みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。 今日はですね、みなさん待ちに待ってると思うんですけれども2025年上半期プチプラベスコス発表でーす! あっという間にベスコスの時期ですよ!撮影しているのが6月のもう前半なんですけれども今月の中頃には全雑誌のベスコスが発表になると思うんです。その前に私たちはベスコスのことをしているんですけれども、各美容雑誌の特徴に合わせて選ぶんですけれども、私のYouTubeでは本当に個人的なベスコスとして選ばせてもらってます。個人的ベスコスのプチプラ編ということでやっていこうと思いますので最後までご覧ください! 今年のプチプラはね、プチプラのくせにと言ったら失礼ね、プチプラなんだけれどもすごい美容成分・技術を搭載しているものが結構多い。今までのプチプラって「良い成分を入れました」がメインだったんですけど、今回はもちろん成分もそうなんですけれども、全部が全部ではないんですけれども、技術の素晴らしさっていうものが際立った感じかなというふうに思っているので、意外かもっていうものまでたくさんあると思うので楽しみにしてください。 では早速クレンジングからいきたいと思います。もうプチプラじゃなくてもうトータル的に良かったなと思うのがこちら、オルビス ザ・クレンジングオイルになります。もちろんこれ自体も発売になった時に深掘りはしてるんですけれども、好きな人は分かると思うんですけど、サラッとした軽めのオイルとデパコス寄りになるとトロッと重めのオイルがあると思うんですが、これ自身は重めのオイルになっています。肌の皮脂に近いオイルを使っているんですけれども、一番のポイントはマルツーファーといって、オルビスというのはポーラ・オルビスグループなのでポーラの技術も使えるんですね。ポーラのB.A.の保湿に使われているマルツーファーっていう成分が入っていて、保湿なんですけれども毛穴にお水の膜を貼ることによって、1回汚れが浮いたものが再付着しない技術を使っているんですね。お水の膜なので汚れもつかない上に落とした後のつっぱり感もなくて、しっかりとるものとしっとり感って相反しているものだと思ってたんですが、独自のポーラ・オルビスグループが持っているマルツーファーっていう成分を入れることによって、まさかの両立ができているっていう、これ多分奇跡のクレンジングオイルだと思うんですよね。なので毛穴の汚れ自体もすごく落ちるし、洗い上がりもしっとりしますよっていうクレンジングオイル多いと思うんですが、化粧水を塗ったみたいなしっとりなので技術力の高さをすごく感じて、もう私大好きで発売から使っているクレンジングオイルになります。なのに価格が2000円っていう、価格設定間違えたんじゃないか疑惑を私は持っているぐらいなので、クレンジングオイルが好きな人はもちろんなんですけども、クレンジングオイル苦手だよっていう方も使ってみてもらうとびっくりするかなというふうに思います。 続いて洗顔はこちら、ファンケル スキンコンディショニング洗顔です。洗顔分をめちゃくちゃ迷ったんですよ。3月に発売で、それよりも前に皮脂テカ肌に寄り添うような洗顔がいくつか出てたんですね。なのでその洗顔が出た時にはもう私は皮脂テカ肌を代表してそっちの洗顔の方がいいなって思って、もう最初はずっとそればっか使ってたんですけれども、ファンケルのスキンコンディショニング洗顔が見落としてたというか、3月に発売で3月だから早いじゃんと思うかもしれないんですけども、ベスコスを選んでる私たちは1月2月とかに発売になったものを早めに使っちゃうので、あれって思ってたんですが使ってみたらびっくり。というのもスキンコンディショニング洗顔っていうぐらいなので、オルビスのクレンジングオイルに似てるんですけれども、洗顔とかクレンジングって洗った後が肌がむき出しの状態になって乾燥とかするんですけれども、こちらは水を味方にして洗い流した後に水の保湿膜が肌の上に乗っているっていうような洗顔なんですよ。保湿成分を肌に残しますよっていうものはあったんですけれども、これはそうじゃなくてお水の膜を張りますよっていう洗顔なんですよ。同じようで違うのは、保湿の成分を残しますよっていうものだったとしたら汚れも結構落ちづらいというところもあるんですね。潤い感を取るか洗浄力を取るかトレードオフだったんですけれども、ファンケルさんはオレオイルサルコシンKという洗浄剤を配合することによって、泡で汚れをしっかり取った後に流す時に水を吸って膜のような膜を張ることによって、お水の膜が張るっていうことになるんですね。同じような感じで潤いが残りますよっていう洗顔なんだけれども、汚れ落ちっていうことも両立できてる。だから取り去るだけじゃないんですよね。潤いも一緒に兼ね備えているっていう。同じようなコンセプトでデパコスとかでも出てるんですけれども、オレオイルサルコシンKっていう洗浄剤自体はもともとあるんですけども、それの組み合わせで保湿膜に変化するっていうのはファンケルさん独自なので、成分自体が目新しいというよりは処方の妙によって保湿膜っていうことで水分が出ていくのを抑えるっていうところが素晴らしい技術力だなと思ったので、皮脂テカ肌の私でも洗浄力としては物足りないなっていうのは全然思わなかったですね。くすみも取れるし、毛穴用ではないんですけどもすっきりと落ちるような感じがするし、だけれどもお水の膜が張ってるなっていうような感じがあるので、びっくりするぐらいもっこもこな泡が立つので楽しんでもらいたいなと思って選ばせていただきました。 続いて化粧水にいきます、こちらサナ エクセル デイスキンウェイキング スキンローションになります。エクセルさんっていうのはメイクとかで有名なブランドだと思うので、コンセプトとしては朝用のスキンローションなので、メイクのりを良くしましょうというようなコンセプトのものになります。朝晩使ってもいいと思うんですけど、確かに朝使うといいだろうなって思うのが、おいくらだと思います?190mlで1800円なんですよ。なんですけれども、入っている成分が浸透型ビタミンCって書いてるんですが、APPSが入ってるんですね。両親媒性のビタミンCの誘導体なので、皮膚の奥の方に入っていって、ハリ感やコラーゲンの酸化・糖化予防にもなるんですけども、ハリ感を出していくっていうものがプチプラで入ってるっていうところもそうだし、それだけじゃなくてナイアシンアミドもベースで入ってるんですね。しわとシミをどちらも、シワ改善も美白っていうところもできる成分ではありますので、プラスアルファセラミドで角層とかもきれいにしていく。3層にそれぞれしっかりとアプローチしてくれる成分が入ってるんですよ。結構みずみずしいので、朝コットンパックみたいにしたら角層にパッと入っていくので明るくも見えてくれるし、メイクのりもいい。かつAPPSとかも入ってるので、紫外線とかに当たった時の防御力っていうのもあるので、すごいなと思ったんですよ。ベルガモットとユーカリの香りで、高級なマッサージ屋さんの香りっていうんですかね。スーッとするようなメントール系は入ってないんですけども、香りでジメジメしたりとか鬱陶しいような季節もすごくさっぱり仕上げてくれる。