2022年上半期のベストコスメを一緒に選んでください 〜乳液・クリーム編〜

皆さん、こんにちは。智子です。今日は前回に引き続き、皆さんと一緒にベストコスメを選んでいきたいと思います。 前回は化粧水5つと美容液3つをご紹介しましたが、今回はその続きで乳液とクリームをご紹介します。どれが良いか、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただき、皆さんと一緒にベストコスメを選んでいけたらと思います。よろしくお願いします。 前回もお話しした通り、私はベストコスメの審査員をさせていただいているので、いろいろとアンケートを書いているのですが、今年も本当に良いものがたくさんあります。今回の乳液・クリームシリーズも、どのアイテムも甲乙つけがたいので、皆さんの投票も参考にしながら最終的に決めていきたいと思います。 【乳液編】 今回私が絞ったのは、この3つです。 1つ目は、ディオール プレステージ ホワイト リンクル エマルジョン ルミエール。こちらはディオール独自の高濃度ナイアシンアミドが配合されており、お値段は張りますが透明感あふれる仕上がりになります。以前深掘り動画でもご紹介しました。 2つ目は、アルビオン アンフィネス ホワイト ホワイトニング パンプミルクです。アルビオンといえば乳液というくらい代表的なアイテムですが、今回は「筋肉」に着目しています。筋肉から分泌されるホルモンの一種「マイオネクチン」がメラニン生成を抑制することが分かってきており、独自の大豆種子エキスとシーグラスエキスでこのマイオネクチンの働きをサポートします。また、毛細血管の異常拡張による赤みも透明感を妨げる要因の一つとして着目し、米ぬかエキスやオレイン酸エチルなどで血管拡張を抑えながら透明感を引き出す処方になっています。 3つ目は、クラランス ブライトプラス モイスチャライジング エマルジョンです。ブライトプラスシリーズは化粧水・乳液・美容液すべて優れていますが、中でもこの乳液はテクスチャーが素晴らしく、香りも本当に癒される深呼吸したくなるような香りです。有効成分としてエラグ酸誘導体（エラグ酸とビタミンC誘導体の複合成分）を配合し、さらに肌細胞への酸素供給に着目しています。大気汚染などにより肌が酸素不足になると、エネルギーを生み出すミトコンドリアの働きが低下し、肌のくすみにつながります。独自のアセロラエキスがミトコンドリアを活性化し、ビタミンC誘導体がメラニン生成を抑えたり、できてしまったメラニンの排出を促したりすることで、内側から肌を元気にしてくれます。 アルビオンもクラランスもディオールも、それぞれに魅力があり、今年の乳液部門も本当にハイレベルです。皆さんはどれが良いと思いますか？ 【クリーム編】 続いてクリーム部門は、この3つを選びました。 1つ目は、資生堂 エッセンシャル エナジー ハイドレーティングクリーム。血管内皮細胞の接着因子である「デスモグレイン」に着目し、これが減少すると血管壁がしっかりくっつかなくなり、肌の隅々まで栄養が届きにくくなります。この成分を増やすために「甲来人参」から抽出したエキスを配合し、内側から栄養を届ける仕組みを作っています。さらに資生堂独自の「スーパーバイオヒアルロン酸」も配合されており、通常浸透しにくいヒアルロン酸を、より深部まで届けられるよう工夫されています。内側（血管）と外側（ヒアルロン酸）の両方からアプローチする点がとても面白いと感じました。 2つ目は、シャネル ル ブラン クリーム HLCCです。シャネルは外資系ブランドとして日本で初めてトラネキサム酸を配合したブランドで、このクリームにもしっかりとトラネキサム酸が配合されています。さらに、細かな炎症を抑えるアラントインや、抗酸化作用のあるトコフェロールも配合され、くすみのケアに役立ちます。また、シャネル独自のガーデンで栽培された「ガーデニアフルーツエキス」がアミノ酸代謝を高め、これも透明感アップに寄与すると言われています。さまざまな角度から透明感にアプローチする、まさにベストコスメにふさわしいクリームだと思います。 3つ目は、セッキセイ イルミネイティブ クリームです。こちらはナイアシンアミドがしっかり配合されているクリームですが、とてもみずみずしいテクスチャーで、ベタつくクリームが苦手な私でもすっと馴染みます。ナイアシンアミドの働きにより、美白効果だけでなくシワ改善にも期待できるアイテムです。 以上、乳液3つ、クリーム3つをご紹介しましたが、本当にどれも甲乙つけがたく、選ぶのが悩ましいです。今回ノミネートした以外にも「これも入れてほしい」というアイテムがあれば、ぜひコメント欄で教えてください。 それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

In the previous video, I introduced 5 lotions and 3 serums. This time, I'll continue with emulsions (milky lotions) and creams. As I mentioned before, I serve as a judge for the Best Cosmetics Awards, so I fill out various surveys. This year again, there are so many great products, and it's hard to choose among the emulsions and creams featured today. I'll make my final decision while taking your votes into consideration too. 【Emulsions】 Here are the three I've narrowed down: 1. Dior Prestige White Wrinkle Emulsion Lumière — This contains Dior's proprietary high-concentration niacinamide. It's pricey, but delivers an amazing radiant, translucent finish. I covered this in more depth in a previous video. 