【8月出会ってよかった】もう手放せない！今月見つけた最強アイテム！今月はボディケア多めです✨

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日は「8月出会ってよかったもの」です。 のぼりくんと私、8月もやれました。どうですか、のぼりくん？ （のぼりくん）え、どうしたの？ いや、ちょっとあんまり喋りすぎない方がいいかなと思って。 あなた、コメント気にしすぎ。程よくね。 やっぱり出会ってよかったものは人に共有したいということで、今回もちょっとのぼりくんと一緒にやりたいと思います。 今回はそんなに新しいスキンケアというよりは、メイクものだったり、あとちょっとボディ用のものが多かったかなと思います。 たぶんみんな知らないものから紹介しようかなと思うんですけど、まずはこれです。 ラロッシュポゼのアンテリオス UVリペア。 これは何かというと、私が愛してやまないシカプラストの日焼け止めバージョンだと思っていただければよくて、どういう時に使うかというと、美容施術の後に使ってOKというものなんです。 （のぼりくん）おー、なるほど。 8月はお盆休みとかもあって、実はいくつかレーザーを当てたんですね、ダウンタイムが出る系の。 一番ダウンタイムがある時って日焼けしちゃダメなんですよ。日焼けしちゃうとやっぱり色素沈着が残ったりとか、せっかくやった美容施術がゼロにはならないんですけれども、そういったことがあるので、どうかなと思った時に「あ、そうだ、これ使おう」と思って使ったら、これ自体は色はついていないんですけれども、シカプラストの炎症を鎮静化させる成分もしっかり入っているので安心と。 ロレアルさんの最新の技術で、詳しくはパリに行った時の動画を見ていただきたいんですけど、薄膜で塗ってもムラにならないという最新のテクノロジーも入っているので、施術の後に使うにはかなりいいんじゃないかなと思っております。 皆さんも、日焼けしたくないという人にもすごくいいと思います。 （かっこ）盛り新田調べですが、ラロッシュポゼの中でも一番焼けない部類かなと思っております。 あとスキンケアで言うとこれですね。 アルビオン アンフィネス スマスストレッチ クレンジングバーム。 美容施術つながりなんですけども、ハイフってあるじゃないですか、引き上げの。あの引き上げのマシンっていうのは、スマスっていう筋膜が顔にあるんですよ。このスマスという筋肉に熱を加えると、そのスマスがキュッと縮む、それによって引き上げるというのがハイフという施術になるんですけども、そのスマスにアプローチするクレンジングバームなんですよ。 （のぼりくん）クレンジングバームなんですね。 すごくない？もちろんスマスに熱を加えるとかではなくて、スマスというものはコラーゲンとかエラスチンとかでもできているので、スマスが緩むということはコラーゲンとかエラスチンも緩んでいるということなので、このスマスの組織が緩まないような美容成分を入れているというところになるんです。 それだけでもちょっと夢があるんですけれども、クレンジングバームとしてもすごくとろけるというか、かなりオイルリッチなものになるのでクレンジングもサッとできますし、でもオイルリッチなんだけれども洗い上がりはベタつかないという。通常のクレンジングバームよりもすごく肌当たりというか、洗い上がりのふくよか感というのが感じられるので、今まで「クレンジングバームって、ちょっとお姉さん世代には合わないんじゃないか」と思っている人にも、かなり良いクレンジングバームかなと思います。 次がボディ系なんですけど、ボディ系が2つあります。 まず1つ、アルビオンのエクシアというシリーズの、ソルト＆シュガースクラブ オイルトリートメント。 ボディのものって、例えばお風呂場で体を洗います、ザラザラしているところにスクラブをかけます、その後に出ていってオイルだったりとか保湿をします、と3つの段階があって、結構大変じゃないですか。それがなんと1つでできる夢のようなものでございます。 ちょっと通販みたいなんですけど、でも本当にこれ、ソルトとシュガーどっちも入っているスクラブで、まずはお塩が溶けて、その後にシュガーが溶けていくような感じなんですね。2段階で溶けるので肌当たりがすごくいい。その後にオイルがジュワーッとかかるっていうような感じで、洗い流した後もこのオイルの成分は残ってるんですね。 あとマッサージ効果でセルライトだったりとか血行促進するみたいな成分も入っているので、体を洗いながら触ってスクラブをかけるだけで、一応マッサージ効果、終わった後のこの保湿というのも1本でできるので、かなり時短にもなるし。 こういうのってオイルが入っているとお風呂場が滑るのよ、つるつるして危なかったりするし、子供たちがこれで滑ったりとかもしがちなのね。これはなぜかオイルは体に残っているからなのか、お風呂場がツルツルする問題も解消できる。 （のぼりくん）流してても？ ツルツルしない。そこもちょっとびっくり。 まだまだ暑い時期が続いてボディケア必要だと思うので、気になる方はぜひ使っていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 あともう一つもボディケアなんですけど、これは多分有名だからみんな知ってるかもしれないんですけど、ファンケルのボディミルク ブライトニング＆エイジングケアなんですよ。 これ医薬部外品でちゃんと美白有効成分のトラネキサム酸が入っている。トラネキサム酸っていうと、紫外線が当たった時にメラニンを作ってくださいという指令をブロックするような、防炎症みたいなイメージがあるので、夜に塗るっていうよりは朝仕込んでおいた方がいいなと思って。 朝も最近って起きるとちょっと汗ばんでたりとかするから、軽くこうサッとシャワーに入ったりするんだけど、その後に手とかにも塗ると。どうしても日傘とかしてても、ちょっと手を焼いちゃうところもあって、日中の日焼け止めとかも塗ってるんだけれども、スキンケアとしてトラネキサム酸入れておくとちょっと安心かなと思って。 これは意外と夏になったらちょこちょこ使わせてもらうんですけど、今回も使ってもベタベタもしないし、香りとかもファンケルさんなんでないし、すごく使いやすいしそんなに高くないので、これは夏にはおすすめです。私はどちらかというと上半身、出てるところに塗るのが多いアイテムになります。 これはもう充血をとる目薬で、詳しくは動画にもしているので見ていただきたいんですが、今までのリバウンドがあるような成分ではなくて、リバウンドが少ないような新しい、日本ではマイティアさんしか入れてない成分なので、今までも使ってた充血の目薬もあるんだけれども、安心して使えるっていうのと。 あとドライアイの目薬っていう成分ではないんです。目薬をしっかり指すっていうことを4時間以上開けるんですけども、その前に1回ドライアイの目薬入れて、ちょっとおいてから入れるっていう習慣がついたからか、充血ももちろんどんどん少なくなっていくし、ドライアイもなんか良くなってきたかなと思うので、自分が充血してるって気づくっていうことも、すごく大事なんだなと改めて思ったので、今回もちょっとご紹介しました。 あとはちょっとメイクものなんですけれども、今日も実は使ってるアイシャドウなんですが、こちらルナソルのアイカラレーションN-07番なんですね。 私といえば、ほら、ブルベ。 （のぼりくん）はい、最近ね。 私といえばブルベ冬みたいなところがあるじゃないですか。