【冬のスキンケア】11月の"出会えてよかった"全部見せ❤️‍🔥 プチプラ&デパコス&ダイエットスナックまで豊作でした✨️

みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。 今日は11月出会ってよかったものです! もうあっという間に11月も終わり! もう我が家ではクリスマスツリーも飾って 美容業界ではもう2026年の春夏のアイテムとかの発表会もね出てきていて 一年って早いですね。 11月は肌診断をした時に肌ダメージがあったりとか シャンプーだったりとかボディケアだったりとか いつもねご紹介してないようなものをご紹介できると思うので 最後までご覧ください! では早速1つ目なんですが こちら2つの美容液をご紹介したいと思います。 まず1つがランコムのジェニフィック アルティムセラムになります。 もう1つがこちらですね ゲランのアベイユロイヤルのオイルセラムと ビーラボショットになります。 これどっちも美容液になるんですが ジェニフィックは去年発売された美容液 そしてこのゲランの方はオイルは上半期に発売されて このビーラボショットが下半期に発売になって 確かこれ9月だったと思うんですよね。 11月に発売になったものじゃないんですけれども 今回使って改めていいなと思ったアイテムになります。 ジェニフィックをもう1回使おうと思った1番のきっかけは 肌診断を最近したんですよね。 そしたらどちらかというと肌のお疲れですよと 確かに最近本当に忙しくて もちろんお肌のお手入れをないがしろにしてるわけじゃないんですけれども 年末に近づいてくると体が疲れるじゃないですか。 スケジュールもすごい立て込んでて 肌の回復力をって言ったら 1番最初に考えたのがジェニフィックなんですね。 ベータグルカンっていうものが入っていて ベータグルカン自体が肌の回復力のスイッチを押すっていうことが 分かっていてすごくバズったんですけど 回復力と言ったらジェニフィックだから もう自分の肌が疲れてるって思った時には使わなきゃ と思って使ったんですね。 とはいっても私ビタミンCとかがすごい好きで 美容液をどうしてもビタミンC系がないと ちょっと心配だなっていうところがあった時に 同じ回復力っていうものだと ゲランのアベイユロイヤルには ウェッサン島のハチミツから出てきている成分が入っているんですけど それも修復力を高めてくれるっていうところがあるんですよ。 修復力を高めながら肌をふっくらさせるっていうので 確か9月だったか10月だったかに このビーラボショットっていうのが発売になって ビタミンCの丸い玉が入っているんですよ。 これをオイルセラム、これを溶かして肌に塗る。 どういう風に使い分けてたかっていうと 朝晩はこっちを使ってます。 集中ケアなんですよ。 これ7日分ビーラボショットっていうのが入っているので 7日間集中でこっちを使って 終わった後にランコムに変えてるっていう感じです。 人から肌疲れてるねとはまだ言われてないので ある程度良かったんじゃないかなと思っていて きっと年末に向けても また疲れる時が来るなと思ったので もう一つ追加で購入して 肌が疲れてるなっていう時には 集中的に使おうかなという風に思っております。 実は私、この肌診断をした時に びっくりするデータが出たんですよ。 それがなんと乾燥してると。 美容家として47歳女医としてやらせていただいているので まさか私が肌診断で乾燥するっていうところに出てくるとは 本当に驚いたんですよ。 どちらかというとインナードライ気味 皮脂もある程度あるんだけれども 皮脂は通常ぐらいになっていて それよりもちょっとドライになってますっていう感じだったんですね。 角質の細胞に水を引っ張っていく力が少ないんだと思って 肌の角層にお水をしっかり入れて 引き込むような感じのものの化粧水を使えばいいんだって感じた時に 頭に浮かんだのがエストのザローション。 詳しくはここの解説を見ていただきたいんですけども 角層のケラチン繊維っていうものを開いて そこにお水を引っ張っていくっていうのは もう花王さんのお家芸で それのパワーをバージョンアップしたっていうのが今回のエストなので これはもう乾燥してるって言われたら これ使わなきゃっていうことでまた使い始めております。 おかげでもう乾燥はそんなにできてないかなと思うんですよ。 でもちょっとと思ったので 秘密兵器を2つ導入しました。 それが見てください。 ザ・ギンザのこのクリームでございます。 これは前にもお話をしたと思うんですけれども 最後のテクスチャーを作るのは2人しかおりませんで このテクスチャーがめちゃくちゃ気持ちがいいんですね。 正直いっぱいはつけないです。 本当に少量だけ首くらいまで伸ばすと肌がふっかふかになるんですよ。 高級なクリームって本当にベタベタすると思ってたんですけど これも全くシルクのような肌になります。肌触りが。 これを少量塗ってその次にラネージュのスリーピングマスク 私はいろいろ種類があるんですが私はブルーが一番好きで みずみずしいお肌にしてくれるような感じなんですよね。 なのでこのザ・ギンザをちょっと薄く塗った上に スリーピングマスクをたっぷりつけて寝る。 朝肌がピカピカになります。 自分の肌が今疲れて回復力が落ちている。 油分はそんなに多いわけじゃない。 だからこそいい油分で膜を貼ってあげて ちゃんとお水でラッピングしてあげた方がいいんだな って改めて思ったので そんなに全部が11月に発売になったわけじゃないんですけども 改めて自分の肌に何が必要かっていうのを考えて 構築したっていう感じですね。 おかげさまでちょっとね肌の調子はすこぶる いい感じはしております。 これがまたちょっとどう変わっていくかは もう少し様子を見てまたちょっと 足し引きしていたりした方がいいのかなという風には思っております。 次シャンプーに行こうと思うんですが 前からいいよって言ってたのが このモレキュラーリペアのセラムなんですよ。 これは修復のペプチドが入っていて 髪の毛の奥まで浸透していくっていうものだったんですよ。 その時にも解説した時には 濡れた髪の毛の中に入れることによって ペプチドが髪の毛の奥の奥まで行って 一本一本の繊維をしっかりと綺麗に束ねることによって 髪の毛のうねりだったりとかっていうのを なくすっていうことだったんですね。 その時に私はちょっと伺ってみたんですよ。 シャンプーを浮くってめんどくさいし シャンプーに入れられないんですかって聞いたら ペプチド自体がいい成分なんだけど 浸透させるには時間がかかりますと。 洗い流してしまったら意味がないから やっぱり塗布して置いといて 髪の毛の真のコルテックスの方まで行くには 時間がかかるんですってお話をしたから いつかシャンプーができるといいですねみたいなお話をしたんですよ。 