花粉による肌荒れの予防法【3月15日・3月29日のライブのまとめ】

【質問】仕事で疲れ切って精神的にもいまいちな今日この頃、時短スキンケア・メイクを教えてほしいです。 【回答】時短スキンケアだったら、オールインワンでいいと思いますよ。例えばその方の肌質にもよると思うんですけど、乾燥肌の人だったらみずみずしいテクスチャーのクリームタイプのものだけ使ってもいいっていう時もあるし、脂性肌の人だったらジェル系のオールインワンの方がいいと思うので、時短ということであれば絶対にオールインワンを使った方がいいと思います。何を選べばいいかわからないと思ったら、カルテHDのオールインワンがあるんですね。それだったらどんな肌質の人にもオールマイティに合うんじゃないかなと思います。 時短メイクだったら、私はBBクリームというか、今期はこのフォーエバーのベースがすごく良くて、これは実はグロウとマットがあるんですけれども、今まではグロウな肌が好きだったので最初はグロウを使ってたんですが、マットを塗ってみたらめちゃくちゃ良かったんです。これはベースなんですけれども、軽いファンデーションぐらいのカバー力はあるし、フォーエバーなので美容成分も結構入ってるんですね。だから結構いいかなと思います。 【質問】先生こんばんは、26歳男です。ドライアイや目を強くつぶる癖が相まってか、眉根と目頭の上にシワができています。これはBAアイゾーンクリームで改善が期待できるでしょうか？他にも改善策やおすすめの化粧品があれば教えてほしいです。 【回答】まず私もここ、目頭の上にシワができるんですよ。これはやっぱり鼻の形だったり、目頭の切り込みの形だったりで、どうしてもシワができるんですね。嫌だったらそこにボトックスを打つという手もあるんですけれども、そうじゃなければやっぱり化粧品でケアしたいじゃないですか。ただ、これは表情を作る時の癖なんですよ。だからそういう表情を作らないというのが一番なんですけれども、そこにベースとして乾燥があると、その乾燥がシワの元になることがあるので、BAのクリームでもいいと思います。 最近使ってちょっと感動したのが、コスメデコルテのリポソーム アドバンストのアイセラムなんですね。これはもうめちゃくちゃいいです。私は朝晩使っているんですけれども、リポソームの導入ももちろんなんですが、もう一つ特殊な導入系の技術が入っていて、少し前に他のメーカーさんも採用していたんですが、コーセーさんはそのカプセルの中にセラミドを入れてきているんですね。リポソームの導入ともう一つの「バイセル」というものがあって、そのバイセルの内側にセラミドを入れているので、目元のふっくら感が全然違うんですね。 BAのアイゾーンセラムはピタッとするので、もし両方持っているとしたら、朝はBAのアイゾーンクリーム、夜はコスデコというのがいいと思います。コスデコがお化粧と相性が悪いわけではないんですけど、BAを持っているんだったらそういう使い方でもいいと思います。とにかく目元のシワ感とか張り感、乾燥してしょぼしょぼしている感じの目元にはだいぶいいですね。かなりおすすめです。 【質問】ともり先生こんばんは、いつもライブ楽しみにしていて、お手元にドンピシャの化粧品がマジシャンのように出てきてびっくりしています。先生も紹介されていた酒クリームがとてもいいです。バイタルパーフェクションと併用しているのですが、酒クリームのみにしても効果を出せるものでしょうか？ 【回答】酒クリームというのはこれだと思います。美肌フローラ 酒ナイトクリーム。これはスノーフォックスさんで、水天レチノールというレチノールの中でも安定性があってあまりA反応が出ない、それでいてちゃんとビタミンAの作用があるという、日本生まれの水天レチノールが入っているんですね。なので張り感も結構出てくるし、あとは「美肌フローラ」と書いてあるくらいなので、肌の美肌菌を整えてくれる成分も入っているんですよ。それがグルコシルセラミド発酵液だったり、酒粕エキスだったり。なので肌のバリア機能を整えながら、ビタミンAを入れて内側から張りも出していくということなので、バイタルパーフェクションと併用した方が私はいいと思うんですけど、これだけにしても全体的に塗った時のツヤ感はいいと思います。 この時期おすすめなクリームは、今期はドゥ・ラ・メールか、あとはディオールのプレステージ。高いですけど、プレステージの美白ラインもめちゃくちゃ良かったんですよね。でもそういうことじゃないですよね。あとはこちら、美肌フローラの酒ナイトクリーム。これは敏感肌の人でも安心して使えるレチノールですし、ツヤ感も出るので、全然ベタベタしている感じは重くないから、これもいいかなと思います。 【質問】美の三角ゾーン、目の下のシミ・そばかすを明るくぼかして目立たなくしたいんですが、良いコンシーラーがあれば教えてください。 【回答】そうですね、私が使っているのは2つあって、コスメデコルテのパレットで4色ある中の一番明るいものと、あとはDIORの新しいコンシーラーの0と1Nを混ぜて使っている感じですね。 でもこの美の三角ゾーンといえば、NARSが本当に今回素晴らしくて。もう発売されていると思うんですけど、ファンデーションと一緒に発売されていて、マットなファンデーションとこのお粉が発売されていて、3種類くらい色があったと思うんですけど、私は多分一番明るい色を使っていると思います。これは一見パッと塗ると白くなるんですよ、こんな感じで。だからちょっと白浮きするのかなと思ったんですけど、そうでもなくて、塗ったら目元の感じが明るくなって、毛穴もソフトフォーカスで隠れるんですよね。すごくいいなと思ったのと、あとはインスタとかでも話題になっているので、もう情報は出回っていると思うんですが。 NARSといえばお粉が有名ですよね。大きいやつはポーチの中に入れて渡しちゃったので今手元にないんですけど、皆さんもNARSと言ったら魔法のお粉の白いやつがあるじゃないですか。あれの限定版で、確か4月24日発売の、こんな感じで虹色になっているものがあります。わかります？あんまり色がそんなにつかないけど、ちょっと飛んでくれるような感じです。 こっちはもう今売っていて、結構薄付きでしっかり隠したい感じ。こっちはテカリも抑えながら顔色も綺麗に見せたいという感じ。どっちも透明感を出せますが、限定の方は本当にすごい争奪戦になるかなと思います。 【質問】先生、お誕生日イブですね、おめでとうございます。実は数日前からスキンケアする時に肌がヒリヒリします。多分花粉症から来るものですが、今は子どもたちが春休みで皮膚科に行く時間がありません。できるだけ刺激の少ない化粧品を使っていますが、他に気をつけることはありますか？ 【回答】まず気をつけるべきことは、しっかり洗うということです。「先生、刺激がないようにって言ったじゃないですか」って言われそうですが、まずはやっぱり花粉がついているところでピリピリ感を感じると思うので、なるべく帰ってきたらすぐにお顔を洗って落とすということ。もう一つは、直接花粉を顔につけないということなので、ピリピリするからといって何もつけないんじゃなくて、しっかりと「アンチポリューション」と書いてある日焼け止めをつけてください。私が愛用しているラロッシュポゼもアンチポリューションなので、そういったものをつけるか、あとは資生堂などでミストで花粉を寄せつけないミストというのが出ているので、そういったミストで花粉を寄せつけないようにする。つまり物理的に花粉をつけないようにして、ついてしまったものは早めに洗い流す。そこから保湿やバリア機能を強化するようなスキンケアをしていただくのが一番いいと思います。