今回アイカラレーションは結構いっぱいあったんですよ。でもその中でこの07番を選んだのは…… （のぼりくん）鈴木さんが選んでくれました。 自分じゃないかい。 そうですよ、ブルベ冬だったんですね、みたいなことでなんか盛り上がったんですよ、いっぱいあるアイカラレーションの中でどれですかねって。「これじゃないですか」って言って鈴木さんが塗ってくれたので、私の中では使われてる……でもまだ1回ぐらいしか自分では塗ってない。 この1ヶ月ぐらいはいつも鈴木さんが使ってくれてる。だからまだ綺麗なんだけど、でも使ってはいるのよ、私自身も持ってはいるんだけれども、鈴木さんも持ってらっしゃるから、結果鈴木さんの使ってるっていうことにはなってるんですけども、私、今このアイカラレーションは07番でやらせていただいて、今日もメイクしてもらって、今日は朝、昼帯に出てからのYouTubeの撮影をしてるんですけれども、ちゃんと今日これでした。なので偽りはございません。 （のぼりくん）出会ってよかったですね。 出会ってかなりよかったです。はい、こちらでございます。 私メイクでファンデーションを塗る時って、ほぼほぼリキッドファンデを使うんですよ。それはもちろん撮影とかでしっかりカバーしたいっていうところもあるし、ツヤ感を出したい、あとどうしても毛穴が気になるので毛穴落ちしちゃうから、そういうの嫌だって思って、リキッドしかほぼほぼ使ってないんですけども、ちょっとびっくりしたのがこれ、エスプリークのパウダーファンデーションなんですけど、久しぶりにパウダーに感動しました。 エスプリークって、コーセーなんだけど、初めてパウダーファンデーションを作ったのって、コーセーだって知ってました？ （のぼりくん）いや、知らないんですよね。 私も知らなくて、それコーセーさんの方がおっしゃってたんですけど、初めて作ったコーセーだからこそ、史上最強のパウダーファンデーション作りたいっていうお題でやったらしいんですけど、とは言っても毎回言うわけですよ。でもこれは本当にびっくりしたの。これね、押すとクッションみたいに柔らかいの。これ何かっていうとグミパウダー。グミみたいな柔らかい、すごく弾性があるパウダーで、それが半透明になってるパウダーらしいのね。半透明になってるから光をすごく通すの。光を透過するからツヤ感も出るっていうのと、グミみたいな感じだから毛穴にフィットしやすいっていうことらしいのね。 それだけじゃなくって、そのグミの球状の粉体を一個一個美容液でコーティングしてるんだって。今までももちろんコーティングっていうことはしてたんだけど、本当に一粒一粒に綺麗に均一に高濃度塗ってるっていうか。塗ってみたところ、もちろんリキッドファンデーションと同じとは言わないんだけれども、いかにも「粉塗りました」みたいなものではないの。このパフもいいんだと思うの、柔らかくて。このパフでふわっと乗せると、すごい均一になるっていうところもあるので、これは本当に良くて、リキッドファンデーションとか塗りたくないっていう時にはすごく重宝したし、お化粧直しにもかなり良かったので、ちょっとパウダーファンデーション気になるっていう方は、このエスプリークのやつは色も結構各種揃ってたので、見ていただければかなと思います。 今月の近沢レース店です。これね、富山先生から急にLINEが来て、「先生、今買ってるから先生の分も買えるよ」みたいな。なんと見てこれ、クリームソーダであります。 （のぼりくん）なるほど。 可愛くない？ （のぼりくん）めちゃくちゃいいですね。 ほら、ちゃんと先っぽのさくらんぼができてる。可愛いよね。私、今年は緑がラッキーカラーということなので、クリームソーダを今月の近沢レース店さんでゲットしたということでおります。 最後なんですけれども、これね、燻製のカメリナオイル。 （のぼりくん）燻製のカメリナオイル。 私もともとカメリナオイルって、オメガ3がバランスよく入っているオイルで、通常だとオメガ3で加熱するとなくなっちゃう……というか変性しちゃうんだけど、カメリナオイルは加熱してもそのオメガ3は壊れないっていうので、結構ずっと愛用してたんだけど、ちょっとやっぱり香りとかがあって、生で食べるっていうのはなかなかちょっと、まあまあできなくはないんだけど、他のオリーブオイルとも混ぜてるっていうところもあったんですけど、これね、さくらチップの香り、だから燻製の香りをつけてるから、味は別にオイルなんでしょうけど、なんか香ばしい味がする気がするだけよ。これを本当にサラダにかけるだけで、なんかもう香ばしい香り、本当に燻製のハムとかの香りあるじゃない、あれと同じだから、ちょっと満足感がアップする。 （のぼりくん）そっちのも燻製の香りが強いってことですか？ そう、めちゃくちゃ燻製の香りがする。だからこれにカルパッチョでもいいし、サラダにかけて食べるでもいいし、結構これに最近ハマってる。これ本当にいいと思う。やっぱりオメガ3ってなかなか取れないし、オメガ3って体の炎症を抑えてくれるので、カメリナオイル、ぜひぜひこの燻製のやつは入れていただければかなと思ってご紹介しました。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today's video is about "things I was glad to discover in August." Noborikun and I managed to do this again in August. How is it, Noborikun? (Noborikun) Huh? What's wrong? Well, I was thinking maybe I shouldn't talk too much. You're worrying too much about the comments. Just do it moderately. Since I really want to share the things I was glad to discover with everyone, I'd like to do this with Noborikun again. This time it's less about new skincare and more about makeup items and quite a few body care products. I'll probably start with something most people don't know about. First is this: La Roche-Posay's Anthelios UV Repair. This is basically the sunscreen version of Cicaplast, which I absolutely love, and you can use it after beauty treatments. (Noborikun) Oh, I see. In August, with Obon holidays and everything, I actually had a few laser treatments done—the type that causes downtime. When you're in the most sensitive downtime period, you really shouldn't get sunburned. If