ポーチの中身を紹介します。〜春Ver.〜

皆さんこんにちは、内科皮膚科医の友利新です。 今日はですね、リクエストが多かった「ポーチの中身」貼るバージョンになります。 早速ポーチをご紹介しようと思うんですけれども、今回はこちらになります。じゃじゃん。すごい可愛くないですか、このポーチ。これね、写真家の二永美香さんとカラフルキャンディースタイルっていうところがコラボして、何年前だったかな、2年前だったかなに発売されて、桜と青空のものになるんですけども、私一目惚れをしたポーチなんですよ。中身はこんな感じで、まぁ中身もピンクで可愛いんですけども、しっかり大容量で入るので、こちらの方を今回は使っております。 早速じゃあ中身をご紹介していきたいと思います。あんまり中身が大きく変わるというよりは、季節に合わせて新色だったりとか、あとはこれからちょっと暑くなってきているので皮脂対策とか、あとはお化粧直しの時に入れているものになります。 でまず一つ目がですね、こちら。ラロッシュポゼ UVイデア XL プロテクショントーンアップ ローズになるんですが、この日焼け止めですけれども、私はもともとメイクの前に必ずこれをあの顔に塗っているんですけれども、乳液っぽい使い方も私はしていて、マスクしてたりとかするとこの辺よれたりしません。あとマスクの中ドロドロして取った時にファンデーションを塗る前にこのドロドロをどうにかしなきゃと思う時に、スポンジゴシゴシしても取れない時ってありますよね。その時にですね、このトーンアップの下地を本当にこれぐらいでいいんですけどもこれぐらい肌に乗せて、私の大好きなこのスポンジですね、なんでもいいんですけどこのスポンジはこういうスポンジでちょちょちょちょちょっとこうするとですね、余分な汚れと汗でドロドロになったファンデーションがここにつくんですよ。これで一回とって、そこからお化粧直しをするということで。ラロッシュポゼさんはサーマルウォーターっていう保湿成分も入っているし、あと日焼け止めの効果、あとトーンアップなので下地の効果もありますから、これ一本ポーチの中に必ず入れています。 続いてはお化粧直しの時に私が使っている、私今季これが一番好きかなと思うクッションファンデがこちらになります。ボビイブラウン インテンシブ シルク セラム クッション ファンデーションになります。もともとボビイブラウンにはですね、このクッションじゃなくてインテンシブスキンセラムファンデーションというリキッドファンデーションがベストセラーで、何年もロングセラーで発売されているものがあるんですね。それはもう元祖美容液ファンデーションと呼ばれていて、冬虫夏草っていう東洋の漢方に基づいた美容成分がたっぷり入っているので、日中も美容効果が期待できるっていうロングセラーのファンデーションがあるんですが、いかんせんこれ瓶ですごい重いんですよ。だから朝使うのはすごくいいんですけど、化粧直しにはなかなか使えないなっていうのがあったんですが、それが今年クッションファンデーションで持ち歩きができるようになったんですね。4月になったとはいえちょっと気温が低い時とかもあるので乾燥だったり、でも日中は暑かったりという寒暖差で、日中どうしても肌のコンディションが悪くなってしまう時も、このしっかりと美容成分が入ったファンデーションだと、落とした後も肌のコンディションがいいんですね。もちろんファンデーションとしてもすごく優秀で、塗ってみずみずしかったりとか艶感っていうのも出してくれるし、ザ・ファンデーション塗りましたっていう顔ではないんですけれども自然にカバーもしてくれるので、すごくクッションファンデの中で私お気に入りの一つになりますし、今季は結構このクッションファンデいいかなと思っていますのでこれが入っています。 続いてのアイテムはこちらです。アナ スイ ブライトニング パウダーになります。このブライトニングパウダーなんですが、中身はこんな感じ真っ白いこういうお粉になるんですけれども、真っ白なんですがこうビョンビョンってして伸ばすとそんなに真っ白になるという感じじゃないです。ちょっと白くは見えるかもしれないですけど、例えばこうブラシでくるくるくるくるって取るとお顔に乗せても真っ白になるっていうことはなく、いい意味でテカリ感をなくしてくれるパウダーになります。でね、これテカリ感をなくすパウダーだけじゃなくて、実はこれね薬用美白フェイスパウダーって書いてあるので、これ医薬部外品なんですよ。でそれ何が入っているかというと、ビタミンC誘導体のパウダーが入っているんですね、すごくないですか。これをね、日中マスクの当たるようなところだったりとか、紫外線が当たりそうなところにちょっとお化粧として入れておくだけじゃなくて、お化粧直しの時にパパンとはたいておくと、まぁ紫外線が当たっても地味になりづらいのかなぁとか、あとはいい意味でパウダーとしても使いやすいので、これはもう夏には必須アイテムなんじゃないかなと思っているので、この春から注目して入れているパウダーになります。 続いてはアイメイクなんですけれども、アイシャドウで結構大きくてかさばるもの多いじゃないですか。あとパレットとかでもどう使っていいかがわからない時も多いので、そんな時に見つけた持ち運びも簡単だしっていうので入れているのがこちらです。ソポのパウダー&ライナーになります。これねすごくお利口さんで、実は1本でこういうアイシャドウのパウダーと、反対側はこんな感じでアイライナーになってるんですね。なのでここで例えばこうアイシャドウをぼかして、アイラインを引くっていう感じのことができるわけなんですよ。すごく画期的だと思いませんか。なんかアイシャドウって結構かさばるしなんか面倒だなぁと思うことも多いし、あとアイライナーとどういうふうに組み合わせていいのかなっていうことも迷いがちなので、これすごくおすすめです。で私はいろんな色があったんですけど、黄色とかそう今流行りのねなんですけど、私は04番のロゼシャンパンっていう色と、あとはもう一つ03番のカシスソーダっていう色が結構いいかなと思って。パッと見なんとなく似てるんですけれども、やっぱり気持ちこっちの方が薄いかな、こっちの方がちょっと濃い感じのものになるので、いい感じのグラデーションができます。アイラインもカシスソーダの方がちょっと赤っぽいですよね。こちらのロゼシャンパンの方がちょっと茶色みが多いかな。カシスソーダの方が今時っぽい赤みができるライナーになります。ちなみにこのソポっていうのはファミリーマートで買えるんですよ、すごいですよね今って。コンビニでこんなの買えるんだと思うので、よかったらファミリーマートさんで見てみてください。結構ねこれ以外にもお色、後3色だったかなあったと思います。 続いてはリップですね。はい、リップといえばこちら。オール バイ アール のメルティング リップ セラムになります。中身こんな感じの細いリップなんですが、皆さんでもこれご存知ですよね。関根りささんがプロデュースしているリップになります。関根さんが「オール バイ アール」っていうのはこれ、こだわりのあるらしいですね、それぐらいこだわりを持って作っているリップになるので、本当に塗った感じがスルスルと溶けていくんですね。細身なので結構肌当たりも良くって、どんな口紅を塗っても皮が結構むけがちなんですよ。