皮膚科医がガチでおすすめ！１０月に使って良かったもの９選を紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、とも皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は「10月買ってよかったものシリーズ」をお届けします。この動画を撮っている頃にはもう10月も終わり、だんだん寒くなってきて、今年も終わってしまうという時期ですね。10月はご紹介いただいたものや、欲しいと思っていたらいただいたものなどもあったので、しっかりと皆さんに「本当に良かった」と思えるものをご紹介していきます。 それでは早速いってみましょう。 【1. スキンケア：クレンジング】 まずはクレンジングから。アルブラン クラリファイング リリースです。これは毎日使うわけではなく、気になる部分にしっかり使うタイプで、今までクレンジングには入れられなかった技術が使われているところがすごいと思って使い始めました。 これは洗い流し専用のクレンジング剤で、拭き取ってから洗い流すタイプです。オイル層とローション層の2層になっていて、振ってからコットンにつけて拭き取り、その後洗い流します。「拭き取って洗い流すなんて面倒では?」と思うかもしれませんが、このクレンジングにはクレンジング初となる「角栓崩壊技術」が使われています。 角栓崩壊というと洗顔のイメージが強く、今まではエストやソフィーナiPなど、洗顔料にしか採用されていませんでした。クレンジング中も角栓は気になるものですが、なかなかその技術を組み込むことができなかったんです。アルブランも洗顔で有名なブランドですが、今回初めてクレンジングにその角栓崩壊技術を搭載してきました。 拭き取りは少し手間なので、私は鼻や顎など角栓が気になる部分だけ拭き取りクレンジングをして、あとは通常通り洗い流すという使い方をしています。もちろん全顔に使うのもOKです。毛穴・角栓のケアをしながらクレンジングしたい方や、拭き取り＋洗い流しタイプが好きな方には特におすすめです。オイル系ですが、洗浄力が強すぎて乾燥するということもなく、「ごっそり系は苦手だけど毛穴ケアはしたい」という方にちょうど良いバランスだと感じました。 【2. スキンケア：化粧水】 続いてはファンケルのザ ブラック エッセンス。もう半分ほど使いました。イベントでいただいて使っている、発酵系の化粧水です。古代米の一種である黒米を発酵させたエキスがしっかり配合されています。発酵系というと香りが気になる方も多いと思いますが、こちらは香りが気にならず、発酵によってアミノ酸なども生まれ、肌のキメを整えてくれます。 テクスチャーはお水のようにサラサラですが、潤い感があり、美白効果を謳っているわけではないのに透明感が出るような印象がありました。9月中旬頃からいただいて、毎日のように使っています。 【3. スキンケア：乳液】 続いてはドクター365の「ドリップステム エマルジョンC」。ドクター365から新しく出た乳液です。私自身、普段あまり乳液を選ばないのですが、これは本当に良いなと思いました。 ドクター365は毛穴フォーカスのブランドで、ビタミンCをしっかり配合しているのですが、今回は基底膜のケアにフォーカスしています。基底膜までしっかり届くように、炭素のリポソームでビタミンCをリポソーム化しているんです。ダイレクトに届けたい場所へピンポイントで届けられる処方になっていて、この価格帯で基底膜ケアを謳っているのは本当にすごいと思います。 さらに、最近注目している新しいビタミンC誘導体「アピセグMGA」も配合。加えて、基底膜ケアで注目されている「パワーステム」という海洋植物由来の機能性ペプチドも、同じ炭素リポソームに配合されています。日本でこの成分を採用しているメーカーはあまりないので驚きです。 毛穴ケアというと若い世代向けのイメージがありますが、私たちくらいの年代にも基底膜のケアはハリ感アップなどの効果が期待できるので、素晴らしい乳液だと思います。私は基本的に半顔にしか乳液を使わないタイプで、もう一つお気に入りのドクターケイの乳液は美容液のようなコクがあるので、それ1本で完結させることもあります。こちらの365はさらっとしたテクスチャーで全顔に塗ってもベタつかないので、紫外線をたくさん浴びた日には365を、全体的にハリ感を出したい時にはドクターケイを、というように使い分けています。 【4. スキンケア：部分用シワ改善美容液】 もう一つ、ライスフォースの「リンクルクロス」。これは本当に待ちに待っていたアイテムです。今期、シワ改善で新たに承認が下りた成分は2つあり、一つはメナードのビタミンE誘導体、もう一つがこの有心製薬が開発した「ライスパワーNo.11プラス」です。 ライスパワーNo.11プラスを配合したアイテムは以前1本タイプで発売されましたが、あちらは水に近いジェルで全顔用でした。もちろん全顔にも使いたいけれど、目元や口元など気になる部分にはもっと部分的に使いたいと思っていたところに、この部分用が登場しました。 ライスフォースはライスパワーNo.11プラスを開発した有心製薬が手がけているブランドなので、おそらく配合濃度は一番高いはず（あくまでとも皮膚科医調べです）。全体的なシワ改善なら1本タイプでも良いと思いますが、「ライスパワーNo.11プラスの実力をしっかり感じたい」という方には、こちらを使えば効果がわかりやすいのではと思い、使うのを楽しみにしていました。 まだ使い始めてそれほど経っていませんが、ハリ感やツヤ感を実感しています。もともと基底膜ケアができる成分なので、この濃度感なら全顔に使ってもいいかなと思うくらいです。YouTubeのコメントで「深掘りしてほしい」というリクエストもあったので、ライスパワーNo.11プラスについては別動画で深掘りしています。こちらはその濃縮バージョンだと思っていただければ。もっと知りたいという方はぜひコメント欄で教えてください。 【5. バス用品】 ここからはバス用品です。これは本当にいいものを見つけました。メディファイブの「オイルインバスソルト」です。 （すみません、私が使っているのでランダムに削れていますが）スプーン付きで、黄色いバスソルトになっています。香りはグレープフルーツ系で、スースーする清涼感はなく、爽やかな香りがふわっとします。 ただ、このアイテムの魅力は香りではありません。オイルをソルト状にしているので、入浴後の肌がいい意味でぬるっとして、わざわざボディオイルを塗らなくてもツヤっとした仕上がりになります。 さらに「毛穴集中ケア ビタミンC誘導体」として、油溶性のビタミンC誘導体「テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル」が配合されています。油溶性のビタミンCは刺激が少なく、オイルに溶け込んでいるためオイルバスソルトとの相性も良く、肌にじわじわと浸透して全身にビタミンC誘導体の恩恵を受けられます。 さらに、クエン酸・乳酸・リンゴ酸という3種のAHAも配合されていて、強い刺激はないものの軽いピーリング作用があり、肌がスルッとする感覚があります。それでいてオイルでコーティングされる、という不思議なバランスのバスソルトです。温浴効果もありつつ、肌のツヤ感も抜群です。 パッケージには「ニキビ・肌荒れ」とも書かれていて、ビタミンC誘導体とAHAが配合されているからこそ謳える効果だと思います。背中ニキビや毛穴が気になる方、ほんのり明るい肌印象を期待したい方にもおすすめの、素晴らしいアイテムです。 【6. メイク：シェーディング】 続いてはメイクアイテムです。吉田あかりちゃんとコラボさせていただいた際、彼女がポーチの中に入れていた新作を見て「発売されたら絶対買います」とお話ししたところ、発売と同時に送っていただきました。この場を借りてお礼を申し上げます、本当にありがとうございます。 それがB IDOLの「ごまかしシャドウ」。01番レタッチピンク、02番レタッチベージュ、03番フィルタークリアの3色展開です。 吉田さんも「アイメイクを失敗した時や、メイク崩れを直したい時にも使えるんです」と教えてくれました。