皮膚科医が成分で選ぶプチプラのシートマスクを3つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、成分がすごいと思ったプチプラシートマスク3つをご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 シートマスクも本当にたくさん出てますよね。ドラッグストアにいろんなものが並んでいて、私もそれをいろいろ見るの大好きなんですが、最近見つけてこれちょっと成分良いなと思ったものを今日3つご紹介したいと思います。 では早速一つ目、はと麦美容マスクです。多分これはファインさんで買ったのでもしかしたらファインさん限定なのかな。でも結構このはと麦美容マスク、いろいろ見ると思うんですが、これね意外と地味にいろんな成分が入ってるんですよね。 まずプラセンタエキス。ここにも国産プラセンタエキスって書いてあるんですが、プラセンタって何してるかわかんないっていう方もいらっしゃると思うんですが、実は肌にとってはですね、美白の成分になっています。なのでプラセンタを入れていることによって美白効果が期待できるのかなと。 あと、はと麦のエキスというのは、はと麦にもいろいろ種類があって、こちらのはと麦美容マスクに使っているはと麦がどこのはと麦かはちょっとわからないんですけれども、はと麦自体はですね、肌を鎮静させたりとか保湿をするという効果があります。なのでまあ保湿の効果ですよね。 そこにですね、グルコシルセラミド。このセラミド自体は植物から作られているセラミドで、もちろん人型のセラミドとかよりはちょっとまあ保湿力は下がるとは思うんですが、そちらも入っています。 プラスアルファ、ヒアルロン酸ですね。ヒアルロン酸に関しては、ちょっとね、分子量が大きいヒアルロン酸なので、浸透というよりは表面にちょっと膜を貼るようなヒアルロン酸が入っています。なのでどちらかというとですね、保湿をしっかりするプラス、やっぱり角質層に水も入れておくことで透明感も出すし、またプラセンタのエキスが入っていることでそれで少しね美白の効果も期待できるんじゃないかなと思います。 中身なんですけれども、私ね結構好きだなぁと思うのは、あんまりベタベタしていない感じなんですよね。こういう感じで、どちらかというと美容液を入れているというよりも、水分を入れ込むマスクというような感じになります。なので朝しっかりと角質層に水分を入れて肌を明るくしたいという時にはいいので、朝メイクしたりとかしながらやる分にはいいのかなというふうに思いますが、美容液というよりはもう本当に化粧水をしっかり入れ込むっていうような、ローションパックのようなマスクかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、サボリーの薬用ピタッとマスク WRです。これね、私見つけた時、ちょっとすごいなっていうふうに思いました。というのも薬用シワ改善って書いてあるわけじゃないですか。ということはシワ改善の有効成分が入っているんですよ。でもちろんあの入っているものはですね、ナイアシンアミドになります。 でナイアシンアミドってすごくね優秀で、この動画を見ている方はよくご存知だと思うんですけれども、シワ改善でもあり美白でもあって、でかつその肌荒れ防止成分でもあるので、なんとなくレチノールとかニールワンとかで他のシワ改善のものでちょっと刺激感があるよという方でも、しっかりと使うこともできます。 あとはナイアシンアミド自体がですね、ちょっと皮脂をコントロールするところもあるので、ちょっと脂性肌さんにもいいし、でもう一つやっぱりその皮膚のターンオーバーというか、皮膚の生まれ変わりも促してくれるので、ちょっとね乾燥肌さんにもいいし、っていうほんと万能選手なんですよね。 もちろんそれを入れ込んでいるシートマスクだったりも他社さんからも出ていたりもするんですが、なんとこれね1000円以下、確か770円ぐらいだったと思うんですよ。なので1000円でお釣りが来る価格帯で、ナイアシンアミドをしっかりちゃんとね、あの薬用と書いてあるので、しっかりと有効成分として入っているということは、パーセンテージもちゃんと入っているということなので、これを入れているっていうのがもうほんとすごいなと思いました。 それだけじゃないんですよ。ここにはビタミンC。これ水溶性のビタミンC誘導体なんですが、それも入ってます。であともう一つ、ナイアシンアミドってビタミンB3なんですが、他のビタミンB群、ですね、美容チン（パンテノール）だとか、あとはシアノコバラミンとか、そういった皮膚のね代謝を促してくれるようなビタミンもしっかり入っているんですよね。 であとはやっぱりコラーゲンとかヒアルロン酸とかも入っているので、ちょっと贅沢すぎないっていうような、シワ改善も謳えるし、本当にここに書いてあるように保湿高保湿も謳えるような、それでいてなんか価格破壊が起こっているような、ちょっとすごいなと思うようなシートマスクになります。 こっちはね、さっきのプラセンタとは違って、ちょっとなんか美容液っぽいようなテクスチャーのものになっています。見るとね、ちょっと中に白っぽく見えるのわかりますかね。どちらかというと本当に美容液を詰めてあるっていうようなものになるので、ちょっとね、しっとり感というか、テクスチャーが少し重たく感じる方もいると思うんですが、保湿っていうことをしっかりしたいんだったらいいのかなと思います。 でこのね、シート結構ね伸びます。こんな感じで。なので、なんか本当にこれ、成果でいいのかなって思うようなマスクになっています。だから朝でもいいんですけれども、ちょっと夜のスペシャルケアとかにも使えるなんか、マスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、ルルルンプレシャス ゴールドになります。シートマスクといったらもうルルルン、すごい有名なんと思うんですが、その中でも私、今回いいなぁと思ったのがこちらのプレシャスのバランスというタイプのシートマスクになります。 でこのプレシャスシリーズ自体が肌のですね、水分もそうなんですが、やっぱり人間のお肌って水分と油分でできているじゃないですか。なので、ただ油分が多くてもダメなので、この水分と油分のバランスをちょっと整えるように、22歳の肌の皮脂バランスを再現したって、これがちょっと面白いなと思ったんですが、その水分と機種のバランスをちょっとね考えたような処方になっています。 そこに保湿成分としては3種類の人型セラミドが入っています。でこの人型セラミドですね、水天レシチン（訳注：正確には「水を含ませたレシチン」の意と思われます）と言って、ちょっとね、脂質の膜に入れて、まあ要は肌に浸透しやすいようなカプセル型のものに入れて入っているんですね。なので皮脂のバランスもそうなんですけれども、やっぱり人型セラミドですね、肌の奥に入れるようなことをしてるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。なので結構ね、本当に表面だけが潤うっていうより、内側からなんかもっちりしたようなイメージになっていきます。 であともう一つはですね、コーボのベータグルカンっていうものが入っているんですが、このベータグルカン自体も肌のバリア機能を整えてくれるというようなものと、あとですね、これも面白いなぁと思ったんですけれども、アセチルヘキサペプチドエイトというものが入っているんですね。 