そしたらなんとシャンプーが出てたわけ 聞いてないわと思って どういうことですかって言って またすぐ電話するからそういう時って そしたらもちろん一番いいのは浸透させるものなんだけれども 技術をちょっと変えることによって シャンプーにも入れるようになりました 詳しい話をいろいろ聞いたんですけれども ざっくり言うと技術が進化したっていうことなんですよね 正直今年いっぱいシャンプー出てるじゃないですか 他のブランドからもいっぱいいいものが出ていて どうかなと思ったんです これもものすごく良くて 相性がいいんだと思うんですよね モレキュラーのセラムと セラム使う時にはモレキュラーのシャンプー使いたいなと思ったので うねりとかが気になる 広がりとかが気になる人には結構いいんじゃないかな というふうに思います マツキヨパトロールをしていたら マツキヨさんからこんなスナックが出てたんですよ 今日は2つしか持ってきてないんですけど いくつか出ていて ソイスナックでもともと普通だったら小麦を揚げるじゃないですか これ大豆のパフなんですよ 私チートスとかが大好きで 主人がいつも夜中にチートスを食べていて 私にチートスの誘惑を重ねてくるわけですよ でもチートス食べればすごく罪悪感を感じるんですよ ほぼそのチーズ味です でも大豆パフだから 罪悪感がゼロなわけじゃないんだけれども ちょっと軽くなるじゃないですか そういう意味ではすごくありがたいなと思うんですよね チーズ味だけじゃなくて お塩のものだったりとかもあって パスタの形をしたものとかもあって めちゃくちゃいろんなものがあった 糖質が9.3g これももう一つはチョコレート味なんですけど 糖質7.5になっているので ちょっと糖質制限とか気になっている人には結構いいんじゃないかな あと食物繊維も取れるものになっているので これはいっぱい食べるんじゃなくてちょっとだけ食べるんだったら 罪悪感を少なく食べれるんじゃないかなと思ったので これもとてもいいなと思いました あとはボディケアで このファスのボディクリームがめちゃくちゃ気持ちがいいんですよ 伸ばすとすごく張りも出るし 発酵のエキスが入っているというところもあって それを体に使えるという贅沢さ あとちょうどいいポンプなんですよ 全身にやるとすごく肌もふかふかになるし ボディミルクあるあるだと思うんですよ ベタベタしてお洋服着る時に まだちょっとヌルヌルしているなっていうのがあるじゃないですか これ全然ヌルヌルしないんですよね なくなったらリピートしたいなと思っているし この時期ギフトとかメンズにプレゼントでもいいし もちろん女性にもファスだったら喜ばれるんじゃないかなと思って このボディミルクはめちゃくちゃ良かったです あとは実はこれ 私の知り合いの先生のクリニックのショップみたいなもので まず売ってたんですよ まつ毛にすごくいいんだけれども よくあるまつ毛美容液でちょっと目が痒くなったりとか 赤くなったりというものがないですよっていう風に言われて 調べてみたら楽天でも売っていて このラッシュドっていうまつ毛美容液なんですが ちょっと私は基本的にまつ毛はエクステをつけてるんですね 量はあるんですけど長さがあんまりないんですよ まつ毛をつけててすぐに取れちゃう時期がすごくあって 多分まつ毛一本一本が細くなっちゃってたんだと思うんですよ だけどこれを使い始めたら結構太くしっかりまつ毛がなってきて エクステがちゃんとつくようになったし 私結構いろんなものを使ったら目が充血したり痒くなったりするんですけど これはあんまないんですよ マスカラタイプっていうのも私の中で結構よくて 筆だったらちょっとガタガタするんですけど これはまつ毛がついてても透明のマスカラみたいな感じに使えるので 気になる方は見ていただいてもいいんじゃないかなと思います 最後はですね今月の近沢レースでございます まず一つは本当は今月私近沢レース買えなかったんですよ そしたらまたうちのおもちさんスキンクリニックに ニッタさんっていう私大好きなスタッフがいるんですけど ニッタさんも近沢レースが大好きで 先生当たったんですって言って私の分まで買ってくれた じゃじゃんカステラでございます 今回見てください ほら見ておいしそうじゃないですか 福砂屋とのコラボ 実はうちの事務所って目の前福砂屋があるんですよ ある日そこにめちゃくちゃ長蛇の列がなっていて なんだろうと思ったらそこでその日売ってて 行ったらもう売り切れてたんですね なのでうわーと思ったら当たったということで いただきましたニッタさんありがとうございます そしてもう一つはお好み焼きでございます 可愛いですよね見てお好み焼き可愛い ここちゃんとヘラがついてるの お好み焼きの次は何かと言ったら たこ焼きでございます 可愛くないこのたこ焼きも こんな感じで今月の近沢レースは カステラとお好み焼きそしてたこ焼きで やらせていただきました 今月もありがとうございます はいということでいかがだったでしょうか 今月はちょっとあんまり新製品っていう感じではないんですけども 季節が変わったりとか 自分の体調が変わるごとに必要なものって変わってくるので しっかりと見極めて使い始めたかなと思いますので 自分の肌がちょっと違うなと思った時には 別のアイテムを変えてみるっていうのも いいんじゃないかなと思うので よかったら参考にしてみてください 今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました もうすぐベスコスの季節になってくるので ぜひ楽しみにしていてください 次の動画でお会いしましょう さようなら

Hello everyone! This is Tomori Ara. Today I'm sharing the products I was glad to discover in November! November is already coming to an end so quickly! At home we've already put up our Christmas tree, and in the beauty industry, presentations for 2026 spring/summer items are already starting to appear. A year really goes by fast, doesn't it. In November, when I had a skin diagnosis, I found some skin damage, so today I'll be introducing things like shampoo and body care that I don't usually feature, so please watch until the end! Let's start with the first item. I'd like to introduce two serums here. The first is Lancôme's Génifique Ultimate Serum. The other is Guerlain's Abeille Royale Oil Serum and the Bee Lab Shot. Both of these are serums. Génifique was released last year, and for Guerlain, the oil was released in the first half of the year, while the Bee Lab Shot was released in the second half— I believe it was around September. So it's not something released in November, but