【4月の一軍アイテム】仕事が忙しくてもテンション爆上がり！女医友利新の美を支えたスキンケア＆コスメ💄

みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。今日はちょっと遅くなったんですけれども、4月出会ってよかったものになります。実は4月めちゃくちゃ忙しくて、結構出張が多かったんですよね。大阪にも行ったし、フランス行って沖縄映画祭というか結構いろんなところに行っていて、バタバタした月だったかなと思って。その中でもベーシックなものがスキンケアでは多かったし、土地で見つけたものだったり、外出先で使えるようなアイテムだったりっていうものが多かったかなと思うので紹介していきたいと思います。 スキンケアなんですけれども、洗顔料を2つご紹介したいなと思います。1つ目がこれ。ポーラのB.A.の洗顔なんですが、洗顔クリームって書いてあるんですね。そもそもB.A.さんの洗顔って高級ラインですよ。何がいいって、透過した角層を除去してくれたり、透過しないようにしてくれるっていう感じで、フランスに行った時とかは乾燥も若干あるところなので、洗った後に結構しっとりするので顔が晴れていくような感じでした。お値段はするんですけれども、使って違うなっていうようにわかるので良かったですね。 あとごめんなさい、袋に入ってるんですが、沖縄に行った時に私の同級生からめちゃくちゃこの石鹸いいよって紹介されたものなんですね。本当は大きい固形石鹸だったんですが、使いやすいように切ってます。洗顔ネットに入れてます。変わろうと思って持ってきたスキンケアの動画を見たら、洗顔を忘れてたんですよ。結構やるんですよね。どうしようと思った時にもらったやつがあるじゃんと思って使ったら、ツルッツルになって、久しぶりに洗顔石鹸っていうのを使ったんですよ。だいたい洗顔フォームだったりとか、泡で出てくるタイプのものを使いがちで、固形石鹸を使うことってなかったんですが、固形石鹸独特のキュッと感ではなくて、スベスベになるんですよね。 クチャっていう沖縄の泥があるんですよね。ミネラル分とかもしっかり入ってるんだけれども、泥で吸着してくれる。月桃の香りがして、私からするとムーチーっていう食べ物があるんですけど、月桃の葉っぱでお餅を包んだ。そのムーチーの香りもするなみたいな。癒されるし、すっごい泡立ちもいいし、結構持つので、最近はめちゃくちゃ使ってます。これからの時期はスベスベになるので、いいなと思いました。 あとは化粧水です。このエリクシールの、私がいつも資生堂のボランティアのエリクシールだって言ってるんですけど、今回のブライトニングシリーズ、トラネキサム酸と4MSKがしっかり入っているっていうバージョンのものになっているので、トラネキサム酸って抗炎症もあって、皮脂が多くなってくると炎症が起こりがちになるし、やっぱり特にこの左側の頬が気になってるんですが、これを使ってから赤みが抑えられたりとか、あとハリ感も出てくる。それはコラージェニストっていう成分が入っているからっていうのもあるんですけど、私はみずみずしいタイプとしっとりタイプのうちのみずみずしいタイプを使ってるので違いますね。これが終わってももう1回使いたいかなと思っているぐらいコスパがすごくいいと思います。 赤みが本当に最近気になっていて、生活が不規則になると私、皮脂が結構出ちゃうんですよね、ストレスで。ニキビができちゃったりとか顔が茶色っぽくなるので、その時にすごい良かったなぁと思うのがこれです。カネボウのスキンコンディショナー、皮脂ケアさんには使ってもらいたいって言ってたスキンハーモナイザーっていう化粧水をYouTubeでもご紹介して、それが皮脂の悪玉化したものを再吸収するのを抑えるっていうもの。皮脂の悪玉化が皮膚のバリア機能を低下させたりとか、赤みを引き起こしてそれで毛穴が開いたりとか、っていうことがあるので、それを抑えるっていうのがスキンハーモナイザーだったんですよ。 今回同じシリーズから悪玉皮脂を作らせないクリームっていうのが出たんですね。クリームは結構苦手なんですけれども、すごい面白くて、見た目は白いんで重さそうに見えるんですけど、伸ばしていくとお水みたいになるんですよ。ベタベタ感がなく、むしろ表面がピタッと密着するんですね。塗りたてはまだみずみずしさが残ってるんですけど、全体的に広げて1、2分置いておくと水分が入っていって表面がマットを張る感じでサラサラになるんですよね。なのでドライの人、皮脂で赤茶色っぽくなってるような人にはベタベタ感も全然ないので、夏には重宝しそうだなと思いますし、さっぱりすぎるわけでもないんですよね。いいクリームなんじゃないかなと思って。 今年クリームとかいっぱい出てるんですけれども、皮脂が出ちゃってニキビとかができちゃうのが嫌だなと思ったので、すごく良かったです。もう一つが忙しくて、移動もがったりすると寝不足だったりするので、私目の下が薄くどんどんなってきて疲れて見えるんですよね。 これ前も紹介したと思うんですが、改めて良かったなと思ったのがビオールのカプチュールプロコラーゲンショットです。クマっぽくなると間延びして見えるし、疲れてますって言われるのはやっぱり嫌じゃないですか。気持ちいい皮膚が厚くなるようなイメージ、速攻性があるなと思うのと、メイクともあんまり干渉しないので、疲れた印象を出さないっていうのが私のこの4月の目標だったので、助けられたなというふうに思ってます。 続いては、ボズレーブラックミストエッセンスプレミアムって言って、私が白髪の美容液をいくつか紹介して、あの時の4つの中で良いなと思ったのがボズレーだったんですね。前紹介したのはピンクだったんですけど、バージョンアップしたら次にしよう。ポイントはブラックリバース処方って言って、キー成分のペプチドが入っているんですね。白髪で色素細胞が色素を作れなくなっているんですけど、それをしっかりと刺激して色素を作るようにして、プラスアルファそれを髪の毛に輸送するっていう、どっちも刺激するようなペプチドなんですが、それが増量されたのと、ハリとかコシとかが出るようなキャピシルっていう成分なんです。それも倍増されたっていうふうに書いてあったので、特にこの前髪のあたり、私ね、なぜか白髪も分け目のところだったり縛った時に出てくるので、ノズルだからやりやすいんですよね。あれから先生どうですかって聞かれることが多かったので、使ってよかっただけじゃなくて、これからも使いたいなっていうふうに思ってます。 髪の毛を綺麗にしてもヘアセットがしっかりしないと思って、これね、めちゃくちゃ良いんですが、これリンカっていうブランドさんのブラシなんですよ。でもまあ、こういうブラシっていっぱいあるよと思うんですけども、これ実はヘアアイロンなんですよ。固定でちっちゃいのはあるんですけど、ブラシタイプなので前髪ぐるっと、なったでしょ？200度まで上がるので、外出先でうねったなとか、カールしたいなっていう時とか、これ重宝します。USB-Cで充電できるので、かなり充電も持つし、中のここだけが厚くなるので、ここでこうすればそんなに熱さも感じないし、重さ的にはスマホぐらいかな。かなり軽いです。色も可愛いですよね。おすすめです。 あとはベースものなんですが、びっくりしたのがデュオールプレステージの下地兼日焼け止めなんですが、白っぽいものが去年出てたんですよ。でもこれピンクなんですね。広げるとこんな感じで、自然なツヤ感とトーンアップなんですよ。何が良いって、保湿力なんですよね。油で保湿をしてるんじゃなくって、内側から湧き立つような張り感を出してくれるなって思っていて、プレステージってもともとグランベルローズっていうデュオールがずっと研究しているローズのペプチドが入っていて、そのペプチド自体が炎症を抑えてくれるっていうところもあるんですよね。