早く使えばよかった！と後悔したコスメを2つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは！トモリアラタです。 今日は「この化粧品、もっと早く使い始めておけばよかった」と思っている化粧品を2つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 私自身、化粧品が大好きなので自分でもよく購入しますし、新作の発表会に呼ばれて試すこともあります。ありがたいことに最近は「これを使ってみてください」とメーカーさんから送っていただくこともあり、化粧品をたくさん使う機会が多いんですね。 その中でも「あまり注目していなかったけれど、使ってみたらめちゃめちゃ良かった」と思ったものを、今日は洗顔料と化粧水を1つずつご紹介したいと思います。 【1つ目：ブランシック スイッチ マキシマイザー】 こちらをご覧いただくとわかると思いますが、「美容洗顔料」「泡立たない濃密ゲルのマッサージ洗顔料」と書いてあります。その名の通り、出すとこんな感じで、蜂蜜がとろっと出てくるような質感の洗顔料です。 この洗顔料を撫でるような感じで使います。決してゴシゴシこすらないでください。撫でてお肌に馴染ませて、それから洗い流すという洗顔料になります。くるくると触っていると、じわっと温かくなってくるんですね。 実は最初、「泡立たない洗顔料」と書いてあったので使っていませんでした。私自身、摩擦を避けるためにしっかり泡立てて洗顔するのが好きだったので、「泡立たないなら後でいいかな」と思っていたんです。皆さんの中にも、摩擦になるからと泡立たない洗顔料があまり好きではなく、使わないという方もいらっしゃると思います。 たまたま洗顔料がなくなった時に、「そういえばこの洗顔料があったな」と思い、試しに使ってみたのがきっかけでした。使ってみると、この濃密でこっくりとした質感なのに、お顔の上でスルスルと本当に気持ちよく伸びていったんです。「これ、いいよ」と勧められて使い始めたのですが、肌にのせた瞬間に「気持ちいい」と感じました。 洗い流した後に鏡で自分の顔を見たら、なんだか本当に肌が明るくなっていて、洗顔していて「気持ちいい」と久しぶりに感じたので、それから使い続けています。この「気持ちいい」という感覚こそが、実は一番のポイントだったんですね。 使った後に色々と調べてみたところ、このブランシックはもともとファンケルさんの子会社らしく、ファンケルさんの研究がこの商品の開発に携わっていることを知りました。 そもそも人間には「気持ちいい」という感覚があり、触られたり撫でられたりすると幸せホルモンが出るのでスキンシップが大切だと言われていますよね。それはその通りで、皮膚には「メルケル細胞」という、触れられた時に反応する感覚器の細胞が実際にあるんです。この細胞が押されることでスイッチが入るのではないかということは、昔から言われていました。 それをきちんと研究し、メルケル細胞を活性化すると「オキシトシン」という幸せホルモンや、「IGF-1」という成長ホルモンが分泌され、肌自体も活性化するということを見つけたのが、このブランシックの母体であるファンケルさんだそうです。 とはいえ、触るだけではよくわからないですよね。人の感覚器は年を取るとだんだん鈍っていくらしいんです。若い頃は敏感に反応しますが、年齢を重ねるとなんとなく鈍感になるというのは、皆さんも経験があると思います。実は肌の感覚器も同じで、年齢とともに鈍っていくこと、加えて肌のキメが粗い人は肌の感覚器も鈍っているということを、ファンケルさんはきちんとデータで示しています。 肌の感覚器をしっかりと目覚めさせ、メルケル細胞を活性化すれば、オキシトシンやIGF-1によって肌にハリを出せるのではないかと考えたそうです。そこであえて泡立てず、しかし摩擦にならないような濃密でとろみのあるジェルでマッサージするという発想になったんですね。 さらに、メルケル細胞を活性化する成分まで見つけて配合されています。それが「デカペプチド」というものです。デカペプチドという名前の通り、ペプチドが10個ほど繋がった成分で、これが肌にのることでメルケル細胞を刺激し、活性化されることでIGF-1や幸福ホルモンのオキシトシンが分泌されることがわかっています。 この成分をしっかりと配合し、濃密なジェルでマッサージをしながら気持ちよさを感じ、さらにデカペプチドの働きで肌を活性化してくれるという、面白い発想の商品です。今まで「しっかり泡立てましょう」と言っていた私とは逆の考え方でしたが、素晴らしい発想だなと思いましたし、使い心地も良かったので、正直「もっと早く使っておけばよかった」と思ったのが、このブランシック スイッチ マキシマイザーです。 今までの自分の価値観が変わる出来事でした。以前、クレンジングミルクの回でもお話ししましたが、「撫でる」と「こする」は違います。そのことを自分でも意識していながら、目からウロコだったと思う洗顔料でした。 最近人と触れ合っていなくて、幸せな気持ちが少し減っているなという方は、ぜひ使ってみてもいいのではないかなと思います。 【2つ目：デュオーガニック エキストラローション アドバンスト】 続いて「もっと早く使っておけばよかった」と思ったのがこちらです。3分の2ほど使ってしまうくらい、全身、というかほぼ首元まで、最近しっかりパシャパシャと使っています。 このデュオーガニックは老舗の日本製オーガニックブランドで、昔から存在していることはもちろん知っていました。使うきっかけになったのは、コメント欄で「オーガニックブランドも紹介してもらえませんか」というリクエストがいくつかあったことです。それでオーガニック特集をしようと思い、いくつかブランドをピックアップした中で、実際に使ってみて特に良いと感じたのが、このデュオーガニックのローションでした。 デュオーガニックは老舗の日本ブランドで、日本の素材にとてもこだわっています。丹波産の黒豆や玄米を発酵分解したエキスをしっかりと配合していたり、桃のエキスも入っているのですが、この桃は若い桃にしかできない特別なエキスを使っているそうです。これが「エラスターゼ」という酵素の活性を阻害してくれると言われています。このエラスターゼが活性化されると、コラーゲンやエラスチンを分解してしまい、シワっぽい印象の肌になると言われているので、それを抑えてくれることが期待できる成分です。 さらに、先ほどの丹波産黒豆や玄米などの成分も、ヒアルロン酸の生成をサポートしてくれると言われています。日本のオーガニック原料だけを使用していながら、しっかりとした裏付けがあるのも素晴らしいなと思いました。 さらにこの製品は「抗シワテスト」をクリアしています。これは乾燥による小じわを改善するという効果を証明するテストです。美容液ではこうしたテストをクリアしている製品は比較的多いのですが、化粧水では珍しく、さらにオーガニックブランドで抗シワテストをクリアしているのはかなり珍しいと思います。オーガニックでありながらきちんと効果を感じられる化粧水だと思いました。 この化粧水にはとろみがあり、「異性化糖」という成分が配合されています。この異性化糖は、肌のバリア機能や水分保持力を高めてくれる天然保湿因子「NMF」に含まれる糖ととても似た構造をしているため、配合することでNMFが増えることが期待できます。皮膚のバリア機能をしっかりと高めつつ、先ほどの抗シワ試験にも合格しているので、潤いを与えながら内側からハリを引き出してくれる化粧水だと思います。 