【2023年下半期ベスコス予想Part2】美容液 クリーム アイケア シワ改善アイテムのベスコス予想を紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、ともこです。今回は前回に引き続き、2023年下半期のベストコスメ予想を皆さんとやっていきたいと思います。前回はクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水までを予想してきましたが、今回は美容液、乳液、クリーム、そしてアイケアまで一気にご紹介します。今年は美容液とクリームが本当に大豊作で、選ぶのがとても大変でした。 【美容液】 まず私が選んだのはこちらの5つです。 1つ目は「ブルーミオ ディープブーストセラム」。以前深掘りもしましたが、ポイントはブルーセラミドです。セラミドは保湿だけでなく高炎症作用もあり、慢性炎症こそが老化の原因であることは各メーカーも認識しています。保湿しながら炎症も抑えるセラミドに加え、抗炎症作用の強いアズレンも配合。導入美容液なので、他の美容液と併用しやすいのも魅力です。 2つ目は「ドクターシーラボ エンリッチメディカルデュオセラム」。こちらも深掘り済みですが、皆さん大好きなビタミンC誘導体（APPS）とレチノールが一緒に配合されている美容液です。これまでpHの関係で同時配合が難しかったビタミンCとレチノールを、美容液層とオイル層に分けることで実現。使用時に振ることで両方の恩恵を受けられます。ちなみに深掘り時にコメント欄で「レチノール配合なのに遮光ビンじゃなくて大丈夫？」という質問をいただき、メーカーに確認したところ、透明でも光を通さない特殊な製法で作られているとのことでした。あえて2層になっていることが見えるよう、この容器を採用したそうです。また開封後2ヶ月以内の使用を推奨しており、その期間内であればレチノールは安定して配合されているとの回答でした。ビタミンCとレチノールを別々に使っていた方には、一緒に使えてピリピリ感も少なく、とても使いやすい美容液です。 3つ目は「エスト セラムリフトアドバンス」。今回、炭酸をバージョンアップさせ、より高濃度で肌に届けられるようになりました。高濃度炭酸は毛穴汚れの除去や化粧水の浸透促進、ニキビ予防だけでなく、紫外線による炎症の抑制やコラーゲン・エラスチンの生成促進にも効果があることがわかっています。さらにナイアシンアミドも配合されていますが、リニューアル前は肌荒れ防止目的だったのに対し、今回はシワ改善効果として配合されています。血流促進効果もあり、朝使うと顔色が明るくなり、水分量もアップします。乾燥や顔色のくすみ、もたつきが気になる方におすすめの美容液です。 4つ目は「トワニー スキンオーラジェニック」。これは本当にすごい美容液でした。以前紹介した「リュウ タンタンコンクドロップ」というヒアルロン酸を増やすクリームには、アセチルグルコサミンという成分（通称ナグ）が配合されていましたが、トワニーはリュウと同じカネボウ系列のブランドで、そのナグをさらに進化させた「アセチルグルコサミンエチルエーテル」（ナグ2.0）を新開発し配合しています。ヒアルロン酸を増やす機能をさらにバージョンアップさせ、内側からふっくらとした肌に導く美容液です。リュウよりもお値段は張りますが、40〜50代の方にはハリを引き出す効果が期待できる美容液だと思います。 5つ目はクレ・ド・ポー ボーテの「ラ・クレーム」（ラフェルミサンがSNへ進化）です。以前深掘りしたエリクシールの「トータルVクリーム」にも通じる、たるみへアプローチする研究成分が全て含まれた上に、再生医療の観点からのケアも加わっています。細胞が紫外線やストレスを受けると、細胞内のNF-κBが細胞外へ放出され、周囲の細胞の老化を誘発することがわかっていますが、この美容液はNF-κBが細胞外へ出るのを抑制し、コラーゲンやエラスチンの分解を防ぎます。トータルVクリームの良さに加え、よりハリと弾力、ふっくら感をアップさせる美容液です。価格は高いですが、実際に使用している方の肌を見ると効果は歴然で、価格に見合う価値のある美容液だと思います。 【乳液】 続いて乳液は3つご紹介します。 1つ目は「ドクターシーラボ 薬用リンクルホワイトミルク」。もともとドクターシーラボはビタミンカクテルという考え方を大切にしているブランドで、こちらは美白乳液です。美白成分はナイアシンアミドですが、そこにビタミンCやグルタチオンなど複数の成分をブレンドすることで、バランスの良い効果を生み出しています。乳液なのに美容液のようなこっくりとしたテクスチャーですが、毛穴への負担が少なく、脂性肌の方でもニキビができにくいのが特徴。美白しながら毛穴ケアもできる、とても優秀な乳液です。 2つ目は「オバジ C25セラム リフトエマルジョン」。重力に負けないハリを目指し、エラスチンに着目した乳液です。オバジのこのラインは洗顔・化粧水・乳液のみで美容液がなく、化粧水にも乳液にもエラスチンケア成分がたっぷり配合されています。乳液は美容液級のクオリティで、たるみやハリが気になる方におすすめ。ドラッグストアでも購入しやすいのも魅力です。 3つ目は「コスメデコルテ AQ アプソリュート エマルジョン マイクロラディアンス2」。コスメデコルテAQシリーズの「先行乳液」で、今回のリニューアルで新たに洗顔後最初に使うステップとして位置付けられました。この点について賛否両論ありますが、乾燥肌の方には特におすすめです。乾燥肌は肌表面の脂質膜が乱れやすいため、この乳液で肌を整えることで、後の化粧水の浸透が良くなります。逆にニキビ肌など皮脂が多い方は効果を実感しにくいかもしれません。AQシリーズは「幸福ホルモン」と呼ばれるオキシトシンが肌の再生に関与することに着目し、オキシトシンを高める成分や香りを配合。まさにデパコスらしい、安らぎと高揚感を味わえる乳液だと思います。 【クリーム】 今期はクリームも豊作すぎて選ぶのに苦労しましたが、5つ選びました。 1つ目は「リュウ タンタンコンクドロップ」。ヒアルロン酸を増やすというコンセプトで、コスパも最強だと思います。下半期の評価はかなり高くなるのではないでしょうか。 2つ目は「エリクシール トータルVクリーム」。資生堂のたるみ研究の集大成とも言えるクリームで、グッと引き上げたい方には特におすすめです。 3つ目は「ゲラン アベイユ ロワイヤル クリーム」。もともとゲランのアベイユ ロワイヤルはハチをテーマにしていますが、フランスの皮膚科医が蜂蜜バンテージによって創傷治癒が促進されたことに着想を得て開発された成分です。高炎症作用によって老化にアプローチします。数種類のハチミツ由来成分が配合されており、ゲランらしい濃厚さがありながらも肌馴染みが良く、するっと浸透していくのも魅力です。 4つ目は「SK-II スキンパワー アドバンスド クリーム」。炎症が老化を引き起こすという考えのもと、炎症の火種を抑えることを目指したクリームです。濃縮ピテラや金蓮花（キンレンカ）エキスなどを組み合わせることで保湿と透明感アップの両方にアプローチします。しっとりタイプと軽めのエアリータイプの2種類のテクスチャーがあり、私はエアリータイプが好みでした。 5つ目は「キールズ マルチソフトクリーム」。ロレアルグループの最上位ブランド、ランコムやエレン シアなどにしか配合されていなかった「プロキシレン」という成分が、このクリームには配合されています。プロキシレンはヒアルロン酸の生成を促進し、真皮のクッションとも呼ばれるグリコサミノグリカンを増やすことでハリを引き出します。