皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は5000円以下で買える美白アイテムを5つご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 毎日日差しが強くて、もう紫外線が当たっている感じしますよね。この時期、しっかりと美白ケアしていくことがとても大切なんですけれども、やっぱり美白のアイテムってちょっとお高いイメージありますよね。もちろんプチプラなものでもアイテムたくさん出ているんですけれども、デパコスまでは手が届かないし、でもプチプラでは何か物足りないなっていう方で、5000円ぐらいだったら美白のアイテム出せるよっていう方に向けて、今日は5000円以下で買える美白アイテムをご紹介したいと思っています。 アイテムをご紹介する前に、美白アイテムって言うとどういったものが必要かというと、まずシミができたりとかくすみができる原因は、紫外線が当たることによってメラノサイトという細胞がメラニン色素を出すというところから始まるんですけれども、そのどこの場所をブロックしていくかということで美白のケアができてくるんですね。 まず紫外線が当たって、紫外線自体をブロックするのはもちろん日焼け止めです。なので日焼け止めというのはマストですよね。もう日焼け止めを塗ってなかったら、美白アイテムどんなもん使っても意味がないんですよ。 とはいっても、日焼け止めを塗っていてもある程度日焼けと刺激というのは来ると思うんですね。じゃあ最初にブロックするべきは、紫外線が当たった時に、炎症が起こってメラノサイトさん、メラニン色素を作ってくださいという炎症の物質が出るというところをまずブロックしなくてはいけない。 で、その指令がメラノサイトに行ったらですね、メラノサイトでチロシナーゼという酵素が活性されるんですね。これが要はメラニン色素の元になります。で、それが活性されてメラニン色素が作られるスタートが始まるんですね。 で、そのメラニン最初できた時には、そんなに黒くなくて褐色なんですが、それがどんどん黒くなっていく、これをメラニンの黒色化というんですが、ここはブロックしなきゃいけないですよね。 次に、じゃあメラニンできたらどうするかというと、今度はその肌細胞に入ってこのメラニンの色素を渡すんですよ。これが渡されることでシミだったりくすみの原因になってくるので、このメラニン色素を受け渡さないようにするというところもポイントです。 最後にメラニン色素を受け渡されちゃった肌細胞、これがずっと居座ることがシミの原因なんですが、これがきちんとターンオーバーでメラニンが含んだ細胞も出ていってしまえば、くすみやシミの原因ではなくなるので、ここもターンオーバーを促すというところも大事になってきます。 なので今日は、そのどこのポイントにフォーカスをしているアイテムかということも一緒にお話ししていこうと思います。 ▼では早速1つ目、エリクシール ホワイト クリアセラム 薬用美白美容液です。 このエリクシールの美白美容液、私ねめちゃくちゃコスパいいなぁと思っています。私多分、コスパ最強説を唱えているんですが、というのもこちらはですね、さっき言った、いろんなところをブロックするもののまず一つは、メラニンを作ってくださいという炎症を伝えるというところをブロックするのと、あとはチロシナーゼの活性を抑えてメラニンを作るというところも抑えるというところがあるんですね。 それぞれ何かというと、その「メラニンを作ってください」という刺激はトラネキサム酸で抑えています。もう一つ、チロシナーゼの活性を阻害するのは資生堂独自の4MSK系という成分が入っています。これだけでも2つのステップをブロックしているので、すごいなと思うんですが、そこに資生堂の純粋レチノールというのが入ってるんですね。 レチノールっていうのは、それだけでは美白ということはできないんですけれども、レチノールっていうのはターンオーバーを促してくれるので、例えばメラニンが受け渡されたとしても、ターンオーバーがきちっと促されていると、メラニンを含んだ細胞が出ていってくれるので、シミだったりとかくすみの原因にならないんですね。 なので3つのアプローチがこの1本の美容液には入ってるんですよ。これってね、私はすごくコスパがいいんじゃないかなと思います。でもちろんドラッグストアで買えて、今回、私ね、家の近くの薬局で買ったら、これミニサイズの乳液と化粧水がついてきました。すごいね、お得だなぁと思いましたが、数量限定って書いてるんで、もしかしたら今はないのかもしれないですが、私が買った時にはこれがついていたので、こういう何かお得なものもあるし、私的には、コスパがめちゃくちゃいい美白美容液だなぁと思っております。 ▼続いてはこちら、オバジC リファイン ローションです。こちらは今年の3月に発売になったオバジの化粧水になります。この化粧水は何が入っているかというと、もちろんオバジですからビタミンCなんですね。こちらには2種類のビタミンCが入っています。 まず一つがピュアビタミンC、アスコルビン酸。そしてもう一つがアスコルビン酸マグネシウムというビタミンCの誘導体です。ピュアビタミンCを配合するのですごく難しいんですけれども、やっぱりオバジさんってそれがすごく技術が進んでるんですね。なので、ピュアビタミンCは、すぐ酸化しちゃって、本当は成分として壊れやすいんですが、それをしっかり化粧水に入れるという技術は、やっぱりオバジさんしかできないなと。 そこにビタミンC誘導体の中でも速攻性がある、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体を入れているので、ビタミンCの化粧水としては、効果がかなり期待できるなぁと思っています。 じゃあこのビタミンCというのはどこに効いていきますかって言うと、ビタミンCの、炎症が起こってシミを作ってくださいという指令も抑えることができるし、メラニンができてしまうと、だんだん黒くなっていって、その黒くなっているのを淡い色にする、まあ、ちょっと黒いものを白くまでは行かないですけど、そうやって淡くさせるっていう効果があるんですね。 なので、紫外線が当たって、そのの炎症も抑えるし、その作られたメラニンがどんどん黒くなっていくのもブロックしてくれるということになります。ビタミンCのローションなんですけれども、あんまり肌が突っ張った感じもなく、この夏、あんまりベタベタしたものを使いたくないよっていう時には、とてもいいアイテムかなぁと思ってこちらもご紹介しました。 ▼続いてはこちら、サイクルプラス エンリッチローション です。これね、ちょっと面白いんですけれども、こういう化粧水が入ってるんですが、化粧水の横にね、こういう粉が一緒に入ってるんです。