2. Albion Anfinesse White Whitening Pump Milk — Albion is practically synonymous with emulsions, and this one focuses on "muscles." A hormone called myonectin, secreted from muscles, has been found to suppress melanin production, and this product uses proprietary soybean seed extract and seagrass extract to support myonectin's function. It also addresses abnormal capillary dilation, which causes redness and dulls transparency, using rice bran extract and ethyl oleate to help suppress this while enhancing radiance. 3. Clarins Bright Plus Moisturizing Emulsion — The entire Bright Plus line (lotion, emulsion, serum) is excellent, but this emulsion has a wonderful texture and a truly soothing scent that makes you want to take a deep breath. It contains an active ingredient (a complex of ellagic acid and vitamin C derivative) and focuses on oxygen supply to skin cells. When skin becomes oxygen-deprived due to factors like air pollution, mitochondria—the cell's energy producers—become less efficient, leading to dullness. This product's proprietary acerola extract activates mitochondria, while the vitamin C derivative helps suppress melanin production and promote the breakdown of existing melanin, revitalizing skin from within. Albion, Clarins, and Dior all have their own strengths, making this year's emulsion category extremely competitive. Which one do you think is best? 【Creams】 Next, here are the three creams I selected: 1. Shiseido Essential Energy Hydrating Cream — This focuses on desmoglein, an adhesion factor in vascular endothelial cells. When this decreases, blood vessel walls don't bond properly, making it harder for nutrients to reach every corner of the skin. To boost this factor, the product contains an extract derived from Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng), helping deliver nutrients from within via the bloodstream. It also contains Shiseido's proprietary "Super Bio Hyaluronic Acid," engineered to penetrate deeper than typical hyaluronic acid, which usually just sits on the surface. I found it fascinating how this product approaches skincare from both the inside (blood vessels) and the outside (hyaluronic acid). 2. Chanel Le Blanc Cream HLCC — Chanel was the first foreign brand to incorporate tranexamic acid into skincare in Japan, and this cream continues that tradition. It also contains allantoin, which soothes minor inflammation, and tocopherol, an antioxidant that helps combat dullness. Additionally, Chanel's proprietary gardenia fruit extract, cultivated in their own gardens, is said to boost amino acid metabolism, further enhancing skin radiance. With its multi-angle approach to brightening, this truly feels like a best-cosmetics-worthy cream. 3. Sekkisei Illuminative Cream — This cream is packed with niacinamide, yet has a wonderfully lightweight, watery texture. Even I, who typically dislikes heavy, sticky creams, find this one absorbs smoothly. Thanks to the niacinamide, it offers benefits not just for whitening but also for wrinkle improvement. So there you have it—3 emulsions and 3 creams, and honestly, it's so hard to choose between them!