このアセチルヘキサペプチドエイトってまぁ何で有名かっていうと、まぁボトックスみたいな感じで、ちょっと肌にね、ハリ感とかを出すっていうふうに言われています。こちらは良い睡眠を取った後のように、ハリとツヤを導く、ハリツヤ成分というふうに書いてあるんですが、ペプチドっていうのはやっぱりお肌自体に本当になんか潤いとか、ハリとか、あとはそう、神経の伝達物質みたいな感じに似ているような作用を起こすペプチドも結構今は見つかっていて、その一つがこのアセチルヘキサペプチドエイトになります。なので保湿もしっかりするんだけれども、きちっとツヤ感とハリ感を出す、それでいて、バリア機能もちょっと強固にしていくというようなものかなと思います。 でこれね、すごくね、ありがたいなぁと思うのは、パッチテスト済みなんですね。なので、やっぱりちょっと、シートマスクをすると、なんか肌が逆にね揺らいじゃうっていうような方の、人にも敏感肌だよっていう方には、安心して使えるテストもしてあるのかなというふうに思います。 こちらは化粧水をしっかり入れ込んでいるようなシートマスクになっているんですが、セラミドですね、カプセル状にしているからか、テクスチャーはね、そんなにベタベタはしてないんですよ。化粧水を入れ込んでいるような感じなので、なんですが、短時間で本当に肌の明るさをアップしてくれるようなもので、結構ね、シートもこれも厚めになってます。 でここもですね、結構しっかりと伸びるような形になっています。肌当たりもとってもいいので、すごく考えられて作られているなというふうに思います。なので私だったら、これはやっぱり朝髪を整えている間とか、そういった時に、しっかり入れていって、肌のツヤ感とか透明感を出したいなというふうに思います。 3つご紹介した後にですね、ちょっと今日はなんか成分がすごくいいシートマスクということで3つやったんですけど、ちょっと成分というよりは、これ本当にちょっと考えられているなっていう、成分よりもね、なんか、コンセプトがいいなと思ったのがこちらです。 クリアターンの素肌です。これ私70万人記念の時にですね、アットコスメに行った時に見つけて購入したものになります。ぶっちゃけ言うと、中身自体はいたって普通なんですよ。普通って言ってもダメってわけじゃないんですよ。保湿がしっかりとするような、まあ保湿成分であるPPG-10メチルグルコースとか、グリセリンとか、そういった本当に一般的な保湿成分が入っているものになります。一応ね、桜葉エキスとか梅エキスとか、っていうような肌環境を整えるっていうところも入っているんですが、基本的には保湿をしっかりするっていうのがコンセプトになっているんですね。 なので、ぶっちゃけ中身が飛び抜けてすごいというよりはですね、これで使っているシートが、ちょっとすごいなぁと思いました。それがですね、これに使われているのがビガーダというシートになるんですね。でこれっていうのは、実はお高めで言うと、ミノンさんだったりとか、そういったシートマスクに使われていて、ビガーダの人って素材によっては痒くなったりするじゃないですか。そういったものを抑えるような構造をとっているものになるんですね。 あと、少し凹凸があります。凹凸があるので、中の美容成分をちゃんとこう、引っ張っていくというか、留めておくような形状にもなるんですよ。であと、プラスアルファ、パッチテストとか、アレルギーテストとか、スティンギングテストとか、あとは敏感肌自覚者に連用テスト済みとか、結構ね敏感肌の方に特化したテストをすごいしてるんですよね。 なので、なんかちょっと可愛らしいパッケージというか、比較っぽいんですけれども、中身ももちろん保湿に特化しているんですけれども、使っているシートがちゃんと敏感肌用の方向けだったりとか、敏感肌の方に向けてのテストをきちっとしてたりとか、それでいて確かこれもね成果だったんですよね。そういった意味では毎日安心して使えるものなのかなというふうに思います。 もちろん中身としても中身もいたって普通なんですが、逆に言うと毎日使っていきたいっていう方にはいいんじゃないかなと思って、これもちょっとね、おまけでご紹介しました。 Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today, I'd like to introduce three drugstore sheet masks with impressive ingredients, so please watch until the end. Sheet masks really have so many options these days. There are all kinds of products lined up in drug stores, and I love looking through them. Recently, I found three sheet masks with really good ingredients that I'd like to introduce today. First up is Hatomugi Beauty Mask. I bought this at Fine, so it might be exclusive to Fine, but I think you can find this Hatomugi Beauty Mask in various places. What's interesting is that it actually contains various beneficial ingredients. First, there's placenta extract. It says domestic placenta extract here, and if you're wondering what placenta does, it's actually a whitening ingredient for your skin. So by including placenta, you can expect some whitening effects. Next, hatomugi extract—hatomugi has various types, and I'm not entirely sure which hatomugi is used in this mask, but hatomugi itself has effects like calming the skin and providing moisture. So that's the moisturizing effect. Then there's glucosyl ceramide. This ceramide is plant-derived, and while it's less moisturizing than human-type ceramides, it's still included here. Additionally, there's hyaluronic acid. This hyaluronic acid has a large molecular weight, so rather than