薬局で買えるおすすめの美白コスメを5つご紹介します。

皆さん、こんにちは。智子です。今日は「美白したいならドラッグストアではこれがおすすめ」というスキンケアアイテムを5つご紹介しますので、最後までご覧ください。 今年も美白のスキンケアアイテムがたくさん出ていますよね。その中でもやはり皆さんが試しやすい、買いに行きやすいのはドラッグストアに売っているコスメだと思うんです。もちろんデパコスにもたくさん良いものはありますが、買いやすさという面ではドラッグストアコスメも本当に引けを取らないアイテムがたくさんあります。ただ、たくさんありすぎてどれを選んでいいかわからないという方は、今日ご紹介する5つの中から選べばハズレはないと思いますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 【1つ目】ワンバイコーセー メラノショット ホワイト こちらは美容液で、テクスチャーは少しとろっとした乳液タイプです。伸ばすとかなり伸びて、べたつきは全然ありません。一見べたべたしているのかなと思ったのですが、意外とすっと入っていく、みずみずしいタイプの美容液です。 ワンバイコーセーは3代目になるロングセラーの美容液です。美白有効成分はコウジ酸で、コスメデコルテのホワイトロジストなど、さまざまな美白美容液に使われている、効果も安全性も高い成分です。コウジ酸はメラニンを作るメラノサイトに直接働きかけ、メラノサイトが活性化させるチロシナーゼの働きを抑えることで、メラニンを作らせなくする働きがあります。 さらに今回、単にメラノサイトに効くだけでなく、別の要因も見つけています。それは、紫外線が当たるとメラノサイト自体が活性化し、遠く離れたメラノサイトにも「メラニンを作れ」という指令を送ってしまうというものです。これによってシミがその場所だけでなく周りにもぼんやりと広がっていくことがわかりました。 そこで、メラノサイトの活性化と、遠くのメラノサイトへの指令を抑えることができれば、シミの広がりを抑えられるのではないかと考えて見つけられたのが、独自のカショウエキスです。このカショウエキスがメラノサイトの活性を抑え、遠くのメラノサイトへの指令もブロックするため、コウジ酸でメラニン生成を抑えながら、メラノサイト自体の活性も抑えるというダブルの効果で、シミにアプローチできるというわけです。 ドラッグストアのアイテムの中でも、しっかりとした研究に基づいて作られているので、かなりおすすめの一本です。 【2つ目】豆乳イソフラボン 薬用美白導入ミスト化粧水 こちらはミスト状の化粧水で、ミストの粒がとても細かいのが特徴です。肌に乗せてもすっとなじみやすいテクスチャーです。薬用として有効成分がしっかり入っていて、こちらはアルブチンです。アルブチンはメラノサイトがメラニンを作るのを抑える、昔から安全性が高い成分です。 この「豆乳イソフラボン」には、保湿がメインの大豆と美白がメインの大豆の2種類があり、今回使われているのは美白に特化した「ゆきぴりか」という品種の豆乳発酵液です。つまりこちらは保湿タイプではなく、美白に特化した処方になっています。 さらに、紫外線が当たると炎症が起こり、その炎症がシミを作る指令につながるため、炎症を抑えるグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも配合されています。炎症を抑えながら、秘伝の「ゆきぴりか」豆乳発酵液を配合し、しっかりとした有効成分のアルブチンに加え、トコフェロールやエルアスコルビン酸などのビタミンE・ビタミンC誘導体もしっかり配合されています。夏のお化粧直しにシュッと使うと気持ちが良く、背中や首などいろいろな部位に使えるので、かなりおすすめです。 【3つ目】アスタリフト ホワイト ジェリー アクアリスタ こちらは以前もご紹介したことがあるかもしれませんが、私自身とても大好きなアイテムで、特に夏によく使っています。有効成分としてはアスタキサンチンがしっかり配合されていて、加えて美白有効成分のアルブチンも入っています。アルブチンが有効成分ですが、アスタキサンチン自体にも美白効果があると言われているので、ダブルで配合されているのだと思います。 もう一つのポイントは、人型ナノセラミドが配合されていることです。セラミドの中でも分子量を小さくして肌にすっと入っていくタイプで、通常のセラミドはべたつくテクスチャーがあることも多いのですが、このアスタリフトの人型ナノセラミドは本当にすっと入っていきます。 肌はバリア機能がしっかりしていることで紫外線を防ぐことができるので、土台である角層のバリア機能を高めつつ、有効成分のアルブチンをしっかり届け、サポート成分としてアスタキサンチンを配合しているというわけです。 さらにもう一つ、秘伝の成分が入っていて、実は紫外線やストレスによってセラミドの生成が低下するだけでなく、セラミドを角層まで届けるトランスポーター機能も低下することがわかっています。紫外線やストレスが強いとこの機能が弱まり、内側からセラミドを生成する力が落ちてバリア機能が低下し、日焼けしやすい肌や炎症を起こしやすい肌になってしまいます。このセラミド生成を促すトランスポーターの働きをオンにする成分が、アセンヤクエキスです。 美白というと有効成分に注目しがちですが、肌のバリア機能という土台をしっかり整えることで、より焼けにくく、有効成分も届きやすい肌になるという、理にかなったアイテムだと思います。何より、みずみずしくすっと肌に入っていくジェリータイプのテクスチャーが大好きで、今年の新作ではありませんが、改めて素晴らしさを皆さんに知ってほしくてご紹介しました。 【4つ目】HAKU メラノフォーカスEV HAKUといえば美白、美白といえばHAKUというくらい、本当にロングセラーで、ドラッグストアコスメの中でも非常に有名なアイテムだと思います。詳しい解説は別動画で行っているので気になる方はそちらをご覧いただきたいのですが、簡単に言うと、HAKUの有効成分はトラネキサム酸に加えて、資生堂独自の美白有効成分4MSKです。 去年やおととしのものと何が違うのかというと、今回のHAKUは、肌細胞同士の接着力が低下するとメラノサイトが同じ場所に居座ってしまい、居座りジミができてしまうという点に着目し、肌細胞同士の接着を良くする成分を配合しています。それに加えて血管にアプローチする成分も配合し、さらに4MSKの浸透力もアップさせています。 つまり、去年よりもおととしよりもパワーアップしているのが今回のメラノフォーカスEVです。以前使って効果を感じた方はさらにバージョンアップを実感できるでしょうし、以前あまり効果を感じなかった方も、今年のバージョンアップで効果を実感できるかもしれません。やはりドラッグストアの美白といえばHAKUかなと思い、こちらもピックアップしました。 【5つ目】クオリティファースト 集中毛穴ケア美容液 ダーマイルウルトラC 「先生、今美白の話をしているのに、どうして毛穴なんですか」と思う方も多いと思いますが、こちらはもちろん毛穴にも良いのですが、美白にもとても優れた有効成分がたくさん配合されています。 まず、ナイアシンアミドがなんと25%も配合されています。ナイアシンアミドは美白有効成分でもあり、肌荒れ防止やシワ改善にもなる、非常にオールマイティーな成分で、それが高濃度で配合されています。加えて、4種類のビタミンCが配合されていて、アスコルビルグルコシド、パルミチン酸アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸ナトリウム、リン酸アスコルビルマグネシウムという、水溶性のものも油溶性のものもしっかり両方入っています。ビタミンCは成分によってゆっくり効くもの、即効性があるもの、真皮に効きやすいもの、表皮に効きやすいものなどそれぞれ特徴があるのですが、それが全部入っているようなビタミンCのチョイスになっている点がポイントです。 おそらく「ビタミンC=毛穴」というイメージが強いと思いますが、私はナイアシンアミドと4種類のビタミンCが配合されているという点で、どちらかというと美白の成分としても優秀だと思っています。 ただ、こちらは医薬部外品を取得していません。おそらく医薬部外品を取ろうとするとコストがかなりかかってしまうため、クオリティファーストは価格にこだわっていて、あえて医薬部外品を取らずに作っているのではないかと思います。価格は確か2000円台だったと思いますが、それでこれだけの高濃度成分を配合しているというのはすごいことだと思います。美白の美容液としてもかなり優秀なアイテムなので、「毛穴は自分には関係ない」と思っていた方にもぜひ手に取っていただきたくてご紹介しました。 いかがでしたか。今日は新旧織り交ぜて5種類のアイテムをご紹介しました。新しいものもあれば、ロングセラーのもの、「毛穴なのに？」というものもあったと思います。気になる方はぜひドラッグストアで探してみてください。