まあハスって私さ何だろうこれがきっとふわって咲くのよ で楽しみじゃないでバラがガーネットジェムっていう 結構これで見ると赤いんですけれどもよく見ると赤とピンクなくグラデーション ぽくなっている ガーネットジェムでねこれひまわりなのでこれねこれひまわりであの ケイトローズの高田さんっていう店長さんがあの お花を染めるのがすごく上手でそこの ええ ひまわりを染めていただいたものになりますすごい可愛いですよね なんか本当にハスの花が立派だなぁと思っていて はい ねえつぼみがハスのつぼみみたいです そうなんですよすごい皆さん今日は結構台風で東京は結構 雨が午前中から酷かったんですけれども皆さんところは大丈夫でしたか 大丈夫でしたかね あのリピーさん今日は父親の82歳の誕生日なんです 一緒に暮らしていると喧嘩もしますが長生きしてほしい 確かに やっぱねお母さんのご両親と一緒に住んでいるとそうですよね あハスの花が咲いたら写真アップします あありがとうございます多分に咲くのを見られると思います 咲いたら写真撮りますね 最近あの x ハーフっていう富士フィルムのあの ハーフカメラを買って本当にパシャパシャ撮ってインスタのストーリーで今日のあの なんていうの今日やったことみたいな感じで別になんとなしの毎日の写真を上げてるんです 日曜日は虹が出ていて その虹をそれで撮ったらすごく綺麗に撮ったので で今日はあの日曜日の日だったので日曜日のなんか裏裏情報じゃないですけど のあの写真を撮ってあげているので a よかったら見てください ねこの色のひまわり初めて見たってのこの色を染めてくださっているので多分初めて 見る方の方が多いと思いますね ねえ咲いたらすっごい大きくなりそうですよね はい と友利新先生こんばんは火曜日になったら絶対聞こうと思って待っていました ありがとうございます私は54歳です 肝斑があり毎月ピコレーザーをしています 肝斑は薄くなってきましたが毛穴が気になっています 美容医療のおすすめをと友利新先生聞きたかったんですがっていうことを まあ肝斑があって毛穴が気になるんであれば あのシルファームとかあとはポテンツァがいいんじゃないかなと思います ポテンツァもシルファームも肝斑には影響を与えずにあの 毛穴治療ができるのとあるあのシルファームに関しては肝斑の治療にもなる というところなのでそこがいいんじゃないかなと思いますがいかがでしょうか ただ美容医療って本当にそれが肝斑なのかとか あと肝斑が今そのアクティブに活動期に入っている 肝斑だったらあんまり今日あんまりなんか あの刺激を与えない方が良かったりあとトラネキサム酸を飲んでる飲んでないにもあるので まあ今の話だけ聞いているとポテンツァとかシルファームがいいかなと思うんですが ちゃんと主治医の先生と相談をしてあのまあしっかりと見てもらったほうがいいと思います 結局見てる人か見てない人かで全然違うので はい 今日ポテンツァしてきましたっていう 最近全然できないからやりたいなぁと思うんですよね 首のケアは私はあの私はこう エクセルVっていうレーザーがうちの表参道スキンクリニックにあるのでそれで レーザーを当てているのでそれが結構張りを出すレーザーなんですよねそれを やっているのと あとは 首の肌育注射 昨日の中西先生もこれいいよって言った電子鍼を首にもあの何回かやったのとあとは やっぱこの辺がちょっとサメ肌っぽくなるのであのマッサージピールとかもたまにあります 首は結構 なんだろうな出ちゃうのでやっぱどうしても今でも少しね アリ感が顔と比べてはないのでそこはしっかりやりたいなぁと思っています ん 友利新先生のキャンディーとフワクールの傘どちらもゲットしましたすごく軽くて使いやすい ありがとうございます私ももう今日はねさすがに雨なので持ってきてはないんです けれども あの 去年作った本当にコンパクトのやつもいいなぁと思ったんですけれども こんな感じでも 色もしっかりあってリップなんですけど えっ あら結果 しっかりと色が出るんだけど 艶感も ある ノールックでパパって塗ってもそう綺麗に ツヤ感が出て厚膜のリップなので乾きづらいと思いますね はい アイドルリップジューシートリートメント全9色 7月4日に発売になっています 少しなんだろうなシックな赤みがありながらでも基本ベージュなので はいで米中つながりでいいんですけどあの 多分これもインスタとかで超絶話題になっていると思うんですけど7月16日に あのコスメデコルテから アイパレットが出るんですねでこれがもうベージュを ベージュなアイパレットがなんと1234 6色出るんですよ全部ベージュの全部こうやってベージュが出るんですけれども その中でも私がこれ一番可愛いなぁと思ったのがこの こちらの こっちです今日はだからこっちを使いました 04番のバレリーナっていうちょっとなんだろうな これで見るとあんまりわかんないかもしれんちょっと ピンクっぽい米中なんですよねただ コメントストックしては有美な物語を奏でるボルドーベージュパレットって書いてる んですけどボルド確かにボルドだけどちょっと乗せるとピンクっぽい ちょっとこのここが ちょっと白っぽく見えるかもしれないぞ塗るとちょっとピンクなので目の下に入れて も綺麗ななんか涙袋の影になるっていうかすごく可愛いなぁと思いました でこれと合わせてリップ はランコムにしてみましたはい コスメデコルテはねこの塗る チップもすごく塗りやすくってこの細くなっているチップもあるので チップこの下の細いので目の下入れたりとかもできるのですごくいいですよ はい でちょっとハイライトはもうみんなね発売になって結構見てると思うんですけれども シェス a ディオールですはい ディオールの ディオールスキン フォーエバーのヌードラディアントフィルターですね 結構塗ると毛穴がパキンと隠れる感じ 真っ白になるかなと思いきや白くはあんまならないですただ毛穴を隠すのは結構綺麗に できるので薄いし 可愛いかなぁと思ってパケがね可愛いよね で香りがすごいあのディオールの香りがしますちゃんとはい とあとチークが 