だから日中の炎症も抑えてくれつつ、プレステージならではの保湿効果っていうこともすごく高くて、内側が乾燥してるっていう4月の肌にツヤ感とか張り感を出すための下地っていうので、崩れにくかったし皮脂でドロドロにもならない。肌もトーンアップしてくれるっていうので、今回は使いましたね。 相反する感じなんですけど、ツヤっぽく仕上げた後って髪の毛がくっついてベタベタになるのがやっぱり嫌だったので、解消してくれるのがこれでブライトエイジのスムース&シアパウダー。片栗粉みたいな感じでめちゃくちゃサラサラになるんですね。真っ白な粉なんですけれども、伸ばすと白さがなくなるんですよ。首とかに塗ってると肌のテカリもなくなるし、でも全部がなくなるわけじゃなくて程よいツヤは残るんですよね。真夏にはすごくいいんじゃないかなと思って。大きすぎず小さすぎずっていうのもいいなと思って。これからの時期もめちゃくちゃ使えそうだなと思います。 全体的にツヤを残したい場所だけにNARSのライトリフレクティングのイルミネイティングスティック。これをお鼻のところだったりとかツヤが出したいところにのせていく。こういうのっていろいろなブランドが出てるじゃないですか。何がネックってベタベタになるのが嫌なんですよ。これ最初塗った時はスティックタイプだからバームみたいな感じになるんですけど、時間が経ったらめちゃくちゃサラサラになるんですよ。素性肌の人はテカリなの？ツヤなの？っていうのが分かりにくくならない。ちゃんとツヤです。ベタベタ感を感じさせないっていうところも素晴らしいなと思って。大きさも持ち運びもちょうどいいなと思って使ってます。ちなみに私は白ピンクっぽい色を使ってます。 あとはリップですね。Guerlainのキスキスビーインテンスの398番。フランスに行った時にセフランに行ったんですよ。Guerlainのコーナーがあって、キスキスもちょうど発売されてはって並んでて、お姉さんにあなたにこの色がいいわよって言われたのがこの396番だったんですよ。自分で一番いいなと思ってた色だったので、ドンピシャで合ってたから運命を感じて最近これをつけることが多いです。キスキスなのでタチミツがしっかりと入っているので、唇の治安もいいんですよね。物によっては皮むきがすることもあるんですけれども、そんなこともないし、細いから塗りやすいっていうところもあります。他にも鮮やかなピンクだったりとか鮮やかな赤とかもあったので、いい色だなと思っています。 はい、ということで4月は本当に動画多かったので、私の肌も少しいつもとは違う感じだったし、あとは持ち運びということで偏っちゃったかなっていうところもあるんですが、これから先も使えそうなものばっかりなので、なんか気になるアイテムがあったらぜひチェックしてみてください。今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。5月も実はまたフランスに行ったりする予定があるので、5月もご紹介できればと思うので、来月も楽しみにしていってください。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! I'm Toshilin Tomi. Today is a bit late, but I want to share things I loved encountering in April. Actually, April was incredibly busy with many business trips. I went to Osaka, traveled to France, attended the Okinawa Film Festival, and visited many places, making it a hectic month. Even so, my skincare routine included a lot of basics, items I discovered locally, and products that are convenient to use while traveling, so I'd like to introduce them. Regarding skincare, I'd like to introduce two cleansers. The first one is this Pola B.A. cleanser, which is labeled as a cleansing cream. B.A. cleansers are part of their luxury line. What's great about it is that it removes the stratum corneum and prevents it from becoming compromised. When I traveled to France where there was some dryness, my face felt very moisturized after cleansing. Although it's pricey, you can definitely feel the difference when using it, so it was great. Also, sorry, this one comes in a bag. A classmate of mine highly recommended this soap when I went to Okinawa. It was originally a large bar soap, but I cut it into smaller pieces for easier use and put it in a facial cleansing net. I forgot to pack cleansers when preparing skincare for a video shoot. When I thought about what to do, I remembered I had this one from my classmate and used it. My skin became incredibly smooth. It was my first time in a long while using a bar soap. I usually use foaming cleansers or foam-type products and rarely use solid soaps, but instead of the squeaky feeling typical of solid soaps, it makes your skin feel silky smooth. There's a mud called Kucha from Okinawa that contains minerals and cleanses through adsorption. It has a gettou (torch ginger) scent. As someone from Okinawa, it reminds me of Muchi, a food where mochi is wrapped in gettou leaves. It's soothing, lathers wonderfully, and lasts a long time, so I've been using it a lot recently. As summer approaches, it makes