なのでリップ選びは意外と慎重なんですね。きちんとこれあの自分で注文して買ったんですけれども、これを下地にして口紅を塗るとあんまり荒れない。マットな口紅だとちょっとあれかもしれない、ちょっとねツヤっとするのでグロス感がちょっと増すかなと思います。だからリップクリームを探しているという方はこちら、オール バイ アールいいんじゃないかなと思いますので、ぜひチェックしてみてください。 続いては口紅になります。口紅はねこれです。シャネルのルージュ ココ ブルームになります。どんな色かっていうとこれね、こんな感じちょっとねピンクベージュっぽいお色で、ここに塗りますね。こんな感じのピンクベージュになります。で何番かというと、こちらは116番になります。このルージュココブルームって発売されたばかりなんですけど、20種類だったか結構新色いっぱい出てるんですよ。でポイントは独特のオイルが配合されているらしく、このまんま塗ってもツヤっと塗れるんですよ。グロスとか塗らなくてもしっかりとツヤ感が出てくれるものになります。結構ねあのシャネルとか外資の口紅つけると、味っていうか独特の感じがするからあんまり好きじゃないという方も全然そんなことないですから。このルージュココブルームは今までのやつとは質感とか発色の仕方が変わっているので、よかったらちょっと新色試していただければかなと思います。 続いてがアイブロウですね。こちらです。ピエイトのアイブロウペンシルの私はBR3番を使っています。眉頭とかは結構あるんですけれども、どうしてもこの眉尻がなくなっちゃうので、通常はパウダーで書いてるんですけれども、お化粧直しの時にはこのペンシルでこの消えがちな眉尻にしっかりと眉を書いて、ここだけね、あの眉毛にならないように、特にマスクしてると、これも必ず入れております。 続いてはこちらです、ミス ディオール のヘアミストになります。仕事柄ね私は香水はつけないんですよ。診察している時に患者さんにね、香りで嫌な思いをさせたらなと思うので、香水自体はつけないんですが、例えばクリニック終わった後にこれヘアコロンなので髪の毛にシュッシュッシュッシュッとかけるものになるんですね。なのでほのかに香る感じです。ですから直接香るというよりは、髪の毛を振ってこう揺れた時にふわーっと香るんですね。だからちょっとお出かけの時とかクリニックの時にはなかなかできないですけれども、終わった時にちょっとリフレッシュな感じで髪の毛につけてるといいし、私はないですけれども、もしね気になる方はデートの前とかにも使うとこれはいいんじゃないかなと思うので、私はねミスディオールのやつですけども、他のブランドさんからも最近はねあの香水だけじゃなくてヘアミストも結構出ているので、ちょっとポーチに1本あるといいかなと思って私は入れてます。 どうでしょう、これ全部入ってこんな感じになります。結構ね大容量入るし、もうこれがあれば春のメイク直しにもぴったりかなぁと思って、こんな感じに私の最新ポーチの中身になります。 いかがでしたでしょうか。今日はね美容や健康というよりも、私の愛のコスメポーチの紹介になりましたが、いつもは美容や健康についてわかりやすく解説しているチャンネルになりますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。そして編集者さんと一緒に配信しているシェアマガジン「週刊 友利新」でも、美容や健康、そして私のプライベートなことだったりとか動画や音声でほぼ毎日配信しておりますので、よかったら番組概要欄からチェックしてみてください。 それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう、さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori, an internist and dermatologist. Today, as requested by many of you, I'll be sharing what's inside my pouch — the spring version. Let me introduce the pouch right away — this is the one I'm using this time. Ta-da! Isn't this pouch so cute? This one is a collaboration between photographer Mika Ninaga (or similar reading) and a brand called Colorful Candy Style, released maybe two years ago, featuring cherry blossoms and a blue sky design. I fell in love with it at first sight. The inside looks like this — the interior is also pink and cute, but it holds a good large capacity, so I'm using this one today. Let's go ahead and introduce what's inside. The contents don't change drastically, but I do swap in new shades depending on the season, and since it's getting warmer, I include things for oil control and touch-ups. First up is this: La Roche-Posay UV Idéa XL Protection Tone Up Rose. I always apply this sunscreen on my face before makeup, but I also use it like a lotion — even with a mask on, it doesn't get patchy. Also, when your makeup gets messy under a mask and scrubbing with a sponge doesn't fully remove it before you reapply foundation, this happens sometimes, right? In that case, I apply a little of this tone-up base — just this much — onto the skin, then use my favorite sponge (any sponge works) and dab it gently. This picks up the excess grime and sweat-mixed foundation residue. Once that's removed, I redo my makeup from there. Since