みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、みなさんも大好きなセラミドについてちょっとね驚きな発見があったので、そのことをシェアしていきたいと思います。最近乾燥が気になるなぁとか、皮脂も出るんだけれどもやっぱり乾燥も気になるよっていう方はですね、肌の中のセラミドが足りてないのかもしれないので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。皆さんね、セラミドといえばもう乾燥対策っていうイメージで、やっぱり乾燥肌の人もしっかり取り入れていきましょうっていうようなイメージでわかると思うんですけど、そもそもセラミドってなんだかわかりますか？肌の中で作られるうるおい成分の一つなんですね。肌の角層の間をですね、埋めていくようなものになっています。このセラミドがしっかりあることによって、角層と角層がしっかりとね、くっつくようになりますから、外的刺激が入ったりとか、内側の水分が出ていかないようになってるっていう感じですね。セラミドって言うとちょっと科学の話になるんですが、骨格といって、化学式で言うと脂肪酸というものと塩基っていうものがくっついているんですね。この中で脂肪酸が4種類、そして塩基が5タイプあるので、ざっくり言うと20種類ぐらいのタイプに分かれます。それをまた細かく分類すると1000種類ぐらいのセラミドっていうのが今現在発見されています。実はセラミドっていうのはもう1000種類ぐらいあるよっていうことを頭に入れておいてください。それが人の体の中にもあるセラミドのことで、人型のセラミドというものなんですが、人型のセラミド以外にも植物から抽出されているセラミドで、私たちの体のセラミドと一緒ではないんですけど似ているっていうことで植物セラミドっていうものだったりとか、花王さんが開発している疑似セラミド、人型のセラミドに似せて作った疑似セラミドっていうものが大きく分けて3つあるんですよ。当たり前ですけど人型セラミドっていうものが人の体の中にあるセラミドに似ているものというか同じものなので、それが一番いいよねっていうふうに言われていたんですけれども、1000種類ぐらいもある人型のセラミドの中で、どういったものが肌の潤いに関わってきているのかっていうのは意外と知られてなかったのかなというふうに思います。さっき言ったように人の肌に存在するセラミドってもう1000種類ぐらいあるって言ったんですが、その中でもやっぱり多いのは骨格っていうのがあるんですが、それが長い超長鎖型のセラミドっていうものが多いらしいんですね。ただ私たちが化粧品に入れようと思って作る合成の人型セラミドっていうのは長鎖型っていうものは作れないんですよ。短い短鎖型っていうセラミドは作れるんですけれども、長鎖型だったり超長鎖型っていうのはなかなか作れない。体の中っていうのは超長鎖型っていうものがいくつも数種類あって、それで肌っていうのは潤いを保っていたりとかバリア機能を保っているんですね。なので実はセラミドを補おうとしても、人型のセラミドで1種類だけだともしかしたら自分が足りないセラミドにそれがマッチしているかどうかっていうのは意外とわからない。人型セラミドで本当に保湿力が高いと思っているものを使っていても、なかなか保湿力があまり改善されないなとか、複数種類のセラミドをしっかりいっぱい入れている方がいいとか、いろいろあるんですよ。私はセラミドっていうものは何種類も今まで使った方がいいんじゃないですかみたいなお話だったんですが、最近超長鎖型の人型のセラミドっていうのが作れるようになったんですね。これはすごいなと思ったんですが、何から作られていると思います？和栗から作られるんですよ。今まで植物セラミドっていうのは似てはいるけど同じじゃないから、生地セラミドだったりとか人型よりはちょっとワンランク落ちるっていうイメージだったんですけれども、実は和栗から生成される植物型の人型セラミドっていうのがさっき話した超長鎖型で、プラスアルファこの超長鎖型がいろんな多様性を持っているらしいんですね。肌本来にあるセラミドとより似ているっていうところがわかったんですよ。例えばアトピー性皮膚炎の人って超長鎖型が少なくて短鎖型のセラミドだったりとかが多くなっているとかっていうのも言われているので、超長鎖型のセラミドがしっかりと肌に補給できるっていうのが肌のバリア機能を上げていく乾燥感をなくしていくっていうところなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。なのでN オーガニックのモイストミルク ミストって聞くと植物イコールあんまり保湿力が高くないではなくて植物なんだけれども人型であり人型なんだけれども超長鎖型っていうところがポイントなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。そのセラミドが入っているのがこちらN オーガニックのモイスト ミルク ミストってこれミスト化粧水なんですね。以前ミスト化粧水でもご紹介したんですがもちろんその時にもこの超長鎖型の話はしてるんですがよりセラミドっていうところにフォーカスしたのもしっかり皆さんに知っておいてほしいなと思ったのでミストなんですけれども和栗のセラミドが入っているので潤いが持続するんですよね。通常のお顔洗って一番最初にする導入の乳液みたいな感じでお顔洗ってすぐつけるとそこにやっぱりこの和栗のセラミドが行くのとセラミドとは離れるんですけれども水と油って油の方が軽いじゃないですか。だから一緒に混ぜていくと油が上に行ってお水が下に行くんですよね。だから分離しちゃうじゃないですか。それを一緒にするために界面活性剤みたいなものを入れて一緒にするんですね。そうして水と油を混ぜていくんですけどもこれは水の中に油を入れるように重い油を入れてプラスアルファこの油をものすごく小さくしているのでお水と油がそういう増粘剤とかいろんなものを使わなくても混ざるようにしているんですね。セラミドもやっぱり油に溶けやすいので和栗のセラミドもしっかりと入れつつお顔洗って一番最初に入れてもなんかベタつきもなく例えば私みたいに皮脂は多いんだけれども内側が乾燥しているっていう人にも油分感は感じずセラミドの保湿感はしっかり入れられるっていうような感じですごくこれからの時期にぴったりなアイテムなんじゃないかなと思いますし今までセラミドを使ってたんだけれどもやっぱり保湿感足りないなっていう人はですね超長鎖型の和栗の植物人型セラミドっていうのが配合されているこのN オーガニックのモイスト ミルク ミストっていうのをチェックしてみていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。さっき言ったみたいに洗顔後すぐっていうような使い方もですしちょっと乾いたなと思ったらこういう感じで入れても油分もあるんだけれども細かいのでお化粧崩れもないし日中の乾燥感っていうのもちゃんとこのセラミドを入れることによって潤いも保つことができるなと思うので乾燥が気になる人も私みたいにちょっとテカるんだけれどもインナードライの人にもすごくぴったりなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。気になる方は是非チェックしてみてください。はい、ということで今日はセラミドの久しぶりの大発見みたいなことがあったので皆さんにお話ししてみました。やっぱりどんどん技術って進んでいて今まで常識だと思っていたことがまたどんどん変わってきて素晴らしい成分が出てくるのでまたそういったものが出てきたら皆さんにもシェアしていきたいと思います。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today, I've discovered something surprising about ceramides that you all love, and I'd like to share it with you. If you've been noticing dryness lately, or you're experiencing both oiliness and dryness, it might be because your skin lacks ceramides. Please watch until the end. When you think of ceramides, the image of "dryness prevention" comes to mind, and people with dry skin should definitely incorporate them. But do you understand what ceramides actually are? Ceramides are one of the moisture components naturally produced in the skin. They fill the spaces between the layers of the stratum corneum. When you have sufficient ceramides, the layers of your