さらに成長因子EGFへのアプローチも期待でき、表皮・真皮どちらの層にも働きかける優秀な成分です。上位ブランドにしか使われていなかった成分をキールズで体験できるという点で、コスパの良いクリームだと思います。 【アイケア】 今期はアイケアも充実していたので、こちらの4つを選びました。 1つ目は「エピステーム ステムサイエンス アイ」。まぶたのハリを引き上げてくれる、さすが幹細胞培養液を研究しているブランドだと感じるアイテムです。 2つ目は「リバイタル アイゾーン ブースト」。コンパクトヒアルロン酸が配合されており、目元のハリ不足が気になる方におすすめです。ブースターとして洗顔後最初に使い、その後化粧水を使用するタイプなので、他のアイクリームとも併用できるのが優秀なポイントです。 3つ目は「N organic プレナム リンクルダイレクトエッセンス」。加齢とともに肌が薄くなり血管が透けて見えることでクマっぽく見えてしまう悩みにアプローチする商品です。ナイアシンアミドとスプリングミント（ハーブ成分）の組み合わせにより、皮膚の再生を促進し、厚みを持たせます。血管を消すことはできませんが、皮膚に厚みを持たせるというアプローチに納得感があり、私の中でピンときた1本です。 4つ目は「ブライトエイジ アイゾーン ダブルリバイタライザー」。バームスティックと美容液ロールの二刀流タイプで、持ち運びにも便利です。複合成分によりマルチなお悩みにアプローチできるのが特徴で、たるみ・ハリ・くすみなど悩みがまだはっきりしていないけれど予防的にアイケアをしたいという方におすすめです。 【シワ改善アイテム】 最後に、今期忘れてはいけないシワ改善アイテムも4つご紹介します。「POLA B.A セラム シールド」「エリクシール レチノパワー リンクルクリーム」「ライスパワーNo.11配合 ライスリンクルクロス」、そして今期注目のメナードの製品です。全体的にケアしたい方には全顔に使えるセラムシールドがおすすめ、ライスパワーNo.11の高濃度なケアをしたい方にはライスリンクルクロス、ピンポイントでレチノールを効かせたい方にはエリクシールのレチノパワーリンクルクリームがおすすめです。今期は各誌でも美容液部門とシワ改善部門を分けて評価されるのではないかと思います。 以上、2023年下半期も本当にたくさんの優秀なスキンケアアイテムが登場しました。皆さんはどのアイテムが良かったか、今どんなアイテムに注目しているか、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。最後まで見ていただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomoko. Continuing from last time, let's predict the Best Cosmetics for the second half of 2023 together. Last time we covered cleansing oils, face washes, and toners. This time, we'll go through serums, milky lotions, creams, and eye care all at once. This season was truly a bumper crop for serums and creams, making selection incredibly difficult. 【Serums】 I've selected these 5 items. First is "Blumio Deep Boost Serum." As covered in a previous deep-dive video, the key ingredient is blue ceramide. Ceramide not only moisturizes but also has anti-inflammatory properties, and chronic inflammation is recognized by many manufacturers as a cause of aging. Along with ceramide that moisturizes while suppressing inflammation, it also contains azulene, which has strong anti-inflammatory effects. Since this is a booster serum, it pairs well with other serums. Second is "Dr. Ci:Labo Enrich Medical Duo Serum." This serum combines vitamin C derivative (APPS) and retinol—something previously difficult due to pH incompatibility. The solution was to separate them into a serum layer and an oil layer, allowing both benefits when shaken before use. Interestingly, during my deep-dive, a viewer asked why it's not in a light-blocking bottle despite containing retinol. I confirmed with the manufacturer that although the bottle appears clear, it's made with a special process that blocks light. They intentionally used this bottle to show the two-layer structure. They also recommend using it within 2 months after opening, during which the retinol remains stable. For those who previously used vitamin C and retinol separately, this combined product is easy to use with minimal stinging. Third is "EST Serum Lift Advance." This version upgraded the carbonation technology, delivering higher-concentration carbonic acid to the skin. High-concentration carbonic acid not only removes pore debris, enhances toner absorption, and prevents acne, but also suppresses UV-induced inflammation and promotes collagen and elastin production. It also contains