Mさんスーパーチャットありがとうございます。あと美白のためにトラネキサム酸を飲むのはいいと思いますかっていうのをよく聞かれるんですけど、トラネキサム酸っていうのは肝斑のお薬であって、普通の紫外線でできたシミを消すわけじゃないです。肝斑があれば肝斑をよくしますが、色を白くしたいとか、シミをなくしたいではないですね。あなたのシミが肝斑だったら飲んだほうがいいですけれども、肝斑じゃないシミに飲んでも意味はないんです。Mさんコメント書き忘れました。なのでぜひコメント書いていただければ嬉しいです。 先生は自分の肌に合うスキンケア商品はどのようにして選びましたかということですね。まずはやっぱりテクスチャーですよね。私自身はすごい脂性肌なので、例えば化粧水とかはね全然あれですけど、乳液とかクリームとかは油分の量というか、大体見たらニキビができそうな油ってあるんですよね。そういったものが少ないものとかを選びながら保湿というか膜を貼る系はするし。あとは自分に必要なレチノールとかビタミンCを入れつつっていう成分と、あとはテクスチャーで見ていますね。 クレスク今日届きました、明日から使いますっていう。ファスの化粧水は米発酵液、それも黒豆の発酵エキスが入っているんですね。発酵のやっぱり物っていうのはいろんな複合的な作用があって、1個だけの例えばビタミンCとかナイアシンとかだけじゃない、いろんなアプローチを細胞にしてくれるので、例えば透明感だったりとか、あとバリア機能アップとか、あと保湿ですね、そういったものが効果を期待できると思います。 ほうれい線にヒアルロン酸って意味がないんでしょうか。いや別にほうれい線を消したい場合にはヒアルロン酸入れるのは全然いいと思います。肌断食ってどう思いますか？その肌断食の種類というか、肌断食って洗顔も私だけで何にも塗らないというのは私はあんまりおすすめしてないんですけども、例えばあれこれ塗ってた、美容液も2個も3個も塗ってて、とか乳液もクリームもいっぱい塗ってたっていう人がシンプルに化粧水と乳液だけにするとか、化粧水と美容液にするとか、クリームだけにするとか、っていうものだったら全然アリだと思います。ただ何にも塗らないというのはおすすめはしません。顔の脂肪はEMSでは落ちないと思いますね。お花と先生が超合ってて嬉しい、ありがとうございます。 フェイスポインターは本当に筋肉を緩める効果があると思いますか？ツボ押しですよね、要は。筋肉って収縮すると反対側が弛緩するんですよね。だからそれを利用しているんだと思います。刺激でシミっていうのは、例えばシミのピンポイントにずっと押し続ければシミになると思いますが、別にないところにやる分には全然いいと思うんですけれども。お顔っていうよりもこの辺にやるとスッと上がりそうじゃないですか。私も頭痛い時とかやりますよ。こういうこめかみとかやってたり、特に頭とかやるとすごい気持ちいいですね。 化粧水や乳液やラインで使う方がいいですか？その方が安心というか、わかりやすいですけれども、スキンケア上級者というか、自分で選ぶのも悪くはないので、どっちでもいいです。レチノールを使いたいんですが、肝斑が濃くなってしまいます。逆なような気がするけどな。それだったらトラネキサム酸と一緒に使ったらいかがかなと思います。どちらかというと肝斑はレチノールで良くなるというか、そんなに悪さはしないんですけど、もし考えられるとしたらレチノールがちょっと濃度が濃くてA反応が出ることによって炎症が起こって、もしかしたら濃く見えているのかもしれないので、もしそうだったとしたらあまりA反応が出ない低濃度のレチノールに変える方がいいかな。 エトボスの新しいホワイトニングは私はすごく良いなと思っていて、化粧水のホワイトニング、クリアローションだったりとか、美容液もあるんですけれども、実はエトボスさんが今回見つけたのがナイアシンアミドに角質剥離作用を。今私たち人間ってある程度角質が厚くなると角質を剥がすような酵素が働いて、無理やりじゃなくて自然と垢になって取れていくような作用があるんですけど、それがだんだん年齢とともに落ちていくから化粧が厚くなったりするんですよね。