you do, pigmentation can remain, and while the treatment effect won't go to zero, it can be affected. So when I wondered what to do, I thought "oh right, I should use this." It has no color itself, but it contains the same soothing ingredients as Cicaplast that calm inflammation, so it gives peace of mind. It uses L'Oréal's latest technology—for details, please check the video from when I went to Paris—it has the latest technology that prevents unevenness even when applied in a thin layer, so I think it's great to use after treatments. I think it's also great for anyone who just doesn't want to get sunburned in general. (Parenthetically, according to my own research) I think it's one of the least tanning products among La Roche-Posay's lineup. Next for skincare is this: Albion Anfinesse SMAS Stretch Cleansing Balm. Staying on the beauty treatment theme, you know HIFU, the lifting treatment? The machine works on something called SMAS, a fascia layer in the face. When you apply heat to this SMAS muscle, it contracts, which creates the lifting effect—that's HIFU. This cleansing balm approaches that SMAS layer. (Noborikun) A cleansing balm does that? Isn't that amazing? Of course it's not literally applying heat to the SMAS, but since SMAS is made up of things like collagen and elastin, if the SMAS loosens, that means the collagen and elastin are loosening too. So this contains beauty ingredients that help prevent the SMAS tissue from loosening. That alone is already dreamy, but as a cleansing balm it's also incredibly melty—quite oil-rich, so cleansing goes smoothly. And even though it's oil-rich, it doesn't feel sticky after rinsing. Compared to regular cleansing balms, it has a much gentler texture and a plumper feeling after washing, so I think it's great even for people who thought cleansing balms might not suit an "older generation." Next are the body care items—there are two. First is Albion's EXCIA series Salt & Sugar Scrub Oil Treatment. With body care, you usually wash your body in the bath, scrub the rough areas, then get out and apply oil or moisturizer—three steps, which is a lot of work, right? This is a dreamy product that lets you do it all in one. It sounds like a TV shopping product, but it really does contain both salt and sugar—the salt dissolves first, then the sugar dissolves after, giving a two-stage texture that feels great on the skin. After that, oil spreads over you, and even after rinsing, the oil ingredients remain on your skin. It also contains ingredients for massage effects like targeting cellulite and promoting blood circulation, so just by touching and scrubbing while washing your body, you get a massage effect, and the moisturizing afterward is done in one step too—saving a lot of time. Usually with oil-based products, the bathroom floor gets slippery and dangerous, and kids tend to slip on it. But somehow, even though the oil stays on your skin, it doesn't make the bathroom floor slippery. (Noborikun) Even after rinsing? It's not slippery. That surprised me too. Since the hot weather continues, body care is still needed, so if you're interested, I really recommend trying it. The other body care item is probably