皆さんこんばんは、友利新です。今日寒かったですね。皆さんあのお風邪などひいていらっしゃらないでしょうか。でももう世の中そう春ですよ。春、春、春。今日ちょっとあのお花もすごい春っぽいし、もう春物の新作のがもう結構できた感じですよね。あのファンデーションとかもそうだし、メイク用品結構みんななんか出ている感じで、今日も私も最近なんかちょっとピンクに目覚めて、今年はやっぱりピンクがすごいいっぱい出ていて。で多分でもいろんな方が紹介しているので、あそ美保さんとかもポストしていて、この前ちょうど美保さんとご飯食べた時にもこの話になって、今今ルナソルにはまってるみたいな感じで、ルナソルの熱い話をしてたんですけれども、私もあの漏れずですね、3月発売のルナソルがすごく可愛くって、そっからなんかちょっとピンクのアイシャドウはもともとピンクアイシャドウピンク好きだったんですけれども、なんかより洗練されたピンクとベージュのなんか色にちょっとハマっている感じでございます。 急に何を話してるんだみたいな感じですけど、皆さんどうですか。そうなので今日は原点に戻り、白原点というか、実は先週すごい桜だったじゃないですか。あの桜がすごいまだ満開で咲いてるんですよ。でなので桜を満開のものだけにしようかなと思ったんですけど、やっぱりまた新しい方がいいかなと思って、全く違う、なんかなんだろう。ちょっとあのミスリオールみたいな感じのなんか色合いじゃないあかん、私のイメージね。なんかそういう感じの色にしました。 そう、今日猫の日なんですよね。2月22日。あの、リピーターコロナ療養から復活、仕事復帰しました。こう衣装ほどの元気にしてまさよかった。ちょっと心配してたんですね。なかなかね、ちょっとこういう所がないというだけでいいですよ。かったよかった。安心しました。 えっと何を言ったっけ。そう、乳液。あのだいたい化粧水乳液で終われる方というのはあの自分で油分が出せるタイプで、乳液というのは化粧水とあの水と油がちゃんと混ざっているものなので、やっぱり油分がクリームとかに比べては少ないんですね。なので乳液で乾燥するという方は、乳液クリームって重ねてもいいですけど、乳液の代わりにクリームという風に、別のあのなんていうのかな。あの保湿感の油分をね加える保湿に変えてみているといいかなと思います。 先週のキャスターの会拝見しました。古市さんと喋っていましたね。 そうなんですよ。あの前回先週あのここで実はの、今週末でますというのはキャスターの会だったので、ちょっとなんか言いたかったんですけど、言いすぎごめんなさい。なんか私も以外に、私も以外って誰なんですけど、実は敏老市さん初めましてで。なんとなく私は画面でなんか拝見してるし、なんとなくこう知り合いはたくさんいるんですけど、共通のお会いしたことはなくて。なんかちょっと怖い人なのかって思ったんですよ。なんとなくねイメージ的に、私みたいななんか美容とか一切興味ないのかなと思ってたら、結構あの美容もお好きでいらっしゃったみたいで、すごい話が弾んで、なんか面白い方だなぁと思ったので、とても楽しかったです。ってあの萌えさんも実は同い年で、子供が3人いたりとか共通点もたくさんあるので。あんなんかのね、以前から共演もさせてもらってたので、あのもうロケ自体がすっごい楽しくて、実は次の音お尻がもう決まってて、もこの時間だけですって、という時間決まってたんですけど、時間が決まれなかったらが永遠に3人で喋ってられたかなっていう感じで、たすごい楽しかったです。 あんなんがね、歯ぎしりがひどくて、初めてエラボトックスしました。効果あるといいなぁってね。あるといいというか、あの結構私の患者さんとか、私もそうなんですけど、結構歯ぎしりがある人があのエラボトックス打つと楽になる方多いです。 はい。でなんかやっぱり美容医療って最初やるときって一番なんかこうなんだろう、怖いなって思うと思うんですけども。まあ私の中で注入、特にボトックスとかはもう何だろう、ほんと美容室で髪の毛をそのなんていうのかな、染める感覚と同じなんか、ボトックスをわざわざ今日ボトックスやりましたみたいな感じはもうなんかないかなーっていう感じかな。 先生こんばんは。