【リップで唇が荒れる！？💋】要注意⚠️成分と皮膚科医がおすすめするリップを紹介します

みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日はですね、唇の荒れ、もしかしたら使っているリップ、唇のあの成分が原因かもしれませんというお話をしたいと思います。 今年は本当にリップがすっごい大豊作ですよね。いろんなリップ使いたいけど、なんか一定のリップ使うと荒れちゃうんだよねという方ですね。そんな人、原因知りたいよという方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、どうして唇が荒れるかということなんですが、まず一つ目はですね、顔料と染料というものがあって、この中の染料、唇だったりリップの色の部分ですね、これに反応しちゃうということです。これはですね、詳しくはこのキュレルのリップを解説しているときに詳しくお話しているので、こちらの動画を見ていただきたいんですけれども、ざっくり言うとですね、唇だったりリップの色にはですね、顔料と染料というものがあって、その中の染料というものが唇の荒れを起こしやすいということなんですね。 今回お話しするのはその染料のお話ではなくて、染料が使われていない唇を探すって結構難しいんですよ。今回はいろんなリップ使っているけど、一定のリップを使うとなぜか荒れちゃうという方で、この顔料とか染料ではない方なんですね。リップは使えるんだけども、よくわかんないけど荒れちゃうという方のお話になります。 その人たちって何で荒れているかというとですね、リップの中に配合されているリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルというですね、油分に反応している人がいるんじゃないかというふうに言われています。一定の割合で出てくるよという方と、リップだとそれが顕著に出やすいよということになります。 ではどうしてこのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルを使うかというと、そもそもリップの構造なんですけど、リップっていうのは油の中に顔料とか染料とかそういった色のものを入れていくという構造になります。唇って皮脂腺がほとんどない場所なので結構乾燥するんですよね。なのでこの油分で膜を張ってあげるということがケアの一つになるので、基本的に唇とかリップっていうのは油系の成分がベースになって、そこに色をつける着色料を入れているというところがベースになります。 リップの油分の一つがリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルという成分になるんですね。リンゴ酸って言ってるぐらいなので、実はリンゴの果汁から見つけられた油の成分になります。これが色素を均一に分散するというのにすごく長けたオイルなんですよ。基本オイルの中に色素を入れたら結構まばらになるというか凝集するという言い方をするんですが、きれいに均一になりづらいんですね。でもこのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルはきれいな滑らかな色素の分散になるので、リップって塗ってムラになったらダメじゃないですか。なので、ムラにならないように色素をしっかりと分散したりとか、潤い感を演出してくれるので、やっぱりうるっとしたような唇を作るというところもそうですし、オイルなのにベタベタ感が少ないというところもポイントなんですよ。しっかりつくんだけれど、ベタベタ感というものが少ないので、口紅を作る材料としてはすごく適しているということで、このリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルという油剤は結構リップだったり、スキンケアの製品にも使われていることが多いです。 ただ、どんな成分も万能ではなくて、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルってエステル系の油剤というふうに言うんですが、反応を示してしまって皮むけみたいな肌荒れを起こしてしまうという方が一定数いるんですよ。私も色々調べて論文とかを読んでいると、接触性の皮膚炎の中でいくつか症例報告が上がっているんですよね。今までは色素かなと思っていて色素でパッチテストしてみたんだけど、それは大丈夫だったけれども、やっぱりこの補正のエステル油で一定数、唇の皮むけが起こったという方で、それを抜いた製品を使うとそれが良くなったという方の事例とかを何個か論文検索でも引っかかったんですね。 一応このリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルというものの原料のメーカーさんに伺うと40人に1人ぐらいという割合らしいんですよ。これって多いと思うか少ないと思うかは人それぞれだと思うんですが、それも高濃度、原料として使うぐらいのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルを塗ったときの話です。なので正直そこまで多くはないんじゃないかな。症例報告にもかなりの少ない割合ではあるがというふうには書いてあるので、そこまで多いというイメージではないんですが、40人に1人というのは割合なのかなと思うので、やはりなんとなくある一定の口紅を塗ると荒れちゃうという方はですね、いま一度どこのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルというものを見ていただければいいんじゃないかなと思います。 ただ何回も言うように、全員が荒れるわけじゃないです。本当にこれ自体はすごく均一にしたいとかムラもなくすので、これが入っているから全部私このリップダメだわっていうのは絶対に思わないでください。使ってないもの塗った方が調子がいいと思うんだったらというふうにしていただければと思います。 リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルに結構注目しているメーカーさんが実はアクセーヌさんなんですね。アクセーヌさんというと敏感肌のためのスキンケアで有名じゃないですか。意外とアクセーヌさんってメイクものを出しているんですよ。今までも出していたんですけれども、今回新しく2月28日に発売されるこちらですね。リップケアルージュっていうリップをケアしますよっていう口紅になります。 10色くらい出ていて、通常こういう敏感肌用のリップっておしゃれな色ってないと思うんですが、2本かなりいいなと思ったものがあって、1つがこのBRの01番なんですが、これね、こんな感じのおしゃれ色で、これ見てあっと思った方いません?私が去年1番使ったと言っても過言ではない、カネボウのリップあるじゃないですか。ルージュスターのVの07番にめちゃくちゃ似てるんですよ。いつもメイクしてもらっている鈴木さんもこれちょっとかなり似てません?というお話していて、それでケアもできるとめちゃめちゃいいなと思ったこのおしゃれ色のBRの01番だったり、もう1つがですね、RDの02番ですね。もうちょっと赤みがあるんですけれども、これちょっと何というかカシスの赤みたいな感じなので、ちょっとカシスっぽい赤なんですよね。なので今年のトレンドカラーでもあって、こういうおしゃれな色もあります。もちろん王道のピンクベージュとかもあるので、色的にもかわいいなというふうに思いました。 このアクセーヌってもちろんこのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリル抜いてあるんですね。それだけではなくて、リップケアルージュと呼ばれているだけあって、もっとケア成分もしっかり入っているんですね。このリップ2層になっていて、1層目にですね、ちょっと重めのオイルというものがあります。キャンデリラロウエキスっていうちょっとロウの成分で、ちょっとベタベタするような密着のオイルがまず1層目に塗って、そうすると皮がふよいってめくれてても、密着するベトベトするオイルで1回コーティングするんですよ。その上にですね、3種のオイルの中に色素を入れているんですよ。この色素もですね、コーティングがされているので、アレルギーが起こりにくいようにはなっているんですけど、そもそも1層目にしっかりとした密着するオイルがあって、皮めくれもしっかりとピタッとね、密着して、皮めくれがあるものをピタッと抑えるような密着するオイルの上にコーティングした色素が入った3種類のオイルのこの2層構造になっているので、そもそもこの色素にアレルギーがあったりする人も起こりにくいし、色素だけじゃなくてそのリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルに反応する人にも起こりにくいっていう、敏感肌のことを突き詰めたからこそできたリップなんじゃないかなというふうに思いました。 その他にもですね、意外だったんですが、このリンゴ酸ジイソステアリル抜いてるのってセザンヌさんにもありました。セザンヌさんもよく見るとですね、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルはなかったです。ただ、アクセーヌさんみたいに2層になってるとかコーティングするっていうわけではないので、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルがダメだよっていう方は、ラスティングリップカラーNの105番ですね、これがリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルがないものでここに塗りました。