こんな感じについてるんですけれども、この粉を開けて、この化粧水の中に入れ込んで使うというタイプの化粧水になります。 このサイクルプラス エンリッチローション には、ビタミンC誘導体の中でも浸透がすごく良くって、持続が長いと呼ばれているAPPS、パルミチン酸アスコルビン酸3ナトリウムという脂溶性のビタミンCが入っています。なので、水溶性でもありし、脂溶性でもあるので、速攻性もあるんですけど、浸透も良くって、次世代型のビタミンCと呼ばれているんですね。 ただ、このAPPSってすぐに効果が弱まってしまうっていう難点もあるんですよ。なので、こうやって、さっき言ったみたいに、こんなになっていて、化粧水に溶かして、新鮮な状態でAPPSが使えるよということで、早めに使ってくださいねということになっています。 もちろん、APPSは浸透型のビタミンCなので、さっきのオバジの時にもお話しした、メラニンを作ってくださいという指令を抑えたりとか、メラニンが黒くなっていくのを抑えたりということもできるんですね。 それだけじゃなくて、これにはですね、アルブチンも入っています。アルブチンはですね、チロシナーゼの活性を阻害してメラニン色素を作るのを抑えてくれる働きもあるので、まあ、APPSとアルブチンとをしっかりと働かせているということも素晴らしいなと思いますし、より、APPSの効力を高めるために、こう、フレッシュ処方というんですかね、そういったところもすごくいいなぁと思ってご紹介してみました。 ▼続いてはこちら、ザ レチノタイム ホワイトニングローション です。これもとってもコスパいいなぁと思う美白の化粧水です。こちらには、ビタミンC誘導体とナイアシナミドとパルミチン酸レチノールという3つの成分が入っております。 まず、ビタミンC誘導体、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体なんですが、これはさっきから言っているように、紫外線が当たった時に、メラニン色素を作ってくださいという指令をブロックするのと、メラニンが黒くなっていくのを抑えるということ。 そして、ナイアシナミドですね。ナイアシナミドっていうのは、実は、メラニンができた時にですね、肌の細胞にメラニン色素を受け渡すというのをブロックしてくれるものになります。なので、できてしまったものがね、肌細胞に行っていくということをブロックするので、それでくすみ対策ということになっています。 もう一つ、パルミチン酸レチノールというのは美白有効成分ではないんですけれども、ある程度、パルミチン酸レチノールが肌にあることで、紫外線からの強さ、SPFまではいかないんですが、紫外線の影響を抑えてくれるというようなデータもありますので、入れておきたい成分の一つでもあります。 なので、その3つの成分が入っているということもかなりポイント高いのかなと思ってこちらもご紹介しました。 ▼続いてはこちら、すいません、これだけね、実はね5000円ちょっと出ちゃうんですよ。さっきの4つはですね、全部5000円以下なんですが、これだけ5000円台になっちゃうんですね。なので、これちょっと外そうかなどうしようかなと思ったんですけれども、このソフィーナ iPにはですね、これにしか入っていない有効成分が入っているので、ぜひこちらもと思って、5000円よりもちょっとアップするんですけれども、5000円以内ではあるので、こちらもご紹介します。 というのも、このソフィーナ iPは花王さんが作っていて、花王独自の、カモミラETという成分が入っています。カモミラETっていうのは、紫外線が当たった時に、一番最初に炎症物質がバーンと出るものを抑えてくれるんですよね。 なので、ここにね、「シミになる前に増える前に先回りブロック」って書いてあるように、メラニンを作ってくださいというもの、一番最初にバーンとブロックしてくれるものになります。 結構テクスチャーも美容液なんですが、ベタベタしないというか、結構サラッとしているテクスチャーになります。なので、夏でベタベタしているものは得意じゃないんだけれども、やっぱり美容液入れておきたいっていう方には、とてもおすすめかなと。 で、あと他の有効成分がちょっと肌に刺激という方もですね、意外とカモミラETは大丈夫という方もいらっしゃるので、美白有効成分使いたいんだけど、ちょっと心配という方にもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ▼はい、ということで美白のアイテム5つご紹介しました。やっぱりね、それぞれ美白の有効成分しっかり入っていて、それによって、どこをブロックするか、メラニンを作るのをいろいろブロックしてくれて、肌に透明感だったりとか、シミを予防してくれる効果ありますので、気になっているものはぜひ、薬局とか通販で買えるものばかりなので、チェックしてみていただければ嬉しいです。 今日の動画はいかがでしたか？よかったよと思う方はグッドボタンを押していただいたり、チャンネル登録していただけると大変嬉しいです。あと、コメント欄にいろんなコメント書いてくれると嬉しいので、今後ともよろしくお願いします。ということで、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

With strong sunlight every day, it feels like we're already getting hit by UV rays, right? During this season, it's very important to do proper whitening care, but whitening items do tend to have the image of being expensive. Of course, there are many drugstore options available, but for those of you who think luxury department store cosmetics are out of reach but drugstore products just don't feel like enough, I'm presenting 5 whitening items that you can buy for around 5,000 yen or less. Before introducing the items, let me explain what whitening products need to do. Stains and dark spots are caused by UV rays hitting the