今日チークはちょっと迷ったんですけど少しシェーディングというか あのしたいなぁと思って立体感出したいなぁと思ったのでこれ 9月に発売で8月22日の予約開始になるんですが アディクションですアディクションの a ザブラッシュマットで発色するんだけどこうマットなんですけれども綺麗な発色になっ てでもマットだけれどもパサパサに見えないっていうねすごい これでツヤ感を出すからちょっと待ってもいいかなと思ってこれにしたんです けれどもこちらの 0 これが013の M っていうものになりますシャンパンベージュですね だからちょっと愛目元もベージュこっちもピンクベージュだかベージュで結構揃えております あとでインスタにあげておくのでよかったらインスタも見ていただけると嬉しいです はい そうなんですよねもう多分もうアイシャドー あのカラーものはもうみんな 秋冬ですよね昨日も実はスックのあのキャラバンというか新しい新製品を見せて いただいてたんですけどそこもすっごい綺麗なベージュが出てくるし本当に あーも可愛いなぁと思いながら 秋冬が私の中ではもう始まっております これてのアイパレはか神ハンガー下半期のベスコスミュー理想 いやーほんと入ってくると思いますね ただでコルテはあの 化粧水 リポソームの化粧水が出るんですよそれも結構良さげだなぁと思うんですよね 広い日差しに見ることができましたありがとうございます 今日はねバービーさんと一緒だったんですよ ロシュのパリの動画見ましたロシュの魅力にどんどん惹かれております ロシュの製品はすべてノンコメドなんでしょうか ロシュでシミや肝斑予防に効果のある商品はありますか ものによってはノンコメドじゃないものもあると思います 多分ちょっと保湿がメインのやつとかはなかった気 ノンコメドじゃなかった気はしますけれども 例えば私が愛してやまないシカプラストはノンコメドですし あと肝斑とかシミ予防だったらこのメラビー3がいいと思います ナイアシンアミドだったりビタミン C あとはレチノールの誘導体も入っているんですけれども 一番すごいのはメラジルと言ってこれはロレアルグループが開発した美白の成分なんですよ 日本ではまだ有効成分は取れてないんですけれども海外では有効性が認められていて まあいわゆる学会発表みたいなものを聞かせていただいたんですけれども 通常の美白の成分よりもちょっと1ランク上というか のものになっているのであのロシュで気になって美白したいって決まるあの 見るんだったこちらがいいかなと思っています 高齢線やマリオネットラインが気になってきたのですが側頭筋マッサージは効果ありますか 側頭筋マッサージでこの辺をグーグーグリグリってやると思うんですが 一時的には筋肉の反射で上がることはあると思います ただそれは一時的なものであって定着はしないので何か 写真撮るとかの時にこうグーッとやってパって撮るのはいいかもしれないですけどこれが 定着して高齢線が全くなくなるっていうことはないです なんかよくまあインスタとか YouTube とかでそういうのをやってらっしゃる方はいらっしゃっているの であんまり否定はしたくないんですけれども マッサージで何かこう 小顔になるとかはもしかしてむくみが取れてなるとかさっき言った筋肉の反射で一瞬だけ上がるとか はあると思うんですがそれは定着しないので あんまりあれかなと思いますあ先日吉木さんと対談されていましたが先生的にどんな人 だと感じられますか あの吉木さんは私が思うにとってもあのストイックな方でちょっと一瞬でなんか あのマスコミのイメージだと怖いイメージ ストイックすぎてかなぁというイメージもあったんですが逆にお会いしてみると言い方 をこれ失礼な言い方になっちゃったら申し訳ないんですがすごく人懐っこい というかどちらかというとあのお茶目な方なのかなというのは思いましたイメージが 変わりましたね で一緒に写真を撮っていただいたんですけれどもアップしていいものなのか なんかどうなんだろうなぁと思ってとっても素敵な方でした ポーズは X ポーズで撮りました とっても素敵ななんかさ一緒に写真撮ってくださいとか言うと a とかわかります なんかねイメージですけどとても あの紳士的にああいいですよ先生なんて言ってすごく優しい子でしたよ 優しい方でしたはい ん リセンシアのピンクのボトルのエイジングローション あのねリセンシアのオイルインローションなんですが 私最初オイルインローションって聞いてあもしかしたべたつくのかな まあリ ディセンシア自体が乾燥肌とか敏感肌用なので私にはちょっと重いかなと思ったんですが、全然そんなことはなくて。というのも、あのRECENCIAってあのポーラオルビスグループなんですよ。でそのポーラオルビスグループでも初めてのオイルをチック細かくして入れている、あのテクノロジーを入れているのですごい湿潤感がすごいんですけれども、油分の膜というよりワックスが角層を柔らかくなる感じ。だけどこのオイルが結構その光を集めて白っぽく見せてくれるオイルなんですよ。だから、私使った時に明るく肌がなるなあと思ったのは角層に水分が行ったからかなと思ったんですけど、その特殊なオイルが白い光を放つようになっているので、何か瞬時に顔が明るくなる。なんかすごく素晴らしいローションだなと思います。で確かあのレスベラトロール、あの多分D-パンテノールっていう名前で、自社製品では入っていると思うんですが、ポーラオルビスグループでしか使えない、あの美白の成分も入っているので美白もできて顔も瞬時に明るくなるし、すごくいいかなと思います。気持ちもすごくいいし、なんか、脂っぽいかな。私も全然ベタつきはしないんですけれども、乾燥肌の人はめちゃくちゃいいと思いますね。 敏感肌で悩んでいて皮膚科に行ってみたいのですが、一番最初はどのようにかかればいいでしょうか。敏感肌であの皮膚科に行っても多分やってもらうことはあんまないんですよね。例えば敏感肌で自分の皮脂でかぶれてますとか、ニキビがありますだったら治療の対象にはなるんですけれども、あの敏感肌を普通肌にしてくださいっていうのはちょっと難しいかなと思います。何か症状がなければ、はい。