12月に買ってよかったアイテムを6個紹介します。

みなさんこんにちは、智子新田です。今日は「12月に買ってよかったもの、使ってよかったもの」をご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 12月は自分へのご褒美として少しゴージャスなものも購入したのですが、実は12月に入ってから肌の調子に変化がありまして。もともと私は皮脂が多いタイプで乾燥とは無縁だったのですが、急激に寒くなったせいか、皮脂は出ているのにインナードライ、つまり内側が乾燥しているような感覚がありました。そこで、いつものスキンケアにプラスオンしたアイテムもありますので、そちらもあわせてご紹介します。 **1. チューンメーカーズ セラミド200** まず一つ目はこちら、チューンメーカーズの「セラミド200」です。皮脂は出ているのに内側が乾燥している気がしたので、新しいスキンケアを一から揃えるのではなく、今使っているスキンケアにプラスすることにしました。チューンメーカーズさんは成分ごとの単品アイテムを多く展開しているブランドで、乾燥対策といえばセラミドということで、こちらを選びました。 この製品はヒト型セラミドではなく、「コメヌカスフィンゴ糖脂質」と表示されている植物性セラミドです。保湿効果自体はヒト型セラミドの方が高いのですが、ヒト型はややベタつきを感じることもあります。私は皮脂が多いタイプなので、こちらの植物由来のセラミドのさらっとした使用感がちょうど良く感じました。いつもの化粧水に混ぜてシートマスクのように使ったり、単体で最初につけたりして使用したところ、乾燥感がかなり改善されました。 **2. Dr.K コンセントレートオイルセラム** 続いてはこちら、Dr.Kの「コンセントレートオイルセラム」です。実はDr.Kさんとは少し前にインスタライブでご一緒させていただく機会がありました。Dr.Kは青山皮膚科の亀山先生――日本のビタミンC美容の第一人者ともいえる先生が手がけているブランドで、単なるビタミンCではなく、ビタミンCを軸にしたカクテル処方が特徴です。 ビタミンCは抗酸化力が非常に高い反面、単体では酸化しやすいという性質があります。そこで亀山先生は、ナイアシンアミドやグルタチオンなどを組み合わせた独自のカクテル処方で、毛穴や皮脂のテカリに悩む方に高く支持されているブランドです。 私自身、皮脂が多いタイプなので今まで化粧水などは愛用していたのですが、このオイル美容液は使ったことがありませんでした。「オイル?」と最初は少し意外に感じたのですが、今回改めて成分をしっかり確認してみたところ、ベースにはアスタキサンチン配合の低刺激でさらっとしたオイルが使われ、そこに油溶性ビタミンCと、浸透性の高いAPPS、さらに水溶性ビタミンCの3種類が組み合わされていることがわかりました。毛穴ケアをしながら保湿もでき、それでいてベタつきにくいという処方です。 お仕事でご縁がなければ、オイルというだけで手に取らなかったと思うので、この出会いは本当に良かったです。この2つのアイテムを使い始めてから乾燥感が改善し、肌の調子もいつも通りに戻ってきました。ここ最近急に肌の調子が変わって少し焦っていたのですが、無事に回復してほっとしています。 **3. SK-II インテンシブ ピテラセット** 続いてはこちら、SK-IIの「インテンシブ ピテラセット」です。中身はこのような内容になっていて、SK-IIの定番であるフェイシャルトリートメントエッセンス(化粧水)が2本、それから洗顔料、スキンパワークリームが含まれています。 私がこのセットを購入した一番の理由はこちらです。「オーバーナイト ミラクルマスク」というジェル状のマスクが入っているのですが、これはおそらく年に一度、期間限定で発売される商品です。ピテラが凝縮された処方で、洗顔後にこれ一つで済ませられる、いわば究極のオールインワンアイテム。12回分入っていて、12日間で肌が驚くほどクリアになるといわれています。 以前使用した際に肌の調子が劇的に良くなった経験があったので、次に発売されたら絶対に購入しようと決めていました。年末の12月に発売されたので、迷わず購入しました。 **4. アムリターラ×マイラン トラベルセット** 続いてはこちら、オーガニックブランドのアムリターラと、私も好きなアパレルブランド・マイランがコラボしたトラベルセットです。私はピンクを選びましたが、他にも赤やグリーンなど素敵なカラー展開がありました。中身にはアムリターラの化粧水やクレンジングクリームなどが入っています。 このアイテムを選んだ一番の理由は、ポーチのデザインが可愛いことに加えて、なんと歯ブラシが付属している点です。しかもこの歯ブラシ、ハンドル部分にサトウキビ由来のプラスチックを使用していて、さらにブラシ部分にはヒマシ油由来のナイロンが使われているんです。つまり、全体が植物由来素材でできた、カーボンニュートラルな歯ブラシなんですね。 プラスチック製品にはどうしても抵抗を感じることもありますが、環境への配慮を大切にしているアムリターラさんらしい発想だと感じました。ポーチや中身のアイテムはもちろんですが、こうしたブランドの理念そのものに感銘を受けました。もしかすると数量限定商品だったかもしれませんが、気になる方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 **5. アクリス ホースヘア アイバッグ** ここからは自分へのご褒美として購入したバッグをご紹介します。まずはこちら、アクリスのアイコンバッグ「ホースヘア アイバッグ」です。開くとトートバッグのように使え、内ポケットもあり、実用性の高いバッグです。普段はiPadやパソコン、書類などをたっぷり収納できますし、こうしてまとめれば可愛らしいアイコンバッグとしても使えます。 このバッグをずっと欲しいと思っていた理由は、素材にあります。「ホースヘア」というのは馬のしっぽの毛のことなんです。革ではなく繊維でできていて、麻のような質感なのですが、これは一本一本、馬のしっぽの毛を使用しています。馬の尻尾の毛は伸びる性質があるそうで、伸びた分をカットしてこうしたバッグに仕立てているそうです。動物を傷つけずに作られている点も魅力的ですし、私自身午年生まれということもあって、馬に関するアイテムが好きで、いくつか集めているんです。 アクリスはお洋服からファンになったブランドで、デザイナーはもともと建築家出身と言われていて、立体的なフォルムが美しい服作りをされています。その流れでこのホースヘアのバッグを知り、革にはない独特な風合いに惹かれていました。軽くて丈夫という特徴もあります。 今回選んだのは、このように留め具を外せば他のバッグと一緒に持っても邪魔にならないデザインで、色味も絶妙、そして他の人と被りにくいという点が決め手になりました。クリスマスプレゼントとして、長く愛用していきたいと思い購入しました。 