skin, which triggers melanocytes to produce melanin pigment. How we block different steps in this process determines our whitening care approach. Firstly, sunscreen is essential for blocking UV rays themselves. Without sunscreen, no whitening product will work, no matter how good it is. However, even with sunscreen, some sun exposure and irritation will get through. We need to block the inflammatory substances that tell melanocytes to produce melanin right when UV damage occurs. When that signal reaches melanocytes, an enzyme called tyrosinase becomes active. This is the precursor to melanin production. Initially, melanin produced is brownish, but it gradually darkens—a process called melanin oxidation—which we also need to block. Next, when melanin is produced, it gets transferred to skin cells, causing spots and dullness. We need to prevent this transfer. Finally, skin cells containing melanin cause spots when they remain in the skin, but if proper skin turnover happens, these cells are shed, preventing spots and dullness. So promoting turnover is also important. Therefore, today I'll explain which step each product targets. ▼First item: Elixir White Clear Serum, a medicinal whitening essence. I think this Elixir whitening essence has amazing value for money. I'm actually advocating for it being the best value product. This serum blocks multiple steps: first, it suppresses the inflammatory signals telling melanocytes to make melanin using tranexamic acid, and it also inhibits tyrosinase activity to prevent melanin production using Shiseido's proprietary 4MSK ingredient. Just blocking these two steps is amazing, but it also contains Shiseido's pure retinol. Retinol doesn't directly whiten, but it promotes skin turnover. Even if melanin gets transferred to cells, good turnover means those cells are shed before becoming visible spots. So this one essence contains three different approaches—I think that's excellent value. Plus, it's available at drugstores. When I bought it at my local pharmacy, it came with mini-size lotion and toner. I thought that was great! Though it says quantity limited, so it might not be available now, but I appreciated that bonus. ▼Next: Obagi C Refine Lotion. This Obagi lotion was released in March this year. It contains two types of vitamin C. First is pure vitamin C—ascorbic acid. Second is ascorbic acid magnesium, a vitamin C derivative. Formulating with pure vitamin C is very difficult, but Obagi has advanced technology. Pure vitamin C oxidizes easily and is unstable, but only Obagi can successfully incorporate it into lotion. They also added water-soluble vitamin C derivative with fast-acting properties, so you can expect significant whitening effects from this lotion. Vitamin C works by suppressing the inflammatory signal for melanin production and preventing darkening of produced melanin. It lightens existing dark