皆さんこんにちは！友利新です。 今日は友利新が本気で使い切ったドラッグストアコスメ5つでいきたいと思います！ 私、今いろんなスキンケアを使うんですけども、ドラッグストアコスメが本当に大好きで、その中でも今回は使い切ったものをご紹介しようと思っております。ここにドンと並べているんですけれども、皆さんも使ったことがあったり、私のYouTubeでも解説しているものもたくさんあると思うんですけれども、気になるものはあるでしょうか？ まずは一つ目からご紹介していきます。 まず一つ目がこちら、アスタリフト ホワイトジェリー アクアリスタです。これもほら、全部底が見えてるかな。ちょっとだけ赤いのが残ってる、もったいないからちょっとつけとこう。こんな感じのジェリーになっています。もともとジェリーアクアリスタっていうものがあって、それに美白の有効成分のアルブチンが入ったのが、このホワイトジェリーアクアリスタです。 これの何がすごいかって、ナノ化したセラミドっていうものが入ってるんですね。ナノ化してるだけじゃんって思うかもしれないんですが、私って前からいつも言ってるんですけど、非常に肌が乾燥しやすい体質じゃないですか。もう聞き飽きたよっていう方もいらっしゃると思うんですが、セラミドっていうのは水には溶けづらくて、油分を入れるとなんとか溶けるっていう感じなので、割合機能を整えたくてセラミド入れたくても、私みたいに乾燥肌だったりすると、基材によってはちょっとベトベトしたりとか、逆にトゥーマッチになったりする。セラミドという成分は欲しいんだけど、それを溶かす油剤はいらないみたいな時に、これはナノ化しているので、限りなく油分を少なくても水溶性のものに溶かせられるっていうようなものなんですね。セラミドは入れたいんだけどベトベトしたくないっていう人にもすごくぴったりですし、角層の細胞をきちっと整列する。そうすることでやっぱりバリア機能もちゃんと整うじゃないですか。 もう一つ、私たちの細胞って角質はある程度厚くなったら勝手に自然に剥がれるっていう、酵素がちょきちょきって切ってくれて剥がれるんですが、大人になるとそれが低下しちゃうので、それを後押しするような成分が入っているので、余分な角質が取れると、角質がいなくなったからまた細胞を新しい靴袋みたいな感じで、ターンオーバーを促してくれるっていう感じ。なのでまた潤うつくってくれるようにするっていう意味で、セラミドも補うんだけれども、このセラミドだったりとかの細胞角質を作るターンオーバーっていうのを正常化する手助けもしてくれるっていう成分も入ってるんですね。 それだけじゃなくてアスタキサンチンっていうのは強力な抗酸化作用がありますので美白を助けてくれますし、あとはアルブチンというメラニンの生成を抑制してくれるっていうものもあるので、バリア機能も整えつつ、抗酸化力も強く美白もできるっていうこと。本当にテクスチャーも乾燥肌の方には優しいテクスチャーというか。なのでこれを最初に塗って、あともう一つ私は導入でライスパワーが入ってるものを使ったりもするんですが、これと導入美容液だけでも本当に肌が潤うぐらいになっているので、私は結構夏とか暑くはなってくるんだけどまだ乾燥が続くみたいな今の時期にはすごく愛用しているものになっています。 続いてはこちら、Mキュアダーマの美容液02になります。これ01もあるんですけどそれは02を使い切っております。実はちょっと前に解説をしたんですが、詳しく話すと浸透型のPDRNっていうものが入っています。通常はPDRNっていうのは分子量がすごく大きくて浸透しにくいんですね。なので私たち医者っていうのは注射で入れていくんですけれども、浸透型っていうPDRNを開発して、注射とまではいかないんですが、通常のものよりは塗ってもちゃんと肌に浸透していくっていう技術を入れているものがあるんですけど、それが配合されているっていうものでこれにいろんな成分を入れるんですよ。例えばビタミンCとかパンテノールだったりあとは還元型だったりとか、ナイアシンアミドとか好きなショットを入れて使うんですね。でも私はそのショットは今回入れなかったです。なぜかというと、本当にこの浸透型のPDRNっていうものが肌にどれぐらい体感できるのかなって知りたくて、本当だったらパンテノールとかナイアシンアミドとか入れたいなと思ったんですが、あえて入れずに本当に一番濃度が高いっていう風に思われるこの浸透型のPDRNが入っている美容液を1本使い切りました。 正直感想としてはすぐ何かが変わるっていうわけではないんですけれども、今月先月と出張が多かったんですよ。だから寒いところに行ったり暑いところに行ったりいろいろしてたのでちょっと肌が揺らぎやすかったんですが、それがあんまなかったかなっていうふうには思うのでこれは期待が持てるなと。PDRNの一番いいところはやっぱ肌の修復力。私はやっぱり今肌を修復したいんですよね。疲れてたりとか、私の今の時期は更年期の時期で女性ホルモンがだんだん下がってくると、女性ホルモンっていうのは炎症を抑えてくれるっていう働きもあるので、私今多分女性ホルモン少しずつ下がってきていて、忙しいっていうのもあったり移動のストレスだったり、体が炎症に傾きやすいんですよね。その炎症を抑えつつやっぱ肌を修復したいっていう時に、あとは皮脂もあるんだけれども水分量が低下しちゃう。それを水分を上げてくれるっていうのがPDRNなので、そういう意味では忙しかったんだけど肌のしぼみ感は少なかったかなと思うので、今度は何かアンプルを入れて使ってみたいかなと思いました。 続いてはもうこの子には本当にお世話になっておりますっていう感じです。ラ ロッシュ ポゼ シカプラスト リペアクリームです。これはパンテノールっていうものが入っていて、パンテノール自体がやっぱ肌の修復力を上げてくれるっていうもの。あとはシカが入っているっていうものなので、皮脂で潤んでもニキビにもなりにくいし、私はですね毛穴の開きも逆に塗っている方が安定するんですよね。別のものを使うと日焼けじゃないですけどちょっと顔に赤みみたいな、私皮脂がちょっと多くなると赤く顔がなるっていう特徴がありまして、そういったこともないしこれ1本持っていけば、手とか首とか全身をケアできるんですよね。なので今回移動も多かったっていうのもあるので、もうこの1本を丸々使ったっていう感じになります。 1回ちょっとこっちを置いといてスキンケアを終わらせたいので、最後スキンケアはこちらですね。ロート製薬のケアセラAPの高保湿クリームラップマスクです。クリームラップマスクってシートマスクではないんですよ。本当にクリームマスクなんですね。ケアセラ自体は8種類の天然セラミドを入れていて、炎症を抑えるようなセラミドも入っているんですよ。セラミドってさっきアスタリフトの話をした時に油分に結構溶けますって言ったので、これは本当にクリームです。水分というよりはクリームなんですね。じゃあなんでこれが良かったかっていうと、私今回本当に出張が多かったんですよ。なのでどちらかというと皮脂も出るんだけど、乾燥をめちゃめちゃするっていうところだったので、シートマスクは水分じゃなくて油分も足していきたい。8種類の天然型のセラミドというのは炎症を抑えるセラミドも入っているので、多分東京で毎日使うと私にはトゥーマッチだったと思うんですけれども、ちょうど2,3枚余っていたものを今回の旅でちょっと移動が多い、その日の夜とかに使っていくと回復が早いなと思ったので、これからの夏使うかって言われたら正直はてなマークなんですが、また長時間のフライトの時とかにはちょっと使いたいかなと思うので、今回使い切ったっていうのはちょっとイレギュラーだったかもしれない。