今日のアイシャドウの色は、今日久しぶりにね、私の好きな、ゲラン、オンブルジェを使いました。オンブルジェの258番です。というのもゲランの、ゲランといえばコロコロのさ、これね今日使ってるの、オンブルジェです。コロコロのやつがリニューアルされるんですよ。でもあれも4月だから、全然今まだ行っちゃダメなのかもしれないけど、4月1日ですね。 ゲランといえば皆さん、メテオリットですよ。メテオリットってあの、綺麗なファイル、これのコロコロね、これが満を持してリニューアルされるんです。可愛いのよ。ほら絶対1回はさみんなさ通る道じゃないこれ。もうさ芸術よね、私さ本当に、このなんていうの、なんか必ずどっかお家に無かった？お母さんが使ってるっていうか、あれ開かないんだけど開いた開いた。あー綺麗。ほら、ちょっと心配落ちちゃったね。こっちの色も可愛いけど、えーもう全部可愛いんだけど。そう、この4月1日に、あ見てー、これも可愛いー。何も超可愛いねー。あーこれは白い。もう香りもすごくいい。そう、このゲランが変わるんです。あともう2つあります。4つ出ます。詳しくは、またね、あの4月に近くになったらいいようかなと思うんですけど。 あ、精度のエッセンスグロウプライマー、あ、すごくいいですよ。えっと、ただなんかあの日焼け止めの効果はそんなに高くないんですよ。よいしょ、これね、精度のエッセンスグロウプライマー、これは化粧下地なんですね。だから日焼け止めを塗ってこの下地を塗るっていうイメージです。で、めちゃくちゃあの、なんていうのかな、艶です。本当に艶が出る。なんか、どえらい艶みたいな感じで、誰かがインスタで出してたけど、もうこんな感じでしか塗ってないけど、ほら見てめっちゃ艶が出るでしょ。めちゃめちゃツヤツヤになるでしょ。で、これやっぱり、これは、ちょっとごめんね。こんな感じで塗るとほら。わかるかな、結構ツヤがしっかり。こんな感じで出るんですね。で、このファンデーションとの相性がめちゃめちゃいいっていう。はい。ただ日焼け止めとしてはやっぱり、SPF25だし下地だから結構薄く伸ばすので、どちらかというと日焼け止め塗ってこれでツヤを出してっていうイメージですね。 老人性のシミはやっぱり美容医療じゃないと取れないですか？そうですね。あのシミの治療は美容医療です。 肺腑とポテンツァは同時に施術できますか？あんまりしないまあでもしてもいいけど、あんまりしないかな。 先生、これから私、これから大幅なダイエットを考えています。体を含め皮膚がたるまないようにする工夫は？難しいよね。顔皮膚がたるまないようにするのはちょっと難しいかも。急激に痩せないことかな。でも痩せた分は絶対知事あの、なんていうのかな、たるむよね。だからそこは例えば顔とかだったらサーマクールとかみたいなRFをしっかり打っていくことかな。 暑くなるとあから顔になるので漢方薬で体質改善しようかと思っています。どうだろう。ごめんなさい、そこまで漢方に詳しいわけじゃないんですけれども、あから顔って、例えば本当に血管が浮いているのか、それともあの本当に、暑い時にだけなるのか、によっても全然変わると思うので。そのまんまで赤いんだったら、例えばウェビームとか、その辺の赤みを取るやつ。ただ530日的がにぐらいの波長の530前後かの波長のレーザーを当てると結構あの、いいので。その辺が意外とないんですよね。私が今このレーザーが欲しい欲しいというか、私がレーザーが欲しいと言ってもなんなんですけれども。うーん。そうですよね。なんかエクセルVっていうあのレーザーがあるんですけど、それが私の中ではまあ、赤みとか取るには結構いいかなぁとは思うんですけどね。一応ね、それでなんか530の波長のやつを当てるのがいいかなと思います。 雑誌で見ました。メテオリット、ワントーン明るいのが出るんですよね。そうなんです。さすが早いですね。 60代ファンではふけて見えてしまうの下地クリームのみで綺麗に見せるものでお勧めだったら。そうです。ツヤ出って、いうエリクシールかなぁ。エリクシールのした事件日焼け止め県みたいなこれ、朝用乳液なんですけれども、結構トーンアップするので、あの、エクシールのこちらとかどうでしょう。 