皆さんこんにちは、トモリシンダです。今日は皆さんからのご要望が多かった「2023年最新日焼け止めベスト5」をお送りしたいと思います。 この企画は去年もやったのですが、本当に多くの方に視聴していただき、日焼け止めに対する関心の高さを感じました。それに比例して年々日焼け止め市場が拡大しており、2023年は私が美容業界に関わるようになってから、おそらく一番多くの日焼け止めが発売される年だと感じています。 毎年トレンドがあり、各メーカーが話し合っているのではと思うほど傾向が似ています。2023年は大きく3つのトレンドがあります。 1つ目は「アンチエイジング効果の高い日焼け止め」です。以前から美容液タイプの日焼け止めはありましたが、今年はアンチエイジングをメインとした日焼け止めが多く登場しています。 2つ目は「塗り直し」です。日焼け止めは汗やマスクなどで落ちてしまいがちですが、塗り直す際のメイクの問題から敬遠されがちでした。今年は各メーカーがこの「塗り直しやすさ」に力を入れています。 3つ目は「ファンデーションとの相性」です。以前はトーンアップを目的とした日焼け止めが主流でしたが、現在はツヤやマットなど、なりたい肌を作るファンデーションと相乗効果を発揮する日焼け止めが増えています。 この3つのトレンドから5つの商品を選ぶのは非常に難しいため、今回は1つ目のトレンドである「アンチエイジング効果のある日焼け止め」に絞ってご紹介します。最後までご覧ください。 **1つ目：オルビス リンクルブライト UVプロテクター** こちらは2020年発売商品のリニューアル版です。2020年版は日焼け止めとして初めてナイアシンアミドを配合し、数々の美容賞を受賞しました。ナイアシンアミドには美白・肌荒れ改善・シワ対策効果があり、SPF50・PA++++という高いUVカット効果と共に高い評価を得ました。 今回のリニューアルでは、ナイアシンアミドはそのまま配合しつつ、新たにコラーゲン生成を促す独自成分が追加されています。体内には「FGF21」という遺伝子があり、これが線維芽細胞（コラーゲンなどを生成する細胞）に働きかけることで、コラーゲンを分解する酵素を抑制し、コラーゲンの生成を促進することが分かっています。 FGF21遺伝子そのものを増やすことは生体内で難しいため、オルビスはFGF21をキャッチする受容体を活性化させる成分を発見し配合しました。これによりナイアシンアミドとのダブルアプローチでシワ対策を行っています。 さらに注目すべきは、紫外線以外の外的要因（PM2.5やホコリなど）への対策です。これらが肌に付着すると肌のくすみの原因になると言われていますが、本製品には特殊な酸化チタンが配合されており、付着した汚れを水と二酸化炭素に分解します。この分解時に発生するプラスイオンが、日焼け止めの被膜をより強固にし、落ちにくくする効果もあります。 つまり、シワ改善成分によるアンチエイジング効果に加え、肌に付着した有害物質を無害化し、さらに日焼け止め自体の持続性も高めるという、非常に画期的な処方になっています。 テクスチャーは、出した瞬間は白く見えますが、伸ばすと白浮きせず、むしろツヤが出る仕上がりです。ベタつきもなく、美容液のような使用感で、日焼け止めの概念を超えた仕上がりだと感じます。 **2つ目：ロート スキンアクア スーパーモイスチャーエッセンス** 昨年発売されたみずみずしいテクスチャーの日焼け止めが、さらに進化しました。今回はアンチエイジングに焦点を当て、ロート製薬らしくヒアルロン酸で肌を守ることに特化しています。 本製品には3種類のヒアルロン酸が配合されています。肌表面に吸着して膜を作り潤いを保つ「吸着型ヒアルロン酸」、そして通常のヒアルロン酸と低分子のヒアルロン酸が肌の各層に浸透し、炎症を抑える構造になっています。 ロート製薬の「肌ラボ」シリーズで培われたヒアルロン酸ナトリウムには、皮膚の炎症を抑える効果があることが分かっています。紫外線が肌に当たると炎症が起こり、それがメラノサイトを活性化させてシミの原因になったり、コラーゲンやエラスチンを傷つけてシワの原因になったりします。 SPF効果で紫外線をカットしつつ、それでも入り込んでしまった紫外線による炎症をヒアルロン酸ナトリウムが抑え、さらに二次的な炎症は低分子の加水分解ヒアルロン酸が抑えるという、複数段階の防御システムになっています。 前作から紫外線吸収剤も変更され、より肌に優しく、密着性と持続性が向上しています。 テクスチャーはエッセンスタイプで、たっぷり出しても白浮きせず、まるで水をまとったような仕上がりで、ベタつきも全くありません。 **3つ目：メラノCC ディープデイケアUV乳液** なんと、あのメラノCCシリーズから日焼け止めが登場しました。メラノCCもロート製薬の商品で、こちらは2種類のビタミンC誘導体（持続型のアスコルビルグルコシドとリン酸アスコルビルマグネシウム）が配合されています。 紫外線による炎症をビタミンCが抑え、さらに抗酸化作用の高いビタミンEも配合されているため、皮脂が紫外線によって酸化することで生じるくすみも防ぐ効果が期待できます。メラノCCユーザーには毛穴やニキビに悩む方が多く、皮脂の酸化対策は嬉しいポイントです。 さらに「皮脂吸着パウダー」が配合されており、皮脂によるベタつきが気になる方でも快適に使用できます。SPF50・PA++++としっかりUVカットしながら、日中の毛穴・シミ対策も可能です。 また「おしろい効果」という独自の光学効果も特徴です。これはトーンアップとは異なり、偏光パールなどの成分が光を利用してくすみや毛穴を目立たなくする効果で、白浮きすることなく肌を綺麗に見せてくれます。 テクスチャーはサラサラで、ティッシュが肌に付着しないほどのさらっとした仕上がりです。皮脂が気になる方に特におすすめです。 **4つ目：イプサ プロテクター マルチシールド** イプサは揺らぎ肌・乾燥肌向けのアイテムが多いブランドですが、今回もその強みが活かされています。紫外線や大気汚染だけでなく、ストレスや睡眠不足といった「内的要因」による肌の揺らぎにも着目した日焼け止めです。 睡眠不足が続くと体内の「時計遺伝子」が乱れ、自律神経の乱れなど様々な不調につながりますが、これが肌にも影響を与えることが分かっています。イプサは2011年の学会発表で「睡眠中断試験」を実施し、睡眠を中断させて肌の水分量を測定したところ、水分量が低下することを確認しました。これは、皮膚の水分保持に関わる「フィラグリン遺伝子」の働きが低下することが原因と考えられています。 このフィラグリン遺伝子の働きを整える成分として、山椒抽出液が配合されています。これによりフィラグリンの生成が促進され、肌のバリア機能が整い、乾燥を抑える効果が期待できます。 もちろんUVカット効果に加え、PM2.5やホコリなどの外的要因への対策も施されており、内的要因である睡眠不足にもアプローチする、美容液のような日焼け止めです。 テクスチャーはとろみのある乳液タイプで、白浮きせず、表面はさらっとしていながら内側はしっかり保湿されている感覚があります。敏感肌や乾燥肌、睡眠不足が続く方に特におすすめです。 **5つ目：カバーマーク トリートメントデイクリーム（4月1日発売予定）** まだ発売前ですが、非常に興味深いテクノロジーなのでご紹介します。紫外線による炎症がコラーゲンやエラスチンにダメージを与え、シワの原因になることに着目した商品です。 紫外線が肌に当たると「ダンプス」という炎症物質が発生します。本製品は、肌が本来持つ炎症抑制機能である「ヒートショックプロテイン」を増加させることで、炎症の発生自体を抑え、さらに周囲の細胞に炎症を伝えるダンプスの増加も抑えるという、ダブルのアプローチで炎症を防ぎます。 カバーマークはもともと炎症を抑える美容液に定評があるブランドであり、その知見が活かされた日焼け止めなので、期待できる商品だと思います。 以上、少し長くなりましたが、2023年らしい「日焼け止め効果とアンチエイジングを兼ね備えた」商品を5つご紹介しました。ぜひご自身の肌質やライフスタイルに合わせて、今年の一本を選んでみてください。 次回はもう一つのトレンドである「塗り直し」についてご紹介しますので、楽しみにお待ちください。それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori Shinda. Today, as many of you requested, I'll be presenting the "Top 5 Newest Sunscreens of 2023." I did this feature last year too, and it was watched by so many people—it really shows how much interest there is in sunscreen. In line with that, the sunscreen market has been expanding year by year, and I think 2023 might be the biggest year yet for new sunscreen releases since I've been involved in the beauty industry. Every year there are trends, and sometimes it feels like the manufacturers must be coordinating with each other because the trends are so similar. This year, there are three major trends in 2023. The first is "sunscreens with strong anti-aging effects." There have long been serum-type sunscreens, but this year many products are specifically marketed as anti-aging sunscreens. The second trend is "reapplication." Sunscreen tends to wear off due to sweat or masks, but reapplying over makeup has always been a challenge. This year, manufacturers are focusing heavily on making reapplication easier. The third trend is "compatibility with foundation." Previously, sunscreens focused on brightening the skin tone before makeup. Now, with foundations creating various finishes like dewy or matte looks, sunscreens are being designed to work synergistically with these foundations rather than just staying out of the way. Since choosing just five products across all three trends would be extremely difficult, today I'll focus on the first trend—anti-aging sunscreens. Please watch until the end! **1. ORBIS Wrinkle Bright UV Protector** This is a renewal of a product originally released in 2020. The original won numerous beauty awards as the first sunscreen to contain niacinamide, which offers whitening, skin-soothing, and wrinkle-care benefits, all while providing SPF50 PA++++ protection. The renewed version still contains niacinamide but adds a new proprietary ingredient that promotes collagen production. Research has found that a gene called FGF21 acts on fibroblasts (the cells that produce collagen), suppressing the enzymes that break down collagen and thereby promoting collagen synthesis. Since increasing FGF21 gene expression directly is difficult in the body, Orbis instead developed an ingredient that activates the receptors that capture FGF21, working in tandem with niacinamide for a dual approach to wrinkle care. What's even more impressive is its approach to external factors beyond UV rays, such as PM2.5 and dust, which are known to cause dullness when they adhere to skin. This product contains a special titanium oxide that breaks down these particles into water and carbon dioxide. This decomposition process generates positive ions, which strengthen the sunscreen's protective film, making it more resistant to washing off. In short, this product not only provides anti-aging benefits through wrinkle-improving ingredients, but also neutralizes harmful particles on the skin while enhancing the sunscreen's own longevity—a truly groundbreaking formula. The texture appears white at first, but blends in without any white cast, leaving a dewy finish. It's non-sticky and feels like a serum—truly surpassing the conventional idea of what a sunscreen should be. **2. Rohto Skin Aqua Super Moisture Essence** Last year's watery-textured sunscreen has evolved further. This time, the focus is on anti-aging through Rohto's signature expertise in hyaluronic acid. This product contains three types of hyaluronic acid: an adsorption-type that clings to the skin's surface to form a moisture-retaining film, along with regular and low-molecular hyaluronic acid that penetrate different layers of the skin to reduce inflammation. Rohto's research (known from their Hada Labo line) has shown that sodium hyaluronate helps suppress skin inflammation. When UV rays hit the skin, inflammation occurs, which activates melanocytes (leading to spots) and damages collagen and elastin (leading to wrinkles). While SPF blocks UV rays, any