毛穴・美白に効果が期待できるアイテムを３つ紹介します

皆さん、こんにちは。トモニです。 皆さんのお悩みは一つだけではないと思いますが、その中でもトップ2に入ってくるのが「毛穴」と「美白」ではないでしょうか。今日は、美白にも毛穴にも効果が期待できるアイテムを3つご紹介したいと思います。最後までご覧ください。 夏は紫外線が強くなるのでシミができやすくなり、美白が気になります。同時に気温が高くなることで皮脂の分泌も増え、毛穴も目立ってきます。つまり夏は、美白も毛穴もどちらも気になる時期なんですね。そこで今日は、両方のお悩みを同時に解決できるアイテムをご紹介します。 ポイントは、美白有効成分を配合しながら皮脂もコントロールしてくれること。そして実は、成分だけでなく「形状」も重要なポイントになります。クリームなのか、化粧水なのか、有効成分と一緒に何を配合しているのか——少しマニアックな話になるかもしれませんが、ぜひ最後まで聞いていただけると嬉しいです。 **① ドクターシーラボ VC100エッセンス** 毛穴も美白も両方気になる方におすすめなのが、こちらです。見ていただくと分かる通り、半分オレンジ、半分白の2層構造になっています。オレンジ色の層がビタミンC、白い層がセラミドです。使用時に振って混ぜてから使う美容液になっています。 ドクターシーラボさんのVCシリーズは、アイテムによって数種類のビタミンCを配合しているのが特徴です。私も大好きなシリーズなのですが、このVC100エッセンスには3種類のビタミンCが入っています。 - **アスコルビルグルコシド**：角層に働きかけ、紫外線による酸化を抑える - **VCエチル**：角層でメラニンの生成反応を抑える - **APPS**：真皮まで届き、紫外線によるコラーゲン・エラスチンの破壊を防ぐ 夏は皮脂が出やすく、そこに紫外線が当たると酸化して茶色っぽくなり、毛穴が開いて見えることがあります。それをアスコルビルグルコシドが角層でケアしてくれます。また、真皮が落ちくぼんで毛穴が目立ってしまう方には、APPSが効果を発揮してくれると思います。 もう一つのポイントがセラミドです。セラミドは保湿成分としてよく知られていますが、実は油溶性の成分です。今回配合されているビタミンC誘導体は、油溶性と水溶性のものがありますが、お肌は少し油っぽい性質があるため、水溶性のビタミンCだけを乗せると弾かれてしまうことがあります。しかしセラミドと一緒になることで、美容液自体に油分が加わり、水溶性のビタミンCが浸透しやすくなると考えられます。 ビタミンCとセラミドが一緒に配合されているアイテムは意外と少ないので、これだけ層が分かれてしっかり配合されているというのは、とても優秀な美容液だと思います。 **② ミシャ ビタCプラスクリーム** 続いてはこちら、毛穴が気になる「三角ゾーン」に塗るタイプの、ビタミンC配合クリームです。 最大のポイントは、浸透型カプセルビタミンCが配合されていること。こちらには4種類のビタミンCが配合されています。 - 酸化型エチルアスコルビン酸（水溶性） - テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル（油溶性） - アスコルビルグルコシド（水溶性） - アスコルビン酸（ピュアビタミンC、リポソーム化） プラスして、ナイアシンアミドも配合されています。 このクリームのポイントは、まず「クリーム」というテクスチャであること。油溶性のビタミンC誘導体はそのまま角層に塗ってもじんわり浸透しますが、水溶性のビタミンCはそのまま塗ると弾かれてしまい、浸透しにくいという特徴があります。しかし油分の多いクリームの中に水溶性ビタミンCを配合することで、肌側への浸透を助けてくれます。さらにナイアシンアミドとの相乗効果も期待できます。 毛穴が気になる部分はシミも気になりやすい部分でもあるので、「毛穴用」と書かれていますが、実は美白も毛穴も両方考えて作られたクリームだと思います。また、毛穴が気になる方向けに作られているため、ベタつきが少なく、クリームというよりは美容液に近い使用感です。毛穴も美白も気になる方には、とても良いアイテムだと思います。 **③ ラロッシュポゼ N10セラム** 最後にご紹介するのはこちら。敏感肌用のエイジングケア美容液と書かれていますが、私はこれこそ「毛穴も美白も」両方叶えてくれるアイテムだと思っています。 「N10」というのは、ナイアシンアミドが10%配合されているという意味です。ナイアシンアミドは、メラニンが肌細胞へ受け渡されるのを抑えたり、メラニンの生成を抑制したりする美白有効成分です。また、皮脂分泌を抑える働きもあるため、しっかりとした濃度で配合されていると、皮脂が多い方にも効果が期待できます。つまり美白効果に加えて、皮脂を抑えることで毛穴も目立ちにくくなるということです。 さらに、「レゾルシノール」という成分も配合されています。これは美白有効成分ではありませんが、チロシナーゼの発現を抑え、メラニン生成を抑制するという報告がある成分です。 つまりこのセラムには、美白成分としてナイアシンアミドとレゾルシノールが配合されており、しっかりとした濃度のナイアシンアミドが皮脂も抑えてくれます。加えて、ラロッシュポゼはもともと敏感肌用ブランドなので、毛穴も美白もケアしたいけれど肌が敏感に傾いている、という方でも安心して使えると思います。 いかがでしたか？ 気温が高くなり紫外線も強くなるこの時期は、毛穴も開きやすく、シミや美白も気になりますよね。ぜひ今日ご紹介したアイテムをチェックしてみてください。 今日も最後までご覧いただき、ありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Today, I'd like to introduce three items that are expected to be effective for both whitening and pore care. Please watch until the end. In summer, strong UV rays make dark spots more likely to form, so whitening care becomes a concern. At the same time, higher temperatures increase sebum production, making pores more noticeable. In other words, summer is a season when both whitening and pore concerns tend to peak. That's why today I want to introduce items that can address both concerns at once. The key point is products that contain whitening active ingredients while also controlling sebum. And actually, it's not just about the ingredients — the **texture and formulation** matter a lot too. Whether it's a cream or a lotion, and what's combined with the active ingredients, can make a big difference. This might get a bit technical, but I hope you'll stick with me until the end. **① Dr. Ci:Labo VC100 Essence** For those concerned about both pores and whitening, this is a great option. As you can see, it's split into two layers — half orange, half white. The orange layer is Vitamin C, and the white layer is ceramide. You shake it to mix before use. Dr. Ci:Labo's VC series is known for combining several types of Vitamin C depending on the product — it's one of my favorite lines. This VC100 Essence contains three types of Vitamin C: - **Ascorbyl Glucoside**: Works on the stratum corneum to suppress