ちなみにお手入れ方法も面白くて、時々馬の毛がピョンと飛び出してくることがあるそうなのですが、その際ははさみで切るのではなく、旦那様の使っているシェーバーで剃ってくださいとお店の方に教えていただきました。まるで生きているみたいで面白いですよね。使い込むほどに風合いが出るそうなので、これからどんな経年変化を見せてくれるか楽しみです。 **6. デルボー ブリオン** もう一つバッグを購入しました。こちらはデルボーの「ブリオン」です。実はこちらは購入予定がなかったアイテムでした。表参道ヒルズにデルボーの新店舗がオープンした際、美容家の石井美帆さんとご一緒にレセプションへ伺ったのですが、その場で出会って思わず購入してしまいました。 私はこれまでデルボーの「ル・ボワイヤジュール」シリーズという、トロンプルイユ(だまし絵)のようなデザインのものは持っていたのですが、定番の「ブリオン」タイプは持っていませんでした。逆に美帆さんはブリオンの小さいサイズばかりお持ちで、私が持っている大きめサイズは持っていないという話になり、お互いの使い勝手について話しているうちに、どうしても欲しくなってしまったんです。 決め手になったのはストラップです。斜め掛けにすれば両手が自由に使えるので、旅行の際にとても便利だという美帆さんのおすすめもあり、思わず衝動買いしてしまいました。とはいえ、以前からこの小さめサイズのブリオンには興味がありましたし、デルボーというブランド自体、ハンドバッグの原型を作ったのはデルボーの職人だと言われるほど、長年愛され続けているメゾンです。これから使い込むことで、革の風合いがどのように変化していくのか楽しみです。 ちなみに、アクリスはスイスのブランド、デルボーはベルギーのブランドです。どちらも職人技と素材へのこだわりが感じられるブランドで、こうして並べて持ってみると、また違った可愛らしさがあるんですよね。2つとも購入して本当に良かったと思っています。 来年も引き続き頑張って働きたいと思います。 ということで、今回は12月に買って良かったもの、使って良かったもののご紹介でした。今年も一年、いろいろなものを購入し、使わせていただきました。経済もしっかり回してきたつもりです(笑)。2023年も引き続き、素敵なアイテムに出会ったら皆さんにご紹介していきたいと思いますので、次の動画もぜひ楽しみにしていてください。 それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

In December, I treated myself to a few slightly luxurious items. But actually, since early December, I noticed a change in my skin condition. I've always had oily skin with no dryness issues, but perhaps due to the sudden drop in temperature, even though my skin was still producing oil, I felt an inner dryness—like the inside was dehydrated. So I added a few items to my usual skincare routine, which I'll also introduce here. **1. Tune Makers Ceramide 200** The first item is Tune Makers' "Ceramide 200." Since I felt inner dryness despite still having oily skin, rather than switching to a whole new skincare line, I decided to add this to my current routine. Tune Makers offers many single-ingredient products, and since ceramide is the go-to ingredient for dryness, I chose this one. This product uses plant-derived ceramide, labeled as "rice bran sphingoglycolipid," rather than human-type ceramide. While human-type ceramide generally offers higher moisturizing power, it can sometimes feel a bit sticky. Since my skin tends to be oily, I found the lighter texture of this plant-derived ceramide to be just right. I mixed it into my regular toner and used it like a sheet mask, or applied it first before other products. As a result, the dryness noticeably improved. **2. Dr.K Concentrate Oil Serum** Next up is Dr.K's "Concentrate Oil Serum." I actually had the opportunity to collaborate with Dr.K on an Instagram Live a while back. Dr.K is a brand developed by Dr. Kameyama of Aoyama Dermatology, who is considered a leading authority on vitamin C skincare in Japan. Rather than using plain vitamin C, the brand is known for its unique vitamin C "cocktail" formulations. Vitamin C has very strong antioxidant properties, but it also oxidizes quickly on its own. That's why Dr. Kameyama developed a signature cocktail combining ingredients like niacinamide and glutathione, making this brand especially popular among