香りにはダマスクローズの花エキスなども使われていて、癒される香りに仕上がっています。 もう一つ良いと感じたのは、パッケージへのこだわりです。使い終わってしまいましたが、開封前はこのような包装紙に入っていて、これを取り外すような形になっています。通常はビニールや箱に入っていることが多いですが、そういった資材を少しでも減らそうという意図が感じられ、パッケージにもこだわりを感じました。 また、日本では「オーガニック原料が少し入っているだけでオーガニック化粧品」とうたう、いわゆる“なんちゃってオーガニック”の製品も多いのですが、こちらはヨーロッパの非常に厳しい「エコサート」や「コスモス」といった認証をきちんと取得しています。これも珍しく、最近少しずつ増えてきてはいますが、基準が非常に厳しいので、そういった認証を取得していることも安心できるポイントだと思いました。 改めて日本の成分の素晴らしさや、オーガニックであってもきちんと使い続けることで手応えを感じられるということを実感した一本だったので、「もっと早く使っておけばよかった」と思いました。 いかがでしたか？今日は本当に「早く使っておけばよかった」と思った2つのアイテムをご紹介しましたが、スキンケアについては頭を固く凝り固めてはいけないなと改めて思いました。どんなものでも実際に使ってみて、自分に合う合わないを試してみることが大切だと思います。 「先生、いろいろなものを紹介してくれますが、結局どれが一番いいんですか？」と聞かれることがありますが、こればかりは使ってみないとわからないので、楽しみながらいろいろなスキンケア用品を試していただければと思います。 ということで、今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございます。このチャンネルでは、このように美容や健康についてわかりやすく解説していますので、よろしければチャンネル登録や、「このコスメを深掘りしてほしい」「こんな企画をやってほしい」といったリクエストがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら～ 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori. Today I want to introduce two cosmetics that made me think, "I wish I had started using this sooner," so please watch until the end. I personally love cosmetics, so I often buy them myself, and I'm also invited to new product launch events to try them out. Lately, thankfully, manufacturers have been sending me products saying "please try this," so I get to use a lot of cosmetics. Among all of these, today I want to introduce one cleanser and one lotion that I didn't pay much attention to at first, but which turned out to be amazing when I actually tried them. 【Item 1: Blanc Chic Switch Maximizer】 As you can see here, it says "beauty cleanser" and "non-foaming rich gel massage cleanser." True to its name, when you dispense it, it comes out like this—like honey, thick and smooth. You use this cleanser by gently stroking your skin—please never scrub it. You gently massage it into your skin and then rinse it off. As you massage it in circular motions, your skin gradually starts to feel warm. Honestly, at first I didn't use this because it said "non-foaming cleanser." I personally prefer cleansers that foam up well to avoid friction, so I thought, "if it doesn't foam, I'll use it later." I imagine some of you also avoid non-foaming cleansers because you're worried about friction. It just so happened that I ran out of my regular cleanser, and I remembered I had this one, so I decided to try it. When I did, even though it had this thick, rich texture, it glided so smoothly and felt amazing on my face. I had been recommended to try it, and the moment it touched my skin, I thought, "this feels so good." After rinsing it off and looking in the mirror, my face genuinely looked brighter. It had been a long time since I felt "this feels good" while washing my face, so I've continued using it since then. That feeling of "this feels good" turned out to be the key point. After using it, I looked into it and found out that Blanc Chic is actually a subsidiary of FANCL, and I learned that FANCL's research was involved in developing this product. As you know, humans have this sense of "feeling good"—when you're touched or stroked, happiness hormones are released, which is why skinship is said to be important. That's true, and