pigment without necessarily making it completely white. So it addresses both inflammation from UV exposure and prevents melanin darkening. Despite being a vitamin C lotion, it doesn't feel tight on skin and isn't greasy—great for summer when you don't want heavy products. I definitely recommend it. ▼Next: Cycleplus Enrich Lotion. This is interesting because it comes with both a lotion bottle and a separate powder. You mix the powder into the lotion before use. This lotion contains APPS—sodium ascorbyl phosphate, a vitamin C derivative known for excellent penetration and long-lasting effects. APPS is both water-soluble and oil-soluble, so it has fast action with good penetration and is called next-generation vitamin C. However, APPS's effectiveness diminishes quickly, so this fresh formula approach, where you mix it fresh, keeps APPS potent. You should use it soon after mixing. APPS, being penetrating vitamin C, suppresses the signal for melanin production and prevents melanin darkening, just like the Obagi product. Plus, it contains arbutin, which inhibits tyrosinase to prevent melanin production. Combining APPS and arbutin is excellent, and I really appreciate this fresh formulation approach. ▼Next: The Retino Time Whitening Lotion. Another great value whitening lotion. It contains three ingredients: vitamin C derivative, niacinamide, and retinyl palmitate. First, the water-soluble vitamin C derivative suppresses melanin production signals from UV exposure and prevents melanin darkening—as mentioned before. Niacinamide blocks melanin transfer to skin cells, preventing spots and dullness. Retinyl palmitate isn't officially a whitening ingredient, but data shows it provides some UV protection—not quite SPF level, but still helpful, so it's worth including. Having all three ingredients makes this highly valuable. ▼Finally: I have to mention, this one actually exceeds 5,000 yen slightly. The previous four are all under 5,000 yen, but this one is in the 5,000 yen range. I debated whether to include it, but because it contains a unique active ingredient found only in this product, I wanted to introduce it anyway. It's just slightly over 5,000 yen, so it's close enough. This Sofina iP is made by Kao and contains Kao's proprietary ingredient, camelia ET. Camelia ET suppresses inflammatory substances released first when UV hits skin, essentially blocking melanin production signals before damage occurs. The texture is smooth and not greasy—perfect for summer when you want to avoid heavy products. And interestingly, even people who find other whitening actives irritating often tolerate camelia ET well, making it good for those wanting whitening benefits with fewer concerns. ▼So there you have it—5 whitening items introduced. Each contains solid whitening actives that work at different melanin-production stages, providing skin transparency and spot prevention.