it's an item I rediscovered how good it is after using it again. The main reason I decided to use Génifique again was because I recently had a skin diagnosis. The result showed that my skin was, if anything, tired. Indeed, I've been really busy lately, and it's not that I've been neglecting my skincare, but as we get closer to the end of the year, the body gets tired, right? My schedule has been really packed, so when I thought about skin recovery power, the first thing that came to mind was Génifique. It contains something called beta-glucan, and it's known that beta-glucan itself switches on the skin's recovery power, which became a big buzz. When it comes to recovery power, it's Génifique, so when I felt my skin was tired, I thought I had to use it. That said, I really love vitamin C, and when it comes to serums, I always feel a bit uneasy if there isn't a vitamin C component. When I was looking for something with the same kind of recovery power, Guerlain's Abeille Royale contains an ingredient derived from honey from Ouessant Island, which also has the effect of enhancing repair power. While enhancing repair power, it also plumps up the skin, so I think it was around September or October when the Bee Lab Shot was released. It contains round vitamin C beads. You dissolve these into the oil serum and apply it to the skin. As for how I used them differently— I use this one morning and night. It's an intensive care treatment. This contains 7 days' worth of Bee Lab Shot, so I use it intensively for 7 days, and after finishing, I switch to Lancôme. No one has told me my skin looks tired yet, so I think it worked reasonably well. Since I know I'll likely get tired again as the year-end approaches, I bought an additional one, so I plan to use it intensively whenever I feel my skin is tired. Actually, when I had this skin diagnosis, some surprising data came up. It showed that my skin was dry. Since I work as a beauty expert and a 47-year-old physician, I was truly surprised that dryness showed up in my skin diagnosis. It was more like an inner-dry type— I do have a certain amount of sebum, and the sebum level was about normal, but compared to that, it seemed slightly more on the dry side. I thought that my skin cells might have less ability to draw in water, so I felt I needed a lotion that would properly deliver water into the stratum corneum and draw it in. The one that came to mind was Est's The Lotion. Please check the detailed explanation for more, but the idea of opening up the keratin fibers in the stratum corneum to draw water into them is something Kao has long specialized in, and this new Est product is a upgraded version of that power. So when I was told my skin was dry, I thought, I have to use this, and started using it again. Thanks to that, I don't think I'm as dry anymore. But I felt I needed a bit more, so I introduced two secret weapons. Take a look at this. This is The Ginza cream. I think I mentioned this before as well— only two people are responsible for creating the final texture, and this texture feels amazingly good. Honestly, I don't use much of it. Even applying just a small amount up