it turns out there are actual sensory cells in the skin called "Merkel cells" that respond to touch. It's long been theorized that stimulating these cells by pressing on them could trigger certain responses. FANCL, the parent company behind Blanc Chic, properly researched this and discovered that activating Merkel cells releases "oxytocin," the happiness hormone, and "IGF-1," a growth hormone, which also activates the skin itself. But just touching the skin doesn't tell the whole story, right? Apparently, our sensory receptors become duller as we age. When we're young, we react more sensitively, but as we get older, we naturally become less sensitive—I'm sure many of you have experienced this. The same apparently applies to the skin's sensory receptors: they become duller with age, and FANCL has data showing that people with rougher skin texture also have duller skin sensory receptors. They thought that if they could properly awaken the skin's sensory receptors and activate Merkel cells, they might be able to bring out firmness in the skin through oxytocin and IGF-1. That's why they intentionally created a non-foaming, yet friction-free, thick and creamy gel for massaging the skin. On top of that, they even found an ingredient that activates Merkel cells and included it in the formula. That ingredient is called "decapeptide." As the name suggests, it's a peptide made up of about ten linked amino acids, and it's known to stimulate Merkel cells when applied to the skin, which in turn activates them and triggers the release of IGF-1 and the happiness hormone oxytocin. So this product combines a rich gel that lets you massage your face while feeling good, plus decapeptide that further activates the skin—it's a genuinely interesting concept. It goes against what I used to believe, which was "you should always foam up your cleanser," but I thought it was a wonderful concept, and the texture was great too, so honestly, I thought, "I wish I had used this sooner." That's this Blanc Chic Switch Maximizer. This really changed my own values about skincare. As I mentioned before in the cleansing milk episode, "stroking" and "scrubbing" are different things. Even though I was already conscious of that distinction myself, this cleanser was still an eye-opening experience for me. If you feel like you haven't had much physical contact with others lately and your sense of happiness has dipped a little, I think this might be worth trying. 【Item 2: DUO The Organic Extra Lotion Advanced】 Next is another product I wish I had started using sooner. I've used about two-thirds of the bottle already, patting it generously all over—pretty much up to my neck—lately. DUO The Organic is a long-established Japanese organic brand, and I've known about it for a long time. What led me to actually use it was that several viewers left comments in the comment section asking me to introduce organic brands. So I decided to do a sort of organic brand feature, and among the brands I picked, this DUO Organic lotion was the one I found genuinely impressive after trying it. DUO Organic is a long-established Japanese brand that places great importance on Japanese ingredients. It contains fermented and