モード色でこれもすごく可愛くて、これが1000円以下で買えるって素晴らしいですよね。 あとはですね、敏感肌でいうと、エトヴォスさんとかもですね、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルが抜いているリップを作っているので、リンゴ酸ジイソステアリルだけを見るんであれば、そういったセザンヌさんだったりエトヴォスさんでもいいですし、皮めくれ、密着のオイルでケアしながらリンゴ酸ジイソステアリルも抜いてほしいっていうもんだったら、今度発売になるアクセーヌのリップケアルージュかなりいいんじゃないかなと思います。ぜひチェックしてみていただけるといいかなと思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。今年は本当に口紅、リップが豊作。もちろんアイメイクとかでも雰囲気変わると思うんですけども、リップって一瞬で私たちの印象を変えてくれるじゃないですか。だからなんか新しい口紅って気分を上げてくれる。ただそんな新しい口紅がね、唇を荒らしてしまったら嫌だなと思うので、ぜひ今日の動画参考にしてみていただけると嬉しいです。ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Today I'd like to talk about how the lip products you're using might actually be the cause of your chapped or irritated lips - specifically, a certain ingredient in them. This year has really been a bumper crop for lip products, hasn't it? For those of you who want to try lots of different lip products but find that certain ones make your lips break out, and for those who want to know the reason why, please watch until the end. So let's get right into it - why do lips get irritated? First, there are pigments and dyes, and among these, dyes - the coloring in your lips or lip products - can cause a reaction. I explained this in detail in my video about Curél lip products, so please check that out. Simply put, the color in lips and lip products comes from pigments and dyes, and among these, dyes tend to cause lip irritation more easily. What I want to talk about today isn't about dyes - it's actually quite hard to find lip products that don't use dyes at all. Today's topic is for those of you who use various lip products but find that a certain one causes irritation for reasons that aren't about pigments or dyes. This is for those who can use lipstick fine most of the time, but for some reason get irritation with certain ones. So what's causing irritation in these people? It's said that some people react to an oil ingredient called Diisostearyl Malate that's formulated into lip products. This appears in a certain percentage of people, and it tends to show up prominently in lip products. Why is Diisostearyl Malate used? Well, to begin with, the structure of lip products is that pigments and dyes - the coloring agents - are suspended in oil. Lips have almost no sebaceous glands, so they tend to get quite dry. That's why forming an oil film is one way to care for them, and essentially, lips and lip products are based on oil ingredients, with coloring agents added to provide color. One of the oils used in lip products is this ingredient called Diisostearyl Malate. As the name suggests (malic acid), it's actually an oil ingredient derived from apple juice. This oil is excellent at dispersing pigments evenly. Normally, when you put pigments into oil, they tend to become uneven or clump together - it's hard to get a smooth, even distribution. But Diisostearyl Malate allows for beautifully smooth pigment dispersion, and you don't want your lipstick application to end up patchy, right? So it ensures the pigment is evenly distributed to avoid unevenness, and it also creates a moisturized look, giving lips that glossy appearance. Another key point is that despite being an oil, it doesn't feel very sticky. It applies well but isn't tacky, making it an excellent material for lipstick production. That's why this oil ingredient, Diisostearyl Malate, is often used in many lip products and even skincare products. However, no ingredient is perfect for everyone. Diisostearyl Malate is what's called an ester-type oil, and there are a certain number of people who develop reactions to it, resulting in skin irritation like peeling. As I researched various papers, I found several case reports of contact dermatitis related to this. In some cases, people initially suspected the pigment was the cause and did patch tests with just the pigment, which turned out fine - but it was this ester oil ingredient that caused lip peeling in a certain number of cases, and switching to products without it improved their symptoms. I found several such case examples through paper searches. According to the manufacturer of this raw material, Diisostearyl Malate, apparently about 1 in 40 people react to it. Whether you