なんでちょっと見てもらうって言われてもなーっていうことはちょっと思うかなあと思います。 Pivotも見ていただけます。今Pivotであの匂いについてのあのYouTube動画が上がっているので、ぜひPivotも見ていただけると嬉しいかなと思います。なんかPivotってどちらかというと、なんかこう男性の方、なんかこう経営者とかそういう方が出ている番組なので、そこに出るのはなかなかこう、私の中でもそういう美容の人とはまた違う方からの質問だったので、とても面白いなーっていうのと、やっぱり男性に向けてが多いので、しっかりとエビデンスだったりとかデータだったりを示してお話しするというところがあの、面白いっていうか、やっぱり話し方をちょっと変えなきゃなーって思ったりとかはしました。 そう。ディセンシアはD-パンテノールが入っているぞ。ポーラオルビスグループなのです。はい。であの6月に確かオイルインローションは出たんですが、今年の1月とかに出ているあのクリームもD-パンテノールが入っているクリームなので。で、疑似角層を作るみたいなイメージなんですよね。ディセンシアってですごくこう、なんだろ、格装にベントナイトっていう特殊なあの泥って言ったら何か言い方あれですけど、構造する板状のものを粉体を入れているので、それが相乗を出して1枚の格層みたいにしてくれて、ツルンとした、あの表面にしてくれるというところもいいのかなと思います。 ピュアビタミンCで有名な1個分ずつパウチの美容液を買ってみたんですが、目元が一気に乾燥してシワができちゃう。あのピュアビタミンCはどちらかというと皮脂をあの、なんですが、あの皮脂分泌を抑制するというところもあるので、あんま目も目周りにはつけない方がいいかもしれないですね。毛穴が気になるところとかにはピュアビタミンCはとてもいいんですけれども、目元とかにはちょっといいか、あのあれかなと思います。 あ、富井先生とのお仕事についてもどんな方なのかと裏話を聞いてみたい。えっとね、富井先生からね、こんな素敵な本をいただきました。「心の中のネガティブさんと上手に付き合う方法」。これめっちゃね勉強になって。私、富井先生はあのなんだろうな、アイコンみたいなお顔。私が絵の本の冊子、絵も書いてくださったあの方、同じイラストレーターさんなんですけどの絵がすごい、私の中で、なんだろうな、あの印象的で、あまり本当の本素顔を拝見したことがなかったんですけれども、ご一緒させてもらって、あのこれですね。私のここ、勝山さん、勝山慶子さんって、私の美容のあの本、「娘に伝えた美容の本」っていうこの冊子を書いてくださっている方が、富井先生のあのインスタだったの、XのアイコンのX写真も書いていて、その写真のイメージだったので、なんかどんな方かなと思ったんです。すごすらっと背が高くって、結構がっちりした素敵な先生で、なんだろうな、もうあのこの本のまんまでした。はい。すごくこう率直にお話をしていただくし、すごい面白くて、あと歌は上手。これはねあの今一緒にインスタ、YouTube撮ったので。時先生とのお仕事があれだったんですよ。いつも自分の心にあのなんだっけ、スナックをっていうからスナックのママって。すっ、あのとってもお話が上手だからそのスナックのママがいつもあなたの背中を押してくれるよみたいな感じで、スナックで一緒にイベントをしたんですね。だからスナックだから、あのカラオケがあるわけですよ。一緒にカラオケを歌ったんですけど、めっちゃ歌がうまかったっていう。 お化粧直しの時はファンデーションはどのような形状のもの。私はお化粧直しはBBクリームとかをちょっとであの直します。それこそディセンシアのBBクリームとかもすごい綺麗ですし、ラロッシュポゼのBBクリームとかもすごいいいし。その上に塗るとしたらパウダーを塗ることが多いですね。オバジのもうピュアビタミンCですかっていうのはオバジの、えっとこの化粧水とかはピュアビタミンCじゃないんですけれども、あのC20とかC号とかああいうのはピュアビタミンCですね。 鼻の毛穴にマイクロボトックスがいいと言われましたが、いいと思います。ただめっちゃ痛いです。鼻の上に入れるのは。先生がお勧めしていたメイクキープ紙パウダーこれですね。ちょっと待ちでしょ、一緒。これですよね。ちょいとこ。えっと、これですね。これはい。これを医師が多いのですが、何回も使うのはまあ1枚か2枚ぐらいでいいんじゃないですか。そんなにあの皮脂ってとってもとっても出てくるので、そんなに全部取り過ぎようと思わない方がいいかなと思います。 ビタミンCを塗ったら毛穴の開きが良くなりますか。そのビタミンCの種類とその方がどういう肌質なのかにもよりますね。 脂性肌なのでソフィーナの毛穴覚醒洗浄、毎日買わないとすぐざらつきボコボコするんですが、毎日使ってもいいですか。いいです。大丈夫です。これねなんかエルビーボのノベルティーです。上の、はい、可愛いですよね。ノベルティーなので、ちょっと使っています。 老化細胞の除去と幹細胞マッキアの両方を行いたいのですが、オイデルミンタールてミューの組み合わせはどうでしょうか。いいと思います。それかあのエルクスィールのザセラムとアルテミウムの組み合わせでもといいと思います。 サメミロンエースっていう美容液がわかんないごめんなさい。 高校1年の息子さんは頬がかさつき、Tゾーンベタベタしていて、なんでなスキンケアしていいかが悩んでいます。それだったとしたら多分ニキビとかもできやすかったりはするのかなあとは思うんですが、ベトベトとカサカサが両方しているってことは混合肌なんですよね。なので一番いいのは、あまり高校生だから高いものが使えないと思うので、カルテHDさんの緑のあのシリーズがあって、それが混合肌向き。カサカサさんのTゾーンはベトベトするけどかさつく人に見たいな人がいい、あののものなので、カルテHDさんがいいかなと思います。でもピンクじゃなくて緑のやつね。 先生の美容の本なんですが、小学校の男の子でもあ、もちろんです。これに私ね、だから題名間違えたなあと思ってこれ、「娘に伝えたい」じゃなくて、「子供に伝えたい」にすればよかったなと思います。