penetrating deeply, it forms a light film on the surface. So it really focuses on moisture and helps hydrate the stratum corneum, which gives you a brightening and transparency effect. With the placenta extract included, you can expect some whitening benefits too. As for the texture, I really like that it's not too sticky. It feels more like you're infusing water rather than serum. So if you want to hydrate your stratum corneum well in the morning and brighten your skin, it's good. You can use it while doing your makeup. It's more like a lotion pack mask than a serum mask. Next is Saborino's Medicated Pita Mask WR. When I found this, I thought it was amazing. The thing is, it says "medicated wrinkle improvement," which means it contains active wrinkle-improvement ingredients. And the ingredient in question is niacinamide. Niacinamide is really excellent. Those of you watching this probably know it well. It works for wrinkle improvement, whitening, and prevents skin irritation. So even if you find other wrinkle-improvement products with retinol or Nreal One irritating, you can still use this comfortably. Plus, niacinamide helps control sebum, so it's good for oily skin. And it promotes skin turnover and renewal, so it's also good for dry skin. It's really a versatile ingredient. While other companies also have sheet masks with niacinamide, this one costs less than 1,000 yen—I think it was around 770 yen. So you get change from 1,000 yen and you're getting a medicated product with niacinamide at proper therapeutic concentrations. I thought that was amazing. But there's more. This also contains vitamin C—specifically, water-soluble vitamin C derivative. And there are other B vitamins besides niacinamide, like panthenol and cyanocobalamin, which promote skin metabolism. It also contains collagen and hyaluronic acid, so you get both wrinkle improvement and high moisture benefits, all at an incredible price point. It's really impressive. Unlike the placenta one, this has more of a serum-like texture. You can see it has a slightly whitish appearance inside. It's more like it has serum packed in it, so some people might find it heavier in texture. But if you want serious moisturizing, it's good. The sheet also stretches nicely, so it's a really well-made mask. So it works for morning use too, but it's especially good for evening special care. Next is Lululun Precious Gold. Lululun is very famous for sheet masks, and among their products, I particularly liked the Precious Balance type. This Precious series is designed with the water and oil balance in mind. Our skin is made of water and oil, right? So just having lots of oil isn't good. This formulation is designed to balance water and oil by mimicking a 22-year-old's sebum balance, which I found interesting. It has a formula that considers this water-to-oil balance. It contains three types of human-type ceramides for moisture. These human-type ceramides are encapsulated in a lipid membrane to enhance skin penetration. So besides balancing sebum, the human-type ceramides penetrate deep into the skin. Rather than just surface moisture, you get a plump, moisturized feel from within. It