【やめてください】はっきり言わせてもらいます。

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はですね、本当に皆さんにもはっきりと言っておかなきゃいけないんですけれども、痩せるお茶やら、痩せる漢方はありません。なんでね、それをあえて言うかというと、ちょっと前に私のインスタではアップしたんですけれども、私の2年前に撮った動画がですね、切り取られて、全然私とは関係のない、もちろん事務所とも全く関係のない広告に使われているそうです。それもうまい具合に、2年前の動画もですね、痩せる漢方って、痩せるお薬ってあるんですか?っていうことで、それはあることはあるんだけど、実はこういう人じゃないと効かないよ、みたいなことを全体的には話してるんですが、痩せる薬、実はあるんですよ、のところだけ切ってたりとかして、それで自社のお茶だったりとか漢方のものを、あたかも私が推してるかのように、私がこれを開発してるかのように、そしておすすめしてるかのように編集して、LINEだったりとか、インスタの広告、あとはYouTubeの広告とかにもアップされてるらしいんですよ。皆さんから送られてきていたリンクを見たことあるんですけども、実際私には流れてこないので、全然気がついてなかったんですけれども、これって先生推してますか?こういう広告出てますか?っていう DMとかが来て、最初は何のことだろうと思ってたんですが、それが結構な量多くて、調べてみたら勝手に使われてたっていう感じなんですね。 まずそもそも私のこのYouTubeの動画を勝手に編集してるっていうところもすごく嫌なんですけども、一番は本当に命に関わる健康被害が出る可能性あるんですよ。というのもそのサイト自体を調べていくと、海外のサイトだったりとか会社らしいんですね。どうやらホームページとかは全くなくて、LINEでお友達になってそれでやり取りしてお茶かなんかを買うので、どんな成分が入っているのか、どういったものなのかも一切わからないんですよ。 それで私が2年前に出した痩せるお薬ありますか?っていうところには、漢方薬の話をしてるんですね。ざっくりそのお話をまとめていくと、もちろんGLP-1を飲むと痩せますっていうデータはあります。ただそれはどういう人かっていうと、もともと肥満傾向がある人、もともと血糖値の異常がある方っていう方を比べた時に、その人たちの中でGLP-1を飲ませた方と飲まなかった人、それぐらい減りますかっていうだけじゃなくて、その2つの群の中できちっと食事制限とあとは運動をさせた人たちでプラスアルファGLP-1を飲んでもらった群、もう一つは食事制限と運動だけをした群、どっちの方が痩せましたかっていうやつなんですよ。 なのでまず第一ステップとして、肥満傾向、そして血糖値の異常といって糖尿病予備群だったり糖尿病がある方に、プラスアルファはどちらも食事制限と運動両方して、そこにプラスアルファのGLP-1なので、ただ単に普通の体重の人にGLP-1を飲ませたものと飲ませてない群の比べてGLP-1で痩せたようではないんですね。なのでそもそもまずはそういうぽっちゃりした方、その中でぽっちゃりしたの中でも食事制限と運動両方した方で、GLP-1を飲んだらダイエットの後押しになるようなんですね。なので決してそれだけを飲んだらいいよというわけではありません。 あと最近ではやっぱりGLP-1を長期に飲むことによって腸内がやっぱり炎症を起こしたりということも言われています。ずっと下痢が続いたりするので、そういったことを考えるとずっと飲むということ自体が本当に体にとっていいのかということはすごく疑問なんですね。 私自身はやっぱり医師なので、勝手にそれを使ってもらうとそれで万が一誰かの健康被害が出たとき、私はそれを責任は取れないし、じゃあそれ自体の大元の業者さんをいくら探しても全然たどり着けないんですよ。一応それはもう弁護士さんにお願いをしてやってもらってるんですが、一つなくなったとしたらまた別のアカウントでどんどん出てきています。 本当に私自身はそういうサイトには一切関与していませんし、飲むだけで何キロ痩せるとかそういったものは100%ないと思ってください。そんなことがあったらやっぱり世の中でダイエットなんて存在しないじゃないですか。やっぱり痩せるためにはやっぱりお食事制限と運動、これがもうマストになります。何か飲んで痩せるとかっていうことには必ず裏があるんですよ。 例えば今ねGLP-1ダイエットとか医療用のダイエットもありますけれども、それも長期間やるものではないです。リスクもあるからこそ医療機関でしか扱えないんですね。なので本当に通販とかでサプリとかお茶とかで痩せるっていうことには、何かしらの健康被害が隠されている可能性があるっていうことを皆さん本当に思っておいていただけると嬉しいかなと思います。 それはスキンケアでも一緒で、シミがポロッと取れるとか、シワがもうピーンと張るとかそういう化粧品はありません。美容医療でもやった瞬間にもシミがポロッと取れるとか、シワがピーンと張るっていうものもありません。やっぱり美容医療でもダウンタイムっていうものがあるし、スキンケアもお薬じゃないけどゆっくりゆっくりとした効果っていう感じなんですね。なのでもう本当に大手の化粧品メーカーは絶対に自分たちが、もしそういう風な知見を持ってたとしてもやっぱり言えないことをきちっと守っているのに、よくわからないそういうメーカーさんというかが詐欺まがいの広告を出しているのを見るともう本当に心が痛いし、その広告に騙されてお金を出してしまうっていうことは化粧品に対しての不信感にもつながってしまうので、本当にそういう広告はやめてほしいですし、そういう広告を見たらこれ詐欺だなとかこれは人を騙してるなと思って、警告だったりとかそういうのが遅れるじゃないですか。そういったものをしていただけると化粧品だったりとかそういう健康を推進している身としてはすごく嬉しいなというふうに思います。 最後に改めて言いますけれども、私が痩せるお茶とか痩せる漢方というものを広告していたり、あとはそれに関与していたり、それをお勧めしているっていうことは一切ありません。今本当にあるものは全部公的手段というかね事務所を通してとかそういったことで止めてもらってますけれども、どんどんどんどん新しいサイトが生まれてきて、100%止められているかどうかがわからないので、そういったことを見た人は必ず通報していただきたいですし、本当にこれを見ている人は絶対に騙されないようにしてください。よろしくお願いします。 ということで今日はなんかちょっとね悲しいというか、私自身もこういう動画を撮りたくなかったんですけれども、やっぱりきちっと言っておかないと今でもねDMが来るんですよ。これ先生本当に推してますか?とかなので、きちっとこれはね動画にしておかなきゃいけないと思ったので、皆さんも本当に本当に騙されないようにしてください。 ということで次の動画はねもっと楽しく美容の素晴らしいところが発信できればなと思いますので、ぜひぜひチャンネル登録そして次回も楽しみにしていてください。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I need to tell you all something very clearly: there is no such thing as tea or herbal medicine that makes you lose weight. The reason I'm saying this is because a video I made two years ago was recently posted on my Instagram, and it has been edited and used in advertisements that have nothing to do with me or my agency. The edited version cleverly extracted only the part where I said "there are actually weight-loss medications," while cutting out the context where I explained that they only work for certain people. They've edited it to make it look like I'm promoting their own tea or herbal products, as if I developed them and recommend them. These ads are apparently being posted on LINE, Instagram, and YouTube. I started receiving messages from many people asking if