実際に使ってみて「これは良かったよ」とか、「先生、ドラッグストアではこれも意外とおすすめですよ」というものがあれば、コメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Of course, there are also many great products at department store cosmetics counters, but in terms of accessibility, drugstore cosmetics have plenty of items that hold their own. However, since there are so many, some of you may not know which to choose. If you pick from the 5 I'm introducing today, I don't think you'll go wrong, so please watch until the end. 【Item 1】ONE BY KOSE Melano Shot White This is a serum with a slightly runny, milky lotion-like texture. When spread, it stretches quite a bit but leaves no stickiness at all. At first glance it looked like it might feel sticky since it's a milky type, but it actually absorbs smoothly and feels quite refreshing. ONE BY KOSE is now in its 3rd generation, a long-selling serum. Its whitening active ingredient is kojic acid, the same ingredient used in various whitening serums like Cosme Decorte's White Logist—an ingredient known for both high efficacy and high safety. Kojic acid works directly on melanocytes, the cells that produce melanin, by suppressing the activation of tyrosinase, which melanocytes use to produce melanin. Furthermore, this time they found another factor beyond simply acting on melanocytes: when exposed to UV rays, melanocytes themselves become activated, and this activation sends signals to distant melanocytes telling them to produce melanin too. This explains why spots don't just stay in one place but spread hazily to surrounding areas. So they thought that if they could suppress both the activation of melanocytes and the signal sent to distant melanocytes, they could prevent the spreading of spots—and that's how they found their proprietary Kasho extract. This Kasho extract suppresses melanocyte activation and blocks signals sent to distant melanocytes, while kojic acid suppresses melanin production, creating a double effect that also suppresses melanocyte activation itself, addressing spots from multiple angles. Among drugstore items, this one is created based on solid research, making it a highly recommended product. 【Item 2】Soy Milk Isoflavone Medicated Whitening Penetrating Mist Toner This is a mist-type toner with extremely fine mist particles. It blends into skin smoothly when applied. As a medicated product, it contains a proper active ingredient—arbutin. Arbutin suppresses melanin production by melanocytes, and it's a long-established ingredient known for high safety. This "soy milk isoflavone" line has two types of soybeans: one mainly for moisturizing and one mainly for whitening. This product uses a fermented soy milk liquid from a variety called "Yuki Pirika," which is specialized for whitening. In other words, this isn't the moisturizing type but one specialized for whitening. Additionally, since UV exposure causes inflammation, which then signals the skin to create spots, this product also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate to suppress inflammation. While calming inflammation, it includes the secret ingredient of fermented Yuki Pirika soy milk liquid, along with the solid active ingredient arbutin, plus vitamin E and vitamin C derivatives like tocopherol and ethyl ascorbic acid. It feels great to spritz on for touch-ups in summer and can be used on various areas like your back and neck, making it quite recommendable. 【Item 3】Astalift White Jelly Aquarysta I may have introduced this one before, but I personally love it and use it a lot especially in summer. As for active ingredients, it contains a solid amount of astaxanthin, plus the whitening active ingredient arbutin. While arbutin is the official active ingredient, astaxanthin itself is also said to have whitening effects, so I think it's included as a double approach. Another key point is that it contains human-type nano ceramide. This is a ceramide with reduced molecular size that absorbs smoothly into skin. Regular ceramides often have a sticky texture, but this human-type nano ceramide from Astalift really absorbs smoothly. Since skin can block UV rays properly when its barrier function is strong, this product strengthens