skin smooth, so I think it's great. Next is toner. This Elixir toner from Shiseido, which I always mention, now comes in the Brightening series with tranexamic acid and 4MSK properly included. Tranexamic acid has anti-inflammatory properties, and when sebum increases, inflammation tends to occur. I've particularly been concerned about redness on my left cheek, but since using this, the redness has been suppressed and firmness has improved. That's because it contains Coragenist ingredients. Among the hydrating and moist types, I use the hydrating version. I want to repurchase this once more because the cost-performance is excellent. I've been really concerned about redness lately. When my life becomes irregular, my sebum production increases due to stress. I get breakouts and my face takes on a brownish tone. This product was really helpful for that. It's Kanebo's Skin Conditioner. I previously introduced a toner called Skin Harmonizer on YouTube for people with oily skin. It prevents the reoxidation of sebum from being reabsorbed. The oxidation of sebum impairs the skin barrier, causes redness, and leads to pore enlargement, so Skin Harmonizer suppresses that. This time, the same series released a cream that prevents the formation of oxidized sebum. While I usually find creams difficult to use, this one is fascinating. It looks heavy because it appears white, but when you spread it, it becomes like water. There's no greasiness; instead, it adheres snugly to the surface. When first applied, it retains some moisture, but after spreading it overall and waiting one to two minutes, moisture penetrates and the surface becomes matte and silky. So for dry skin types or those with reddish-brown tone from sebum, there's no greasiness at all. I think it will be great for summer and isn't overly matte. I think it's a good cream. Many creams have come out this year, but since I hate the sebum production that leads to breakouts, I was very satisfied. Another thing is that when I'm busy and traveling frequently, I experience sleep deprivation, which makes the area under my eyes thinner and makes me look tired. I think I've introduced this before, but I was reminded of how great Biore's Capture Pro-Collagen Shot is. When you get under-eye bags, you look drawn and tired, which you don't want to hear. It creates a pleasant sensation of thickened skin and has immediate effects. It doesn't interfere much with makeup, so it helped prevent a tired appearance, which was my goal for April. Next is Bossley Black Mist Essence Premium. When I introduced several white hair serums, Bossley was my favorite among the four. The previous version was pink, but when they upgraded it, I decided to try the new version. The key point is the Black Reverse formula containing the key peptide ingredient. Although melanocytes can't produce color due to white hair, this stimulates them to produce color and additionally transports it to the hair. Both effects come from the same peptide, which has been increased in quantity, and the ingredient Capixyl, which provides firmness and elasticity, has been doubled. I notice white hairs particularly around my bangs and where I tie my hair, and since this has a nozzle applicator, it's easy to use. I've been asked how it works by professionals, and not only