だって男性というか、あの息子さんでも美容の話はね必要だから、ちょっとそこはやればよかったと思ってちょっとだけ、あの変えたいなと思っています。 息子のニキビは皮膚科に行きましょう。はい。YouTubeでのスーツケースの中身良かったですありがとうございました。乾燥より混合肌です。化粧の量を良くするには、水分をしっかり入れましょうということですかね。 BBLを3ヶ月に1回打ち続けるのいいですか。BBLっていうのはあのIPL、まあ光治療のことなので、3ヶ月に1回でやるのは良いと思います。めちゃくちゃおすすめです。 おすすめのリップケア、リップクリームなど、結構YouTubeにも上げてるんですけれども、あの私がリップで持ち運んでいるのはこれです。ドクター系のリップ美容液はもうポーチの中に入れていつもさささっと塗ってるし、寝る前にもあの塗る感じだし。あとはあの唇のボリュームをアップさせたいなと思うんだったら、RIOのリップゾーンセラム。これもヒアルロン酸を増やす成分が入っているので、ぷっくり感を。自分のね、唇でぷっくり感がしたいという時には、こういうのがいいかなと思います。 毛穴が気になる。私も毛穴が気になる。いい方法はもう地道に付き合うかな。そうだ。毛穴に良いものが今度出るんですよね。これ、ドクター系のKCコントロールリペアセラムというものなんですけれども、今までもあのコントロールリペアセラムってあったんですよ。あの茶色い瓶のそれがバージョンアップしたものになります。ビタミンCのカクテルビタミンが1.5倍だけじゃなくって、あのNMNのあの誘導体が入って、NMNの誘導体ってその炎症を抑えてくれるっていうのが大きいんですよね。で普通、NMNだけを入れると肌に浸透しないんですけども、誘導体として入れているので、あの浸透率も高いし。でもともとあのNMNを入れるとね、あのなNADプラスっていう、NADプラスって呼ばれるものが増えて、このNADプラスっていうのが抗炎症作用もすごく強いですね。あとカクテルビタミン自体も抗炎症で、こう毛穴って皮脂が多いとそこに炎症が起こってすり鉢部屋、あのすり鉢のようにあの毛穴がエコーなんていうのかな、両方が削れてきちゃって、開き毛穴になっちゃうんですけど、そういったものも抑えてくれる。もともとのあのカクテルビタミンにプラスアルファ、抗炎症が強いNMNの誘導体が入ってて、そのNMNの誘導体自体がそのミトコンドリアの働きも強くするんですよ。そうするとATPっていう細胞のエネルギーを作るのがミトコンドリアなので、細胞のエネルギーが活性化すると、例えば真皮の細胞だったらコラーゲンの再生とかも促されるので、そう。あとは表皮の細胞だと、ターンオーバーが正常化するというところ。すり鉢毛穴とか、あとは肌の張り感とか、そういったものをね、欲しいという人には、ぴったりだなあと思って。これ、毛穴が気になっている人には、すごくいいかなと思います。はい。 ターンオーバーが早いのはダメなんです。ターンオーバーを正常化するというところはポイントで、ただ私たちは大人になるとターンオーバー遅くなります。早すぎちゃってもダメだけど、遅すぎると、あの細胞管資質というものが作られづらくなってきたりするので、結構なんというのが、肌の乾燥とかができてきたりということになります。 Like this, the color really shows through, and it's a lipstick, but... the color really comes out clearly, and it has a glossy finish too. Even if you apply it casually without looking, it gives a really beautiful glossy finish. Since it's a thick film lipstick, I think it doesn't dry out easily. Yes. Idole Lip Juicy Treat comes in all nine colors and was released on July 4th. It has a somewhat sophisticated red tone, but the base is basically beige. So yes, following on from the lipstick, I think this will probably become super trendy on Instagram too, but on July 16th, Cosme Decorté is releasing an eyeshadow palette. And it comes in six colors, all beige! The entire palette is beige colors, but among them, the one I thought was the cutest was this one... this one. So I used that today. Shade 04 is called Ballerina - it's a bit... it might not show up well on camera, but it's kind of pinkish beige. But the product description says it's a "Bordeaux Beige Palette with a Beautiful Story," and yes, it's Bordeaux, but when you apply it, it looks a bit pink. This part might look kind of whitish, but when you apply it, it's kind of pinkish, so even when you put it under your eyes, it looks