There were many skincare products focusing on firmness, but "firmness care" is also becoming a trend in inner care. So I'll introduce some inner care drinks that boost firmness from the inside, especially. Please watch until the end. When talking about firmness care drinks, what comes to mind for everyone is collagen. When I first started, I made a video asking "Do collagen supplements and collagen drinks really work?" quite a while ago. I explained that just because you consume something full of collagen doesn't mean it directly becomes collagen in your body. Rather, it becomes a material for creating collagen. I also mentioned that collagen peptide, which is broken down into small, easily absorbable forms, is important. Things have evolved since then, and many new collagen care products have been released. Collagen originally has a large molecular weight and a triple helix structure. It's made up of about 3,000 amino acids and has a molecular weight of about 300,000. When this is broken down, it's called low-molecular collagen. Low-molecular collagen still has about 100 amino acids and a molecular weight of several thousand. When broken down even further, it's called hydrolyzed collagen. Hydrolyzed collagen has only about 3 amino acids and a molecular weight of a few hundred. You can see how much easier it is to absorb. However, there are many types of hydrolyzed collagen. It's not just about the name "hydrolyzed collagen," but the type and arrangement of amino acids and how much is included actually changes absorption rates significantly. Fancl's HTC hydrolyzed collagen uses glycine, an amino acid, and specifically cuts it at the point before glycine. By combining the three amino acids cut before glycine with other amino acids, they created HTC hydrolyzed collagen. Fancl researched that this is easier for the body to use to create collagen compared to regular hydrolyzed collagen. Additionally, it contains Barberry extract, which suppresses the decomposition of collagen. So it both prevents collagen from being broken down and facilitates absorption and collagen creation with the HTC collagen included. This is the key point. If you want collagen care, but are also concerned about lifestyle diseases and want to get good sleep, I think this is really good. Next is this: N-Organic's Firmness Drink. While it contains collagen peptide, it's not entirely focused on collagen. So how does it create firmness? It contains placenta extract and drinkable rice power extract.
