っていく感じがしてから、やっぱり痛いね。 右と左、どちらが痛いですか？ 同じくらいかな。 左のほうが痛い？ 左のほうが痛い。 はい、ということで終わりました。ちょっとね、まだね、麻酔が効いててね、なんかね、ちょっと喋りにくい感じがありますが、だいたい入れ始めてから2、30分ですかね。今全部入れてすぐなので、ちょっと赤かったりとか、ボコボコしてたりはするんですけれども、たぶん2、3時間したら、このボコボコ感もなじんでいくと思います。なので、寝る前と、あとは明日の朝と、ちょっと時系列で撮っていきたいと思います。 ちょうど注入してから、4時間ぐらいが過ぎたかな。ここがちょっと内出血しそうかな。ボコボコ感がこの辺にありますけれども、遠目から見ると、そんなにもう分からないぐらいになっていると思います。 おはようございます。翌日の朝です。今iPhoneで撮ってますが、こんな感じです。心なしか、肌がつるんとしてきたような感じはありますが、まだボコつきはあります。ここさっきぶつけたので、ちょっと赤いのは関係ないんですが、ラロッシュのシカプラストバーム、昨日は塗って寝たので、今日も朝スキンケアして、最後シカプラストバームで、しめた感じで、今こんな感じです。 おはようございます。今日が3日目ですね。ちょっとこの辺が、青く、内出血。あとここが、ちょっと内出血っぽくなっているのと、この内出血がいよいよ殴られたっぽく青くなってきましたが、全体的に引きで見ると、そんなにここまで目立ってないのかな、っていう感じ。お化粧していくと、ほぼほぼ分からないぐらいには、なっても、パッと見た印象は分からないぐらいになっているかな、と思います。 月曜日にあって、火、水、あ、間違えた。4日目。木曜日なので、4日目になります。 5日目です。ちょっとここが、内出血のような、黄色っぽく経過しております。かなり触った感じの肌質が、すっごいもちもちになったな、っていうのは、すでに感じているので、私としては嬉しいです。ただ、毛穴とかに関しては、まだ全然よく分かっていないのが現状ですが、触り心地とか、なんか跳ね返す感じは、かなり上がったかな、と思います。

This time it's a skin-boosting injection—previously I had Sunekos injected under my eyes, but this time I'll be getting a product called Pluryal. A product called Rejuran became popular a while back, also known as the "salmon injection." It contains polynucleotides, which help repair damage, improve blood circulation, and essentially smooth out the skin's surface. That trend lasted about ten years, and this new product is said to be an evolved version of it—it contains more refined polynucleotides, plus mannitol, which helps bring out firmness and elasticity. Today I'll have this injected into my skin with tiny pricks, and I want to show how it changes the glow and firmness of my skin. So, Shibuya-kun, thank you for your help today. This skin booster trend is really taking off lately—everyone's paying attention to it, right, Shibuya-kun? Yeah, skin-boosting treatments are really popular right now, and there are many different products. I'll apply the numbing cream now. Being able to add volume is really the biggest advantage, isn't it? Right, adding thickness to the dermis is tricky—of course lasers can do it too, but for that plump, firm look, skin booster-type injections are probably the best option. For those worried about topical anesthesia, there's also block anesthesia, but I'm not really a fan of block anesthesia. With topical anesthesia I don't feel much pain, so that's what I use. This seems perfect for adults. Yeah, I'd say from the mid-30s onward. It's for people whose regenerative ability has started to decline a bit—starting to climb the "adult staircase," so to speak. Right. How many needle pricks are there? Apparently too many to count. Okay, let's begin. We can start from around the eyes, right, doctor? Yes. Like this. Oh, it doesn't hurt at all. Uh-huh. Saying it doesn't hurt at all would be a lie, but it hurts less than just rubbing normally. Anyway, one side of the face is done. It doesn't hurt that much—since the needle is extremely fine, there's not much pain. Let's do the other side too. Let's go. I do feel a bit of unease, like there's some warmth building up. Are you okay with just topical anesthesia? Totally fine. Okay, let's proceed then. Alright, here we go. The area around the eyes really does hurt a bit. Uh-huh. Especially when it's going in. My anesthesia is still working a bit, so I feel a little difficulty speaking, but it's been about 20 to 30 minutes since we started injecting. Since everything was just injected, there's some redness and bumpiness, but I think in about 2-3 hours, this bumpiness will settle down. So I want to record this over time—before I go to bed, and again tomorrow morning. It's been about 4 hours since the injection. This area looks like it might bruise a bit. There's some bumpiness around here, but from a distance, I don't think it's really noticeable anymore. Good morning. It's the next morning. I'm filming with my iPhone right now, and this is how it looks. I feel like my skin has become somewhat smoother, but there's still some bumpiness. This redness here is from bumping into something earlier, unrelated to the treatment. I applied La Roche-Posay's Cicaplast Baume last night before bed, and today after my morning skincare routine, I finished with Cicaplast Baume again to seal everything in—so this is how it looks now. Good morning. Today is day 3. This area here has turned a bit blue—bruising. And this part also looks somewhat bruised, and the bruise here has now turned blue like I got punched, but overall, when I look at it from a distance, it doesn't seem all that noticeable. Once I put on makeup, it's pretty much unnoticeable—or at least, at first glance it seems to have become unnoticeable. It happened on Monday, so Tuesday, Wednesday—oh wait, I made a mistake. This is day 4. Since it's Thursday, this is day 4. This is day 5. This area has turned somewhat yellowish, like a bruise fading. As for the texture when I touch my skin, I already feel like it's become really plump and supple, which makes me happy. However, when it comes to pores, I still don't really know the full effect yet. But in terms of touch and that bounce-back feeling, I think it has definitely improved.