nice - like a shadow under the tear bag. And it has a really strong Dior scent. Yes. And then for the blush, I was a bit torn today, but I wanted a bit of shading effect - I wanted to create some dimension, so I chose this. It's released in September with preorders starting August 22nd. It's Addiction. Addiction's The Blush Matte - it has good color payoff and it's matte, but the color shows up nicely, and even though it's matte, it doesn't look patchy. With the gloss I used, I think it balances out nicely. I went with this one. This is shade 013 M - Champagne Beige. So my whole eye area is beige too, and this is a pinkish beige or beige, so I've coordinated it quite cohesively. I'll post it on Instagram later, so if you'd like, please check that out too. Yes. Yesterday I actually saw Suqqu's new Caravan products, and they also have really beautiful beige shades coming out, and I was thinking they're all so cute. Autumn/winter has already started for me. This eyeshadow palette might be a God Tier lower half-year best cosmetics. Yeah, I really think it'll be included. I'm becoming increasingly fascinated by Roche's appeal. Are all Roche products non-comedogenic? Are there any Roche products effective for preventing dark spots and chloasma? I think some products might not be non-comedogenic. Some of the moisturizing-focused ones might not be non-comedogenic, I think. For example, Cicaplast, which I absolutely love, is non-comedogenic. And for chloasma and dark spot prevention, I think Melabio 3 would be good. It contains niacinamide and vitamin C, and also retinol derivatives. But the most impressive ingredient is Melagin, which is a brightening ingredient developed by the L'Oréal group. In Japan, it hasn't been approved as an active ingredient yet, but its efficacy has been recognized overseas. I heard about academic presentations on it, and it's basically one level above standard whitening ingredients. So if you're interested in Roche and want to brighten, this would be the one I'd recommend. I'm becoming concerned about nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Is temporal muscle massage effective? With temporal muscle massage, you do this kind of... well, you rub the area, right? I think there can be temporary lifting due to muscle reflex, but it's temporary and it doesn't last. So if you're taking photos or something and do this and then quickly snap a photo, that's fine, but it's not like the nasolabial folds will permanently disappear. I see people doing this on Instagram and YouTube, and I don't really want to negate it, but... massage making