to the neck makes the skin feel super plump. I thought luxury creams would feel really sticky, but this one gives the skin a completely silky feel—the texture is amazing. After applying a small amount of this, I follow up with Laneige's Sleeping Mask. There are various types, but I like the Blue one the best; it gives the skin a nice, moist feeling. So I apply a thin layer of The Ginza, then apply plenty of the Sleeping Mask on top before going to sleep. In the morning, my skin is glowing. My skin is currently tired and its recovery power has dropped. The oil content isn't that high, so I thought it would be better to seal it with a good oil layer and properly wrap it with water. Not all of these were released in November, but I reconsidered what my skin needed and built this routine accordingly. Thanks to that, my skin condition feels really good right now. I'll keep watching how it changes and adjust by adding or removing things as needed. Next, let's move on to shampoo. I've been saying for a while that this Molecular Repair Serum is good. It contains repairing peptides that penetrate deep into the hair. When I explained it before, by applying it to wet hair, the peptides travel deep into the hair, binding each individual fiber neatly together, which helps eliminate frizz and waviness in the hair. At that time, I asked something. I said it's a hassle to apply a treatment like that and leave it in the hair— couldn't it be included in a shampoo? They told me that while the peptide itself is a great ingredient, it takes time to penetrate, and if you wash it out right away, it won't be effective. They said applying it and letting it sit is necessary because it takes time to reach the true cortex of the hair. So I said something like, it would be nice if a shampoo version could be made someday. Then, lo and behold, a shampoo came out! I thought, nobody told me about this, so I asked what was going on and said I'd call them right away. They said that of course the best method is still to let it penetrate, but by changing the technology slightly, they managed to incorporate it into a shampoo as well. I heard a lot of detailed explanations, but basically, it comes down to advances in technology. Honestly, so many shampoos have come out this year, with great products from other brands too, so I wondered how this one would be. But this one is really amazing too. I think it pairs really well with the Molecular Serum. When using the serum, I feel like using the Molecular Shampoo as well, so I think it's quite good for people who are bothered by frizz or waviness. While doing my Matsukiyo patrol, I found these snacks from Matsukiyo. I only brought two today, but several were released. They're soy snacks—normally these kinds of things are made by frying wheat, but these are made from soy puffs. I love Cheetos, and my husband always eats Cheetos late at night, tempting me with them repeatedly. But eating Cheetos makes me feel really guilty. This tastes almost exactly like cheese flavor. Since it's made from soy puffs, it's not zero guilt, but it definitely feels lighter. In that sense, I'm really grateful for it. There