【2023年ベスコス】各部門のNo.1を紹介します！

皆さんこんにちは、智田ゆたかです。今日は2023年プチプラベストコスメを発表しようと思います。 2023年ももうすぐ終わりですね。いろんな媒体さんでベスコスが発表されていますし、私も紙面やメホさんとのコラボでベスコスをたくさんご紹介してきました。ただ、ベスコスというとデパコスが多くなりがちですよね。でもプチプラの中にも、ベスコスにふさわしいアイテム、プチプラの中でもキング・オブ・プチプラと言えるようなものが2023年もたくさん発売されたと思います。今回は2023年全体を振り返って、プチプラの中のベスコスを決めていきたいと思いますので、よかったら最後までご覧ください。 プチプラの定義ですが、だいたい2000円以下を目安にしています。1000円台に限定するとなかなか難しいので、2000円以下ということで進めさせていただきます。 【クレンジング部門】 アテニア スキンクリアクレンズオイル AR もともとアテニアはコスパが良く、クレンジングを愛用されている方も多いブランドです。今年11月にリニューアルし、オイルの種類が5種類から8種類にパワーアップしました。もちろん価格は据え置きです。 従来のアテニアのクレンジングオイルは「肌ステイン」、つまり古い角質やメラニンを含んだ角質を取り去るタイプのオイルで、洗うとくすみが晴れるような設計でした。そこに今回、固くなった角質をまず柔らかくして、ほぐして取り去るタイプのオイルを2種類追加しています。それがホホバオイルとククイナッツオイルです。 アテニアはオイルの選定とバランスが本当に優れているブランドです。ファンケル系のメーカーということはご存知でしたか？ファンケルのマイクロクレンジングオイルは濡れた顔でも使え、マスカラもしっかり落とせるという技術が使われていますが、同じ技術がこちらにも活かされています。オイルで肌に優しく、なおかつ濡れた手でも使えるという点で、非常に優れた製品だと思います。大容量である点も嬉しいポイントです。 私自身、デパコスやドラコスのクレンジングを色々使いますが、コスパ、肌の潤い感、くすみへのアプローチ、すべての面でベスコスに匹敵すると感じています。 【化粧水部門】 乾燥さん 薬用しっとり化粧液 最後まで悩みましたが、こちらに決めました。私のYouTubeでも何度かご紹介した、かなり優秀なアイテムです。美白とシワ改善のためのナイアシンアミドが配合されているほか、肌荒れ防止のグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入っています。「乾燥さん」というだけあって、ヒト型セラミドやアミノ酸、細かくしたワセリンも配合されており、潤いを抱え込む成分と膜を張って守る成分、両方がしっかり入っています。 それだけでなく、使い心地もパシャパシャとしていて使いやすいのが特徴です。潤いを与えながら、美白、シワ改善、抗炎症といったマルチな機能を持ちながら、とろみがありつつもベタつかないテクスチャーは素晴らしいと思います。 お値段は230ml入りで1650円ほど。2000円以下でお釣りが来る驚異的な価格です。乾燥対策だけでなく、エイジングケア、美白、シワ改善までしっかり期待できるアイテムなので、ベスコス化粧水部門に選びました。 【乳液部門】 メルティー モイスチャーミルクスプレー 少し前に深掘り動画を出したばかりのアイテムなので、ご存知の方も多いかもしれません。スプレータイプの乳液というだけでも革新的ですが、通常は油分が先に浸透してしまい水分が入りにくくなるところを、水分から浸透させる処方になっている点も素晴らしいです。 処方技術だけでなく、ビタミンC誘導体、セラミドやコラーゲンといった保湿成分など、話題の成分がたっぷり配合されています。それでいて無香料、無着色、エチルアルコールフリーという、安全面でも嬉しい処方です。 何と言っても、1000円でお釣りが来る価格です。これだけの処方技術と成分でこの価格は驚異的で、他にはなかなか真似できないと思います。2023年を代表するプチプラアイテムとして、ベスコスに選びました。 【美容液部門】 クオリティファースト ダーマエル ウルセラC クオリティファーストは、シートマスクから美容液、化粧水まで、お値段以上のクオリティを出してくるのがとてもうまいブランドです。まずナイアシンアミドが高濃度（確か25%）配合されており、ベースにはガラクトミセス発酵液（ガラクトミセスバイオ液）が使われています。 ガラクトミセスというとSK-IIを思い浮かべる方もいるかもしれませんが、決して同じものではありません。SK-IIのピテラは唯一無二のガラクトミセスバイオ液ですが、こちらもアミノ酸などが豊富に含まれる発酵液を、単なる水の代わりにベースとして使っている点は素晴らしいと思います。 この美容液には4種類のビタミンC誘導体が配合されています。アスコルビルグルコシド、アスコルビン酸パルミチン酸、アスコルビルグルコシド-3-リン酸、アスコルビルリン酸マグネシウムです。速効性のあるものからじわじわ効くもの、浸透率が高いものまで様々な種類が入っており、ピュアビタミンCも配合されています。 一部のYouTuberさんが「ビタミンCがあまり入っていないのでは」という疑惑を唱えていたこともありましたが、実際には4種類配合されており、還元速度の違うビタミンCがバランスよく含まれています。ビタミンCの還元を確認する製剤テストは、種類によって結果が微妙に異なるものなので、私自身はしっかり配合されている商品だと思っています。異なるタイプのビタミンCが入っているからこそ、様々なお悩みに全方位でアプローチできるのだと思います。 ビタミンC系の化粧水や美容液にありがちなピリピリ感や刺激感もほとんどなく、導入美容液としても使いやすいです。これが2000円台で作れるというのも本当に素晴らしいと思います。プチプラ美容液部門はこちらに決めました。 【クリーム部門】 アクアレーベル スペシャルジェルクリームEX ブライトニング こちらも深掘り動画を出していますので、詳しく知りたい方はそちらもご覧ください。アクアレーベルのジェルクリームは赤・黄・水色すべてリニューアルされ、パッケージも一新されています。 どれを一番にしようか悩みましたが、黄色のパルミチン酸レチノールも素晴らしく、赤の保湿力も非常に良いのですが、デパコスと同じ成分が配合されているという点で、美白の水色を選びました。 アクアレーベルは資生堂のブランドで、資生堂の美白有効成分である「4MSK」が配合されています。これはクレ・ド・ポー ボーテやアネッサなど、上位ブランドにも使われている成分がこちらにもしっかり配合されているという点で、非常にお得だと思います。 さらに、肌の再生にアプローチするアミノ酸「D-アミノ酸」も資生堂独自開発のものとして配合されています。アクアレーベルは本当にコスパ最強だと思います。 クリームといってもジェルタイプでさっぱりとした使用感なので、混合肌やテカリが気になる方、若い方でも安心して使えると思います。デパコスに入っているような有効成分が、プチプラ価格でドラッグストアなどどこでも手に入るというのは本当に素晴らしいことです。