[Q] I've been exhausted from work lately and my mental state isn't great either. Could you teach me some time-saving skincare and makeup tips? [A] For time-saving skincare, I think an all-in-one product is good. It depends on the person's skin type—for dry skin, sometimes just using a moisturizing cream-type product is fine, while for oily skin, a gel-type all-in-one would be better. If you're going for time-saving, I definitely recommend using an all-in-one. If you don't know which to choose, Karte HD has an all-in-one that should work well for any skin type. For time-saving makeup, I've been loving this Forever base this season—it's like a BB cream. It actually comes in Glow and Matte versions. I always preferred glowy skin, so I started with Glow, but when I tried the Matte, it was amazing. It's a base, but it has coverage almost like a light foundation, and since it's Forever, it contains quite a lot of beauty ingredients. So I think it's pretty great. [Q] Good evening, I'm a 26-year-old man. Perhaps due to dry eyes combined with a habit of squinting hard, I've developed wrinkles above my eyebrows and inner corners of my eyes. Could the BA Eye Zone Cream help improve this? Please also let me know if there are other improvement methods or recommended cosmetics. [A] I actually get wrinkles in that same spot too. It's really due to the shape of the nose or the crease at the inner corner of the eye—wrinkles just tend to form there. If you really dislike it, getting Botox there is an option, but if not, you'd want to address it with cosmetics, right? However, this is really a habit formed by your facial expressions. So the best solution is to avoid making that expression, but if there's underlying dryness, that dryness can contribute to wrinkles, so the BA cream should be fine. Something I recently started using and was quite impressed by is the Cosme Decorte Liposome Advanced Eye Serum. It's really amazing. I use it morning and night. Besides the liposome delivery system, it has another special delivery technology—some other brands adopted something similar a while back, but Kosé has put ceramide inside the capsule itself. So besides the liposome delivery, there's something called 'Bicelle,' and ceramide is placed inside that Bicelle, making a huge difference in the plumpness around the eyes. The BA Eye Zone Serum gives a nice tightening effect, so if you have both, I'd suggest using BA Eye Zone Cream in the morning and Cosme Decorte at night. It's not that Cosme Decorte doesn't work well with makeup, but if you already have BA, that combination works well. In any case, it's quite effective for wrinkles, sagging, and that dry, tired look around the eyes. Highly recommended. [Q] Good evening, Tomori-sensei. I always look forward to your live streams, and I'm amazed how you pull out exactly the right cosmetics like a magician. The sake cream you introduced before is really great. I'm using it together with Vital Perfection, but would using just the sake cream alone still be effective? [A] I believe the 'sake cream' you're referring to is this one: Bihada Flora Sake Night Cream. This is from Snowfox, and it contains a Japan-developed retinol called 'Suiten Retinol,' which is stable and doesn't cause much retinoid reaction while still providing proper vitamin A effects. So it gives good firmness, and since it's called 'Bihada Flora' (beautiful skin flora), it also contains ingredients that balance the skin's beneficial bacteria, like glucosyl ceramide fermentation extract and