famous, so many of you may already know it: FANCL Body Milk Brightening & Aging Care. It's a quasi-drug containing the whitening active ingredient tranexamic acid. Tranexamic acid blocks the signal that tells the skin to produce melanin when exposed to UV rays—kind of like an anti-inflammatory image—so I thought it's better to apply it in the morning rather than at night. Lately when I wake up in the morning I'm a bit sweaty, so I take a quick shower, and afterward I apply it to my hands too. Even with a parasol, my hands still get some sun, so I also use daytime sunscreen, but having tranexamic acid in my skincare gives extra peace of mind. I find myself using this a bit here and there once summer comes. This time too, it wasn't sticky, and since it's FANCL there's no strong scent, so it's very easy to use and not too expensive—perfect for summer. I mostly apply it to my upper body, the areas that are exposed. This next one is eye drops for relieving redness—I've made a detailed video about it so please check that out. Unlike drops with rebound effects, this uses a newer ingredient with less rebound that in Japan is only found in Mytear products, so I feel reassured using it compared to other redness relief drops I've used before. Also, it's not specifically a dry eye ingredient. Since you need to leave at least four hours between applying drops, I got into the habit of first using dry eye drops, waiting a bit, then applying this one. Maybe because of that habit, the redness has been steadily decreasing, and dry eyes have improved too. I realized how important it is to notice when your eyes are red, so I wanted to share this again. Now for makeup items—actually the eyeshadow I'm wearing today is this: LUNASOL's Eye Coloration N #07. As you know, I'm typically "blue-based." (Noborikun) Yes, lately anyway. I tend to be seen as a blue winter type. This time there were quite a lot of Eye Coloration shades. But out of all of them, why did I pick #07... (Noborikun) Suzuki-san picked it for me. Wasn't it you? Right, and we got excited about how it fits blue winter, discussing which one out of all the shades. Suzuki-san said "how about this one?" and applied it, so in a sense it's been "used" by Suzuki-san... but I've only applied it myself maybe once. For about a month, Suzuki-san has been the one using it each time, so it still looks pretty clean, but I do use it too—I own it myself, but since Suzuki-san also has it, it ends up being described as "Suzuki-san's item." Anyway, I'm currently wearing shade #07, and today too I had my makeup done, and even though today's shoot was after being out during the day, I really was wearing this. So there's no lie here. (Noborikun) Glad you discovered it. I'm really glad I did. Yes, this is it. When I do my makeup, I almost always use liquid foundation. That's partly because for filming, I want solid coverage, I want a dewy look, and I'm always worried about pores, so I don't want the foundation to settle into them—that's why I mostly stick to liquid. But I was surprised by this one: ESPRIQUE's powder foundation. It's been a while since a powder foundation impressed me this much. ESPRIQUE is by Kosé, but did you know