Bagの中身を紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは。内科皮膚科医の友利新です。 今日はですね、皆さんから「これ見たいよ」というリクエストも多かったので、じゃーん、私のバッグの中をご紹介したいと思います。 はい、そうです。あのユーチューバーの方が皆さん結構やっている、あの「What's in my bag」でしたっけっていうやつでございます。 このバッグね、ちょっとちっちゃいんです。これ実はグッチのキッズサイズのバッグになります。なので本当は子供用のバッグなんですけど、グッチさんだし、あと見て、この立体的にこの苺のところがなっているところもかわいいし。ちょっとごめんなさい、中身がごちゃっと入っているんですが、内側もピンクでちょっとかわいいなと思って。なんといってもグッチさんの中でもキッズなので、ちょっとお手頃なんですよ。小ぶりだしね、大きくないし。このバッグ使ってます。 では早速中身ご紹介していきます。ちょっとこれ置いて。まずはこれ、結構スミシャンさんの動画でも言ったから、これ、はい、私のネタ帳になります。全部手書きでこういうふうなものがYouTubeにしたいなと思って書いているノートになります。もともとは真っ白の何もないノートなので、何かわーっと殴り書きみたいな感じで書いてます。なのでこれはこのバッグ以外でも必ず入れておくノートになります。 でもう一つ、それとは別にこちら手帳も入ってます。これは何かというと、これはですね、私の「黒革の手帳」って呼んでいて、これにはですね「これやっとかなきゃリスト」とか、あとこの言葉を忘れないようにしようとか、今年はこれをやろうとか、何月何日にはこういうことをしましょうみたいな目標だったりとか、自分が忘れちゃいけないみたいなものをしっかりと書くようにする。まあ、いわゆるトゥードゥリストですよ、かっこよく言えば。こちらはもう本当にネタ帳なので何かわーっといろんなこと殴り書きしてるんですけど、こちらも殴り書きなんですけども、後で見直して「そうだ、これをやるべきことだった」とか、自分の中の心を整理したりとかっていうもので使ってます。 もう今時、本当なんか携帯のメモでいいじゃんっていう人もいるんですけども、やっぱそこはちょっと昭和の名残というか、この2つは絶対ないといけないなと思っていて、必ずカバンの中には入っています。 で次に、じゃじゃん、お財布です。お財布は私はお札を折りたくないので、長財布を必ず使っていて、で、意外とね、私こういう時にはラッキーカラーとかを気にするので、参考にしている青木さんっていう方がいるんですけど、青木さん占いっていうので、ゲッターズとかそういうのでおなじみの青木さんから「2020年は黄色ですよ先生」って言われたので、探して黄色いお財布を買ってます。 はい、で次です。はい、こちらです。これ何かっていうと、よいしょよいしょ、じゃん、アクセサリーケースになります。私やっぱりクリニックから撮影の場所に行ったり、撮影の場所からクリニックに行ったりっていうこともあるので、基本的にはクリニックで診察をしている時には、指輪もそうですけどピアスとかそういったものもつけないようにしてるんですね。なんとなく白衣にそういうのつけるのはなんとなく違うなと思っているので。でも、ついついいろんなところに置いちゃうと忘れてしまうので、必ず外したピアスだったりとか指輪をこの中に入れて、ちゃんと保管しとけばなくならないし忘れることもなくなるので。 昔ね、ピアスを外して、あっと思ってティッシュにくるんでポケットに入れてあったら、そのまんまそのティッシュをゴミだと思って捨ててしまったっていう経験もあるし、この前西川先生と話してたら西川先生も同じことをしたんですって。もうすごいね、1カラットだったかな、2カラットすごい大きなダイヤをそれで捨てちゃったのよって言ってて。それを聞いた周りの女医さんも「分かる分かる」っていうことがあったので、やっぱりこのアクセサリーケースっていうのは、着脱をする方には必須なんじゃないかなと思って、ちょっと大きさは大きいですけれども、これを必ず持ち歩いております。 続いてはこちらです。これ何が入ってるかっていうと、じゃじゃん、私のなくちゃ困る、こちらイヤーポッツのプロでございます。もうこれがないと私もちょっとなかなか仕事も育児もはかどらない。家事をしている時とかも、これをイヤーポッツを入れておきながらYouTube音で聞いたりとか、携帯どっかに置いてあってもイヤーポッツが入っていればラインが鳴る音だったりとか携帯が鳴ってる音っていうのも分かるので、誰かから連絡来たなということも分かるし。あとズームの会議とかもこっちがあった方が楽なので。もうこれはもう絶対にこのイヤーポッツさんでいろんなとこいなくなっちゃうから、ちゃんと入れ物をこのケースの中って決めて、これをしっかりと持ち歩いてます。 でプラス、この中にはじゃじゃん、これね実はフォトケースなんですね。私子供が3人いるので、これね開くと実はここ以外にも4つお写真が入るようになってます。なのでそれぞれ子供たちの写真を入れて、これに持って歩いていて、ちょっと癒されたいなっていう時には見てます。ただちょっと主人の写真を入れるっていうのはなんかないじゃないですか。だからね、一応4枚入ることにはなってるんですが、一枚はちょっとまだ何も入れてない白紙のまんまです。家族写真はちょっと小さくなっちゃうから、私以外で主人になるとちょっとそれなんか違うかなと思うので入れてないんですけど、私の大事な子供たちの写真が入っているフォトケースになります。これに必ず入れて持ち歩いております。 ちなみにこのポーチ、私結構何個も持ってるんですけど、これはあのラドローさんっていうブランドのポーチになります。可愛いですよね、これデイジーガーベラなんだろう、お花が付いてます。 はいで続いてはこちら、これまたポーチになるんですけど、これはボーダーズアットバルコニーさんっていうところのポーチになって、これすごいのはね、ここね見て、じゃじゃん、ポケットティッシュ。普通のポケットティッシュもこの中に入れつつ、この中はポーチになってます。でこれには充電器、私すぐ傷とか作っちゃうからキズパワーパッドを入れてて、で他にはこれはフランフランさんというところのチューブポニー、私これ何個も持ってるんですけど、これが入ってて。でも大人になってからねすごい目が乾くので、ちょっとお薬になるんですけれども、ジクアスという点眼剤、ドライアイを予防するというか治療する治療薬の点眼剤が入っていて、ティッシュとかにもあるしこれを入れております。 なんかポーチが多いね、というかね、仕切りがないカバンだったりするのでポーチが結構必須ですね。 そして次がじゃん、これはカードケースになります。クリニックもカードキーになったりするのでそういったカード類が入ってます。この中にもいろんなものが入ったりもできるので、ちょっと色合いがかわいいでしょ。緑黄色でここが茶色でかわいいので、最悪これだけ持っていけば何でも対応できるしということで、これはもうどんなちっちゃいポーチにでも、どんなちっちゃなカバンにでも必ず入れてます。これがないとクリニックが開かなかったりするので、こちらで使ってます。 そして次がじゃん、ペンケースです。やっぱりいろんなもの書かなきゃいけないんですよ。ママだったりすると学校の行事でなんかサインしなきゃいけなかったりとか、あとクリニックでもサインしなきゃいけなかったり、あとネタ帳に書くときとかは製薬会社さんからもらえるペンだったりとかも入ってますけども、必ずこのペンケースにペンを入れて。やっぱ筆記用具って大事じゃないですか。分からない、携帯で書く人も多いかもしれないですけど私は入ってます。 そして替えのマスクね。落としちゃったりして何も持ってないってなったら困るので、替えのマスクは必ず入れてて。 最後が化粧ポーチになります。これ夏の化粧ポーチの時にもご紹介して、今もう秋冬になってきてるので、ちょっと化粧ポーチの中も変わってきたので、次回はカバンの中じゃなくて化粧ポーチの中だけで、秋冬の私の化粧ポーチの中が何が変わったかなっていうのをちょっと詳しくお伝えしたいんですけれども。一番変わったのはやっぱりアイシャドウとかかな。やっぱりリップとかアイシャドウとか変わってるので、その辺また詳しくご紹介したいなと思いますので楽しみにしていてください。 いかがでしたでしょうか。私の愛用のバッグとその中身のご紹介です。男性からすればなんか「女の人ってバッグ持ちすぎじゃない」って思う人も多いと思うんですが、バッグによってその日の気分っていうのがやっぱ変わったりするじゃないですか。私はいっぱい持つっていうよりも、好きなものを厳選して持ちたいなと思いながらも、ついついつい買ってしまう。あとは娘が2人いるんでね、大きくなったら娘に譲れるようになんて言い訳をしながら買っちゃったりしております。 なのでまたこの企画好評だったら別のバッグでもご紹介もいいかななんて思ったりしてますし、さっき言ったポーチの中身、秋バージョン冬バージョンっていうのをまたやりたいと思うので、その動画も楽しみにしていてください。 いかがでしたか。今日は美容健康の発信っていうよりも私の私物紹介みたいな感じだったんですが、雑誌とかでも結構人気企画であるので、ちょっとどうかなと思って心配ですけども、よかったらどうだったよとかコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいかなと思います。 では皆さんまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。ポーチの中身も見てね。