先週も質問したのですが、眼圏黄色紙の治療したいので、近くの皮膚科に電話して聞いたら液体窒素で取れますと言われた。取れと言われました。レーザーでなく液体窒素でも大丈夫なんでしょうか。 もちろん大丈夫ですけれども、で液体窒素だと慣れているところじゃないと、ちょっと色素沈着になることがあるので、その辺だけちょっと気をつけてください。多分言われると思うんですよね。なので液体窒素でも取ることはできますが、ちょっとダウンタイムが長い可能性があのあります。 えっ先月糸リフトを入れました。口の中から入れ。口の愛と口の中から入れました。びっくりした。 あ、それは全先生によるし、あとはその人の何も良いと入れたかかなで、も普通あんまり口の中から入れないけどね。肩ボトックス、違うんですよ。方じゃないんですね。 なんかも基本私がボトックス入れるときって、おでこか眉間かエラか目尻ですよね。なんですが、別のところにちょっと今入れたいなぁと思ってます。米髪はボトックスを打たないな。米髪もし入れるとしたらヒアルロン酸かな。でも以前ヒアル入れてから。まあ私の中ではもちろんなくなってはいると思うんですけど、なんかどうせ前髪に隠れてるんですよ。結果だからまあいっかなぁと思ってます。 だからこの鼻先にボトックスを打つと、要はこうこうする筋肉がわかる。鼻をこうするこうする筋肉が動かなくなるので。笑って、笑った時、笑った時って鼻のこの子このあたりこの筋肉が動くから、ここここに、ここじゃなくてここに入れる。ここに入れるとここは上がらなくなるからガミガミーの人はいいのかもしれないけど、ガミーじゃない人はなんかこんな悪い方になっちゃう。でも鼻先だと本当に、膨らみの筋肉を抑えるだけだか、ちょっと小さくなるんですよ。なんかちょっとそれやりたいなって今私が思っています。 乾燥肌の人におすすめのクリームはたくさんあの動画でご紹介しているので、よかったら見てみてください。 エラボトックス3回受けてもアギシレがなくならないっていうのが、ちょっとどれぐらいのものを入れたかなのかな。通常だったら私だったら50単位、50単位入れて、そこからまた1ヶ月後に様子を見て、どれぐらいまた入れるか。はい。まぁでも2、3回でだいぶ小さくなると思うんですけれどもね。 赤ちゃんのおむつかぶれ予防は、基本的にはちゃんと洗って保湿をすることです。あのまた自分のところで申し訳ないんですけれども、私はあの自分の息子のためにメディスキンというブランドをプロデュースしているので、よかったらメディスキンで検索してみてください。一応もうかぶれてるんだったら絶対病院に行ってください。スキンケアで赤ちゃんももちろん大人もそうですけれども、かぶれてるとか何かトラブルがあるものをスキンケアで治すということはできません。あの薬じゃないからこれはもうほんと皆さん覚えておいてください。なので赤ちゃんもかぶれてたら絶対に小児科か皮膚科に連れて行ってください。 予防であれば季節にもよりますけど、今の季節だったらあんまり油が出るということないので、お尻の周りとかにうんちとかおしっこがついちゃうとかぶれしちゃうので、ちょっとあのメディスキンはバームを出しているので、バームでちょっとその付着しないように、お尻のところだけ塗ってあげるとかっていうのもいいと思います。 男も美容とか興味持つべきでしょうか。 美容というと例えばメイクとかそういったものを美容ってするんだったら別にそこまでじゃないかもしれないんですけど、スキンケアというのは見出し並み。例えば歯を磨くのと私は一緒だと思うんですよね。歯を健やか肌を健やかに保つ。だから顔洗ったら保湿をする、乳液をつけるとかお化粧つけるっていうのは私は美容というかスキンケアだと思う。それは男性もやった方がいいと思うんですが、それをまたプラスしてファンデーションを塗るとか眉毛を整えるとか髭の脱毛をするとか、そういったところはその人の好みかなとは思います。ただ肌を健康に保っていきたい、肌を若々しく見せたいっていう意味であれば、男性も美容、要はスキンケアするべきだと思います。 眉間の横じわが深いのが悩みです。 スキンケアだともうできちゃってるんだったら難しいので、これ以上進ませないようにするって言うと、眉間だとやっぱりその表情から来てるもんだと思うので、リンクルショットか、あとはレチノールが入っているエリクシールとかがいいかなと思います。 