皮脂テカリを防ぐ効果的なスキンケアを紹介します。

皆さん、こんにちは。トモリ・新田です。 今日はこれからの時期に必須アイテムと言っていいほど大切な、皮脂テカリケアのスキンケアアイテムを2つご紹介したいと思います。 皮脂テカリケアというと、化粧下地やパウダーなどのメイク用品が多いですが、スキンケアでも皮脂分泌をある程度コントロールできるアイテムがいくつかあります。有名なのはライスパワーNo.6ですね。今回は2022年に新発売されたもので、また別のアプローチのアイテムを2つご紹介します。 テカリは思春期の悩みだったり、私のようにもともと皮脂分泌が過剰な肌質の人の悩みだと思われがちですが、最近はマスクをつける機会が多いですよね。マスクの中は体温が上がり、それによって汗と同様に皮脂分泌も活発になります。あるデータによると、寒い12月でもマスクの中の温度はそうでない場所と比べて5度高いそうです。これから来る夏はどれくらい高くなるか、想像がつきますよね。体温が上がれば皮脂分泌も多くなるので、もともとテカリ肌ではない方も、最近はテカリや化粧崩れを気にされる方が増えていると思います。 皮脂が過剰になると、テカリだけでなく目に見えない肌へのダメージも起こります。それが、過剰な皮脂が長時間肌に乗ることで起こる「皮脂の酸化」です。皮脂の酸化は肌に細かい、目には見えない炎症を起こし、その慢性炎症が角質肥厚を招き、くすみやすり鉢状の毛穴（毛穴が開いているように見えながら奥が細くなり、詰まりやすくなる状態）などの原因になります。 皮脂は天然の保護クリームですが、少なすぎても多すぎてもダメで、しっかりとコントロールすることがポイントです。今回はそうした皮脂ケア・コントロールに適した商品を2つご紹介します。 【1つ目：アベンヌ ミルキージェル オイルコントロール 保湿ジェルクリーム】 使い方はほぼオールインワンです。メーカーとしてはアベンヌウォーターで化粧水的なケアをした後に使うことを推奨していますが、これ自体に化粧水・乳液両方の機能があると記載されているので、「朝晩洗顔後、手のひらにスパチュラで適量を取り、顔全体と首になじませてください」という使い方でこれ1本でも大丈夫だと思います。 中身は白ではなく少しブルーがかったジェルクリームで、テクスチャーはクリームというよりジェル状。伸ばすとスーッとなじんでいきます。吸着系の成分が入っているわけではありません。 ポイントとなる成分は2つです。 1つ目はラウリン酸グリセリル。これは皮脂腺に働きかけて皮脂分泌をコントロールする成分で、通常は保湿成分としても使われますが、過剰な皮脂は抑えつつ保湿もしてくれる優秀な成分です。 2つ目はPレフィニル。これはヒマラヤ産の種子エキスから作られたアベンヌ独自の成分で、先ほど述べた「皮脂の過剰による慢性炎症からの角質肥厚・詰まり」を抑え、肌のターンオーバーを正常化させる働きがあります。これによって過剰な皮脂が出ても詰まらずに、しっかりと天然の保護クリームとして機能させることができます。 このラウリン酸グリセリルによる皮脂バランスの調整と、Pレフィニルによる詰まり抑制の組み合わせが特徴です。 ミルキージェルというとベタつきを心配される方もいると思いますが、ノンコメドジェニックテスト済みなので、ニキビができやすい方でも毛穴の詰まりを気にせず使えると思います。 1本で使えるのも魅力ですし、塗った直後はしっとりしますが、時間が経ってもベタつきに変わらず、だんだんサラッとした質感に変化していく、不思議なジェルクリームです。他の部分はテカらないのにマスクの中だけテカる、という方にもおすすめで、化粧崩れやマスク内のテカリの改善が期待できると思います。 【2つ目：デュオ オーガニック アイディアル セラム リペア】 同じラインで化粧水・乳液も展開されていますが、この美容液は新発売のアイテムです。 テクスチャーは透明でトロッとしており、塗るとしっかり保湿される感じですが、引き締め系のカピッとした感覚ではありません。デュオ オーガニックはもともと敏感肌向けのブランドなので、ベタつきを抑えた処方になっていると思われます。サラッとしていながらスッと入り込み、表面はベタつかない使用感です。 キー成分は「有機ヤナギランエキス」です。ヤナギランは高山植物の一種で、フラボノイド系成分やエラグ酸（美白ケアでも使われる成分）が含まれています。この成分は、皮脂腺を刺激して皮脂分泌を過剰にする酵素「5αリダクターゼ」の分泌を抑制する効果が期待できます。つまり、皮脂分泌を促す酵素の働きを抑えることで、皮脂の過剰分泌を抑制するというアプローチです。ただ油分だけを取り除くのではなく、植物エキスによって水分量もしっかり保つため、皮脂を「取り去る」のではなく「バランスを整える」というイメージです。 さらにグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが配合されており（医薬部外品ではないため高濃度ではないと思われますが）、肌のムズムズ感を抑える効果も期待できます。 またトレハロースという保湿成分も配合されており、ヤナギランエキスで皮脂バランスを整えながら、トレハロースでしっとりと保湿する、これからの季節にぴったりのアイテムだと思います。 同ラインの化粧水・乳液と合わせて使うことで、顔全体に使いやすく、「テカリが気になるけれど部分的に乾燥もするので、皮脂を取り去るのではなくコントロールしたい」という方に向いていると思います。化粧崩れの防止にも役立つのではないでしょうか。 【まとめ】 最近は「テカリ肌=ツヤ肌」なんて言われることもありますが、テカリ肌の方にとってはテカリはやはり大敵ですよね。テカっているだけで清潔感がないように見えたり、皮脂分泌が過剰になることで肌トラブルやニキビの原因になったりします。皮脂はなくてはならない天然のバリアですが、出すぎるのもよくありません。 今回ご紹介したのは、皮脂を無理に吸着するのではなく、コントロールしてくれるナチュラル系の2つのアイテムです。マスクで肌荒れも気になるし皮脂分泌も気になる、化粧崩れも気になるという方は、ぜひ試してみてください。 このチャンネルでは美容や健康についてわかりやすく解説していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。by H.