niacinamide—previously included for preventing skin roughness, but now included specifically for wrinkle improvement. It boosts blood circulation, brightening the complexion and improving moisture levels when used in the morning. Recommended for those concerned about dryness, dull complexion, and puffiness. Fourth is "Twany Skin Auragenic." This serum truly amazed me. A previously reviewed product, "RYU Tan Tan Concentrate Drop," contained an ingredient called acetylglucosamine (nicknamed "NAG") that boosts hyaluronic acid. Twany, part of the same Kanebo group as RYU, has developed an evolved version called "acetylglucosamine ethyl ether" (NAG 2.0), which further enhances hyaluronic acid-boosting functions, creating plump, dewy skin from within. While pricier than RYU, this serum is excellent for those in their 40s-50s seeking firmness. Fifth is Clé de Peau Beauté's "La Crème" (an evolution of La Fermeté Sen to SN). This incorporates all the anti-sagging research found in Elixir's Total V Cream, previously covered in a deep-dive, plus additional care from a regenerative medicine perspective. When cells are exposed to UV rays or stress, NF-κB is released from inside the cells to the outside, triggering aging in surrounding cells. This serum suppresses the release of NF-κB, preventing collagen and elastin breakdown. Building on the benefits of Total V Cream, it further enhances firmness, elasticity, and plumpness. Though expensive, the visible results on users' skin justify the price. 【Milky Lotions】 Next, 3 milky lotions. First is "Dr. Ci:Labo Medicated Wrinkle White Milk." Dr. Ci:Labo values a "vitamin cocktail" philosophy, and this whitening milky lotion features niacinamide as the main whitening ingredient, blended with vitamin C, glutathione, and other components for balanced effectiveness. Despite its rich, serum-like texture, it doesn't burden pores, making it suitable even for oily/acne-prone skin while providing both whitening and pore care—a wonderful, reassuring lotion. Second is "Obagi C25 Serum Lift Emulsion." Focused on elastin to combat gravity-induced sagging, this line (cleanser, toner, milky lotion) has no separate serum—elastin-boosting ingredients are packed into both the toner and milky lotion. The lotion has serum-level quality, ideal for those concerned about sagging and firmness. Being available at drugstores makes it accessible too. Third is "Cosme Decorte AQ Absolue Emulsion Micro Radiance 2." This is the AQ series' new "pre-emulsion," now positioned as the very first step after cleansing in this renewal. While opinions vary on this approach, it's particularly beneficial for dry skin, as it corrects the imbalanced lipid film on dry skin's surface, improving subsequent toner absorption. Those with oily/acne-prone skin might notice less dramatic effects. The AQ series focuses on oxytocin—the "happiness hormone"—known to be involved in skin regeneration, incorporating ingredients and fragrance that boost oxytocin levels. This truly embodies the department store cosmetics experience, offering both comfort and uplift. 