that penetrate are countered by sodium hyaluronate suppressing inflammation, and any secondary inflammation is further suppressed by low-molecular hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid—creating a multi-layered defense system. The UV filters have also been changed from the previous version, improving skin-friendliness, adherence, and longevity. The essence texture, even applied generously, leaves no white cast and feels like water on the skin, with zero stickiness. **3. Melano CC Deep Day Care UV Emulsion** Surprising news—the beloved Melano CC line now has a sunscreen! Like Skin Aqua, this is a Rohto product, featuring two types of vitamin C derivatives: the long-lasting ascorbyl glucoside and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. Vitamin C helps calm UV-induced inflammation, while the added vitamin E, with its strong antioxidant properties, helps prevent dullness caused by oxidized sebum—a common concern for Melano CC users, many of whom deal with pores and acne issues. The product also contains sebum-absorbing powder, making it comfortable for those who dislike the stickiness of typical sunscreens, while still providing SPF50 PA++++ protection along with vitamin C benefits for daytime pore and spot care. Another highlight is its unique "oshiroi effect" (rice-powder effect). Unlike typical tone-up effects, this uses light-diffusing pearl particles to soften the appearance of dullness and pores through light reflection, without leaving a white cast. The texture is very lightweight and matte—so much so that tissue paper won't stick to it. This is especially recommended for those with oily skin. **4. IPSA Protector Multi Shield** IPSA is known for products catering to sensitive and dry skin, and this sunscreen continues that focus. It addresses not just UV rays and pollution but also internal factors like stress and sleep deprivation that can destabilize the skin. Prolonged sleep deprivation disrupts the body's "clock genes," which can cause autonomic nervous system imbalances and other issues—this also affects the skin. IPSA's 2011 academic presentation on a "sleep interruption test" found that repeatedly waking subjects during sleep reduced skin moisture levels, linked to decreased expression of the filaggrin gene, which is responsible for maintaining skin hydration. To address this, the product contains Japanese pepper (sansho) extract, which helps promote filaggrin production, strengthening the skin's barrier function and reducing dryness. In addition to UV protection, it also defends against external factors like PM2.5 and dust, making it a serum-like sunscreen that also addresses the internal factor of sleep deprivation. The texture is a slightly thick emulsion that leaves no white cast; the surface feels smooth while the skin underneath feels deeply moisturized. This is highly recommended for those with sensitive or dry skin, or those experiencing ongoing sleep deprivation. **5. Covermark Treatment Day Cream (Releasing April 1st)** This product hasn't launched yet, but the technology behind it is so fascinating that I wanted to introduce it. It focuses on how UV-induced inflammation damages collagen and elastin, leading to wrinkles. When skin is exposed to UV rays, it produces inflammatory substances called DAMPs. This product works by increasing heat shock proteins, the skin's natural inflammation-suppressing mechanism, which both prevents inflammation from occurring in the first place and reduces the release of DAMPs that would otherwise signal surrounding cells to also become inflamed—a dual approach to inflammation control. Covermark is already well-regarded for its inflammation-reducing serums, so this sunscreen, built on that expertise, seems very promising.