私のお肌質にはちょっとイレギュラーだったかもしれないんですけれども、乾燥肌の人だったりとかにはすごくいいんじゃないかなと思って、こちらも使い切ったっていう形でご紹介をしました。 そして最後はちょっとこれ使い切ったらどうか、中身が見えないんですが、こちらモイスチュア リペア ヘアセラムになってます。これは髪の毛につける美容液で、つけて4分待たなきゃいけないっていう、ちょっとめんどくさいかなって最初使った時は思ったんですけれども、これを使っていると髪のまとまりっていうのがものすごく楽なんですね。何回も言ってるように今回本当に移動が多かったんですよ。飛行機の中で髪がパサついたりとか広がったりとか、髪の毛の状態もあんまり良くない。でもその中で自分でヘアセットしなきゃいけないっていう時に、これをつけて寝ていると朝起きた時にそんなに広がってないから、スタイリングしやすいんですよね。あとどうしても長いとこの辺がパサついていると、ちょっと年齢を感じちゃうんですよね。なのでそういったことを感じさせなかったっていうことで、ちょっと大きいし4分も待たなきゃいけないから、旅行に持って行くにはうーんとか思ったんですが、持って行ってよかったなと思うし、この1,2ヶ月しっかりと使って改めてやっぱり髪の通り。シャンプーもいいもの使ってるっていうところもあるかもしれないんですが、シャンプー終わってトリートメントも終わって、タオルドライした後にこれをしっかりとつけて4分待ってからドライをする。そうすると朝起きた時の本当に、まとまりとあと一番は広がりです。広がりが違うので、そういった意味では本当にこれからちょっと湿気が多い時期にもなってきて、髪の毛も広がっていくだろうなと思うので、今後も使い切っていきたいなと思っております。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。今日はドラッグストアにフォーカスを当てて、友利新が本気で使い切ったドラッグストアコスメっていうことでご紹介しました。これがよかったっていうのだったらデパコス編とかもやっていきたいなと思うので、よかったらチャンネル登録、あとはコメント書いていただいたり、こういうのを見たいよっていうものを書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori. Today I want to introduce 5 drugstore cosmetics that I, Arata Tomori, seriously used up completely! I currently use various types of skincare products, but I really love drugstore cosmetics, and this time I'd like to introduce the ones I've used up completely. I've lined them up here, and I think many of you may have used some of these, or I've explained some of them on my YouTube channel before. Is there anything that catches your interest? Let's start with the first one. The first item is this: Astalift White Jelly Aquarysta. You can see the bottom is visible - there's just a tiny bit of red left, so I'll use it up since it would be a waste to throw it away. It has this jelly-like texture. Originally there was a product called Jelly Aquarysta, and this White Jelly Aquarysta is the version that added the whitening active ingredient arbutin. What's amazing about this is that it contains nano-sized ceramide. You might think "it's just nano-sized, so what?" but as I've always said, I have very dry-prone skin. Some of you might be tired of hearing this, but ceramide doesn't dissolve well in water - it dissolves somewhat when oil is added. So when you want to balance the skin barrier function and want to add ceramide, but you have dry skin like me, depending on the formulation base, it can become sticky or become too much. When you want the ceramide ingredient but don't want the oil agents needed to dissolve it, this product is nano-sized so it can be dissolved in water-soluble products while keeping the oil content to an absolute minimum. It's perfect for people who want ceramide but don't want stickiness, and it properly aligns the cells of the stratum corneum. By doing so, the barrier function is properly regulated, right? Another thing is that our skin cells naturally shed when the stratum corneum becomes thick enough - enzymes cut it and it sheds off, but this function declines as we age. This product contains ingredients that support this process, so when excess keratin is removed, since the old cells are gone, it promotes turnover like creating a new "shoe bag" for the cells, so to speak. So in the sense of making the skin moisturized again, while it supplies