皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。そして明けましておめでとうございます。1月1日元旦の動画になります。2023年は本当にたくさんの方にYouTubeを見ていただいてチャンネル登録をしていただき本当にありがとうございました。2024年もですね、このチャンネルは養護健康についてそしてスキンケアの深掘りについて詳しく解説していきたいと思いますのでぜひぜひ楽しみにしていてください。ということでこの1月1日元旦、どういう内容、一番最初に動画アップしようかなっていろいろ考えたんですね。1月に発売される大型の新商品とかどうしようかなと思ったんですけれども、2023年で結構皆さんからご好評だった予算別のスキンケアアイテムをやった企画があったんですが、この前は3,000円と5,000円だったんですけど、それ以上のやつもぜひやっていただきたいっていうようなコメントがたくさんあったので、今日は1万円と1万5,000円で美白とリフトアップ系のコスメの予算別のアイテムをご紹介したいと思います。では早速いってみましょう。 まず1万円で美白コースにしたいと思います。まず最初はこちらイプサザ タイムアール アクアです。こちらちょっとね限定パッケージで、いつもは透明なので中身は一緒になっています。こちらはもう皆さんね、かなりロングセラーの化粧水なのでご存知な方も多いと思うんですけれども、イプサの本当に代表する化粧水ですよね。イプサっていうのは資生堂傘下系列なんですよ。資生堂の成分の中で角層から真皮の間を水を循環させるような成分が入っているんですね。これがイプサの保湿の大切さというか、ずっと化粧水をつけていてもお水がお肌の中にずっといるような状態をキープできるということですごく人気のものなんですが、実はですね、これにはトラネキサム酸とあとはグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが配合されています。トラネキサム酸っていうと肌荒れ防止にもなるんですけれども、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも炎症を抑えるっていう意味では、それがイコール美白ではないんですけれども、やっぱりシミができる時、お肌にくすみができる時っていうのはお肌に全体にですね炎症が起こって、それが発端となってくすみだったりシミになっていくので、やっぱりこう抗炎症作用があるものを入れておくっていうのはすごくいいかなと思います。まだちょっと寒い時の美白って紫外線を浴びてそれをブロックというよりも、やはり乾燥からくるような炎症を抑えるとか、保湿をしながらしっかり美白の有効成分も入れていくっていうことすごく大事かなと思うので、まずはベースを作るという意味でイプサのザ・タイムアール アクアを選びました。これがちなみに4,400円になります。 続いては美容液になります。美容液はこちらファンケル ブライトニング エッセンス Aです。こちらはですね有効成分はビタミンCの誘導体なので通常のものかなと思っている方も多いと思うんですけれども、以前も深掘りしたんですが、これ結構すごい研究のもとに作られていて、どんな研究かというと、シミってできてもターンオーバーが促されていくと外に排出されるわけじゃないですか。でもですね、実は上に行きましょうっていう指令が出るらしいですね。この指令がちゃんとあると上の方にちゃんとターンオーバーで排出されていくんですけれども、その指令のものが少なくなってくると間違えて横に行っちゃったりとかずっとそこに溜まっちゃったりするらしいんですね。それをファンケルさんが見つけて、この上に行く指令をMUMA(アップストリーム)っていうものなんですが、それをちょっと増やすっていうものを入れてるんです。それがアルテミアエキスというものなんですね。ビタミンCでメラニンの生成も抑えるんですけれども、このアルテミアエキスできちっとターンオーバーの方向を決めるっていうものなんですね。なのでビタミンCだけと思っていたら意外とそうじゃないっていう、ファンケルさんの研究がぎゅっと詰まっているのに、この美容液3,000円台なんですよ。量が18ミリでちょっと少なめではあるんですけれども、3,000円台でこういう研究のベースがあるような美容液が使えるってすごくいいなと思って、1万円台で美白っていうとこちらの美容液を選びました。 続いてクリームはこちら。クオリティファースト ダーマレーザー スペクター セラマックス クリームです。クオリティファーストさんといえば名前の通り、すごいね成分をすごくいっぱい入れてくれるんですけれども、本当にたくさんしっかり入ってるんですね。クリームなのでセラミドだとかもしっかり入っていて保湿なんですけれども、ビタミンCとビタミンC誘導体が結構入ってるんですね。ピュアビタミンCはアスコルビン酸なんですから、安定性あと良心媒性、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体しっかり入っているので、層に分けてというか、あと時間によって、しっかりと絶妙にビタミンCが効果を発揮していくような作りになっているなと思うんですね。それでいて3,000円以下、私が見たら2,970円だったので、結構お得かなと思います。さっきも言ったんですけれども、冬の美白っていうのはしっかり保湿をしなきゃいけない、保湿をしながら美白の有効成分を入れていくっていう意味では、すごく高保湿でもあるんですよ。なんとなくクオリティファーストさんというと、ビタミンCとかケアなっていうイメージなんですけど、このクリームに関しては、しっかりとセラミドが結構濃度入ってるんじゃないかなと思うので、しっかり保湿されます。だけどそんなにベタベタはしないんですよね。なので、この時期に保湿もしながら美白というカテゴリーでもいけるんじゃないかなと思って、1万円台ではこの3つにしました。合計で1万と600円くらい。少し600円くらいはみ出てはいるんですが、1万円台で収まるというような組み合わせになっています。 では続いては1万5千円台の美白でスキンケアをコーディネートというか、組んでみたいと思います。まずはこちら。エリクシール ブライトニング ローションです。エリクシールさんといったらもうね、コスパ最強ですよね。2023年の上半期に、ハリをメインに艶がアップできるようにリニューアルをされています。なのでよりハリ感を出すようなコラーゲンとかの産生を促すような成分が入っているものに、こちらはホワイトニングなので、資生堂さんのお家系でもある4MSKがきっちり入っています。あとはですね、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入っていて、それは抗炎症。