2022年の注目美容液を紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、トモニアラタです。そして皆さん、明けましておめでとうございます。この動画が新年第1回目の動画になります。お正月、皆さんどうお過ごしでしたか？もう2022年になりましたね。やっぱり気持ちも晴れやかになります。今年2022年も、すごい研究をもとにした化粧品やスキンケア、コスメがたくさん発売されますので、それを今年も皆さんにわかりやすく解説していきたいと思います。そうすることで、皆さんがよりいい化粧品を選べる力をつけてもらいたいなと思って、今年もこのYouTube動画を撮っていきますので、よろしくお願いいたします。 ということで、今年2022年の第1回目にご紹介する商品をお伝えしていきたいと思います。それがこちら、ランコム『レネルジー H.C.F. トリプルセラム』です。今年1月1日に発売になったばかりの、ランコムの最新美容液なのですが、これがまたすごいんです。 どうすごいかというと、『トリプルセラム』と書いてある通り、トリプル、つまり3つの成分が入っています。見てみると、変わったポンプになっていて、ここも3つに分かれているんです。下から見ると、穴も3つ開いています。プッシュすると、3つの成分が一緒に出てきます。この上でとろっと混ざるのですが、透明なもの、少し白濁しているもの、めちゃめちゃ白濁しているもの、この3つがポンプから一気に出てくる仕組みになっています。 この3つのセラムが一つになって同時に出てくるというのが、このレネルジーのすごいところなのですが、なぜあえて3つに分けたかというと、単に見た目のためではありません。この3つの成分をきちんと別々に保つことで、初めて肌の上で一緒になったときに、成分の有効性を高めることができるからなんです。 ではその成分は何かというと、まずビタミンC、そしてナイアシンアミド、そしてフェルラ酸、そしてヒアルロン酸になります。 ビタミンCとナイアシンアミドは、この動画を見てくださっている方はよくご存知だと思いますが、まずビタミンCには抗炎症作用、そして抗酸化作用があります。そしてメラノサイトの中で作られるメラニン色素を抑えて、肌を白くしてくれる効果があります。そしてナイアシンアミドは、もちろんシワ改善——表皮のコラーゲンやエラスチンが壊れてしまうのを抑えたり、生成を促進してくれるのでシワ改善効果があるのですが、表皮ではメラノサイトが表皮の細胞にメラニン色素を受け渡すのを阻害してくれるので、これも美白とシワ改善、どちらにも効く成分になります。 この有効成分、ナイアシンアミドとビタミンCに加えて、もう一つフェルラ酸というものが入っています。これは皆さんもしかしたら初めて聞く方もいらっしゃると思いますが、これもまたすごい抗酸化の成分になります。フェルラ酸というと、普通の方がパッと思い浮かべるのは抗酸化作用——つまりストレスや紫外線が当たったときに、それに対抗する作用ということなのですが、私がいつもお話しする通り、肌にはバリア機能というものがあって、外的刺激が入ってこないようにしています。それには角質層、角層が一番大事だとよくお話ししますが、それをよく深掘りしていくと、実は角層にはこの角質細胞を包み込むようなタンパクである『コーニファイドエンベロープ』というものがすごく大事になってきます。角層の細胞をこのコーニファイドエンベロープがちゃんと膜を張って包み込むことによって、よりバリア機能がしっかりと構築されていくのです。角層の細胞がちゃんと並んでいて、細胞と細胞の間に細胞間脂質があるということも大事なのですが、最近の研究では、それをしっかりと包み込むようなタンパク質の構造であるコーニファイドエンベロープがすごく大事だということがわかってきました。コーニファイドエンベロープの形状が変わってしまうとバリア機能が低下してしまい、いわゆるアトピーの方などにつながるのではないかという研究がすごく進められています。 このコーニファイドエンベロープを形成するのにとても必要な酵素があります。それがTGK1、トランスグルタミナーゼというものです。このフェルラ酸は、このコーニファイドエンベロープを活性化してくれる酵素であるトランスグルタミナーゼの活性を促してくれます。簡単に言うと、肌のバリア機能を強化してくれるということになります。なので、肌というのはやはり、まずバリア機能が強化されていて、そこに抗炎症作用があって、そこに美白やシワ改善というものが入っているということがポイントになります。 もう一つ入っているのがヒアルロン酸です。このヒアルロン酸は分子量がものすごく小さくて、角層の奥まで浸透して、ハリアップをさせてくれるというものになります。 では、これを今までのように全部一緒にしちゃえばいいじゃないかと思うかもしれませんが、わざわざなぜこの3つに分けているかというと、それぞれが最適な状態になるようにするためです。実はビタミンCとナイアシンアミドはすごく仲が良い2つの成分になります。ビタミンCとナイアシンアミドが一緒に入っている化粧品もあると思いますが、これは2つとも同じように水に溶けやすいということがあるので一緒にできるのです。ただ、ポイントとしては、pHが少し低い方が、ビタミンCとナイアシンアミドは肌に届きやすい状態をより維持できるんですね。なので、このレネルジーのトリプルセラムには、1本にナイアシンアミドとビタミンCが入っているボトルがあります。これは水性で、少しシャバっとした質感で、pHを低めにしていて、ナイアシンアミドとビタミンCがよりフレッシュに、より肌に届きやすいようになっています。 もう一つ、先ほど言ったフェルラ酸は、コーニファイドエンベロープの活性を促進する、つまりバリア機能をアップさせてくれるものなのですが、実はフェルラ酸は水が苦手なんです。水にも溶けるのですが、水に溶けると安定させるのが難しいんですね。なので、このフェルラ酸をよりしっかりと肌でバリア機能強化に使いたいなら、水を入れない無水処方にしなければいけないんです。ですが、先ほど言ったビタミンCとナイアシンアミドは水が好き、フェルラ酸は水がダメ、ということで、これらは別々にされています。これがすごいところで、ちょっとぐらい活性がなくなってもいいから一緒にしてしまえ、ではなく、よりお肌にきちんと届けることを考えて、あえて別々にしているんです。 もう一つ、このヒアルロン酸も、他の成分と一緒でもいいのですが、やはりヒアルロン酸はちゃんと水に溶けていて、pHもそんなに低くない方がいいので、別々に分けられています。水が嫌いな成分、水が好きな成分、水は好きだけどpHが低めがいい成分——この3種類の成分をそれぞれ最適な形で配合して、さらにこれはエアレスポンプになっていて、空気に触れないようになっています。抗酸化作用が高い成分は、空気に触れるとその瞬間に酸化してしまうので、それをきちんとこのポンプに閉じ込めて、それぞれの成分が心地よい場所にいられるようにしているんです。それが肌に一度乗ることで初めて混ざり合い、それぞれの成分の良さを引き出していくという仕組みになっています。 これは、ランコムのようなデパコスじゃないとなかなかできないことだなと思います。というのも、この容器を作るところから始めなければいけないので、容器を作るのがめちゃめちゃコストがかかるんだと思うんですよね。 2022年の一発目にご紹介するにはふさわしい商品だなと思い、こちらを紹介してみました。1月1日発売ということなので、ぜひぜひチェックしてみてください。 いかがでしたか？今日も最後まで見ていただいて、どうもありがとうございました。今年もこんな風に、いろいろな商品を皆さんにお届けしていきたいと思いますので、2022年もこの『トモニアラタ』チャンネルをよろしくお願いします。