stratum corneum stick together tightly, which prevents external stimuli from entering and stops internal moisture from escaping. Ceramides are a bit scientific, but their structure is composed of fatty acids and bases. With 4 types of fatty acids and 5 types of bases, there are roughly 20 types of combinations. When classified further, about 1,000 types of ceramides have been discovered so far. Keep in mind that there are already about 1,000 types of ceramides. The ceramides found in the human body are called "human-type ceramides." Besides human-type ceramides, there are plant-derived ceramides extracted from plants that are similar but not identical to our body's ceramides, and pseudo-ceramides developed by Kao Corporation that imitate human-type ceramides. Broadly speaking, there are three categories. Of course, human-type ceramides are similar to or identical to the ceramides naturally present in our bodies, so it was thought they were the best. However, among the roughly 1,000 types of human-type ceramides, it wasn't widely known which ones actually contributed to skin moisture. As I mentioned, human skin contains about 1,000 types of ceramides, and among them, long-chain and ultra-long-chain ceramides are abundant. However, synthetic human-type ceramides used in cosmetics cannot replicate long-chain types. We can produce short-chain ceramides, but long-chain and ultra-long-chain types are difficult to create. Inside our bodies, there are several types of ultra-long-chain ceramides, and our skin maintains moisture and barrier function through them. So even when trying to supplement ceramides, using just one type of human-type ceramide may not necessarily match the specific ceramide you're lacking. Some people using human-type ceramides with supposedly high moisturizing power don't see significant improvements, while others benefit more from products containing multiple ceramide types. I've been suggesting that using multiple types of ceramides might be better. But recently, ultra-long-chain human-type ceramides have become producible. Guess what they're made from? Japanese chestnuts! Plant-derived ceramides were considered similar but not identical, slightly inferior to human-type ceramides. However, plant-derived human-type ceramides generated from Japanese chestnuts are this ultra-long-chain type with diverse characteristics. They're even more similar to naturally occurring skin ceramides. For example, people with atopic dermatitis have fewer ultra-long-chain ceramides and more short-chain ones, which is why supplying ultra-long-chain ceramides to the skin can enhance barrier function and reduce dryness. So when you hear "N Organic Moist Milk Mist," don't think of it as just a plant-derived product with lower moisturizing power. It's plant-derived but human-type and ultra-long-chain, which is the key point. N Organic's Moist Milk Mist, which contains this ceramide, is a mist toner. I've introduced mist toners before and discussed ultra-long-chain types, but I wanted to really emphasize the ceramide aspect because this mist contains Japanese chestnut ceramides that provide lasting moisture. Like a typical first essence lotion applied right after cleansing, when you apply it immediately after washing your face, this Japanese chestnut ceramide enters the skin. Now, water and oil naturally separate because oil is lighter. When mixed together, oil rises and water sinks, causing separation. To keep them together, we add emulsifiers. This formula uses heavy oils distributed in water and breaks them into extremely small particles so water and oil mix without needing thickeners or other additives. Since ceramides are oil-soluble, Japanese chestnut ceramides are incorporated while remaining non-greasy even when applied right after cleansing. For people like me with oily skin but dry interior (combination skin), you don't feel the oil but definitely get the ceramide moisturizing benefits. This seems like the perfect product for the coming season.
