ドラッグストアで買える成分が凄いシートマスクを3つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、Tomoです。今日は、皆さんも大好きなシートマスクの回になります。今日は私がドラッグストアに行って「これいいな」と思ったシートマスクを3つご紹介したいと思います。 皆さん本当にシートマスクって大好きですよね。なぜ今日また改めてシートマスクの回をやろうと思ったかというと、少し前にお友達と話をしていて、そのお友達がとある方の話を聞いたそうなんです。その方は70代か80代くらいの、結構お年を召された方なんですが、本当にお肌が綺麗だと。その肌が綺麗な秘訣を息子さんか娘さんに聞いたら、「母は昔からシートマスクをしていたから、多分それが理由なのかもしれない」とおっしゃっていたそうです。だからやっぱりシートマスクってTomoも全然いいと思う、なんでシートマスクをするとこんなに肌が綺麗になるのか、その秘密とおすすめを教えてと言われました。 その時に私がお答えしたのは、もちろんシートマスクというのは保湿という、お肌に一番大事なスキンケアの大部分を手軽に叶えてくれるものなので、美容効果はとても高いと思います。ただ、今70代くらいの方がずっと20年近くシートマスクをしていたということは、20年前からシートマスクをするというのは結構珍しかったはずです。最近でこそ市民権を得て、ドラッグストアでもシートマスクのコーナーがたくさんあって、お手軽に安く買えるようになりましたが、20年前や30年前はなかなかなかったので、その方は美容意識がとても高い方だったのかなと思いました。 それくらい手軽で、自分のテンションも上がるし、シートマスクをすることで角質層にしっかり水分が入って保湿もできる上に、肌もパッと明るくなるので、やっている手応えも感じられると思います。本当にいいなと私自身も思っています。 そんなエピソードもあったので、久しぶりにドラッグストアに行っていろいろ見て、こちらの3つを選んできました。シートマスクというのは保湿がメインですが、保湿をしながら他にどういったことができるのかという観点から、今回は3つ選んでみました。 この3つはいずれも個包装ではなく、7枚入りや5枚入りといった、少し多めに入っているタイプです。シートマスクは美容液や化粧水をしっかり含ませたシートが入っているので水分が多く、手をそのまま入れたりすると不潔になりやすいです。そのためフェノキシエタノールやパラベンなど、防腐効果の高い成分が入っているものが多いです。私自身はアレルギーがない方が使う分には全く問題ないと思っていますが、そういった成分にアレルギーがある方も少数ながらいらっしゃると思います。超敏感肌の方やアレルギー体質の方には、もしかしたら向かないかもしれませんが、アレルギーがない方であれば問題ないと思いますので、ぜひ参考にしてみてください。 前置きが長くなりましたが、私が久しぶりにドラッグストアに行って「いいな」と思ったシートマスクを一つ一つ解説していこうと思います。 【1つ目】ルルンプレシャス ルルンシリーズは本当にたくさんあって、この緑のプレシャス以外にもピンクや白などいろいろなシリーズがあります。見てみるとやっぱり保湿をメインにしつつ、それぞれにプラスアルファの成分が入っていてどれもいいなと思ったのですが、一番いいなと思ったのがこの緑のプレシャスシリーズです。 何がいいかというと、シートマスクというのは肌に水分を入れ込むことが最大のポイントですが、お肌は水分を入れ込むだけでなく、ある程度膜を張ることも大事です。それによって角質層に水分があり、そこから皮脂が出て膜を張り、バリア機能がコンプリートされます。若い方だと水分は不足気味(インナードライ)でも皮脂分泌は多い方がいらっしゃいます。ある程度角質層に水分を入れ込むことで皮脂の分泌が少し抑えられることもあります。もちろん皮脂は必要なものですが、出すぎると酸化してしまい、それがダメージになることもあるので、特に若い方やインナードライの方は皮脂コントロールがとても大事になってきます。 その皮脂コントロールが期待できるのが、このルルンプレシャスシリーズかなと思いました。保湿という意味では3種のセラミドが入っていて、それは人型セラミドなので、セラミドの中でも保湿力の高いものが入っています。もう一つ、「22歳の肌の皮脂バランスを再現した保湿成分」というトリ脂肪酸C1836グリセリルという成分が入っているのですが、何をもって22歳の肌の皮脂バランスを再現したのかは詳しく調べても出てきませんでした。 それよりも私が「これはすごいな」と思ったのが、カルボキシメチルベータグルカンナトリウムという成分です。これは、皮脂が過剰に出て紫外線などが当たることで酸化し、肌にダメージを与えてしまうのを抑えてくれる成分です。しっかり水分量も入れつつ、皮脂バランスが不安定で分泌が多い方には、このカルボキシメチルベータグルカンが皮脂分泌によるダメージを緩和してくれるのかなと思いました。 プラス、アセチルヘキサペプチド-8という成分も入っています。神経の末端からアセチルコリンが出るのですが、それを若干ブロックしてくれるのではと言われているペプチドで、シワの定着を少し抑えてくれる「ヌルボトックス」的な成分とも言われています。もちろんボトックスのようにしっかりシャットアウトするわけではありませんが、表情ジワなどを緩和してくれる成分も入っているので、保湿もしたい、皮脂バランスも整えたい、プラス表情ジワも緩和したいという方にはすごくいいなと思ったシートマスクです。 【2つ目】ハトムギ美容マスク こちらも保湿効果が高い成分がぎゅっと詰まっています。ヒアルロン酸やセラミドが入っていますが、こちらはグルコシルセラミドという天然セラミドです。天然セラミドはこんにゃくなど自然由来のもので、保湿能力は高いですが人型セラミドに比べるとやや落ちます。それでもセラミドは細胞間脂質の要であり、バリア機能を改善してくれる素晴らしい成分です。 その他、ニーム葉エキスやハトムギ種子エキスは、紫外線が当たったときなどに起こる炎症を抑える効果が期待できる成分で、これがシミの原因になったりする炎症を抑えてくれるので美白効果も期待できます。一番注目したいのはプラセンタエキスです。プラセンタというと美容クリニックで注射をすることが盛んですが、実は注射でどう美容効果が出るのかはあまり解明されていません。一方、化粧品成分としてのプラセンタは美白効果があることが分かっています。プラセンタの美白効果に加え、ハトムギ種子エキスやニーム葉エキスの抗炎症効果もあるので、小さな炎症を抑えながら美白も狙える。これから日差しが強くなる春夏に向けてとても良いマスクだなと思ってピックアップしてみました。 【3つ目】サボリーノ夜用シートマスク こちらはジャケ買いというわけではなく(鬼滅も好きですが)、朝用と夜用がある中で、私はこの夜用がすごくいいなと思いました。サボリーノは若い方向けだと思いますが、それにしてはとても良い成分が入っています。 まずリンゴ酸。フルーツ酸の一つで、角質ケアになるので若干ピーリング効果があります。くすみが気になる方には角質を柔らかくしてくれる効果があります。ただ角質ケアをすると乾燥が心配になりますが、ポリクオタニウム-61(通称リピジュア)というデパコスにも使われる保湿効果の高い成分も入っているので、角質ケアをしながらしっかり保湿もできるという点で、このお手頃価格ながら素晴らしいなと思いました。 さらにビタミンC誘導体のアスコルビルグルコシドやトコフェロールも入っているので、美白効果や抗酸化作用も期待できます。「化粧水・乳液・美容液・クリーム・パックがこれ1つになる」と書いてありますが、確かに角質ケアをしながらリピジュアで保湿し、コラーゲンやヒアルロン酸も入り、美容液としてビタミンも入り、さらにオレンジ油など膜を張るような油分系成分も入っているので、これをやってそのまま寝るのもありだなと思って選んでみました。 どのシートマスクもお手頃価格で7枚入りや5枚入りなので、毎日使ってもいいのではないかと思います。先ほどの「毎日シートマスクをしていて肌がとても綺麗だった」という方に負けないくらいのお肌になれるのではと勝手に思っています。 ただしシートマスクは長時間使うのはあまり良くないので、どの製品にも「5分から10分」「10分から15分」など、使用時間が必ず書いてあります。そちらは必ず守るようにしてください。 いかがでしたか、今日の内容。