セラミドとかが入ってるんですけども、セラミド入りだと重くなるものもあるんですが、さっぱりしているので、例えば日焼け止めのモロモロだったりとか、ファンデーションのモロモロとかにもなりにくいし、このお値段だったらめちゃくちゃいいなと思って選びました。 続いてはですね、美容液にいきたいと思います。美容液と乳液が同じブランドなので、乳液とクリームと一緒にいきたいと思うんですが、こちらです。ウィズメソッド トリプルA ビタシーブライト ピュアVCセラムとエマルジョンクリーム。これエマルジョンクリームって言ってるんですけど乳液になります。価格破壊すぎるよっていう、ウィズメソッドさんっていう感じなんですが、ウィズメソッドさんはマツキヨココカラオリジナルのPBになっています。メラノCCを当ててきたなっていう、ウィズメソッドだけを深掘りした動画も撮ってるんですが、成分がシンプルで、基剤の成分であるプロピレングリコールとピュアビタミンCしか入ってないんですよ。ビタミンCがそのまんま入っているセラムっていう感じなんですね。メラノCCも同じようにピュアビタミンCだけっていう感じですけど、抗菌のものが入っていたりして、全顔塗るのはお姉さん世代にはちょっときついなっていうところもあるし、皮脂がすごく多くてニキビも気になっているよっていう人だったらメラノCCでもいいんですけども、これは保湿プラスピュアビタミンCなので、毛穴が気になるところだけでもいいんですけれども、皮脂テカさんだったら全顔塗ってもいい。プラスピュアビタミンCがしっかり入っている。お値段がなんと1980円っていう、もう2000円切ってるんですよ。何パーセントっていう風には入ってはいないんですけれども、結構な量は入ってるんじゃないかなと思うので、毛穴が気になる人だったりとか、皮脂テカっていう人だったら、ピュアビタミンCのセラムはめちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなと思います。ピュアビタミンCって酸化しやすいので、一滴一滴出るっていう出方もメラノCCにすごい似てんの。空気が逆に入っていかないように工夫されて、これも似てんのよ。当ててきてんだろうなとは思うんですけれども、メラノCCはどちらかというとニキビとかが気になる思春期向けなんですが、これはお姉さん世代の皮脂テカさんに寄り添ってくれてるんじゃないかなと思うし、ピュアビタミンCが高濃度になるとベタっとする感じと刺激感っていうのがあるんです。これはそこまではないので、保湿成分と一緒に入れてるってとこもあるんですが、そういった意味でもこのお値段でだったらいいのかなという風に思います。 続いてはこちら、同じシリーズの乳液なんですが、ピュアビタミンCじゃないんですよ。ビタミンCの誘導体が入ってるんですね。何が素晴らしいかっていうと、私たちの顔ってやっぱりどんな人でも皮脂があるじゃないですか。だから皮脂に馴染むビタミンCの誘導体の方が早く角質を通過するんですね。なので速効性のビタミンCの誘導体とも言われています。使用性なので刺激感がすごく少ないんですよ。プラスアルファ、ビタミンCって結構酸化したりするじゃないですか、それをアシストしてくれるようなワイルドタイムエキスだったり、ビルベリー葉のエキスだったりが入っているので、ビタミンCが酸化しても循環できるようにしつつ、乳液に最適な使用性のビタミンCを入れてるっていう、ウィズメソッドのビタCシリーズって、ビタミンCを最適解にしてるのに素晴らしいなと思うんですね。テクスチャーなんですけれども濃いかなと思うじゃないですか。でもね塗るとみずみずしくて軽いなじみ心地になるんですよ。ビタミンCを使いたいっていう人は、こっくり感よりもサラッと感を演出したいっていう風に思ってると思うので、押すとお水がジュッと出てきてるような乳液になるんですけど、お水感はあるんだけれども膜も張るし、さっき言った速効性のビタミンCもあるし、夏ベタベタはしたくないんだけれどもエアコンとかの乾燥とかで気になる、だけれども毛穴とかふっくらさせたいっていう人には、かなりおすすめです。気持ちがいい乳液になっています。 続いてクリームにいきたいと思います。クリームはこちら、サナ グラン ユルグルタ ブライトVC ビフタンクリームになります。名前でなんとなく分かってくれると思うんですけれども、ビフタンっていうぐらいなので、ハリ、みずみずしさを演出してくれるよっていうようなもので、ビタミンCとグルタチオンが入ったクリームになっています。ピュアビタミンCとあと2種類のビタミンCの誘導体が入っているので、3種類ビタミンCが入っています。そこにグルタチオンが入ることによって、ビタミンCとグルタチオンというのは相性が良くて、ビタミンCが酸化したらグルタチオンがそれをサポートしてくれる。グルタチオン自体もすごく強烈な抗酸化作用を持っているので、日中紫外線があたって顔が酸化したりっていうところには、この2人がいれば怖いもの知らずなんですね。グルタチオンの化粧水とかも流行ってはいると思うんですが、絶対私はグルタチオン、ビタミンCと一緒に入った方がいいと思っている。それを叶えてくれてますし、ハリを出すペプチドもこのクリームには入ってるんですね。なのでビタミンCとグルタチオンで抗酸化をしながら、ペプチドでハリ感を出していくっていうようなもので、あと膜を張ってくれるような処方もとっているんですね。なので濃厚なんですけれどもプルンと感があるというんですか、油で膜を張ってるっていうよりはタピオカみたいなものの薄い膜を張ってくれるので、ポリマーでフラットにしてくれるっていうようなイメージなんですけれども、全然ベトつかないので朝もいけると思います。私みたいな皮脂肌でも朝は引き上げながら塗って、ファンデーションを塗るとスヤッとしたいい感じのお肌になるし、皮脂もあるんだけれども乾燥も最近気になってきたみたいな人にはぴったりかなというふうに思います。 続いてはスペシャルケアにいきたいと思います。スペシャルケアはこちらです、パーフェクトワン フォーカスVC シャージスムースマスクですね。10種類のビタミンC入ってるのよ。APPSも入っているし、速効性のビタミンCの誘導体も入っています。あとはビス・グリセリル・アスコルビン酸っていって、グリセリンが一緒についたビタミンCの誘導体なので、保湿感のあるビタミンCの誘導体だったりとか、ナイアシンだったりとか、厳選されたビタミンがしっかり入っているんですよね。そこにアゼライン酸、グルタチオン、グリシルグリシン。アゼライン酸は皮脂を抑制してくれるじゃないですか。グリシルグリシンはたるみ毛穴ケアを抑えてくれる。グルタチオンっていうのはもうね、ビタミンCとはめちゃくちゃ相性がいいので、ピタッと密着するようなマスクなんですよね。私がいつも言ってるように、3分から10分以内にしてくださいっていう風にいつも言うんですが、これも5分でいいですよっていうところも素晴らしいなと思うので、毛穴も気になるし、プラスアルファ透明感も出したい、集中ケアしたいっていう時にはお得なアイテムかなと思うので選ばせてもらいました。 