私が特に欲しかったのは白いバージョンの03番、フィルタークリアです。 部分的に塗ると、ちょうど良い加減にテカリを抑えてくれます。例えば鼻はツヤを残したいけれど、他の部分のテカリは抑えたい、といった細かい使い分けができます。大きめのパウダーを持ち歩かなくても、これ一つでちょこちょことテカリをオフできる、まさに神アイテムだと思いました。送っていただいたのもありがたいですし、実際に使ってみて本当に良いと感じたアイテムなので、B IDOLの「ごまかしシャドウ」03番フィルタークリア、ぜひ使ってみてください。 【7・8. メイク：アイブロウリキッド】 続いては眉毛を描くアイテムです。いろいろ試した中で、この2つがとても良かったです。キャンメイクの「フローレスブロウリキッド」03番と、カネボウの「デザイニングアイブロウリキッド」です。 どちらもペンシルではなくリキュッドタイプ。絶妙な色味が魅力です。キャンメイクは1本1本描くこともできて、濃く塗ってみるとグレーにも茶色にも見える、影感のある色合いになっています。カネボウも同様に1本1本描けて、より黒みの強いグレーの影色です。どちらも「描きました」感が出過ぎない、絶妙な色加減がとても素晴らしいと思います。 私は眉毛の半分がなく、ペンシルだけだと崩れてしまうこともあるのですが、リキッドタイプなので落ちにくく、とても重宝しています。 【9. その他：メイク用スポンジ】 最後にご紹介するのは、可愛いなと思ったスポンジです。スポンジ自体に持ち手のようなものが付いていて、そのまま専用のケースに入れて持ち運べるようになっています。チーク用のスポンジでなくても入れることができ、しかも通気性のための穴が空いているので、少し濡れていてもムレにくい設計になっています。ポーチに入れて持ち歩いたり、メイク直しや旅行にも便利です。Amazonで見つけた時、残り1個だったのですぐに購入しました。今は補充されていると思いますが、友達へのプレゼントにも良さそうなアイテムです。 以上、10月に使って良かったものをご紹介しました。今期はスキンケアアイテムが多めでしたが、注目していたものや、意外と使ってみて良かったものがたくさんありました。気になる方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomo, a dermatologist. Today I'm bringing you my "Things I Loved Buying in October" series. By the time I'm filming this, October is almost over, it's getting colder, and the year is winding down. In October, I received some products as gifts, and a few items I'd been wanting happened to come my way too, so I want to properly share the things I genuinely thought were great. Let's get right into it. 【1. Skincare: Cleansing】 First up is cleansing. The Albion Clarifying Release. This isn't something I use every day—I use it on areas I'm concerned about. What impressed me was that it incorporates technology that hadn't been possible in cleansers before. This is a wipe-off, rinse-off type cleanser. It has two layers—an oil layer and a lotion layer. You shake it, apply it to a cotton pad, wipe it on, then rinse it off. You might think "wiping and rinsing sounds like a hassle," but this cleanser features the first-ever "pore plug (keratin plug) breakdown technology" in a cleanser. This kind of technology is usually associated with face washes—brands like Est or Sofina iP have used it in cleansing foams, but never in cleansers, even though pore plugs can bother you during cleansing too. Albion, known for its cleansing products, has now incorporated this keratin plug breakdown technology into a cleanser for the first time. Since wiping takes a bit of effort, I use it just on areas like my nose and chin where I'm concerned about pore plugs, then rinse normally—though of course you can use it on your whole face too. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants pore/plug care during cleansing, or who likes the wipe-then-rinse cleansing method. Despite being oil-based, it doesn't strip your skin to the point of dryness, making it a nice balance for those who want pore care without an overly stripping cleanse. 【2. Skincare: Toner/Lotion】 Next is FANCL's THE Black Essence. I've used about half the bottle already. I received this at an event—it's a fermentation-based lotion containing extract from black rice, an ancient grain variety, fermented to create the essence. Fermented skincare can sometimes have a noticeable scent, but this one doesn't bother me at all. Fermentation also produces amino acids that help refine skin texture. The texture is watery and light, yet it feels hydrating, and even though it doesn't claim to whiten skin, I noticed a certain radiance after using it. I've been using it almost daily since mid-September. 