UV-induced oxidation - **VC Ethyl**: Reaches the stratum corneum and suppresses melanin production reactions - **APPS**: Reaches the dermis and helps prevent UV-induced breakdown of collagen and elastin In summer, excess sebum combined with UV exposure can cause oxidation, turning pores brownish and making them appear more open. Ascorbyl Glucoside helps address this at the stratum corneum level. For those whose pores appear more prominent due to a sunken dermis, APPS can also help. Another key point is the ceramide. Ceramide is well known as a moisturizing ingredient, but it's actually oil-soluble. The Vitamin C derivatives in this product include both oil-soluble and water-soluble types. Since skin has a slightly oily nature, water-soluble Vitamin C alone can be repelled by the skin. However, when combined with ceramide, the essence itself gains an oily quality, which helps the water-soluble Vitamin C penetrate more effectively. Products combining both Vitamin C and ceramide are actually quite rare, so having these clearly separated layers — with three types of Vitamin C and ceramide both properly included — makes this an excellent essence, in my opinion. **② Missha Vita C Plus Cream** Next is this cream, designed to be applied to the "triangle zone" where pores tend to be most noticeable — it's a Vitamin C-infused cream. The standout feature is its penetrating capsule-type Vitamin C. This cream contains four types of Vitamin C: - Ethyl ascorbic acid (water-soluble) - Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (oil-soluble) - Ascorbyl glucoside (water-soluble) - Ascorbic acid (pure Vitamin C, liposome-encapsulated) It also contains Niacinamide. The key here is that it's formulated as a **cream**. Oil-soluble Vitamin C derivatives penetrate gradually when applied directly to the skin, but water-soluble Vitamin C tends to be repelled and doesn't penetrate well on its own. By incorporating water-soluble Vitamin C into an oil-rich cream base, absorption into the skin is improved. There's also a synergistic effect expected with Niacinamide. Areas where pores are a concern often overlap with areas prone to dark spots, so even though it's marketed as a "pore care" product, I believe it's actually designed with both whitening and pore care in mind. Despite being a cream, it's formulated for pore-prone skin, so it's not sticky at all — it feels more like a serum than a cream. I think this is a great option for anyone concerned about both pores and whitening. **③ La Roche-Posay N10 Serum** Lastly, this one is labeled as an anti-aging serum for sensitive skin, but I actually think it's a perfect match for those wanting both pore care and whitening. The "N10" in the name indicates that it contains 10% Niacinamide. Niacinamide is a whitening active ingredient that helps suppress the transfer of melanin to skin cells and inhibits melanin production. It also has the effect of suppressing excess sebum production, so at this concentration, it can be quite effective for those with oily, sebum-prone skin. This means it offers whitening benefits while also helping control sebum, which in turn helps minimize the appearance of pores. It also contains **Resorcinol**, another ingredient. While not classified as an official whitening active ingredient, there are reports that it suppresses tyrosinase expression and inhibits melanin production. So this serum contains two whitening-related ingredients — Niacinamide and Resorcinol — with Niacinamide at a concentration strong enough to also control sebum. Additionally, since La Roche-Posay is originally a sensitive skin brand, this is a reassuring option for those who want to address both pores and whitening but also have sensitive skin. So, how was that? As it gets hotter and UV rays get stronger this season, pores tend to open up more, and dark spots and dullness become bigger concerns.