La Roche-Posay contains thermal water as a moisturizing ingredient, plus sun protection and tone-up (base) effects, I always keep this in my pouch. Next is the cushion foundation I use for touch-ups — and honestly, my favorite this season: Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Cushion Foundation. Originally, Bobbi Brown has a liquid foundation (not a cushion) called Intensive Skin Serum Foundation, which has been a long-selling bestseller for years. It's known as the original 'beauty serum foundation,' packed with beauty ingredients based on Cordyceps (Dong Chong Xia Cao), an Eastern herbal ingredient, so it offers skincare benefits throughout the day. However, since it comes in a bottle, it's quite heavy — great for morning use, but not so convenient for touch-ups. This year, though, it finally became available as a portable cushion foundation. Even though it's April, the temperature can still be low sometimes, causing dryness, while daytime can get warm — this temperature difference can worsen your skin condition during the day. But with this foundation containing so many beauty ingredients, your skin stays in good condition even after removal. Of course, it performs excellently as a foundation too — giving a dewy, glowy finish, and while it covers naturally, it doesn't look like you're wearing heavy foundation. It's one of my favorite cushion foundations, and I think it's great this season, so I always have it with me. Next item is this: Anna Sui Brightening Powder. This brightening powder looks pure white like this, but when you actually blend it out, it doesn't turn your face all white. It may look slightly white at first, but for example, if you swirl it with a brush like this and apply it to your face, it doesn't turn white — in a good way, it reduces shine. And this isn't just a shine-reducing powder — it's actually labeled as a medicated whitening face powder, meaning it's a quasi-drug. What's in it? It contains vitamin C derivative powder — isn't that amazing? You can use this not only as makeup on areas exposed to your mask or sunlight, but also pat it on during touch-ups, which may help prevent dullness caused by UV exposure. It's also easy to use as a regular powder, so I think it's an essential item for summer. That's why I've been paying attention to it and including it since this spring. Next is eye makeup. Eyeshadows tend to be bulky, and palettes can be confusing to use, so I found something easy to carry around — this one. It's the Sopo Powder & Liner. It's really clever — one stick doubles as eyeshadow powder on one end and eyeliner on the other. So you can blend eyeshadow and then draw an eyeline with the same item. Isn't that innovative? Eyeshadow can feel bulky and troublesome, and figuring out how to pair it with eyeliner can also be confusing, so this is highly recommended. There were various colors, including trendy yellow tones, but I picked shade 04 Rose Champagne and shade 03 Cassis Soda. At a glance they look similar, but one feels lighter and the other slightly deeper, so together they create a nice