also contains kobo's beta-glucan, which helps maintain skin barrier function. And interestingly, it contains acetyl hexapeptide-8, which is famous for its "Botox-like" effect of providing firmness and elasticity. It's described as a firmness and luster ingredient that brings the look of having had good sleep. Peptides create effects similar to skin-hydrating and elasticity agents and even neurotransmitters, and acetyl hexapeptide-8 is one such peptide found in many products now. So you get serious moisturizing plus firmness and radiance, and it strengthens your skin barrier too. What I particularly appreciate is that it's been patch tested. So people with sensitive skin or those whose skin becomes reactive with sheet masks can use this with confidence. This is a sheet mask that infuses a lot of hydrating essence. Because the ceramides are encapsulated, the texture isn't too sticky. It's more like essence-infused, but it quickly brightens your skin in a short time. The sheet is also quite thick. And it stretches really well. The skin feel is excellent, so you can tell it was carefully formulated. So I'd personally use this in the morning while styling my hair to achieve skin radiance and transparency. After introducing those three, I found one more where the concept was impressive, rather than just the ingredients. It's this one: Clear Turn Pure Skin. I found and purchased this when I went to @cosme during their 700,000-user milestone celebration. To be honest, the ingredients themselves are quite ordinary. But that's not to say they're bad—it has solid moisturizing ingredients like PPG-10 methylglucose and glycerin. It also has cherry leaf extract and plum extract to help balance skin condition, but the basic concept is solid moisturizing. So while the ingredients aren't outstanding, what impressed me is the sheet itself. This uses a sheet called Vigarda, which is actually used in higher-end sheet masks like Minon. Vigarda can cause itching depending on the material, and this sheet has a structure designed to prevent that. The sheet also has slight texture, which helps hold and deliver the active ingredients properly. Plus, it's been through patch testing, allergy testing, stinging testing, and continuous-use testing with sensitive-skin-aware people. It's really thoroughly tested for sensitive skin. So while the packaging looks cute and simple, the ingredients are definitely moisturizing-focused, the sheet is specifically for sensitive skin, and testing has been rigorous for sensitive skin users. For that reason, it's something you can use daily with confidence. The ingredients are ordinary, but conversely, if you want to use a sheet mask daily, this is a great option. That's why I included it as a bonus recommendation. How was that? Many people ask if it's okay to use sheet masks daily. If your skin is itchy or red, you should stop. But if you want to brighten your skin, add transparency, or just need quick hydration, sheet masks are an excellent item. Especially in the morning, when you hydrate the stratum corneum, excess sebum production is suppressed, giving you both radiance and preventing makeup breakdown.