When people think of oil-control care, they often think of makeup items like primers or setting powders. But there are also several skincare products that can help control sebum production to some extent. A well-known example is Rice Power No. 6. Today, though, I want to introduce two newly released (2022) items that take a different approach. Shine is often associated with puberty, or with people like me who naturally have oilier skin. But lately, with everyone wearing masks so often, the temperature inside the mask rises. This increase in temperature leads to more sweating and, similarly, more active sebum production. According to one study, even in cold December, the temperature inside a mask is about 5 degrees higher than outside it. Just imagine how much higher that might get in the coming summer! As body temperature rises, so does sebum production—so even people who don't normally have oily skin might start noticing more shine and makeup breakdown these days. Excess sebum doesn't just cause visible shine—it can also cause invisible damage to the skin. This happens through "sebum oxidation," which occurs when excess oil stays on the skin for too long. This oxidation triggers microscopic inflammation, and chronic inflammation over time can lead to thickened skin (hyperkeratosis), causing dullness or "funnel-shaped" enlarged pores—pores that look open on the surface but are narrower underneath, making them prone to clogging. Sebum is essentially the skin's natural protective cream, but too little or too much is problematic—so proper control is key. Today I'll introduce two products that are great for exactly that kind of sebum control. 【Product 1: Avène Cleanance Comedomed / Mattifying Moisturizing Gel Cream (Oil Control)】 This works almost like an all-in-one product. The brand suggests using it after applying Avène Thermal Spring Water as a toner-like step, but the product itself is described as functioning like both a lotion and an emulsion. So the instructions—"apply an appropriate amount with the spatula onto your palm and massage into your face and neck morning and night after cleansing"—suggest you can use this single product on its own. The cream itself is not white but has a slightly bluish tint, with a gel-like (rather than creamy) texture that blends smoothly into the skin. It doesn't contain oil-absorbing particles as one might expect from an oil-control product. The key ingredients are two: First is Glyceryl Laurate, which acts on the sebaceous glands to help regulate sebum production. It's typically used as a moisturizing ingredient, but here it's a multitasker—hydrating the skin while also curbing excess oil. Second is "P-Refinyl," a unique Avène ingredient derived from a Himalayan seed extract. As mentioned earlier, excess sebum can cause chronic inflammation leading to thickened, clogged skin—this ingredient helps normalize skin cell turnover to prevent that. This allows the skin to release excess sebum properly to the surface (as a natural protective layer) without clogging pores. Together, these two ingredients balance sebum production while preventing pore-clogging buildup. Despite being called a "milky gel," it's actually non-comedogenic tested, so it shouldn't clog pores even for those prone to acne. What's great is that it can be used as a single product, and while it feels moisturizing right after application, that moisture doesn't turn into stickiness over time—it gradually transitions into a soft, matte finish. It's an interesting texture change! For anyone who only gets shiny under their mask but not elsewhere, this could really help control that specific shine and prevent makeup from breaking down there. 【Product 2: DUO The Organic Ideal Serum Repair】 This brand also offers a lotion and emulsion in the same line, but this serum is a brand-new addition. The texture is clear and slightly viscous—it moisturizes well upon application but doesn't have that tightening, taut feeling. Since DUO The Organic is designed with sensitive skin in mind, it tends to avoid heaviness or stickiness. The texture feels light yet absorbs smoothly, leaving no sticky residue on the surface. The key ingredient here is "Organic Willowherb (Fireweed) Extract." Willowherb is an alpine plant containing flavonoids and ellagic acid—commonly used in brightening skincare. This ingredient is known to help suppress the activity of an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase, which stimulates the sebaceous glands and increases oil production. In other words, by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for excess sebum, it helps regulate oil production—not by stripping oil away, but by restoring balance, since the plant extract also boosts hydration levels. The formula also contains Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, which—although not at pharmaceutical-grade concentration since it's not a quasi-drug—can help soothe minor skin irritation or itchiness. Additionally, it includes Trehalose, a moisturizing ingredient that helps keep the skin hydrated while the willowherb extract helps balance sebum. This combination makes it ideal for the upcoming humid season. Since this brand also offers a matching lotion and emulsion, using the full lineup together provides comprehensive care for your whole face—perfect for those who experience both oily shine and dryness in different areas, and who want balance rather than complete oil removal. It should also help prevent makeup breakdown throughout the day. 【In Conclusion】 These days, people sometimes say "oily = glowing," but for those who genuinely struggle with excess shine, it can still feel like the enemy.