【3. Skincare: Emulsion/Milk】 Next is Dr.365's Drip Stem Emulsion C, a new emulsion from the Dr.365 line. I don't usually choose emulsions for myself, but this one really impressed me. Dr.365 focuses on pore care and vitamin C, but this particular product focuses on basement membrane care. To ensure the vitamin C reaches the basement membrane, it's been encapsulated in carbon liposomes, allowing targeted delivery exactly where it's needed. It's remarkable that a product at this price point claims to support basement membrane care. It also contains a newly noteworthy vitamin C derivative called Apps MGA(?), along with "Power Stem," an ingredient derived from marine plants that's gaining attention for basement membrane care—few Japanese brands incorporate this ingredient, and here it's combined in the same carbon liposome. Pore care is often associated with younger skin, but basement membrane care can benefit those of us in our generation too, helping with firmness and more. It's a wonderful emulsion. I'm not someone who applies emulsion to my whole face—I have another favorite, Dr.Ceuracle's(?) emulsion, which has a richer, serum-like texture that can be used alone. This Dr.365 one is lighter and doesn't feel sticky even on the whole face, so I use them differently: 365 for days when I've had a lot of sun exposure, and the other one when I want overall firmness. 【4. Skincare: Targeted Wrinkle Care Serum】 One more skincare item: Riceforce's Wrinkle Cross. I had genuinely been looking forward to this one. This season, two new ingredients received approval for wrinkle improvement claims in Japan: Menard's vitamin E derivative, and Rice Power No. 11 Plus, developed by Yushin Seiyaku. A product with Rice Power No. 11 Plus was previously released as an all-in-one gel-type product meant for the whole face. Of course I wanted to use it all over, but for areas I'm especially concerned about—like around the eyes or mouth—I wanted something more targeted, and now this targeted version has arrived. Since Riceforce is made by Yushin Seiyaku, the very company that developed Rice Power No. 11 Plus, I suspect (this is just my own personal theory as a dermatologist) that this contains the highest concentration available. While an all-in-one product is great for overall wrinkle improvement, if you want to really feel the power of Rice Power No. 11 Plus specifically, I thought this targeted version would make the effects clearer, so I was excited to try it. I haven't been using it very long yet, but I'm already noticing firmness and radiance. Since this ingredient also supports basement membrane care, I'm starting to think this concentration could work well on the whole face too—though that's straying from the "targeted use" concept a bit! I've gotten comments on YouTube asking me to do a deep dive into Rice Power No. 11 Plus, so I've covered that in a separate video—think of this product as a more concentrated version of that. If you want to know more, please leave a comment. 