さっきお話ししたように、抗炎症と美白有効成分ってすごく相性がいいというか、一緒に入れておいたほうがいいものになりますので、ツヤも作るようなハリ感も出しつつ、プラス独自の有効成分が入っているという意味では、これに勝るものはないなというふうに思います。それでいてお値段が3,630円。ほんと素晴らしいですよね。なので15,000円台で行くなら、化粧水はこちらかなと思います。 続いて美容液です。美容液はこちら。クリニーク イーブン ベター ブライト セラムです。15,000円台の美容液はめちゃくちゃ悩みました。結構予算も取れるし、すごく考えたんですけれども、しっかりとした有効性と、ロングセラーすぎて、意外と忘れているものにしようと思って、引きついたのがクリニークのイーブン ベターシリーズなんですけれども、イーブン ベターってすごく、出た時っていうのは大ベストセラーになって、美白の領域が広がったっていう感じだったんです。それから時が経ち、いろんなものが出たので、なんとなくインパクトが少ないんですが、こちらに入っている独自成分、要は秘伝のタレですね。これがすごいんですよ。UP302っていう風に呼ばれているんですが、成分名で言うとジメトキシアセタール トリプロピルレゾルシノール(4-メトキシフェノール)って舌を噛みそうな感じなんですが、UP302の0.2%はですね、ハイドロキノンの4%と同等そして、UP302の0.2%はコウジ酸の2%と同じぐらい美白の効果があるよっていう論文を出したんですね。UP302っていうのは、日本では有効性は認められてないんですけれども、世界的な雑誌でも認められているものなので、その時のインパクトってすごかったんですよね。美白の美容液なんですが、ぴたっと密着するようなテクスチャーっていうことも面白いなと思っていて、全顔もそうなんですけども、気になるところに部分的にわーっと塗るっていうのもおすすめかなと思っていて、美白の美容液って結構とろみがあるものが多いんですけれども、結構しっかりしたテクスチャーなんですよね。なんですが、塗ると全くベタベタしてない。クリニークさんって、気象と皮膚科学者がタッグを組んで作ったブランドなので、だからテクスチャーも、しっとりというよりは、さっぱりとはいかないんですけど、すごく面白いテクスチャーなんですよ。ただだからといって、乾燥するっていうわけでは全然ないので、次のクリームだったりとか、これを塗ってもお化粧に邪魔にならないみたいな感じのテクスチャーも、すごくいいなと思ったので、15,000円台はこちらの美容液にしました。これが9,900円で、さっきのエリクシールが3,630円なので、次のクリームが、どうしようかなっていう、予算がオーバーになったらどうしようと思った時に、助けてくれるのがこのブランドですよね。肌ラボ 白潤プレミアムです。しっかりと美白の有効成分も入っているのに、なんと1,480円。コスパ最強ですよね。どういった成分が入っているかというと、トラネキサム酸です。トラネキサム酸っていうのはね、さっきも言いましたけども、やっぱり美白の有効成分でも、アリアと肌荒れを防止するっていう意味でも、とてもこの冬には向いているのかなと思います。その他にもビタミンC誘導体が入っていたり、あとはグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入っているし、あとはなんといっても、肌ラボさんって、ナノ化したヒアルロン酸が入っているので、こちらも保湿はしっかりしてますよね。なので、さっきのイーブン ベターとは、かなり相性いいなと思うんですよね。テクスチャー的にも、しっとりはするんだけど、やっぱりベタベタもしない。肌ラボさんとすごく相性がいいので、これで1万5千円以内で、美白をしっかりとすることができるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはハリだったりとか、たるみ予防でいこうと思います。結構もうこの分野、いろんなアイテム出ましたよね。昔はもう、ハリとかなんて、化粧品では無理と思ってたんですが、もう本当にいろんなブランドさんが出してきているなと思います。では1万円台で、ハリはこちらを選びました。アクアレーベル バウンシング ケア ローションです。アクアレーベルさんも、かなりコスパはいいですよね。ハリ感って考えた時には、やっぱりコラーゲンとか、エラスチンケアをしていくっていうことが大事なので、プチプラというか、そういったもので、どうしようかなと思ったんですけれども、一番代表的なもので言うと、やっぱりパルミチン酸レチノールかなと思いました。パルミチン酸レチノールって、すぐに効果が出るというよりは、使い続けるうちにも、肌のハリ感、もっちりとした水分量のアップっていうのが期待できる成分なので、アクアレーベルの黄色シリーズには、パルミチン酸レチノール、しっかり入ってるんですよね。なので、こちらはもちろん、トラネキサム酸だったりとか、基底膜ケアのアミノプロピル ジメチルアミノ酸っていう、資生堂さんが九州大学と一緒に研究で出したアミノ酸もしっかり入っているので、基底膜ケアすることによって、真皮のダメージを予防したりですね。あとはトラネキサム酸とかが入ることで、抗炎症から、表皮のダメージが軽減される、いろんなことが考えられて、ハリ感アップには、全層のケアが必要ですし、全層のケアを、意外とできるのが、アクアレーベルの黄色かなと思って、こちらを選びました。1,780円になります。 続いて美容液はこちら。イニスフリー レチノール シカ リペア セラムです。ハリ感といったら、やっぱりね、レチノールは入れときたいなと思っていて、でもやっぱりしっかり入っていないと、嫌じゃないですか。その時に、やっぱり私は、イニスフリーさん、研究者の方にいろいろ聞いて、アモーレ パシフィック系のレチノールの研究って、本当にすごいなという風に思ったんですよね。ちゃんと肌に浸透するような、炭素のリポソーム、周りにセラミドをつけた、炭素リポソームの中に入れて、しっかりと肌にレチノール入れていくとか、なんかすごい技術を持っている会社さんだなと思ったので、その会社さんが出しているレチノールがすごく安心。プラスアルファ、こちらお値段も、3,960円と、お手頃だし、レチノールなんですけれども、やっぱり刺激も出にくい、タイプなので、1万円台で、ハリ感ツヤ感、たるみ防止、っていうんだったら、すごくいいアイテム、なんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはクリームです。クリームはこちら。カネボウ タンタン コンク ドロップです。こちらはですね、カネボウのヒアルロン酸博士が、ヒアルロン酸を増やす、ということで、今までの流れの研究を、詰め込んだ、クリームになってます。本当にね、ツヤ感が増す、真皮のヒアルロン酸だったり、をアップさせたり、表皮のヒアルロン酸の、産生や分解を抑制したり、もう本当にね、これはめちゃめちゃ名品だと、私思うんですよ。なのに、お値段が、なんと4,180円。値段間違えたんじゃないかな、っていうぐらい。