those dealing with clogged pores and oily shine. Since I have oily skin, I've always loved Dr.K's toners and similar products, but I had never tried this oil serum before. My first reaction was "wait, an oil serum?" But after looking closely at the ingredients this time, I found that the base oil contains astaxanthin for a gentle, lightweight feel, combined with three types of vitamin C: an oil-soluble form, the highly penetrating APPS, and a water-soluble form. It's designed to care for pores and provide hydration without feeling heavy or sticky. If I hadn't had this work opportunity, I probably never would have picked up an oil product on my own, so I'm really glad I discovered it. After incorporating these two items, my dryness improved and my skin returned to its normal state. I was honestly a little worried when my skin suddenly changed, but I'm relieved it's back on track now. **3. SK-II Intensive Pitera Set** Next is the SK-II "Intensive Pitera Set." The set includes two bottles of SK-II's iconic Facial Treatment Essence, along with a cleanser and the Skin Power Cream. The main reason I bought this set was for this item—the "Overnight Miracle Mask," a gel-type mask that's typically released only once a year as a limited edition. It's packed with concentrated Pitera and works as the ultimate all-in-one product—just apply it after cleansing. With 12 masks included, it promises noticeably clearer skin after 12 days of use. I had used it once before and saw dramatic improvement in my skin, so I promised myself I'd buy it again whenever it was released. Since it came out at the end of December, I didn't hesitate to grab it. **4. Amritara x Mylan Travel Set** Next is a travel set that's a collaboration between the organic brand Amritara and the apparel brand Mylan, which I'm also a fan of. I chose the pink version, though there were other lovely colors like red and green available too. The set includes Amritara's toner, cleansing cream, and other skincare items. What really drew me to this set, besides the adorable pouch design, was the included toothbrush. What makes it special is that the handle is made from sugarcane-derived plastic, and the bristles are made from castor oil-derived nylon. In other words, it's an entirely plant-based, carbon-neutral toothbrush. While plastic products can sometimes feel at odds with eco-conscious values, this really reflects Amritara's commitment to sustainability. Beyond the pouch and the products themselves, I was truly impressed by the brand's philosophy. This may have been a limited-edition item, so if you're interested, be sure to check it out while it's available. **5. Akris Horsehair Ai Bag** Now for the bags I treated myself to. First is the Akris "Horsehair Ai Bag," one of the brand's iconic styles. When opened, it functions like a tote bag with interior pockets, making it very practical—perfect for carrying an iPad, laptop, documents, and more. Folded up, it becomes a cute, compact