小学5年生脱毛本人がお金に我慢できれば問題はないですが、あの二次成長がちゃんと始まっていて、しっかり毛が生えているんだったら、あのいいとは思うんですが、今あるけしかあの取れないので、今後生えてくる毛が多かったら、それはまたそれでやらなきゃいけないかなっていう感じです。 メテオリット狙っています。雨てリオット、ね、狙っています。使ってました。懐かしすぎる。ゲラン美味しそう。 顔の医療レーザー脱毛でデメリットはありますか？カンパンとかがある人だったら、カンパンが悪化する。で1回目とかで、ニキビがちょっと出てしまう方がいらっしゃる。ぐらいかな。あとは強くやりすぎちゃうと、やけどする。あとは特にないかなぁ。 母が使ってました。子供の頃可愛いと思ってました。ゲラン今81の母に昔もらいましたね。わかる。 花粉症の予防はやはり花粉、し花粉皮膚炎の予防はやっぱり保湿ですか？そうですね。バリア機能を整えるということなので、肌のリペアっていうことをしっかり考えた方がいいので。それだったら、やっぱりこういう、あのまあ、ラロシュポゼのシカプラストみたいな、その、マイクロ肌のマイクロバイオームも整えながら、肌の乗材金のバランスを整えて、あとは、やっぱり、しっかりと保湿をして、肌のバリア機能を整えるっていうようなやり方が一番ベストかなと思います。 イヤリングじゃなくてこれピアスなんですよ。これマグノリアホワイトっていうところのピアスです。可愛いですよね。これね、星で丸なんですよね。今年はなんか星がラッキーアイテムらしいので、星と丸で結構いいですよ。 もうすぐ東南アジア方面へ旅行予定です。日差しが強く気温が30度ぐらいあるようなのですが、先生ならどんなスキンケアを持っていきますか？いや、もう必死テカが爆発しそうなんで、やっぱりビタミンCKは必ず持っていくし、あとは高炎症系のまあ、それこそ石器製みたいなこの前やった後石器製みたいな、高炎症と美白と、あとは、やっぱり、汗をすごいいっぱい書くと思うので、あのスキンハーモナイザー、これ、たぶん、どっちもた、私としては持っていくと思います。あとは、ビタミンCKと思っていくかな。であとは、もうあの、洗顔とかは、結構コース洗顔とか、まあ、特にパッあの、旅行とかだと、私この水彩のあのものを持っていくこと多いんですけど、これほら、1個1個になるから、もうさあ絶対覚鮮ができるじゃん。そんな高温多湿のところに行ったら、たが、こっちらへんを持っていくかなという感じかな。 ルルミルク美味しかったです。朝市に出てたんだ。鼻の噛み方を教えてください、と言って、鼻の噛み方ってどういうこと、と思ったんですけど、意外と皆さん鼻の噛み方って知らない。知らない、というか、あのアレなんだなぁ、と思って、皆さん知らないことを私も無意識にやってたことは、こんな感じで皆さんにお伝えすればいいんだと思って。 皮膚が弱いのですが赤性は肌荒れしませんか？それは使ってみないとわからないですね。なんかその、何だろうな。冷たく聞こえちゃうかもしれないんですけれども。なんか全員に合う化粧品っていうのはなかなかなくって。荒れるかどうかは、その使ってみないとわからないっていう感じですかね。ただ敏感肌よっていうよりは高炎症だから、今から紫外線とか当たったりする人の高炎症はできるとは思います。 今日のチークはフジコのこれね。3月4日発売だから、もう発売されてるよね。えっとね、これイロッポチークだったかな名前。水彩チークだった全然違うね。水彩チークのこういう、リキッドの水彩チークの、何番だこれ？02番これなんですけど、私実は、ずっと使ってるステイドのこれ、ほぼないんですけど、廃盤になっちゃって、この世に存在しないんですよ。ステイドのペーパーライトクリームアイカラー、OR-07見てもうすっごいないの。これが私の、なんか鉄板チークで、これをずっと使って。 米肌のヒアルロン酸は良かったですか?その時はいいなと思ったんですけど、別に無くなったら無くなったで別にいいなと思っているので、正直私髪の毛がこうなっているじゃないですか。こうなってて米肌が見えない。だから別にどっちでもいいかなという風に思いました。ただやっぱり入れた方が綺麗な人はやっぱりありますよね。