ツヤ感、ハリ感を出したいんだったら、ヒアルロン酸ケアって、すっごく大事なんですね。実はちょっと話が、それるんですが、2024年は、ヒアルロン酸研究が、ぐぐぐっと進んでいって、ヒアルロン酸研究の、第2幕が開いているんですが、第2幕にも、この研究が、応用されてるんじゃないかな、というような感じになっているので、1万円台で、ハリ感で、クリームだったら、絶対これでしょ、というような形で、選びました。ちなみに3つ、全部合わせても、9,900円と、微妙にお釣りがきますので、1万円台で、ハリ感、ツヤ感、たるみ予防、したいなと思う方は、この3つ、ぜひぜひ。 続いては、1万5,000円の、ハリツヤ、たるみ予防、になります。まずは、化粧水、こちらになります。おばじX フレーム リフト ローションです。もうこれは、2023年、すごいバズったと思うんですけど、重力負けないように、釣り上げる、エラスチンを、強化していく、まさに本当に、ぎゅっと、上げるような、ローションということで、すごく話題になって。これローションなんですけど、美容液ローション、なんですね。このおばじの、フレーム リフトシリーズって、クレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液、クリームと出て、美容液出てないんですよ。なんで美容液出さなかったんですか、って言ったら、この化粧水に、つやげエラスチンを、保護するような成分が、この化粧水に、一番入ってます、っていう風に、言われたので、美容液と化粧水が、一体になってるんだな、という風な感じで、認識してました。口コミとかを見ていても、やっぱり、ツヤ感と、ハリ感が増しました。私自身も、結構、これ使うと、正直、期待はしてなかったんですけど、でもやっぱり、ツヤ感ハリ感、アップしたな、っていうのを、すごく感じたので、お値段は、5,500円なんですが、美容液と化粧水を、一体化する、という意味では、こちら、いいんじゃないかな、と思います。 続いては、こちら。キールズ SP マルチ クリームです。このキールズの、ソフトクリームは、9,900円で、1万円以下の、クリームなんですね。でもこれには、すごいものが、入ってるんですよ。それが、ロレアルの、独自成分の、プロキシレン、という、成分なんですね。このプロキシレン、どんな成分かというと、表皮では、ヒアルロン酸を、アップしてくれる、基底膜では、基底膜を、くっつけてくれるような、コラーゲンの産生を、促す。そして真皮では、真皮のハリ感を、持たせてくれる、グリコサミノグリカンというものを、増やしてくれる、っていう、全層に効いていく、というマルチなアイテムで。あとそれだけじゃなくって、プロキシレンが細胞の増殖を、助ける、という、成長因子も、プッシュしてくれるという、結構すごい、成分なんですね。ただこれ、ロレアルさんしか、使えなくて、それもロレアルさんの、上位アイテム、例えば、ヘレナルビンシュタイン だったりとか、ランコムの、アブソリュー だったりとか、そういう、結構、お高めの、クリームにしか、入っていなかった、ものがですね、1万円以下の、クリームに入っている、っていうのは、意外と知られてないんですよね。プロキシレン、コスパがいいような、美容液に入っている、ものもあるんですが、クリームに、結構、いっぱい入る、という風に、伺ったことがあるので、少し、コスパを抑えながら、プロキシレンの、このハリ感とか、ツヤ感を出すような、ものを、享受したい、っていう場合には、このキールズの、ソフトクリーム、めちゃめちゃ、いいんじゃないかな、という風に、思います。 ということで、2ステップ、だから化粧水美容液と、このクリームの、2ステップのみで、1万5,000円は、いるんじゃないかな、と思いますので、この2つを、選びました。 In 2024, this channel will also provide detailed explanations about skin health and deep-dive skincare information, so please look forward to it. So, thinking about what kind of content I should upload first on January 1st, New Year's Day, I considered various options. I thought about featuring large new products that would be released in January, but there was a budget-based skincare item plan that was very popular with you all in 2023. Previously, it was 3,000 yen and 5,000 yen, but many of you commented asking to feature items above that price point. So today, I would like to introduce budget-based items for brightening and lift-up cosmetics at the 10,000 yen and 15,000 yen price points. Let's get started right away. First, let me put together a 10,000 yen brightening skincare routine. First up is IPSA The Tyme R Aqua. This comes in a limited edition package, but the regular one is transparent and the contents are the same. This is definitely a long-selling toner that many of you are already familiar with, and it's truly IPSA's signature toner. IPSA is part of the Shiseido Group. Within Shiseido's ingredients, there's a component that circulates water between the stratum corneum and the dermis. This is what makes IPSA's moisturization so special—it keeps water in your skin for a long time, and it's incredibly popular. What's interesting