いいなと思う方はぜひチャンネル登録していただき、いいねボタンやコメントをいただけると大変嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう、さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomo. Today's episode is about sheet masks, which I know you all love. I want to introduce three sheet masks that I found at the drugstore and thought "these are great!" Everyone really loves sheet masks, don't they? The reason I decided to do another sheet mask episode today is because I was talking with a friend recently, and she told me about someone she'd heard about. This person was in their 70s or 80s, quite elderly, but had incredibly beautiful skin. When asked about the secret to her beautiful skin, her son or daughter said, "My mother has been using sheet masks for a long time, so that's probably the reason." My friend said, "So sheet masks really are good, right, Tomo?" and asked me why sheet masks make skin so beautiful, plus asked for recommendations. What I told her was that sheet masks provide moisture, which is the most important part of skincare, in an easy and convenient way, so their beauty benefits are very high. However, if this person in her 70s has been using sheet masks for nearly 20 years, using sheet masks 20 years ago must have been quite unusual. It's only recently that sheet masks have become widely accepted, with drugstores having entire sections dedicated to them, making them easy and affordable to buy. But 20 or 30 years ago, this wasn't common at all, so I think she must have had a very high awareness of skincare. Sheet masks are convenient, boost your mood, and by using them, moisture is properly absorbed into the stratum corneum, providing hydration while also brightening the skin, so you can really feel the results. I genuinely think they're wonderful. With that story in mind, I went to the drugstore for the first time in a while, looked around, and picked out these three products. Since sheet masks are mainly about hydration, I selected these three from the perspective of what additional benefits they offer alongside moisturizing. Note that none of these three come in individual packaging - they come in packs of 7 or 5 sheets. Since sheet masks contain a lot of serum or lotion, they have high moisture content, and putting your hands directly into the pack can make it unsanitary. That's why many of them contain preservatives like phenoxyethanol or parabens for antibacterial effect. I personally think this is fine for people without allergies, but there are a small number of people who may be allergic to these ingredients. So these products might not be suitable for those with extremely sensitive skin or allergic conditions, but if you don't have allergies, they should be fine. Please use this as reference. After that long introduction, let me explain each of the three sheet masks I found interesting on my recent drugstore visit. 【1st: LuLuLun Precious】 The LuLuLun series has many variations - besides this green Precious one, there are pink, white, and other series. Looking at them, they all focus on hydration with various additional benefits, and they all seemed good, but the one I liked best was this green Precious series. What makes it good is that while sheet masks focus on delivering moisture to the skin, skin doesn't just need moisture - it also needs some kind of protective film. This works together: moisture in the stratum corneum, sebum secreted from that layer forming a protective film, completing the barrier function. Younger people especially may have insufficient moisture (inner dry skin) while still having high sebum production. Adding moisture to the stratum corneum can help somewhat control excess sebum production. Of course sebum is necessary, but too much can oxidize and cause damage to the skin, so sebum control becomes very important, especially for younger people or those with inner dry skin. This LuLuLun Precious series seems to offer good sebum control expectations. In terms of moisturizing, it contains 3 types of human-type ceramides, which are among the most hydrating ceramide types available. There's also an ingredient called Tri-fatty acid C18-36 Glyceryl described as "a moisturizing ingredient that recreates the sebum balance of 22-year-old skin," though I couldn't find detailed information on what exactly determines