gradient. The eyeliner from Cassis Soda leans a bit more reddish, while Rose Champagne has more brown undertones. Cassis Soda gives a trendy reddish liner look. By the way, this Sopo brand can be purchased at FamilyMart — amazing, right? Who knew you could buy something like this at a convenience store! If you're interested, check it out at FamilyMart. I believe there were about three more shades besides these. Next is lip care. For lips, this one: ALL BY R Melting Lip Serum. It comes in a slim stick like this — many of you probably already know this brand, produced by Risa Sekine. She apparently has strong personal commitment behind the name 'ALL BY R,' and it shows in how carefully it's made — it melts smoothly onto the lips. Because it's slim, it feels gentle on the lips. With many lipsticks, my lips tend to peel, so I'm quite cautious when choosing lip products. I personally ordered and bought this one, and using it as a base before lipstick really helps prevent irritation. With matte lipsticks, this could slightly increase glossiness, giving a bit of a gloss-like finish. So if you're looking for a lip balm, I recommend checking out ALL BY R. Next is lipstick. This one: Chanel Rouge Coco Bloom. The color is a pinkish-beige — like this when applied. It's shade 116. Rouge Coco Bloom just launched, and I believe there are around 20 shades, many of them new. What's notable is that it contains a unique oil blend, so it gives a glossy finish just by applying it directly — no need for extra gloss to get shine. Some people feel hesitant about Chanel or other overseas lipstick brands due to a distinct taste or texture, but that's really not the case here — Rouge Coco Bloom has a completely different texture and color payoff from previous formulas, so I recommend trying the new shades. Next is eyebrows. This one: Pieit (brand name as heard) Eyebrow Pencil, shade BR3, which I use. I have enough hair near the eyebrow head, but the tail tends to fade, so I usually fill it in with powder — but during touch-ups, I use this pencil specifically to redraw the eyebrow tail that tends to disappear, especially while wearing a mask, so I always keep this in my pouch too. Next is this: Miss Dior Hair Mist. Due to my profession, I don't wear perfume — I don't want to make patients uncomfortable with strong scents during consultations. But this is a hair cologne, so I spray it lightly onto my hair after work. It gives off a subtle scent — rather than smelling strongly right away, it wafts gently when your hair sways. So while I can't use it during clinic hours or outings, I like applying it afterward for a refreshing touch. I don't personally use it for this, but if you're interested, it could be nice to use before a date, for example. I use the Miss Dior one, but many other brands are now releasing hair mists too, not just perfumes, so I think it's nice to have one in your pouch. So, that's everything — when it's all packed in, it looks like this. It really holds a lot, and I think this setup is perfect for spring makeup touch-ups. That's the contents of my latest pouch.