はい、ということで2025年の上半期の個人的ベスコス、プチプラ編なんですが、私って皮脂テカだし毛穴が気になるので、保湿系も乾燥肌の人には心もたないのかもしれないし、好きな成分がビタミンCっていうのは、もろバレな感じがしますけれども、でも夏って私にしてみれば皮脂コントロールと毛穴美白っていうものが最重要課題になるので、それをプチプラで叶えるためには、このフォーメーションはかなりいいんじゃないかなと思うので、ぜひ参考にしてみていただければ嬉しいです。 Hello everyone! I'm Shin Tomori. Today, as I think everyone has been waiting for, I'm announcing the 2025 first-half Best Cosme for drugstore (budget-friendly) items! The Best Cosme season has come around so fast! I'm filming this in the first half of June, but I think all the beauty magazines will be announcing their Best Cosme picks around the middle of this month. Before that, we (beauty influencers) are already doing our own Best Cosme picks. Each beauty magazine selects based on its own characteristics, but on my YouTube channel, I choose them as purely personal favorites. So today I'll be doing the drugstore/budget edition of my personal Best Cosme, so please watch until the end! This year's budget-friendly items are amazing — even though they're affordable, many of them pack in incredible cosmetic technology, which might sound rude to say "even though they're cheap." In the past, budget items mainly focused on "we added good ingredients," but this time, of course ingredients still matter, but not entirely — what stood out to me was the wonderful technology behind them. So there are a lot of items that might surprise you, so please look forward to it. Let's start right away with cleansing oil. The one that was excellent overall, not just as a budget item, is this: ORBIS THE Cleansing Oil. Of course, I did an in-depth review of this when it was first released, but as those who like it will know, there are lighter, runnier oils, and then there are thicker, more department-store-cosmetics-like oils — this one falls into the thicker category. It uses an oil close to our skin's own sebum, but the biggest point is an ingredient called "Marutsuwa" (POLA's proprietary ingredient) — since ORBIS is part of the POLA ORBIS Group, they can use POLA's technology too. This moisturizing ingredient used in POLA's B.A. line is included, and while it's moisturizing, it also forms a water film over the pores so that once dirt has been lifted off, it doesn't reattach — that's the technology used here. Because it's a water-based film, dirt doesn't stick again, and there's no tight, dry feeling after rinsing. I always thought thorough cleansing and a moisturized feeling were mutually exclusive, but by adding this proprietary POLA ORBIS Group ingredient, they've achieved this seemingly impossible balance — I think this might be a miracle cleansing oil. So it removes pore dirt really well, and many cleansing oils claim your skin feels moisturized afterward, but this one feels as moisturized as if you'd applied toner — I really feel the high level of technology here, and I love it so much that I've been using it since release. And yet it's priced at just 2000 yen — I honestly suspect they made a pricing mistake. So of course if you love cleansing oils you'll enjoy this, but even if you're not a fan of cleansing oils, I think