the barrier function of the stratum corneum—the foundation of skin—while delivering the active ingredient arbutin, supported by astaxanthin. There's one more secret ingredient: it's known that UV exposure and stress not only reduce ceramide production but also reduce the function of the transporter that delivers ceramide to the stratum corneum. When UV exposure or stress is strong, this function weakens, reducing the skin's internal capacity to produce ceramide, which weakens the barrier function and makes skin more prone to sunburn and inflammation. The ingredient that activates this ceramide-production-promoting transporter is called Asenyaku extract (Areca Catechu extract). While whitening usually focuses on active ingredients, I think this is a very logical product because it strengthens the skin's barrier function as a foundation, making skin less prone to sunburn and more receptive to active ingredients. Above all, I love the jelly texture that's refreshing and absorbs smoothly into skin. It's not a new release this year, but I wanted to introduce it again because I want everyone to know how wonderful it is. 【Item 4】HAKU Melano Focus EV HAKU is synonymous with whitening, and whitening is synonymous with HAKU—it's truly a long-seller and one of the most famous items among drugstore cosmetics. I've done a detailed review in another video, so please check that out if you're interested, but simply put, HAKU's active ingredients are tranexamic acid plus Shiseido's proprietary whitening active ingredient, 4MSK. What's different from last year's or the year before's version? This time, HAKU focuses on the fact that when adhesion between skin cells weakens, melanocytes settle in the same spot, creating "squatting spots." So they added an ingredient that improves adhesion between skin cells, plus an ingredient that approaches blood vessels, and additionally increased the penetration of 4MSK. So this Melano Focus EV is even more powered up than last year's or the year before's versions. If you felt effects using it before, you'll likely feel an even greater upgrade, and if you didn't feel much effect before, you might feel results with this year's upgrade. I thought HAKU is really the go-to for drugstore whitening, so I picked this one too. 【Item 5】Quality First Intensive Pore Care Serum Dermail Ultra C You might be thinking, "Wait, we're talking about whitening—why pores?" But while this is indeed great for pores, it also contains many excellent active ingredients for whitening. First, it contains niacinamide at a whopping 25%. Niacinamide is a whitening active ingredient that also helps prevent skin roughness and improve wrinkles—a truly all-purpose ingredient, and it's included at a high concentration. Additionally, it contains 4 types of vitamin C: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate—covering both water-soluble and oil-soluble types properly. Vitamin C has different characteristics depending on the type—some work slowly, some work quickly, some are more effective on the dermis, some on the epidermis—and this product seems to have carefully chosen a combination that covers all these bases. Most people probably associate vitamin C with pore care, but given the combination of niacinamide and 4 types of vitamin C, I personally think it's actually quite excellent as a whitening ingredient too. However, this product hasn't obtained quasi-drug (yakubugaihin) certification. I suspect that's because getting quasi-drug certification would be quite costly, and Quality First seems to prioritize affordable pricing, so they may have intentionally made it without pursuing whitening claims or quasi-drug status. I believe it's priced around 2000 yen, and being able to include such high-concentration ingredients at that price is impressive. It's truly an excellent serum for whitening as well, so I wanted to introduce it to those who might have thought "pores aren't my concern" and encourage them to give it a try. How was that?