consider that a lot or a little probably depends on the person, but that figure is based on applying a high concentration - essentially raw material level - of Diisostearyl Malate. So honestly, I don't think it's that common. The case reports also state that while there are some reports, the percentage is quite small. So while it's not a huge number, 1 in 40 is still a notable proportion. So if you're someone who somehow gets irritation from certain lipsticks, I think it might be worth checking whether they contain Diisostearyl Malate. But as I've said many times, not everyone will experience irritation. This ingredient really does help create even, mura-free application, so please don't jump to the conclusion that any lipstick containing it is bad for you. Just consider using products without it if you feel your skin does better that way. Actually, the manufacturer that's been paying quite a lot of attention to Diisostearyl Malate is Acseine. Acseine is well known for sensitive skin skincare products, right? Surprisingly, they also make makeup products. They've made them before, but this time there's a new release coming out on February 28th - a lip product called Lip Care Rouge, designed to care for your lips while providing color. They're releasing about 10 shades, and normally, sensitive-skin-focused lip products don't tend to have very fashionable colors, but I found two shades that I thought were really great. One is BR-01 - it's this kind of stylish color, and did anyone notice something when they saw it? It really resembles the Kanebo lipstick I probably used the most last year - Rouge Star V-07. Suzuki-san, who always does my makeup, also mentioned how similar it looks. The fact that you get care benefits along with this fashionable BR-01 shade is amazing. The other one is RD-02, which has a bit more red to it - it's kind of like a cassis red, a bit cassis-toned. It's actually one of this year's trend colors, so there are stylish shades like these available. Of course, there are also classic pink-beige tones, so I thought the color range was really cute overall. Acseine's product naturally excludes Diisostearyl Malate, but that's not all - since it's called Lip Care Rouge, it also contains solid care ingredients. This lipstick has a two-layer structure: the first layer contains a somewhat heavier oil. It's a wax-based ingredient called Candelilla Wax Extract that has a slightly sticky, adhesive quality, and this is applied as the first layer. This way, even if the skin is starting to peel and lift, this adhesive, slightly sticky oil coats it in place. On top of that, pigments are suspended in three types of oils. These pigments are also coated, making allergic reactions less likely - but more importantly, because there's this strong adhesive oil as the first layer, it firmly holds down any peeling skin, and on top of that adhesive oil sits the coated pigment in three types of oil, forming this two-layer structure. Because of this, not only is it less likely to cause reactions in people allergic to the pigments, but it's also less likely to trigger reactions in people who react to Diisostearyl Malate. I really feel this lipstick was created by thoroughly pursuing solutions for sensitive skin. Surprisingly, I also found that Cezanne has products without Diisostearyl Malate. Looking closely at Cezanne's ingredients, I confirmed there's no Diisostearyl Malate. However, unlike Acseine, it doesn't have the two-layer structure or coating technology. So for those who specifically want to avoid Diisostearyl Malate, I'd recommend Lasting Lip Color N shade 105, which doesn't contain this ingredient - that's the shade I applied here. It's a trendy shade and really cute, and the fact that you can get it for under 1000 yen is wonderful. Also, when it comes to sensitive skin brands, Etvos also makes lip products without Diisostearyl Malate. So if you're only concerned about avoiding Diisostearyl Malate, brands like Cezanne or Etvos would work well. But if you want care for peeling skin with an adhesive oil while also avoiding Diisostearyl Malate, I think the upcoming Acseine Lip Care Rouge would be an excellent choice. Please do check it out.