icon bag. The reason I'd wanted this bag for so long comes down to the material. "Horsehair" refers to the hair from a horse's tail. Rather than leather, it's made from fiber with a texture similar to linen, with each strand made from actual horsetail hair. Since horsetail hair naturally grows and can be trimmed without harming the animal, the bag is made using cut, regrown hair—making it a cruelty-free choice. As someone born in the Year of the Horse, I have a soft spot for horse-related items and have collected quite a few over time. I became a fan of Akris through their clothing—the designer originally trained as an architect, which shows in the brand's beautifully structured silhouettes. That's how I discovered this horsehair bag and fell in love with its texture, so different from leather, yet lightweight and durable. What sealed the deal this time was the versatile design—you can unclip it to carry alongside other bags without it getting in the way—plus the perfect color and the fact that it's unlikely anyone else will have the same one. I decided to treat myself to it as a Christmas present, something I plan to use and love for years to come. Interestingly, the care instructions are quite unique too. Apparently, strands of horsehair occasionally pop up on the surface, and instead of cutting them with scissors, the shop recommended shaving them off with a razor—maybe even borrowing your husband's! It's almost like the bag is alive, isn't it? I'm told it develops even more character with use, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it ages over time. **6. Delvaux Brillant** I also picked up another bag—this time, the Delvaux "Brillant." Honestly, I hadn't planned on buying this one. I attended the opening reception for Delvaux's new store at Omotesando Hills with beauty expert Miho Ishii, and that's where I ended up falling for it on the spot. Up until now, I only owned pieces from Delvaux's "Le Voyageur" line, which features a trompe-l'oeil (illusion) style design—I never owned the classic "Brillant" style. Interestingly, Miho only owns the smaller Brillant sizes, while I had the larger one, and as we compared notes on how we each use our bags, I found myself wanting one too. What ultimately convinced me was the strap—wearing it crossbody keeps both hands free, which Miho pointed out makes it especially convenient for travel. I ended up making an impulse purchase, but truthfully, I'd been curious about this smaller Brillant style for a while. Delvaux itself is a maison so iconic that it's often credited with inventing the modern handbag, and it's been cherished for generations. I'm excited to see how the leather develops its own character as I continue using it. By the way, Akris is a Swiss brand, while Delvaux is Belgian. Both brands share a deep dedication to craftsmanship and quality materials. Seeing them together, I can appreciate a different kind of charm each brings—I'm really glad I ended up getting both.