プチプラクリーム部門はこちらの美白シリーズに決めました。 【アイクリーム部門（スペシャルケア）】 なめらか本舗 薬用リンクルアイクリーム ホワイト 最後はスペシャルケアという意味でアイクリームを選びました。もともと豆乳イソフラボン成分を使ったアイクリームはプチプラの中でも人気が高く、好きな方も多かったと思いますが、今年上半期に新しいシリーズが登場しました。もともとピュアレチノールが配合されていることで話題でしたが、今回は美白成分のナイアシンアミドも配合され、薬用としてリニューアルされています。「玉美」という豆乳成分も配合されており、より美白を意識した処方になっています。 成分だけでなく、使用感も非常に優れています。アイクリームはピンとハリを与えつつ、しっかり密着させる必要がありますが、密着感を出すポリマー剤と、均一にオイルで密着させながらも膜を張ってベタつかせないオイルを選定していて、ベタつきが苦手な方にも使いやすい処方になっています。速効性が欲しいけれど、しっかり潤いも担保したいという相反するニーズを、テクスチャーの工夫で両立させています。 これをプチプラで実現しているところが、なめらか本舗さんのすごいところだと思います。成分も大切ですが、塗った時のテクスチャーの良さが使い続けられるかどうかを左右すると思います。プチプラでもそこを妥協していないという点が素晴らしく、こちらの薬用リンクルアイクリームをベスコスに選びました。 以上、2023年のプチプラベスコスをご紹介しました。日本のプチプラは本当に優秀なものが多く、成分はもちろん、処方やテクスチャーにまでこだわった商品がたくさんあります。日々研究開発をしてくださっている皆さんには本当に感謝しています。 今この動画を撮影しているのは12月半ばですが、すでに春の新作情報もちらほら聞こえてきています。2024年も素晴らしいプチプラに出会えるのではないかと思いますので、また皆さんとシェアしていきたいと思います。 今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Many media outlets are releasing their "Best Cosmetics" lists, and I've introduced many of my own picks in print media and in collaborations with Meho-san. However, these "Best Cosmetics" lists tend to focus mostly on department store cosmetics (depacos). But I believe that in 2023, many affordable products were released that truly deserve to be called "Best Cosmetics" — items that could be called the "King of Drugstore Cosmetics." So today, I'd like to look back at 2023 as a whole and decide on the best drugstore cosmetics. I hope you'll watch until the end. As for my definition of "affordable," I'm generally setting the bar at 2000 yen or less. Limiting it to items under 1000 yen would make things too difficult, so I'll be using 2000 yen or less as my guideline. 【Cleansing Category】 Attenir Skin Clear Cleanse Oil AR Attenir has always been known for great cost performance, and many people love their cleansing oils. This November, the line was renewed, expanding from 5 types of oil to 8 types — a real upgrade, with the price staying the same. Previously, Attenir's cleansing oils were designed to remove "skin stains" — old keratin and melanin-containing buildup — leaving skin brighter after washing. Now, they've added two new oils designed to first soften hardened keratin, then loosen and remove it: jojoba oil and kukui nut oil. Attenir is genuinely excellent at selecting and balancing oils. Did you know it's part of the Fancl group? Fancl's Micro Cleansing Oil is known for being usable on wet skin and for removing mascara thoroughly — and the same technology is used here. Being gentle on skin while also being usable on wet skin makes this an incredibly strong product. The generous bottle size is also a plus. I use many cleansing products from both department store and drugstore brands, but in terms of cost performance, moisture, and addressing dullness, this really rivals top-tier "Best Cosmetics" picks. 