KOSÉ INFINITYから発売されたシワ・たるみを改善するクリームを紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは。トモリアラタです。 皆さんは、顔が老けたなと感じるとき、おでこのシワやフェイスラインのたるみが気になりませんか？私自身もおでこのシワやフェイスラインのたるみが気になるので、ボトックスや切除といった施術を受けています。 その際にふと思ったことがあります。お顔は全体的にたるんでいるはずなのに、おでこのシワとフェイスラインのたるみでは、行う施術が異なるんですよね。 なぜかというと、おでこは眉を上げる筋肉の動きによってシワができるため、おでこの筋肉に重点的にアプローチしてボトックスを打ちます。一方、顔の下半分のたるみは、SMASという筋膜が衰えることと、脂肪が増えることによって垂れてくるものです。 つまり、顔の上半分と下半分では、老化の原因となる筋肉の状態が異なります。上半分は表情筋への力の入り方や癖によって起こる硬直、下半分は表情を作らないことによる筋肉の衰えと、そこに乗る脂肪の重みが原因です。 そのため、おでこには表情筋の動きを抑えるボトックスを、下半分にはSMAS筋膜を引き上げる美容医療を行います。 私自身、上半分と下半分で起こっていることが違うため、施術を変えていたのですが、あらためて考えてみると、そうした違いに着目したスキンケア製品はなかったなと気づきました。 上半分は筋肉の硬直によるシワ、下半分は筋肉の衰えと脂肪によるたるみ。この2つに同じアプローチでは難しいのではと思っていたところ、まさに顔の上半分と下半分で異なるアプローチの成分を配合したクリームが発売されました。 それが「インフィニティ プレステージア デュアルクリーム」です。「デュアル」という名前の通り、2種類のクリームが1つになっています。上用の「アッパーゾーンクリーム」と、下用の「ローアーゾーンクリーム」です。 開けてみると、上用と下用でラベルが分かれていて、2層になったクリームが入っています。それぞれ塗ってみると、上用はみずみずしいテクスチャー、下用はしっとりと密着する、こっくりしたテクスチャーです。どちらも肌にすっとなじみます。 それぞれどんな成分が入っているかご紹介します。 まず顔の上半分。ここで起こっているのは、表情を作るときの筋肉の動きによるシワです。私もボトックスの効果が切れると眉の上がり方が変わってきます。また、注射が怖いという方もいると思います。そこで配合されているのが、アセチルヘキサペプチド8という成分です。 これはボトックスの考え方をもとに開発されたペプチドで、筋肉が動く際に神経末端から放出されるアセチルコリンの分泌を、ボトックスのようには完全に止めないものの、少し抑制する働きがあります。硬くなった筋肉を柔らげ、表情によるシワやたるみを改善する効果が期待できます。 次に顔の下半分。ここで起こっているのは、SMAS筋膜の衰えと脂肪の増加です。美容医療ではハイフでSMASを引き上げたり、サーマクールで脂肪を縮小させたりしますが、それが怖いという方向けに配合されているのが、まずハナショウガエキスです。この成分は脂肪細胞の蓄積を抑制する効果が期待でき、脂肪による皮膚の下垂を防ぐ助けになります。 もう一つはBCAA（分岐鎖アミノ酸）です。筋肉はアミノ酸から作られていますが、このアミノ酸が不足すると筋肉が衰えてしまいます。BCAAを配合することで、筋肉の衰えを抑制する効果が期待できます。脂肪を抑えつつ筋肉の衰えも予防することで、下半分のたるみの原因にアプローチできる、というわけです。 このクリームの面白いところは、顔の上半分と下半分で起こっている老化の違いをしっかり分析し、それぞれに合った成分を配合している点です。これはまさに美容医療の考え方に通じるものです。 美容医療の現場でも「顔の上半分・下半分」という視点はあまり意識されていなかったのですが、それぞれに合わせたアプローチを行っています。このクリームも同じような視点で成分が設計されていて、とても理にかなっていると感じました。 私自身はボトックスやハイフ、サーマクールを受けていますし、それらをおすすめする立場ではありますが、施術の効果を維持したい方や、施術が怖いという方には、美容医療の視点から成分が考えられたこうしたクリームを使ってみるのも一つの選択肢だと思い、今日ご紹介しました。 いかがでしたか？今日も最後までご覧いただき、ありがとうございました。まだチャンネル登録をしていない方は、ぜひ登録していただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. When you feel like your face looks older, don't you often notice forehead wrinkles or sagging along the jawline? I personally get concerned about both, so I receive treatments like Botox and surgical procedures for them. At one point, I had a realization. Even though the face sags overall, the treatments for forehead wrinkles and jawline sagging are actually quite different. Why is that? Forehead wrinkles form due to the movement of muscles that raise the eyebrows, so treatment focuses on injecting Botox into the forehead muscles. On the other hand, sagging in the lower face is caused by the weakening of a muscle layer called SMAS, combined with increased fat, which causes drooping. In other words, the causes of aging differ between the upper and lower parts of the face. The upper face experiences stiffness from repeated muscle tension and habitual expressions, while the lower face experiences muscle weakening from lack of expression, plus the added weight of fat. That's why Botox is used on the forehead to reduce expression muscle movement, while cosmetic treatments for the lower face focus on lifting the SMAS layer. Since I personally receive different treatments for the upper and lower face due to these differing causes, I realized that there weren't any