【5. Bath Products】 Moving on to bath products—I found something really excellent here. Medi Five's Oil-in Bath Salt. (Sorry, mine is a bit worn down from use, so it's randomly shaped.) It comes with a spoon, and it's a yellow bath salt. The scent is grapefruit-like—not a cooling, tingly sensation, but a refreshing citrus scent. But the real appeal isn't the scent. Because the oil is turned into a salt form, your skin ends up with a nice, smooth, slightly slick feeling after bathing—giving you a glowing finish without needing to apply body oil separately. It also contains a "pore-focused vitamin C derivative"—specifically tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, an oil-soluble vitamin C derivative. Oil-soluble vitamin C tends to be gentle on skin, and since it's dissolved into the oil base, it can penetrate gradually, giving your whole body the benefits of vitamin C derivative. It also contains three types of AHA—citric acid, lactic acid, and malic acid—not harsh, but providing a gentle peeling effect that leaves skin feeling smooth, while still being coated by the oil. It's a wonderfully balanced bath salt that gives both a warming bath experience and glowing skin. The package even mentions "acne and rough skin," likely due to the vitamin C derivative and AHA content. I think this would be great for anyone concerned about back acne, pores, or even just hoping for a slightly brighter-looking complexion. A truly excellent find. 【6. Makeup: Shine Control】 Now onto makeup items. When I collaborated with Akari Yoshida, she had a new product in her pouch, and when I said "I'll definitely buy that once it's released," she actually sent it to me the moment it launched. Thank you so much again for that. It's B IDOL's "Gomakashi Shadow" (Cover-Up Shadow), available in three shades: 01 Retouch Pink, 02 Retouch Beige, and 03 Filter Clear. Akari told me it's great for fixing eye makeup mistakes or touching up smudged makeup. The one I really wanted was the white 03 Filter Clear shade. Applied to specific areas, it reduces shine just the right amount. For example, you might want to keep some shine on your nose but reduce shine elsewhere—this lets you fine-tune exactly that. You don't need a big powder compact; this small item lets you dab away shine wherever needed. A truly amazing find—I'm so grateful it was sent to me, and after using it, I genuinely think it's excellent. Please give B IDOL's Gomakashi Shadow 03 Filter Clear a try. 【7 & 8. Makeup: Eyebrow Liquids】 Next are eyebrow products. Among the many I tried, these two stood out. Canmake's Flawless Eyebrow Liquid in shade 03, and Kanebo's Designing Eyebrow Liquid. Both are liquid formulas rather than pencils, with wonderfully nuanced colors. Canmake lets you draw individual hair strokes, and when applied more heavily, it shows a shadow-like color that looks somewhere between gray and brown. Kanebo similarly allows for individual hair-like strokes, with a more blackish-gray shadow tone. Both achieve a natural "shadow" effect without looking overly drawn-on—the color balance is really impressive. I have thinning eyebrows and sometimes my pencil work smudges off partway through the day, but these liquid formulas are much more long-lasting, so I really rely on both of them. 【9. Other: Makeup Sponge】 Lastly, a cute little item—a makeup sponge. It comes with a small handle-like attachment, allowing it to be stored in its dedicated case for carrying around. You don't need a cheek-specific sponge to use this case—any sponge fits—and it has ventilation holes, so even a slightly damp sponge won't get musty. It's great for keeping in your makeup pouch, for touch-ups, or for travel. I found it on Amazon with only one left in stock, and bought it immediately. I imagine it's been restocked since then. It would also make a lovely gift for a friend. That wraps up my October favorites!