ということで、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomoni Arata. And Happy New Year, everyone! This video is the first video of the new year. How did everyone spend the New Year holidays? It's already 2022, and somehow that makes me feel refreshed and hopeful. This year, 2022, there will be tons and tons of amazing research-based cosmetics and skincare products released, so I want to keep explaining them to you all in an easy-to-understand way. By doing so, I hope you'll all gain the ability to choose better cosmetics for yourselves. With that in mind, I'll keep making YouTube videos this year too, so thank you for your continued support. So, I'd like to introduce the very first product I'm featuring in 2022. This is Lancôme's 'Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum.' This is Lancôme's newest serum, just released on January 1st this year, and it's amazing. What makes it so amazing? As the name 'Triple Serum' suggests, it contains three ingredients. Looking at it, it has an unusual pump design, divided into three sections. Looking from the bottom, you can see three separate holes. When you push it, three ingredients come out together at once. They blend together smoothly right on top of your hand—one is clear, one is slightly cloudy, and one is very cloudy. All three come out from the pump at the same time. The amazing thing about this Rénergie serum is that these three serums become one and come out simultaneously. But why deliberately separate them into three? It's not just for appearance. By keeping these three ingredients properly separated, their effectiveness can be maximized once they combine together on the skin. So what are these ingredients? First, vitamin C, then niacinamide, then ferulic acid, and then hyaluronic acid. Those of you who watch this channel regularly probably already know about vitamin C and niacinamide. Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and it suppresses the melanin pigment being produced within melanocytes, giving a brightening effect to the skin. Niacinamide, of course, helps improve wrinkles—it suppresses the breakdown of collagen and elastin in the epidermis and promotes their production, contributing to wrinkle improvement. In the epidermis, it also inhibits melanocytes from transferring melanin pigment to skin cells, so it works for both brightening and wrinkle improvement. In addition to these active ingredients—niacinamide and vitamin C—there's also ferulic acid. Some of you may be hearing about this for the first time, but it's also an incredible antioxidant ingredient. When people generally think of ferulic acid, they think of its antioxidant properties—that is, its ability to counteract stress and UV exposure. However, as I always mention, the skin has a barrier function that prevents external irritants from entering. I often talk about how the stratum corneum (the outermost skin layer) is the most important factor here, but if we dig deeper, we find that there's a protein within the stratum corneum called the 'cornified envelope' that wraps around the corneocytes (skin cells), and this is extremely important. When the cornified envelope properly forms a membrane around the corneocytes, the barrier function is more solidly constructed. It's important that skin cells are properly aligned with intercellular lipids between them, but recent research shows that this protein structure—the cornified envelope—that wraps around and protects the cells is extremely crucial. If the shape of the cornified envelope changes, the barrier function deteriorates, and