your face look smaller might be due to reducing puffiness or that temporary muscle reflex I mentioned, which can happen, but it doesn't last. So I'm not sure about that. I heard you had a discussion with Yoshiki recently. How did you feel about her as a person? I think Yoshiki is a very stoic person. At first, I had the impression from the media that she was intimidating, perhaps because she was so stoic. If you go to a dermatologist with sensitive skin, honestly there isn't much they can do. For example, if you have sensitive skin and you're irritated by your own sebum or have acne, that becomes something they can treat. But asking them to change your sensitive skin to normal skin is a bit difficult. If there are no symptoms, there's not much they can really do for you. You can also check out Pivot. Right now there's a YouTube video about smells on Pivot, so I'd be really happy if you could check that out too. Pivot is kind of a show where male guests appear, like businessmen and entrepreneurs. So appearing on it was quite different from the usual beauty-focused questions I get, which I found very interesting. Since it's primarily aimed at men, there's an emphasis on providing evidence and data, which made me adjust how I spoke quite a bit. Yes. Decencia contains D-panthenol. It's from the Pola Orbis Group. Yes. The oil-in lotion came out in June, and the cream that came out in January this year also contains D-panthenol. Decencia is kind of like creating a pseudo-stratum corneum. They incorporate bentonite, which is a special clay, as a layered powder structure, and it creates a single layer that makes your skin look smooth and polished. I bought a pure vitamin C serum in individual sachets, but my eye area suddenly became dry and got wrinkles. Pure vitamin C tends to suppress sebum secretion, so you might want to avoid applying it around the eyes. It's great for areas with enlarged pores, but maybe not so much for the eye area. I'd like to hear about working with Professor Tomii and what kind of person she is with some behind-the-scenes stories. Well, Professor Tomii gave me such a wonderful book: "How to Get Along Well with the Negativity in Your Heart." This was really educational for me. Professor Tomii has kind of an iconic face. The person who also illustrated my beauty book was the same illustrator, and her illustrations are really striking to me. I had never really seen her real face before, but when I got to work with her, well, it was this... Katsuyama-san, Katsuyama Keiko, who wrote my beauty book "The Beauty Lessons I Want to Pass to My