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist. Today, since I got a lot of requests from you all saying you wanted to see this, ta-da, I'd like to introduce the contents of my bag. Yes, that's right, this is that thing many YouTubers do, the "What's in my bag" one, I think it's called. This bag is a bit small. It's actually a Gucci kids-size bag. So it's technically a bag for children, but since it's Gucci, and look, this three-dimensional strawberry part is also cute. Sorry, the inside is a bit messy, but the interior is pink too, which I think is cute. Above all, since it's the kids line even within Gucci, it's relatively affordable. It's compact and not too big, so I use this bag. Now let me introduce the contents right away. Let me set this down. First, this—I mentioned it in Sumishan-san's video too—this is my idea notebook. It's a notebook where I write everything by hand, things I think I'd like to make into YouTube videos. It started as a completely blank notebook, so I just scribble things down in it. So this is a notebook I always carry, even aside from this bag. And separately from that, I also carry this planner. What this is, I call it my "black leather notebook," and in it I write things like a "must-do list," or reminders not to forget certain words, or goals like "let's do this this year," or things like "let's do this by such-and-such date," things I mustn't forget. Well, to put it fashionably, it's a to-do list. The other notebook is really just for scribbling down all sorts of ideas, but this one, while also scribbled in, I use to look back later and think "oh right, I was supposed to do this" or to organize my thoughts. These days, some people say a phone memo app would be fine, but I guess that's a bit of a Showa-era holdover for me—I feel like I absolutely need these two, so they're always in my bag. Next, ta-da, my wallet. Since I don't like folding bills, I always use a long wallet. And interestingly, I care about things like lucky colors for occasions like this, so there's a person named Aoki-san whose fortune-telling I refer to—known for things like the "Getters" style fortune-telling—and Aoki-san told me "2020 is your color, yellow, sensei," so I searched for and bought a yellow wallet. Okay, next up, here it is. What is this? Here we go, ta-da, an accessory case. Since I go from the clinic to shooting locations and back, basically when I'm seeing patients at the clinic, I don't wear things like rings or earrings. I feel like wearing such things with a white coat doesn't quite fit. But if I just set them down somewhere, I tend to forget them, so I always put the earrings or rings I've removed into this case. If I store them properly, I won't lose them or forget them. Once, I took off my earrings, thought "oh," wrapped them in a tissue, and put them in my pocket, and then I ended up throwing away that tissue thinking it was trash. And when I talked with Dr. Nishikawa recently, she said she did the exact same thing—she threw away a huge diamond, like 1 or maybe 2 carats, that way! When the other female doctors around heard this, they all said "I totally get it." So I really think this accessory case is essential for anyone who takes off and puts on accessories. It's a bit large, but I always carry it with me. Next up is this. What's inside is, ta-da, my must-have Beats Pro earphones. Without these, I really can't get through work or childcare smoothly. Even when doing housework, I keep these in while listening to YouTube audio, or even if my phone is somewhere else, if I have these earphones in, I can hear the LINE notification sound