isn't just cheese flavor—there's also a salt flavor, and some shaped like pasta too; there were so many varieties. The carb content is 9.3g, and there's also a chocolate flavor with 7.5g of carbs, so it might be great for people who are watching their carb intake. It also contains dietary fiber, so if you eat just a little rather than a lot, you can enjoy it with less guilt, I think. This was also really good. Next is body care— this Fath body cream feels amazing. When you spread it on, it gives a nice firmness, and it contains fermented extracts, which feels luxurious to use on the body. Also, the pump size is just right. When you use it all over your body, your skin becomes really plump, and you know how body milk products often feel sticky when you try to put on clothes right after, still feeling a bit slippery? This one doesn't feel sticky or slippery at all. Once I run out, I definitely want to repeat purchase it. This time of year, it would also make a great gift for men, and of course women would be happy to receive Fath as well. This body milk was really excellent. Also, this one was actually first sold at the shop of a clinic run by an acquaintance of mine, a doctor. They told me it's really good for eyelashes, and unlike common eyelash serums that can cause itching or redness in the eyes, this one doesn't have that issue. When I looked it up, I found it was also sold on Rakuten. This is an eyelash serum called Lash'd. Basically, I usually wear eyelash extensions, and while I have volume, I don't have much length. There was a period when the extensions would come off very quickly, probably because each individual lash had become thinner. But after I started using this, my lashes became noticeably thicker and stronger, and the extensions started to stay on properly. With a lot of products, my eyes tend to get red or itchy, but that rarely happens with this one. The mascara-type format is also something I really like— with a brush-type product, it can feel uneven, but this one can be used like a clear mascara even with extensions on, so if you're interested, it might be worth checking out. Finally, this month's Kinzawa Lace items. Actually, I wasn't able to buy Kinzawa Lace myself this month. But then, at our Omochisan Skin Clinic, there's a staff member named Nitta whom I really love, and she also loves Kinzawa Lace. She told me, "Doctor, I won the lottery!" and bought some for me too— and tada, here's the castella cake. Take a look at this. Doesn't it look delicious? It's a collaboration with Fukusaya. Actually, there's a Fukusaya shop right in front of our office. One day there was a huge long line there, and I wondered what was going on— turned out they were selling this on that day, but by the time I went, it was already sold out. Look at this okonomiyaki, so cute. It even comes with a little spatula. After okonomiyaki, what's next? It's takoyaki. This takoyaki is adorable too. This month wasn't so much about brand-new releases, but as the seasons change and as our body condition changes, what we need also changes, so I think it's important to carefully assess and start using the right products.