is that this contains tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. Tranexamic acid helps prevent skin irritation, and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate reduces inflammation. While these aren't directly whitening ingredients, I think it's really effective to include anti-inflammatory ingredients because skin dullness and dark spots develop when inflammation occurs throughout the skin. During colder seasons, whitening is more about preventing inflammation from dryness and maintaining proper moisture while incorporating active brightening ingredients. That's why I chose IPSA The Tyme R Aqua as the base. This costs 4,400 yen. Next is the essence. For the essence, I chose Fancl Brightening Essence A. Many of you might think this is just a regular vitamin C derivative, but as I've discussed before, this was developed through incredibly sophisticated research. Here's what the research discovered: when spots form, as turnover occurs, they're meant to be shed. However, there's a signal that should direct them upward. When this signal is functioning properly, dark spots are expelled through proper turnover. But when this signal weakens, they can mistakenly move sideways or accumulate. Fancl discovered this and included a component that enhances this upward signal. It's called Artemisia Extract, and it's also referred to as MUM A. So while it contains vitamin C that suppresses melanin production, it also has Artemisia Extract that properly directs the turnover process. So it's not just vitamin C—it's packed with Fancl's research, yet this essence costs less than 3,000 yen. Although the quantity is 18ml, which is a bit small, I think it's amazing to get an essence with such research-backed ingredients at this price point. For a 10,000 yen brightening routine, I chose this essence. Next is the cream. I chose Quality First Derma Laser Specter Serum Max Cream. As the name suggests, Quality First includes a lot of effective ingredients, and they really pack them in. This cream contains ceramides for hydration, but it also includes quite a bit of vitamin C and vitamin C derivatives. Pure vitamin C is l-ascorbic acid, and it includes both oil-soluble and water-soluble vitamin C derivatives, so vitamin C is released effectively over time in layers and at different times. Plus, it's under 3,000 yen—I saw it for 2,970 yen, so it's quite a good deal. As I mentioned earlier, winter brightening requires proper hydration. While providing moisture and brightening active ingredients is crucial, this cream is highly moisturizing. Quality First might give an impression of being all about vitamin C, but this cream contains a fairly high concentration of ceramides, so it provides solid hydration without feeling too sticky. So for this season, this works well for both hydration and brightening. I chose these three items for 10,000 yen. Combined, they total around 10,600 yen, slightly over budget, but the combination stays