skincare products that specifically targeted this distinction. The upper face suffers from wrinkles due to muscle stiffness, while the lower face suffers from sagging due to muscle weakness and fat. I had been thinking that the same approach wouldn't work well for both — and then a cream was released that does exactly this, using different active ingredients tailored to the upper and lower face. That product is the "Infinity Prestigia Dual Cream." As the name "Dual" suggests, it actually contains two creams in one: an "Upper Zone Cream" for the upper face and a "Lower Zone Cream" for the lower face. When you open it, you can see the two creams are labeled separately — one for upper use and one for lower use — and they're layered within the container. I tried applying each: the upper cream has a fresh, lightweight texture, while the lower cream is thicker and more adherent, with a rich texture. Both blend smoothly into the skin. Let me introduce the ingredients used for each. For the upper face, the main issue is wrinkles caused by the movement of expression muscles. For example, when my Botox effect wears off, the way my eyebrows lift changes. Also, some people are hesitant about injections. That's why this cream contains Acetyl Hexapeptide-8. This ingredient is a peptide developed based on the concept behind Botox. Normally, when muscles move, a substance called acetylcholine is released from nerve endings to signal the muscle to contract. While Botox blocks this completely, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 only slightly suppresses its release. It helps relax stiffened muscles and is expected to reduce expression wrinkles and sagging caused by muscle tension. For the lower face, the main issues are the weakening of the SMAS layer and increased fat. In cosmetic treatments, HIFU is used to lift the SMAS, and Thermage is used to reduce fat, but for those who find these treatments intimidating, this cream contains Zingiber Cassumunar (wild ginger) extract, which is expected to suppress fat cell accumulation and help prevent skin sagging caused by fat. The other key ingredient is BCAA (branched-chain amino acids). Muscles are made of amino acids, and when these decrease, muscles weaken. By supplying BCAAs, the cream is expected to help suppress muscle deterioration. By reducing fat while also preventing muscle weakening, it addresses both causes of lower-face sagging. What's fascinating about this cream is that it carefully analyzes the different aging processes occurring in the upper and lower face and incorporates ingredients specifically suited to each — an approach very much in line with cosmetic medicine. Even in the field of aesthetic medicine, this distinction between the upper and lower face isn't something we typically emphasize, yet we do tailor treatments accordingly. This cream reflects a similar philosophy in its ingredient design, which I found very well thought out. I personally use Botox, HIFU, and Thermage, and I do recommend these treatments. However, for those who want to maintain the results of these treatments, or for those who are hesitant about undergoing them, I think using a cream like this — designed from the perspective of aesthetic medicine — could be a great option.