or my phone ringing, so I know when someone's contacted me. Also, it's easier to have these for Zoom meetings. These earphones tend to go missing everywhere, so I've decided this case is where they always go, and I make sure to carry them properly. And in addition, inside here, ta-da, this is actually a photo case. Since I have three children, when you open it, it actually holds four photos inside. So I put in photos of each of my kids and carry this around, and when I want to feel a bit comforted, I look at them. But putting in a photo of my husband doesn't quite happen, right? So while it's meant to hold four photos, one slot is still blank, with nothing in it. Family photos end up small, and having someone other than me—like my husband—in there feels a bit off to me, so I don't include one. This is a photo case with precious photos of my children in it, and I always carry it with me. By the way, I actually have quite a few of these pouches—this one is from a brand called Radley. Isn't it cute? It has a daisy gerbera or something, a flower design on it. Okay, next is this, another pouch. This one is from a place called Borders at Balconies, and what's amazing about this one is—look here, ta-da—pocket tissues. It holds regular pocket tissues while also functioning as a pouch. In here, I keep a charger, and since I easily get cuts and scrapes, I keep Band-Aid Kizu Power Pads in here too. Also, there's a tube pony from a place called Francfranc—I have several of these—and one is in here. But since becoming an adult, my eyes get really dry, so I also carry an eye drop medication called Diquas, which is a treatment for preventing or treating dry eye. There are tissues in here too, along with this. I have a lot of pouches, huh—well, since my bag doesn't have dividers, pouches are pretty essential. Next up, ta-da, this is a card case. Since my clinic uses card keys too, cards like that go in here. Various other things can fit inside too, and the color combination is cute, right? Green and yellow with brown here—it's cute. In the worst case, if I just take this alone, I can handle almost anything, so I make sure this goes into any tiny pouch or any small bag. Without this, I can't even open the clinic, so I use this. Next, ta-da, a pen case. I have to write all sorts of things—being a mom, I have to sign things for school events, and I also have to sign things at the clinic. When writing in my idea notebook, I use pens I get from pharmaceutical companies, among others, but I always put pens in this case. Writing utensils are important, right? I don't know, maybe a lot of people write on their phones these days, but I carry these. And spare masks—since I might drop one and end up without any, I always carry spare masks. Lastly, a makeup pouch. I introduced this before for my summer makeup pouch, but now that it's turning into autumn/winter, the contents have changed a bit, so next time, instead of my bag, I'd like to go into detail about just my makeup pouch and what's changed for autumn/winter. I think eyeshadow has changed the most. Lipstick and eyeshadow have definitely changed, so I'd like to introduce those in detail, so please look forward to it. So, how was it? This was an introduction to my go-to bag and its contents. I think many men might think "don't women carry too many bags?" but the mood of the day changes depending on the bag, right? Rather than owning a lot, I want to carefully select things I like to carry, but I still end up buying more and more. Also, since I have two daughters, I use the excuse that I can pass these down to them when they're older, and that's how I end up buying things. So if this project is well received, I'm thinking of introducing other bags too, and as I mentioned, I'd like to do the pouch contents again in autumn and winter versions, so please look forward to that video too.