ceramide, it also contains ingredients that help normalize the turnover process that creates these cells and ceramide. Not only that, but astaxanthin has powerful antioxidant properties, so it helps with skin whitening, and arbutin suppresses melanin production, so this product regulates barrier function while also providing strong antioxidant power and whitening effects. The texture is really gentle for those of us with dry skin. So I apply this first, and I also use another product with rice power as an initial treatment - just with this and the initial essence, my skin becomes really moisturized. So I've been using this a lot during this time when it's getting hot in summer but dryness still continues. Next is this one: M-Cure Derma Essence 02. There's also an 01 version, but I used up the 02. I actually explained this one a little while ago - in detail, it contains something called penetrating-type PDRN. Normally, PDRN has a very large molecular weight and doesn't penetrate well. That's why we doctors administer it via injection, but they developed a penetrating-type PDRN that, while not quite as effective as injection, has technology that allows it to properly penetrate the skin better than regular products when applied topically. This is what's blended in, and you're supposed to add various other ingredients to it - for example vitamin C, panthenol, or reduced glutathione, niacinamide, and other "shots" of your choice. But I didn't add any shots this time. Why? Because I really wanted to know how much I could feel the effects of this penetrating-type PDRN on my skin by itself. I originally wanted to add panthenol or niacinamide, but I dared not to, and used up one bottle of this essence containing what I believe is the highest concentration of penetrating-type PDRN. Honestly, my impression is that it's not something that changes things immediately, but I had a lot of business trips this month and last month. So I went to cold places and hot places and various other locations, so my skin tended to fluctuate a bit, but I feel like that didn't happen as much this time, so I have high expectations for this. The best thing about PDRN is really its skin-repairing power. I really want to repair my skin right now. Whether it's from fatigue, or the fact that I'm currently in menopause where female hormones gradually decrease - female hormones also work to suppress inflammation, so as my female hormones are probably gradually decreasing, combined with being busy and the stress of traveling, my body tends to lean toward inflammation. In times like these when I want to suppress that inflammation while also repairing my skin - also, while there's sebum, moisture levels decrease, and PDRN is what raises that moisture. So in that sense, even though I was busy, I feel like there was less of that "deflated" feeling in my skin, so next time I'd like to try adding some kind of ampoule to use with it. Next is one that I've really relied on - La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Repair Cream. This contains panthenol, and panthenol itself boosts the skin's repair power. It also contains Cica, so even if it gets a bit oily from sebum, it doesn't easily lead to acne, and for me, pore