does it work well, I want to continue using it. Even if your hair is beautiful, if your hairstyle isn't set properly, it doesn't look good. This is amazing. It's a brush from a brand called Rinka, but it's actually a hair straightener. There are small stationary versions, but this is a brush-type, so you can curl your bangs round. It heats up to 200 degrees, so when my hair gets frizzy or I want to curl it while out, this is invaluable. It charges via USB-C and holds a long charge. The handle is thicker in the center, so you don't feel too much heat, and it weighs about as much as a smartphone. It's very light and comes in a cute color. I recommend it. Next is base products. I was surprised by Dior Prestige Primer Sunscreen. Last year, they released a white version, but this one is pink. When you spread it, it gives a natural glow and tone-up. What's great is the moisturizing power. It doesn't moisturize with oil but creates a lifting effect from within. Prestige inherently contains Grand Rose, a rose peptide that Dior has been researching for years. These peptides themselves suppress inflammation. So it suppresses inflammation during the day and has excellent moisturizing effects unique to Prestige. For April skin that's dry inside, it creates glow and firmness as a primer, and it doesn't break down easily or become dull from sebum. It also provides tone-up, so I used it this time. It's contradictory, but when I finish with a dewy look, my hair gets stuck and becomes greasy, which I hate. Bright Age's Smooth & Sheer Powder solves that. It's like cornstarch, incredibly silky. It's pure white powder, but the whiteness disappears when spread. When applied to the neck and face, it eliminates shine, but doesn't remove all of it—it leaves a nice amount of glow. I think it's great for midsummer. It's not too big or too small, which is nice. I think I'll use it a lot as the season changes. For areas where I want to maintain overall glow, I use NARS Light Reflecting Illuminating Stick. I apply it to my nose and areas where I want glow. Many brands release products like this. The problem is that they can feel greasy. When first applied, this stick-type product feels like a balm, but after time, it becomes incredibly silky. For oily skin, you can clearly see it's glow, not shine. It manages not to feel greasy, which I think is wonderful. The size is convenient for carrying. By the way, I use the white-pink shade. And finally, lips. Guerlain's Kiss Kiss Be Intense in number 398. When I went to France, I visited Sephora. There was a Guerlain counter, and Kiss Kiss had just been released and was displayed. The sales lady told me this color would suit me, and it was number 396, which happened to be the color I liked best. Since it was a perfect match, I felt it was meant to be, and I've been wearing it frequently. Kiss Kiss has proper color saturation, so my lips stay nice. Some products cause peeling, but this doesn't. It's thin, making it easy to apply. They had vibrant pinks and reds too, so I think it's a great color. So in April, I had a lot of video shoots, and my skin felt a bit different than usual. I think I may have gotten biased toward portable items, but I have so many products I can continue using, so if you find any interesting items, please check them out.