this "22-year-old skin sebum balance." What I found more impressive was an ingredient called Carboxymethyl Beta-Glucan Sodium. This ingredient helps suppress the oxidation of sebum that occurs when excess sebum is exposed to UV rays, which can damage the skin. So while providing plenty of moisture, for those with unstable sebum balance or excess sebum production, this Carboxymethyl Beta-Glucan may help alleviate the damage caused by excess sebum. Additionally, it contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-8. This is a peptide said to slightly block acetylcholine released from nerve endings, potentially reducing the fixation of wrinkles - sometimes called a "needle-free Botox" type ingredient. Of course it doesn't completely block like actual Botox, but it contains ingredients that can help ease expression lines. So for those who want hydration, balanced sebum control, plus some easing of expression lines, this is a wonderful sheet mask. 【2nd: Hatomugi Beauty Mask】 This one is also packed with highly hydrating ingredients. It contains hyaluronic acid and ceramide, but this is Glucosylceramide, a natural ceramide. Natural ceramides come from natural sources like konjac. While they have high moisturizing ability, they're somewhat less effective than human-type ceramides. Still, ceramides are essential for intercellular lipids and improving barrier function, so this is a wonderful ingredient. Other ingredients include Neem Leaf Extract and Job's Tears (Hatomugi) Seed Extract, which are expected to suppress inflammation that occurs from UV exposure. Since this inflammation can be a cause of dark spots and blemishes, suppressing it also offers whitening benefits. But the standout ingredient is Placenta Extract. While placenta injections are popular in beauty clinics, how exactly they provide beauty benefits through injection isn't well understood. However, as a cosmetic ingredient, placenta's whitening effect has been established. Combined with the anti-inflammatory effects of Job's Tears Seed Extract and Neem Leaf Extract, this mask can help suppress minor inflammation while providing whitening benefits from placenta. I picked this one thinking it would be great heading into spring and summer as UV exposure increases. 【3rd: SABORINO Night Sheet Mask】 This wasn't a case of buying it for the packaging (though I do like Demon Slayer too) - among the morning and night versions, I found this night version particularly appealing. SABORINO seems targeted at younger users, but it contains surprisingly excellent ingredients for the price. First is Malic Acid, one of the fruit acids, which provides exfoliation with a mild peeling effect - great for those concerned about dullness, as it helps soften dead skin cells. However, exfoliation can cause dryness concerns, but it also contains Polyquaternium-61 (commonly known as Lipidure), a highly effective moisturizing ingredient often used in department store cosmetics. So it provides exfoliation while ensuring strong hydration - impressive for such an affordable price. It also contains vitamin C derivatives like Ascorbyl Glucoside and Tocopherol, providing whitening effects and antioxidant properties. The packaging claims it combines "lotion, emulsion, serum, cream, and pack all in one," and indeed it does - exfoliation, hydration from Lipidure, collagen and hyaluronic acid, vitamins as serum ingredients, plus oils like orange oil that form a protective film. This makes it perfect to use right before going to sleep, so I chose this one too. All these sheet masks are reasonably priced, coming in packs of 5 or 7, so you could use them every day. I like to think this could help you achieve skin as beautiful as the person in that story who used sheet masks daily. However, using sheet masks for too long isn't good, so every product will specify a usage time, like "5 to 10 minutes" or "10 to 15 minutes." Please be sure to follow these guidelines.