【Toner/Lotion Category】 Kansou-san Medicated Moist Lotion I agonized over this until the very end, but I chose this one. I've featured it several times on my YouTube channel, and it's genuinely excellent. It contains niacinamide for whitening and wrinkle improvement, as well as dipotassium glycyrrhizinate to prevent skin irritation. True to its name ("Kansou-san" meaning "dry skin"), it contains human-type ceramides, amino acids, and finely processed petrolatum, providing both moisture-retaining ingredients and a protective barrier. Beyond the ingredients, the texture is also wonderfully light and easy to use. It moisturizes while also addressing whitening, wrinkle improvement, and inflammation — a true multi-tasker — with a texture that has some richness but doesn't feel sticky. The price is around 1650 yen for 230ml — an astonishing value that comes in under 2000 yen. Since it delivers not just moisture but also anti-aging, whitening, and wrinkle care, I chose this as the Best Cosmetics toner. 【Emulsion/Milk Category】 Melty Moisture Milk Spray I recently released an in-depth video about this product, so some of you may already be familiar with it. Just being a spray-type emulsion is innovative in itself, but what's even more impressive is that, unlike typical formulas where oil absorbs first and blocks water from penetrating, this one is formulated so water absorbs first. Beyond the formulation technology, it's packed with trending ingredients like vitamin C derivatives, ceramides, and collagen for moisture. It's also fragrance-free, colorant-free, and alcohol-free — a reassuring formula from a safety standpoint. And above all, it costs less than 1000 yen. Given the level of technology and ingredients, this price point is astonishing and hard to replicate elsewhere. I chose this as a product that truly represents 2023's affordable cosmetics. 【Serum Category】 Quality First Derma El Ursela C Quality First is a brand that's excellent at delivering more value than the price suggests, from sheet masks to serums to lotions. This product contains a high concentration of niacinamide (I believe around 25%), with a base of galactomyces fermented liquid. Galactomyces might make you think of SK-II, but it's definitely not the same thing. SK-II's Pitera is a truly unique galactomyces ferment, but the fact that this product uses a fermented liquid rich in amino acids as its base — rather than plain water — is still impressive. This serum contains four types of vitamin C derivatives: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ascorbyl glucoside-3-phosphate, and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. These range from fast-acting to slow-release to highly penetrating, and pure vitamin C is included as well. Some YouTubers have raised doubts, suggesting there isn't much vitamin C in this product based on reduction tests. However, four different types are indeed included, and reduction test results can vary depending on the type of vitamin C used. Personally, I believe this product is well-formulated with sufficient vitamin C. Having different types of vitamin C means it can address a wide range of concerns. Unlike many vitamin C products that cause stinging or irritation, this one is remarkably gentle, making it easy to use even as a first step in your routine. The fact that all this comes in at around 2000 yen is truly impressive. I chose this as the Best affordable serum. 