research suggests this may be connected to conditions like atopic dermatitis. There's an enzyme that is essential for forming this cornified envelope. That enzyme is called TGK1, transglutaminase. Ferulic acid promotes the activity of this transglutaminase enzyme, which activates the cornified envelope. In simple terms, it strengthens the skin's barrier function. So, for skin, it's important that the barrier function is strengthened first, and then anti-inflammatory effects, brightening, and wrinkle improvement come into play on top of that. The other ingredient included is hyaluronic acid. This hyaluronic acid has an extremely small molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deep into the stratum corneum and provide a plumping, firming effect. Now, you might think, why not just combine everything into one formula like before? The reason they're deliberately separated into three is to keep each ingredient in its optimal state. Actually, vitamin C and niacinamide get along extremely well together. There are cosmetics that combine vitamin C and niacinamide, and this is possible because both are similarly water-soluble. However, the key point is that a slightly lower pH helps vitamin C and niacinamide maintain their ability to be delivered effectively to the skin. So in this Rénergie Triple Serum, one bottle contains niacinamide and vitamin C together. It's water-based, with a slightly light, watery texture, and the pH is kept lower, making the niacinamide and vitamin C fresher and more effectively delivered to the skin. Another point—the ferulic acid I mentioned earlier promotes the activation of the cornified envelope, meaning it boosts barrier function—but ferulic acid actually doesn't like water. While it is water-soluble, it's difficult to stabilize once dissolved in water. So, if you want to use ferulic acid properly on the skin to strengthen the barrier function, it needs to be in an anhydrous (water-free) formula. But as I mentioned, vitamin C and niacinamide love water, while ferulic acid can't tolerate it—so they're kept separate. This is what's so impressive: rather than saying 'let's just combine them even if the effectiveness decreases a bit,' they deliberately kept them separate with the goal of delivering them more effectively to the skin. Additionally, hyaluronic acid could technically be combined with the other ingredients, but it's best kept in water with a pH that isn't too low, so it's also kept separate. A water-hating ingredient, a water-loving ingredient, and a water-loving-but-lower-pH-preferring ingredient—each of these three types of ingredients is formulated in its ideal form. Plus, this uses an airless pump, meaning the ingredients aren't exposed to air. Highly antioxidant ingredients oxidize the moment they're exposed to air, so by sealing them properly in this pump, each ingredient stays in its most comfortable environment. It's only when they land on the skin together that they mix and bring out the best qualities of each ingredient. I think this is something that could only be achieved by a department store cosmetics brand like Lancôme. That's because you have to start from designing the container itself, and I imagine creating this kind of container is incredibly costly. I thought this was a fitting product to introduce as the very first one of 2022, so I featured it here. It was released on January 1st, so please do check it out. How was that?