I was really promoting these products, but since the ads weren't showing up in my feed, I didn't notice at first. When I investigated, I found that my content was being used without permission. I'm very upset that my YouTube video is being edited without permission, but the biggest concern is that this could cause serious health risks. The site itself appears to be a foreign company with no website. People buy the tea by becoming LINE friends with them and communicating that way, so there's no way to know what ingredients are actually in the products. In the video I made two years ago about weight-loss medications, I was discussing GLP-1. To summarize briefly, there is data showing that GLP-1 causes weight loss. However, this only applies to people who are already obese or have blood sugar abnormalities. When comparing groups of such people, the difference comes down to comparing: those who did diet restrictions and exercise PLUS GLP-1 versus those who only did diet restrictions and exercise. For people of normal weight, GLP-1 doesn't show the same weight-loss effect compared to those not taking it. So GLP-1 can be an additional help for overweight people who are also doing diet and exercise together, but it's not something that works by itself. Moreover, recent studies show that long-term use of GLP-1 can cause intestinal inflammation and continuous diarrhea, so it's questionable whether taking it for long periods is really good for your body. As a doctor, I cannot take responsibility if someone is harmed by these unverified products. And I cannot even find the original vendor no matter how hard I search. I have lawyers handling this, but every time one site is taken down, new ones pop up elsewhere. I want to be absolutely clear: I have no involvement with these sites whatsoever, and I am not promoting any weight-loss tea or herbal medicine. There is absolutely no 100% way to lose weight just by drinking something. If that were true, dieting wouldn't exist in the world at all. The truth is, to lose weight, diet control and exercise are essential. Anything claiming you can lose weight by just drinking something has something hidden behind it. Even medical weight-loss treatments like GLP-1 are not meant to be used long-term. They have risks, which is why they can only be dispensed at medical facilities. So when online retailers sell supplements or tea claiming weight-loss effects, there may be hidden health risks. Please keep this in mind. The same goes for skincare: there are no products that can make spots disappear instantly or remove wrinkles completely. Even with cosmetic medical treatments, spots don't disappear instantly or wrinkles vanish completely. Medical treatments have downtime, and skincare products have gradual effects since they're not medications. That's why major cosmetic companies never make such claims, even if they had knowledge to back them up—they maintain proper standards. But when I see unknown companies making fraudulent ads, it breaks my heart. And when people are deceived by these ads and spend money, it creates distrust in the cosmetic industry as a whole. I really hope these ads will stop. If you see such ads, please recognize them as scams or deception, and please report them. As someone dedicated to skincare and health, I would really appreciate that. To say it one more time: I am not advertising, involved with, or recommending any weight-loss tea or herbal medicine. We are working through my agency and with lawyers to remove existing sites, but new ones keep appearing, so I can't guarantee 100% removal. If you see any of these, please report them. And please don't be deceived by them. I'm sad about having to make this video—I didn't want to—but I still keep receiving messages asking if I really recommend these products, so I felt I had to make this clear.