Kosé was actually the first company to make a powder foundation? (Noborikun) No, I didn't know that. I didn't either—someone from Kosé told me that. Apparently, because they were the first to create one, this time they set the goal of making "the strongest powder foundation ever." Of course, they say that every time, but this one genuinely surprised me. When you press it, it's soft like a cushion. It's made of something called "gummy powder"—soft and elastic like a gummy candy, and it's semi-transparent. Because it's semi-transparent, it lets light pass through, giving a glowy finish, and being gummy-like, it fits into pores easily. On top of that, each spherical powder particle is individually coated with serum. Of course, coating isn't new, but this is coated so evenly and with such a high concentration on each particle. When I tried applying it, I wouldn't say it's exactly the same as liquid foundation, but it definitely doesn't look like "I just put powder on." I think the puff is great too—it's soft, and when you pat it on gently, it blends very evenly. This was genuinely impressive, and it was very handy for times when I didn't want to use liquid foundation, and also great for touch-ups. If you're curious about powder foundation, ESPRIQUE's version comes in a good range of shades, so please check it out. Now, this month's Chikazawa Lace Store find. Toyama-sensei suddenly messaged me on LINE saying, "I'm buying one now, so I can get one for you too." And look what it is—a cream soda charm! (Noborikun) I see. Isn't it cute? (Noborikun) It's really nice. Look, there's even a little cherry on top. So cute. Since green is my lucky color this year, I got this cream soda item from Chikazawa Lace Store this month. Lastly, this one: smoked camelina oil. (Noborikun) Smoked camelina oil. Originally, camelina oil is an oil with a good balance of omega-3, and normally when you heat omega-3 it breaks down or denatures, but camelina oil's omega-3 doesn't break down even when heated, so I've been using it for a long time. However, because of its scent, eating it raw isn't quite my thing—it's doable, but not ideal, so I've been mixing it with other olive oils. But this one is scented with cherry wood chips, giving it a smoky aroma. The taste itself is still oil, but somehow it feels like it has a smoky flavor. Just drizzling it over a salad gives that rich, smoky aroma—just like smoked ham—which really boosts the satisfaction level. (Noborikun) So that one has a stronger smoky scent? Yes, it really smells smoky. You can use it on carpaccio, drizzle it on salads—I've been really into it lately. I think it's genuinely great. Omega-3 is hard to get enough of, and it helps reduce inflammation in the body, so I wanted to recommend this smoked camelina oil. So, that's everything I was glad to discover in August. (Noborikun) Didn't you completely forget something? Wait, what? Oh, the charm on your bag—the one on the Dior bag. Ah, right! That one too was definitely something I was glad to discover. True, Noborikun. The LABUBU. Yes, discovering the LABUBU. I really did discover it. I received it from a doctor named Dr. Hirose—for details, please check my Instagram.