【Cream Category】 Aqua Label Special Gel Cream EX Brightening I've also released an in-depth video on this one, so please check it out if you'd like more details. Aqua Label's gel cream line — red, yellow, and blue — has all been renewed, with new packaging as well. I debated which one to choose as the best. The yellow one with retinol palmitate is wonderful, and the red one has excellent moisturizing power, but I ultimately chose the blue whitening version because it contains the same ingredient found in department store cosmetics. Aqua Label is a Shiseido brand, and this product contains Shiseido's whitening active ingredient, 4MSK — the same ingredient found in high-end brands like Clé de Peau Beauté and Anessa. Having this in a drugstore product is an incredible value. Additionally, it contains D-amino acid, a Shiseido-developed ingredient that approaches skin regeneration through the dermis. Aqua Label really is unbeatable in terms of cost performance. Despite being called a "cream," it's actually gel-based and has a refreshing finish, making it suitable for combination or oily skin, as well as younger users. The fact that active ingredients found in department store products are available at drugstore prices, accessible anywhere, is truly wonderful. I chose this whitening series as the Best affordable cream. 【Eye Cream Category (Special Care)】 Nameraka Honpo Medicated Wrinkle Eye Cream White For my final pick, in the spirit of special care, I chose an eye cream. The original soy isoflavone eye cream was already very popular among affordable skincare fans, but a new series launched earlier this year. It was already known for containing pure retinol, but this new medicated version also includes niacinamide for whitening. It contains a soy-derived ingredient called "Tamahomare," giving it a more whitening-focused formula. Beyond the ingredients, the texture is truly excellent. Eye creams need to provide both an instant firming effect and lasting adhesion. This product uses a polymer that creates a snug fit, along with an oil that spreads evenly and adheres well while still forming a protective film without feeling sticky — great for those who dislike heavy textures. It manages to balance seemingly conflicting needs: immediate effect and lasting moisture, through clever texture design. The fact that Nameraka Honpo achieves this at an affordable price is remarkable. Ingredients matter, but the texture upon application is often what determines whether you'll keep using a product. The fact that this brand doesn't compromise on texture even at a budget price point is wonderful, which is why I chose this medicated wrinkle eye cream. And that wraps up my picks for the Best Affordable Cosmetics of 2023! Japanese drugstore cosmetics really do have so many excellent products — not just in terms of ingredients, but also formulation and texture.