それをナイアシンアミドとごめんなさい、何と混ぜたんだっけ。エトボスさんのオリジナルのものと混ぜてその剥離作用を後押しする。今までってピーリングって剥がすじゃないですか。じゃなくて自分の持ってるちゃんと剥がれるものをサポートしてくれる、っていうようなことをしてくれるし。やっぱりその角層表皮神秘にアプローチをそれぞれしていくので、ほんと全層ケアをこの人もできる。プラスエトボス自体がやっぱり肌のバリア機能の人にも、っていうものをしているので、すごくいいですよね。アルコールとかも使ってないし、エチルアスコルビン酸ってビタミンCも入っていて、それがビタミンCの中でも刺激が少ないってされているものなので、そこもすごくいいのかなと思います。 で、そこに例えば今度発売になるんですけども、私これが好きすぎて、私本当にカネボウの回し者かな？みたいな感じになってるんですけども、このスキンハーモナイザーっていう化粧水があるんですけれども、これもその皮脂が、今までって皮脂を抑えよう抑えようみたいな感じなんですけど、皮脂の質によってはすごくそれが炎症を起こしたりとか、毛穴の黒ずみになるっていうことを昔から分かってはいたんですけど、それをこの悪い皮脂を肌にもう1回戻らないようにするっていう処方をしているのが、このカネボウのスキンハーモナイザーなんですね。 なので乾燥肌でもなんか毛穴が気になるとか、乾燥してるんだけどなんか赤黒いとか、なんかヒリヒリするみたいな人にもいいし、もちろん私みたいに敏感肌の人にも、結構老若男女いけるなって思っているので、なんかこの2つを組み合わせると、毛穴が気になる乾燥肌の人にはいいんじゃないかなと私は思っております。 乳液でおすすめ。アテニアかな。アテニアとかもあるので、乳液でいいのはいっぱいあるんですけど、どういった肌になりたいかとか、どういう風なお肌質なのかにも、全然変わると思います。 臨床中の美白ケア。普通常のものであれば全然いいと思います。敏感肌です。レチノール使用したいのですが、アンレイベルのラボのレチノール美容液。もしあれだったとしたら、敏感肌で使いたいって言うんだったら、例えばクリニークのクリニークさんの紫のスマートなんだっけ、紫の方のスマートリペアだったかな、のやつだったりとか、あとはキールズのやつだったりの方がいいかなと思います。キュレルから出るピンクの下地のやつ、すごくピンクの下地も良かったですよ。 ディオールのカプチュールの美容液とヒアルロン酸は3種類。むしろ全然使ってください。 セラムシールドとライスパワーのリンクルクロスの併用は可能ですか？ポーラのリンクルクロスも全然可能です。セラムシールドはうーん。でもセラムシールドもライスパワーNo.11プラスじゃないですか。ライスもライスパワーNo.11プラスだから、より高濃度。これはくもとり新た調べなので本当かっていう感じなんですけど、より高濃度で使いたい場合、部分的に使いたい場合はライスを使って、全体的に使いたいんだったらセラムシールドみたいな感じでもいいと思うんですよ。ただ同じ成分なので、絶対2つ使う必要はないし、部分的に本当はライスを全体的に塗れたら高濃度塗れるからいいっていうあれもあるんですけど、セラムシールドの方が全体的に塗りやすいと思います。 リンクルショットとも全然大丈夫ですし、リンクルショットとの併用も全然OKなので、これとこれを使ったらダメっていうシワ改善のものは基本ないですね。 乾燥肌で1万円ぐらいのクリームは、何歳ぐらいかはちょっとわかんないんですけれども、例えば別に乾燥肌で美白とかっていう感じじゃなければ、リュウのタンタンコンクドロップが私はいいかなと思います。1万円もしないと思うし。主査にはアゼライン酸の話でぐるぐるか。主査にはアゼライン酸がいいと思うので、ロート製薬のアゼライン酸のクリームが通信販売で買えるので。 ニキビと乾燥が気になる人は先行乳液は使わない方がいいと思います。