【Creams】 Creams were also abundant this season, but I selected 5. First, "RYU Tan Tan Concentrate Drop" — focused on boosting hyaluronic acid, with outstanding cost-performance. I expect this to rank highly in the second-half awards. Second, "Elixir Total V Cream" — the culmination of Shiseido's anti-sagging research, perfect for those wanting a firm lift. Third, "Guerlain Abeille Royale Cream." Building on Guerlain's honey-based concept, this was inspired by a French dermatologist's discovery that honey bandaging improved wound healing. It leverages anti-inflammatory action to combat aging, featuring several types of honey-derived ingredients. Despite Guerlain's typically rich texture, this cream absorbs smoothly and pleasantly. Fourth, "SK-II Skinpower Advanced Cream." Based on the idea that inflammation drives aging, this cream targets the root causes of inflammation. Concentrated Pitera combined with Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) extract addresses both hydration and radiance. Available in two textures—rich and lightweight "Airy"—I personally preferred the Airy version. Fifth, "Kiehl's Multi Soft Cream." This contains "Proxylane," an ingredient previously exclusive to top L'Oréal Group brands like Lancôme and Helena Rubinstein. Proxylane boosts hyaluronic acid production and increases glycosaminoglycans—known as the dermis's "cushion"—enhancing firmness. It also supports EGF (growth factor), working on both epidermis and dermis layers. Having access to this premium ingredient through Kiehl's makes it a great value option. 【Eye Care】 Eye care was also impressive this season—here are my 4 picks. First, "Epistame Stem Science Eye" — lifts and firms the eyelids, showcasing the brand's expertise in stem cell culture research. Second, "Revital Eye Zone Boost" — contains compact hyaluronic acid, ideal for those concerned about lack of firmness around the eyes. As a booster used right after cleansing (before toner), it pairs well with other eye creams. Third, "N organic Plenum Wrinkle Direct Essence" — addresses the appearance of dark circles caused by thinning skin revealing blood vessels underneath with age. Combining niacinamide with spring mint (an herbal ingredient), it promotes skin regeneration and thickness. While you can't eliminate visible blood vessels, thickening the skin is a convincing approach—this one really resonated with me. Fourth, "Bright Age Eye Zone Double Revitalizer" — a dual-format product with a balm stick and serum roller, convenient for carrying. Its complex ingredients address multiple concerns simultaneously, making it ideal for those wanting preventive eye care before specific concerns like sagging, firmness, or dullness become pronounced. 【Wrinkle-Improving Items】 Finally, let's not forget wrinkle-improving items this season—4 picks: POLA B.A Serum Shield, Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream, Rice Power No.11 Rice Wrinkle Cross, and this season's notable Menard product. For overall care, Serum Shield can be applied to the whole face; for high-concentration Rice Power No.11 care, choose Rice Wrinkle Cross; for targeted retinol treatment, Elixir's Retino Power Wrinkle Cream is excellent. I expect magazines this season to separate serum and wrinkle-improvement categories in their awards. That wraps up serums, milky lotions, creams, and eye care!