今日はワンピースです。これ。今日はワンピースです。 メディスキンのボディーソープもおすすめです。ありがとうございます。 でも今期の化粧品もそうだし、ファンデーションもそうだし、下地もそうだし、UVももちろんそうなんだけど、いろんなメーカーさんを聞いていると、もちろん成分というのにもいろいろ研究している研究員さんたくさんいるんですけれども、膜を張るとか膜を強くするとか、そういった私たちは目に見えない、私たちが感じるというのはあんまり分からないんだけれども、その膜を強固にすることによって、化粧崩れがしにくいとか、UVを跳ね返すとか、乾燥を防ぐとか、そういったことのテクノロジーがすごく進んでるんですよね。だから今までは成分成分成分成分できたんだけれども、この機能性というのが高まっていることが多いなって思います。 これがやっぱり日本の化粧品の技術の高さかなって思っていて。もちろん外国製のものもすごくたくさんいいものあるんですけれども、やっぱり自分たちの研究所があってしっかりと研究していると、成分だけじゃなくてそういう技術内容も濃くなってくるので、ただ同じ成分を入れてるんじゃなくて、そこにプラスアルファの技術が乗ってきてるっていう製品がめちゃくちゃ多いなって思います。 オルビスはクッションファンデも出てクッションファンデと同じ下地も出るんですよね。そのクッションファンデもすごく一瞬パッと見た時に濃いって思ったの私だけど、塗ってみるとそんなに濃い感じじゃなかったし、なんか思いっきりツヤではない。正直言うとすごくツヤツヤではないんだけれども、自然なナチュラルな補正効果かなと思います。 韓国のスキンケア商品で成分がすごいなと思った商品はありますか。 そうですね。あれどこだった。アモーレパシフィックの系列だったと思うんですけど。ラネージュさんだったかな。今日マットコスメに私今日あっ トコスメに行ったんですよ。なぜかというと後でお話しするんですけど、その時にもあってラネージュだったと思うんですけども、独自のヒアルロン酸を持っているところがあって。もともとラネージュはラネージュだよね。私また嘘ついてたらあれだから適当なこと、ラネージュだと思うなちょっと待ってね。ラネージュ。あ、そうそうそうそうこれこれこれこれこれだよね。あ、そうそうそうこれやね。私間違ってないね。そう、まずラネージュって何だけれども、なんていうのかな。そう、ブルーヒアルロン酸。ブルーヒアルロン酸っていうものをそこを持っていらっしゃって、それがやっぱりそのヒアルロン酸というとロートだったりとか、そういうところの研究もすごいされていました。じゃあまとめをちょっとシーズン一番最後に。なんか他にも取れてますね。ヒアルロン酸というとロートだったりとか、そういうところの研究もすごく進んでるんですけれども、このラネージュのヒアルロン酸って確かアモーレパシフィックの酸化なんですよ。アモーレパシフィックって本当にもう、アジアでも素晴らしい研究所を持っているところなので、そこのブルーヒアルロン酸というところのものが、ちょっといいなって思っています。 韓国コスメでいうと、目の下の皮膚が薄くて張りがないのですが、おすすめのアイクリームはありますか？ 目の下の皮膚が薄いっていうことは、やっぱりハリを出した方がいいと思うので、レチノール系がいいと思います。なのでやっぱり私はエリクシールをおすすめします。 フェイスラインのニキビ治療を保険適用内で頑張っていましたが、限界と言われてしまいました。慈悲はお財布の方が限界で悩んでいます。もしそうだったら一回婦人科に行って、もし今お母さんをご希望でないのであれば、低容量のピルとかフェイスラインにはいいと思うので、もし今そこで悩んでいる方が東京の方だったら、私は東京でニキビとか毛穴だったら、2大巨匠がいるんですよ。 まず1人は青山皮膚科の亀山先生。もう1人は多分長婦だったと思うんですけど、藍澤先生という先生がいて、その2人はどちらかというと亀山先生はビタミンCの権威で、もうなんか日本の大家かなって私は思っているぐらいで、毛穴とかにはめちゃめちゃ特化している、本当に素晴らしい先生だと思う。藍澤先生は確かもともと医学だったかなの先生で、第三病院かなんかにいたんですよね。