you'll be surprised if you try this one. Next, for face wash, this one: FANCL Skin Conditioning Face Wash. I really agonized over which face wash to pick. It was released in March, but before that, several face washes came out that catered to oily/shiny skin. So when those came out, since I represent oily/shiny skin types, I thought those were better and kept using them exclusively at first. So I ended up overlooking FANCL's Skin Conditioning Face Wash — you might think March isn't that early, but since we Best Cosme selectors tend to try products released in January or February early on, I had that reaction, but trying it, I was surprised. As the name "Skin Conditioning" suggests, it's similar to the ORBIS cleansing oil — normally after washing your face or cleansing, your skin is left bare and can feel dry, but this one uses water as an ally, leaving a moisturizing water film on the skin after rinsing. There have been products that claim to "leave moisturizing ingredients on the skin," but this one is different — it's about forming a water film. The subtle difference is that if a product just leaves moisturizing ingredients behind, dirt tends not to wash off as easily. There's usually a trade-off between moisture and cleansing power, but FANCL, by blending a cleansing agent called Sodium Oleoyl Sarcosinate, ensures that after the foam thoroughly removes dirt, when rinsing, it absorbs water and forms a film-like membrane, creating that water film. So it's a face wash that leaves your skin feeling moisturized in a similar way, but it also achieves great cleansing power. So it's not just about removing dirt — it also retains moisture at the same time. Similar concepts exist in department store brands too, and the cleansing agent Sodium Oleoyl Sarcosinate itself already existed, but the way FANCL combines it to transform into a moisturizing film is unique to them. So it's not so much that the ingredient itself is novel, but the formulation ingenuity that creates this moisturizing film to prevent water loss is truly impressive technology. So even I, with oily/shiny skin, never felt like the cleansing power was lacking. It removes dullness too, and even though it's not specifically for pores, it feels like it cleans thoroughly, yet you can feel that water film forming. It lathers into surprisingly rich, fluffy foam, so I hope you enjoy it — that's why I chose this one. Next, let's move to toner: this one is Sana Excel Day Skin Waking Skin Lotion. Excel is a brand well known for makeup, so the concept here is a morning-use skin lotion meant to improve makeup application. You could use it morning and night, but it really does seem great for morning use — guess how much it costs? It's 1800 yen for 190ml. The listed ingredient is "penetrating Vitamin C," which is APPS. It's an amphiphilic Vitamin C derivative, so it penetrates deep into the skin, helping prevent oxidation and glycation of firmness and collagen — the fact that this firming ingredient is included at a budget price is impressive, and on top of that, Niacinamide