最近の朝ごはんというか、変わってないんですけど、私は友利新が本気で作ったプロテインというものを作ってるんですけども、それのほうじ茶にルルミルクを入れて、オーツミルクを入れてシャカシャカして飲むっていうのが、私の朝ごはんです。本当に、ごめんなさい本当感じ悪いこと言いますね。自分で言うのもないんですけど、めちゃくちゃおいしいんですよ。 この前、同じマンションに20年くらい知っているお友達がたまたま住んでるんですね。その人は男の人なんですけど、すごい筋トレとかもしている人で、たまたま私が家用に、実は子供たちも一緒に飲んでるので、主人も何持ってんのって言われたから、プロテインだよって言ったら、そんなの出してんのって言って、今から筋トレ行くんだよって言うから、そう言われてしょうがないなと思ってあげるって言って、抹茶あげたらすぐにLINEが来て、めちゃくちゃおいしかったし、お医者さんに言うのもなんだけど、本当に余計なものが入ってなくて、こういうの探してたって言われて。20年来の友達なんだから、箱買いしてと思って。でもそれぐらいすごく、本当に、自分で言うのもなんですけどおいしいんですよね。 裏運気の時に頑張れば幸運の年によくなるそう。ヒアルロン酸やボトックスは定期的にした方がいいですか？というのは、ボトックスは定期的にした方がいいと思うんですが、ヒアルロン酸は別に定期的にする必要性というか、それはその人の顔次第かなと思います。ボリュームが足りないところには入れた方が、ボリュームが逆に大きい方なので、あんまりヒアルロン酸を入れようと思うことはないんですけれども、ボトックスは絶対半年で切れるので、それはやった方がいいと思います。