Daughter." She's the one who did the illustrations for Professor Tomii's Instagram and X icon photos. The photo matched that image, so I wondered what kind of person she'd be. She's quite tall and athletic-looking, a wonderful teacher. Honestly, she was just like her illustrations. She's very straightforward in conversation, very interesting, and also a great singer. This is because we recently shot on Instagram and YouTube together. Working with Professor Tomii was interesting because she always had something in her heart... like a snack bar mama, you could say. Since she's so good at talking, the snack bar mama always pushes your back forward, kind of like that. So we did an event together at a snack bar. Of course, there's karaoke at a snack bar. We sang karaoke together, and she was an amazing singer. For touch-ups, I use BB creams. Decencia's BB cream is beautiful, and La Roche-Posay's BB cream is also really good. If I apply something on top, it's usually powder. Regarding Obagi's pure vitamin C - the toners and such aren't pure vitamin C, but things like C20 and C10 are pure vitamin C. Microbotox for nose pores is supposed to be good. It is good. But it's incredibly painful. Especially when injecting into the nose. The makeup-setting paper powder that the doctor recommended... this one. You don't need to use it too many times - maybe just one or two sheets is fine. Sebum production continues, so you don't want to remove it all excessively. Will my pores improve if I use vitamin C? It depends on the type of vitamin C and your skin type. Because my skin is oily, I use Sofina's pore awakening cleanser. If I don't buy it daily, my skin gets rough and bumpy right away. Is it okay to use it daily? Yes, it's fine. When you want that fullness in your lips, something like this is great. I'm concerned about pores. I'm also concerned about pores. The best approach is to just deal with it steadily. Oh right, there's a new product coming out that's good for pores. It's called KC Control Repair Serum from the Doctor's line. There was already a Control Repair Serum before - the one in the brown bottle - and this is an upgraded version. Not only is the cocktail vitamin C 1.5 times stronger, but it also contains NMN derivatives. NMN derivatives are significant in suppressing inflammation. But as we get older, turnover slows down. Too fast is bad, too slow is also bad because cell proteins don't form as easily, leading to skin dryness. For long-lasting lip color, it's not Chanel this year. Chanel's this one - this lipstick really doesn't come off. It's amazingly long-lasting.