sake lees extract. So while strengthening the skin's barrier function, it also delivers vitamin A to build firmness from within. I do think using it together with Vital Perfection is better, but using it alone still gives good overall glow when applied. As for recommended creams for this season, I'd say La Mer or Dior Prestige—it's expensive, but the Prestige whitening line was also amazing. But that's not really the point here. Also, this Bihada Flora Sake Night Cream is great—it's a retinol that even sensitive skin types can use safely, and it gives a nice glow without feeling heavy or sticky. So I think this is a good option too. [Q] I want a good concealer to brighten and blur dark spots and freckles under my eyes in the 'beauty triangle zone.' [A] The two concealers I use are: the brightest shade from the Cosme Decorte palette (which has 4 shades), and Dior's new concealer, mixing shades 0 and 1N. But speaking of the beauty triangle zone, NARS really outdid themselves this time. I believe it's already released—it came out alongside a foundation, a matte foundation plus this setting powder, in about 3 shades. I think I'm using the brightest one. At first glance when you apply it, it looks white, like this. So I thought it might look too pale, but actually it wasn't—when applied, the eye area brightens and pores get softly blurred. I thought it was really great, and it's also been trending on Instagram, so information about it is probably already out there. Speaking of NARS, their setting powder is famous, right? I gave away the big one in a pouch so I don't have it with me right now, but you know that magical white powder from NARS? There's a limited edition version releasing around April 24th, I believe, with this kind of rainbow color. Can you see it? It doesn't add much color, but it gives a slight radiant finish. This one here is already on sale—it's fairly lightweight but still provides solid coverage. This other one reduces shine while also giving your complexion a healthy glow. Both give a sense of transparency, but the limited edition one will likely be a fierce competition to get. [Q] Sensei, happy birthday eve! Congratulations! Actually, for the past few days, my skin has been stinging when I do skincare. It's probably due to hay fever. Since it's spring break and my kids are home, I don't have time to go to a dermatologist. I'm using products with minimal irritation, but is there anything else I should be careful about? [A] First and foremost, you need to wash your face thoroughly. I know you might say, 'But you told me to avoid irritation!' However, the stinging sensation is likely from pollen sticking to your skin, so it's important to wash your face as soon as you get home to remove it. Another point is to avoid letting pollen touch your skin directly in the first place—so rather than avoiding all products because of the stinging, make sure to use sunscreen labeled 'anti-pollution.' The La Roche-Posay one I use is anti-pollution, so using something like that helps. Also, brands like Shiseido have mists designed to repel pollen, so using such a mist to physically keep pollen away is a good idea. In short: physically prevent pollen from sticking to your skin, wash off anything that does stick as soon as possible, and then follow up with moisturizing and barrier-strengthening skincare. That would be the best approach.