broken-down extracts of black soybeans and brown rice from Tamba, and it also contains peach extract—specifically, an extract that can only be made from young peaches. This is said to inhibit the activity of an enzyme called "elastase." When elastase becomes active, it breaks down collagen and elastin, which is said to lead to a more wrinkled appearance, so this ingredient is expected to help suppress that. Additionally, the Tamba black soybean and brown rice extracts I mentioned are also said to support hyaluronic acid production. I thought it was wonderful that even though the product uses only Japanese organic ingredients, there's solid backing behind these claims. On top of that, this product has passed an "anti-wrinkle test"—a test that verifies improvement of fine lines caused by dryness. While this kind of test is relatively common for serums, it's quite rare for lotions, and even rarer for an organic brand to pass such a test. I thought it was a lotion that lets you feel real results while still being organic. The lotion has a somewhat thick, syrupy texture, and it contains an ingredient called "isomerized sugar." This sugar has a structure very similar to the sugars found in NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), which helps strengthen the skin's barrier function and boost moisture retention. So including it is expected to help increase NMF levels. Combined with the fact that it passed the anti-wrinkle test, I think this is a lotion that hydrates the skin while also bringing out firmness from within by strengthening the skin barrier. The scent includes Damask rose flower extract, giving it a soothing fragrance as well. Another thing I really liked was the attention to detail in the packaging. I've already used up the product, but before opening, it came wrapped in this kind of wrapping paper that you remove to access the bottle. Normally products come in plastic wrap or boxes, but this seems to be an intentional effort to reduce such packaging materials, and I felt that real care went into the packaging design. Also, in Japan, there are many products that call themselves "organic cosmetics" just because they contain a small amount of organic ingredients—so-called "pseudo-organic" products. But this one has properly obtained certifications from very strict European standards like Ecocert and COSMOS. This is still quite rare—though it's becoming a bit more common lately—and since the standards are extremely strict, I felt reassured knowing it had earned these certifications. This product really made me appreciate once again the excellence of Japanese ingredients, and it reminded me that even with organic products, you can genuinely feel results if you keep using them consistently. That's why I thought, "I wish I had started using this sooner." So, how was that? Today I introduced two items that made me think "I wish I had used these sooner," but it really made me realize once again that you shouldn't have a rigid mindset when it comes to skincare. Whatever the product, you really have to try it yourself to find out whether it works for you or not. People often ask me, "You introduce so many different products—which one is actually the best?"