is also included as a base ingredient. It addresses both wrinkles and spots — meaning it can help with both wrinkle improvement and brightening. Plus, ceramide helps clean up the stratum corneum too. So it has ingredients that properly approach three different layers. It's quite watery, so if you use it like a morning cotton pack, it quickly penetrates the stratum corneum, brightening your skin and improving makeup application. Plus, since it contains APPS, there's also protective power against UV exposure — I thought that was amazing. It has a bergamot and eucalyptus scent, like a luxurious massage parlor fragrance. It doesn't have a cooling menthol-type sensation, but the scent really refreshes you even during muggy, unpleasant seasons. It contains ceramide, and some ceramide products can feel heavy, but this one feels refreshing, so it's less likely to cause flaking with sunscreen or foundation, for example. At this price, I thought it was excellent, so I chose it. Next, let's move on to serums. Since the serum and lotion are from the same brand, I'll cover the lotion and cream together — here they are: withMethod Triple A Vita C Bright Pure VC Serum and Emulsion Cream. They call it "Emulsion Cream," but it's actually a milky lotion. It's incredibly cost-effective — that's the vibe withMethod gives off. withMethod is a private brand original to Matsukiyococokara. I've made a whole video diving deep into just withMethod, feeling like they modeled it after Melano CC. The ingredients are simple — it only contains the base ingredient propylene glycol and pure Vitamin C. It's basically a serum where Vitamin C is included as is. Melano CC is similar in that it's just pure Vitamin C, but it also contains antibacterial ingredients, making it a bit harsh to apply all over your face for those in their older 20s and beyond, and if your skin is very oily and prone to acne, Melano CC would work fine. But this one combines moisture with pure Vitamin C, so it can be used just on areas where pores are a concern, but if you have very oily/shiny skin, you can use it all over your face. Plus it firmly contains pure Vitamin C. The price is an astonishing 1980 yen — under 2000 yen. It doesn't state a percentage, but I think a fairly high concentration is included, so if you're concerned about pores or have oily/shiny skin, I think this pure Vitamin C serum is excellent. Pure Vitamin C oxidizes easily, so the way it dispenses drop by drop is very similar to Melano CC. It's designed so air doesn't get in — that's similar too. I suspect they modeled it after Melano CC, but while Melano CC is more geared toward teens concerned with acne, this one seems tailored to older, oily/shiny-skinned women. When pure Vitamin C is highly concentrated, it can feel sticky and cause irritation, but this one doesn't go that far, partly because it's combined with moisturizing ingredients — so in that sense, I think it's great for the price. Next is the lotion from the same series, but it's not pure Vitamin C — it contains a Vitamin C