within the 10,000 yen range. Next, let me put together a 15,000 yen brightening skincare routine. First, the toner is Elixir Brightening Lotion. Elixir is known for great value, right? In the first half of 2023, they reformulated to focus on firmness and increase radiance. So they include ingredients that enhance firmness, like collagen and elastin-promoting components. This whitening line includes 4-Methoxysalicylic Acid, which is Shiseido's proprietary ingredient. It also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which is anti-inflammatory. As I mentioned earlier, anti-inflammatory and brightening active ingredients work really well together, so this creates both radiance and firmness while incorporating unique active ingredients. All at 3,630 yen—truly wonderful. So for a 15,000 yen range, I chose this toner. For the essence, I chose Clinique Even Better Bright Serum. I really struggled with choosing a 15,000 yen essence. I had a bigger budget and gave it serious thought, but I wanted to feature something with solid efficacy that's been such a long-seller that we often overlook it. That's when I chose Clinique's Even Better line. When Even Better first came out, it was a huge bestseller that really expanded the brightening category. Time has passed and many new products have emerged, so it doesn't have quite the impact it once did, but the proprietary ingredient in this—the secret sauce, if you will—is really remarkable. It's called UP3002, or in chemical terms, dimethoxymethyl propyl resorcinol, which is a mouthful. Research showed that UP3002 at 0.2% equals hydroquinone at 4%, and UP3002 at 0.2% equals kojic acid at 2% in whitening effectiveness. While UP3002 isn't recognized as an active ingredient in Japan, it is recognized in international scientific journals, so the impact was significant. While this is a brightening essence, it has a texture that adheres perfectly to skin. I like that you can apply it to your entire face or to specific problem areas. Most brightening essences are quite thick, but this has a fairly substantial texture. However, it doesn't feel tacky at all when applied. Clinique was created through collaboration between dermatologists and scientists, so the texture is interesting—not really moist in the traditional sense, but definitely not drying either. It has a unique texture. Yet it's not drying at all, and it won't interfere with your makeup, which is wonderful. For the 15,000 yen range, I chose this essence at 9,900 yen. Combined with Elixir at 3,630 yen, I was worried about the remaining budget for the cream, and that's where this brand comes to the rescue: Hada Labo Shirojyun Premium. It includes strong whitening active ingredients for just 1,480 yen—incredible value. It contains tranexamic acid, which as I mentioned, is a whitening active ingredient that also prevents skin irritation, making it perfect for winter. It also contains vitamin C derivatives