visibility is actually more stable when I use this. When I use other products, I get something like a flush - not quite sunburn, but my face gets a bit red when I have more sebum, but I don't have that issue with this. Also, if I bring just this one product, I can take care of my hands, neck, and whole body. So since I traveled a lot this time, I ended up completely using up this one tube. Let me set this aside for a moment to finish up the skincare part - the last skincare item is this: Rohto's Cure Sera AP High Moisture Cream Wrap Mask. This cream wrap mask isn't a sheet mask - it's really a cream mask. Cure Sera itself contains 8 types of natural ceramides, including ceramides that help suppress inflammation. As I mentioned earlier when talking about Astalift, ceramide dissolves well in oil, so this is really more of a cream. It's more of a cream than a moisture product. So why was this good? Because I really had a lot of business trips this time. So it was more about producing sebum but also experiencing severe dryness, so I wanted to add oil rather than moisture with a sheet mask. The 8 types of natural ceramides include ones that suppress inflammation, so if I used this every day in Tokyo, it would probably be too much for me, but I happened to have 2-3 sheets left over, and using them at night when I was traveling a lot on this trip, I felt like my skin recovered faster. Whether I'll use this going forward in summer, honestly I have my doubts, but I think I'd like to use it again during long flights, so using this up completely this time might have been a bit unusual - it might have been a bit unusual for my skin type, but I think it would be really good for people with dry skin, so I introduced this as something I used up completely as well. And finally, I wonder if I really used this up - you can't see the contents, but this is the Moisture Repair Hair Serum. This is a hair essence that you apply and then need to wait 4 minutes, which I thought was a bit troublesome when I first used it, but when I use this, my hair becomes so much easier to manage. As I've mentioned many times, I traveled a lot this time. My hair got frizzy and spread out on the airplane, and my hair condition wasn't great overall. But in times like these when I have to style my own hair, if I apply this and sleep, when I wake up in the morning my hair isn't as frizzy, so it's easier to style. Also, when the ends get frizzy no matter what, it makes me feel a bit older. So the fact that this didn't make me feel that way - even though it's a bit bulky and you have to wait 4 minutes, so I was hesitant about bringing it on my trip, but I'm glad I brought it. Using this properly for the past 1-2 months, I've really noticed the smoothness of my hair again. It might be partly because I'm using good shampoo too, but after finishing shampoo and conditioner, after towel-drying, I apply this thoroughly and wait 4 minutes before drying. Then when I wake up in the morning, the smoothness and especially the lack of frizz is really different. The frizz control is different, so in that sense, as we head into the more humid season and hair tends to frizz more, I want to continue using this up as well. So, what did you think?