おっと、ごめんなさい。私が間違ってなかったとしたら、藍澤先生、もともとサーフ人化をされていて、そこからやっぱりホルモンのバランスに、あとそれから皮膚科に転科されて、でホルモンバランスと皮膚、ニキビっていうことを研究されて、今では当たり前だと思われているんだけれども、もう15、6年前かなやっぱり男性ホルモンが多少、女性にも多少あるんだけど、それが優位になるとフェイスラインにニキビが、できるということをちゃんと発表した先生で、私も実は通ったことがあるの。私は確か先生が第三病院にいらっしゃった時かなに、私はまだ大学1年生とかでわざわざ行って、で今では当たり前の薬なんですけれども、それを出してもらったことがあって。なのでもし東京にお住まいであれば、亀山先生か、でその保険内で、保険内というかあまりそんなに、レーザーとかピーリングとかが好きじゃない、っていうんだったら、もう亀山先生か藍澤先生かの二択だと思います。もちろんうちのクリニックに来ていただければ、私は結構レーザーとかピーリングとかを、積極的にしたい派なのでそっちでもいいし、だけど飲み薬とか塗り薬で何とかしたいという方は、この2人が絶対もう本当に素晴らしいと思います。 何を持って大丈夫かって言われるとあれなんですけれども、理論上はちゃんと塗った方がいいですよね。だって薄く塗ったら結局塗っても意味がないから。でもじゃあ数分があのじゃあしたら何かが起こるかというと、そうではないですよね。だけれどもそういう分があの積み重なっていくとシミになる可能性はあると思うので、たったせっかく塗ってるんだったら、ちょっと適量塗ったほうがいいんじゃないかなと思います。だけど数少なく塗ったからと言って、明日シミができますとかではないので。ただやっぱりもういつも言うのは、日焼けっていうのは定期貯金である日満期になった時に、シミとかシワが出てくるから、それをご自身がどう捉えるかかなーって思います。 エピデュオなじ風呂でニキビ跡を治りますか？ ニキビ跡の跡が赤なの、赤いニキビ跡なのか、へこみなのかにもよりますけど、それだけで難しいかなぁと思います。 あほら舌下両方を娘が3年やり、花粉症の症状がなくなりました。ほらそういうことですよ。 枕は私はあの布団の西川さんで作ってもらいました。YouTubeでもご紹介しましたが、枕で顔は大きくはならないと思いますね。 リファのシャワーヘッドで顔用のミスト機能で顔を洗うのはいいですか？ ごめんなさい、私リファのシャワーヘッドの顔用のミストを使ったことがないんですけど、ダメってことはないんじゃないですかね。別に。 何が何でも日焼け止めを浴びるぐらい塗ったらシミができなくなりました。素晴らしいですね。 どんなに気を使って清潔にして、日焼け止めを塗ってもニキビが繰り返し、病院に行きましょう。も、絶対病院に行ってやるべきです。ニキビはスキンケアだけでどうにかするってことはもう不可能なんですよ。やっぱり治療が必要です。だから絶対皮膚科に行きましょう。 レーザートーニングとピコトーニング、どっちがいいということはあるのでしょうか？ I've heard of cases where symptoms were reduced with this therapy. But sublingual therapy requires consistent treatment over years, so since it hasn't been done for that long, I don't have much experience seeing hay fever in my practice - it's not really my specialty as an esthetician or dermatologist. I usually just use my sister's milk type with face powder. Well, you should buy both a base sunscreen and a reapplication sunscreen. Shaking and reapplying won't work.