and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and Hada Labo's nano-hyaluronic acid ensures strong hydration. It works wonderfully with Even Better. While it provides a moist feel, it's not tacky either. Hada Labo pairs incredibly well, so you can achieve solid whitening within 15,000 yen with just these three. This should work well for you. Next, let me try a firmness and lift routine. Honestly, so many products have been released in this category. I used to think firm skin was impossible with cosmetics, but brands are really stepping up. For 10,000 yen, I chose Aqualabel Bouncing Care Lotion. Aqualabel also has great value. When thinking about firmness, collagen and elastin care are important, so I was considering more affordable options, but I thought the most representative ingredient would be palmitoyl retinol. Palmitoyl retinol doesn't show immediate results, but with continued use, you can expect improved skin firmness and increased hydration. Aqualabel's yellow line contains good amounts of palmitoyl retinol. It also includes tranexamic acid and aminopropyl dimethylamino butyrate, an amino acid developed through Shiseido's research with Kyushu University. This ingredient helps maintain the dermal-epidermal junction and prevents dermal damage. Tranexamic acid and others reduce epidermal damage through anti-inflammation. Improving firmness requires multi-layered care, and surprisingly, Aqualabel's yellow line can do this. That's why I chose it. It's 1,780 yen. For the essence, I chose Innisfree Retinol Cica Repair Serum. When thinking about firmness, I definitely want retinol included. But you want it to be a meaningful amount, right? After talking to researchers at Innisfree, I was impressed by Amore Pacific's retinol research. They use sophisticated technology like encapsulating retinol in carbon liposomes surrounded by ceramides to ensure proper skin penetration. It's incredible technology. This company's retinol feels really safe. Plus, it's reasonably priced at 3,960 yen, and while it contains retinol, it's a type that doesn't cause much irritation. For a 10,000 yen firmness routine that adds radiance and prevents sagging, this is a wonderful product. Next is the cream. I chose Kanebo Tentation Conc Drop. This is made by Kanebo's hyaluronic acid expert and incorporates research on increasing hyaluronic acid. This truly increases radiance. It boosts hyaluronic acid in the dermis, while suppressing hyaluronic acid production and degradation in the epidermis. Honestly, I think this is an amazing product. And somehow it's just 4,180 yen—I almost thought the price was wrong. If you want radiance and firmness, hyaluronic acid care is incredibly important. I should mention that in 2024, hyaluronic acid research is advancing significantly, and we're entering a second chapter of hyaluronic acid research. This current research is likely being applied to that new chapter as well. So for a 10,000 yen firmness cream, this is absolutely the one.