derivative instead. What's great about it is that all of our faces have sebum, no matter who we are, so a Vitamin C derivative that blends well with sebum penetrates the stratum corneum faster. That's why it's called a fast-acting Vitamin C derivative. Because of its usability, irritation is very minimal. Additionally, since Vitamin C tends to oxidize, ingredients like Wild Thyme Extract and Bilberry Leaf Extract are included to assist with that, allowing the Vitamin C to keep cycling even if it oxidizes, while incorporating a Vitamin C form optimized for use in a lotion. I think withMethod's Vita C series is wonderful in how it optimizes Vitamin C usage. You might think the texture would feel heavy given the description, but when applied, it feels light and refreshing. People who want to use Vitamin C tend to want a light, refreshing feel rather than a rich one, so this lotion dispenses with a watery "juu" sound when pressed — it has a watery feel, but it also forms a film, and has that fast-acting Vitamin C mentioned earlier. For those who don't want stickiness in summer but are bothered by dryness from air conditioning, yet still want to plump up their pores, I highly recommend this. It's a very pleasant lotion to use. Next, let's move on to cream. This is Sana Guran Yuruguruta Bright VC Bihutan Cream. As the name suggests, since it's called "Bihutan," it's meant to bring out firmness and moisture — it's a cream containing Vitamin C and Glutathione. It contains pure Vitamin C plus two other types of Vitamin C derivatives, so three types of Vitamin C in total. With Glutathione added, since Vitamin C and Glutathione work very well together, when Vitamin C oxidizes, Glutathione supports it. Glutathione itself has a very strong antioxidant effect, so when your face oxidizes from daytime UV exposure, having these two together makes you fearless. Glutathione toners are trendy too, but I firmly believe Glutathione should be combined with Vitamin C, and this cream fulfills that. It also contains a firming peptide. So while providing antioxidant protection with Vitamin C and Glutathione, it also brings out firmness with peptide, and it also uses a formulation that forms a film. So while it's rich, it has a bouncy feel — rather than forming an oil-based film, it forms a thin film like tapioca, giving a polymer-flattening image. It's not sticky at all, so it works well in the morning too. Even with oily skin like mine, applying it in the morning while lifting the skin, then applying foundation, gives a nice, glossy-looking finish. It's perfect for those who have oily skin but have recently started to notice dryness too. Next, let's move to special care. For special care, here it is: Perfect One Focus VC Charge Smooth Mask. It contains 10 types of Vitamin C! APPS is included, as well as a fast-acting Vitamin C derivative. There's also Bis-Glyceryl Ascorbate, a Vitamin C derivative combined with glycerin, so it includes moisturizing Vitamin C derivatives, as well as niacin — carefully selected vitamins are firmly included.
