みなさんこんばんは、友利新です。ご無沙汰しております。2週間ぶりに、みなさんどうでしょうか。由美さんがルナソルの新しいジェル洗顔すごいっていう、オンライン体験会があったんですね。本当に私がいつも思うのは、そういったものをみなさんが見る機会は少ないと思うんですけど、そういう体験会があって見るっていうのはすごくいいですよね。みなさん美的、買っていただけましたでしょうか。この浜辺みなみちゃんのかわいいですね。こちらこの前インスタライブもやらせてもらいましたが、結構いいものを揃えたでしょう。結構ね、そうなんですよ。みなさんこんばんは。でもなかなかもう売ってないらしくて、美的が。もしかしたらお近くの本屋さんで売っている方いらっしゃるかもしれないんですが、もう売り切れているそうでございます。 あと今日かわいいですよね。ケイト・ローズさんが今日は3月に出てくださっております。もうちょっとね、みなさん来てから梅の花と、あとやっぱりケイト・ローズさんって、ケイト・ローズさんというのは、バラ専門店ですから何回も言うんですけど、今回は2種類くださっています。まずピンクの方がシルバーピンクというお花で、ちょっと赤っぽいものがバラ桃色というのがあるんです。かわいいですよね、お名前が。 こっちが桃の花でしょ。ときわがマズミというのが、このなんかちょっとふわふわっとした。こちらがときわがマズミというお花と、こちらが桃色ちゃんです。バラ桃色ちゃんです。で、こっちがシルバーピンクになります。すっごいかわいいですよね。やっぱりね、色が。 なので私も、今日はちょっと、白、今日は実は後で日テレに上がると思うんですけど、私にとっては今日はすごく記念すべき日でございまして。なので今日はもう、いっちょらの白のジャケットを着ていったので、なんか自分の中では、すごい今日という日を送るのを待ち望んでいた日でもありますので、そんな白に、なんかちょっとピンクで。なのでリップとかはピンクで合わせてみたりしております。 お花かわいい。ありがとうございます。ドクターKのクリーム雑誌の発売日からお試し中です。ゆみさんどうですか？どこの本屋さんも完売で、取り寄せも不可でした。ほんとすごい。発売日に買いました。付録すごくよかったです。先生この間お会いしたときに教えてもらったNARSのチーク960番買いました。キラキラしてめっちゃいいですね。教えてくれてありがとうございます。 ノリピンさんこの前クリニックに来てくださって、私がちょうどやってたチークどこのですかって聞いたので、NARSの960番ですというふうにお話ししたので、もう買ってくださったんですね。いいですよね、あれね。ドクターK気になったの嬉しいです。 もうね、実はドクターK、もうこの新作のものになるんですが、付録をつけるにあたってちょっとまだパッケージができていないものを実は私いただいたんですよ。これをちょっとどうしても入れたいというふうなもので、まだ発売前だから使ってみないとわかんないじゃないですか。だからちょっとお願いして試供品みたいなものをいただいたんですけど、本当に同じ大きさのものなんですけども半分以上なくなってしまって、このクリームが苦手な私がそれぐらい本当に大好きなクリームになっています。 あとはDEWだったりとか、あとはFASもそうですし、あとはクラランスもそうだし、ソフィーナIPも全て自分が好きなものばっかりが入っているので、自分としても本当は2つぐらい欲しかったんですけど、そうもいかないというか、なかなか売り切れが続出しておるものでして、なかなかね、いっぱい自分でも買えればいいんだけどなぁとか思ったんですけど。 でもうちのクリニックにもしっかりあって、もちろんラロッシュポゼは言うまでもないんですけれども、全部のブランドさん、ドクターK系、そしてFAS、DEW、ソフィーナIP、そしてクラランス、もう全部自分の好きなブランドが入っているので、自分としてはもうこれ以上ないなっていうような感じです。皆さんどれが一番気に入りましたか？ 初詣に買いました。ドクターK系気になってたので嬉しい。皆さん本当そうやって言っていただけるとめちゃくちゃ私も嬉しいです。先生後ろのゲランの香水増えました？若干増えてますね。でも皆さん知ってました？私ゲランのハンドソープがディスコンになったらしいんですよ。 私先週銀座6に行って、いつもそこで銀座6の地下のゲランで買い物するんですけど、普通に行って、その日は一番下の娘と買い物に行っていたので、娘と一緒に行って、娘さんにちょっと座ってなみたいな感じで、いつものあのママのいい匂いの、買いに行こうねなんて言って行ったら、ともりさん実はって言われて、あれ実はもうディスコンねって言われて、マジですかと思ってちょっと倒れそうになって、いろんなところやって、なんか1個だけ売ってるところがあって、でもそれもなんか別のユニオンみたいなところだったんですけど、それを買い占めました。 そんな私でございます。でもやっぱり私の中でゲランは香水を目覚めさせてくれたブランドでもあるので、私の中で本当にすごく、そういう意味ではとても、なんていうのかな、忘れ、なんていうの、やっぱり印象深いブランドかなと思います。 美的ゲットできず、ドクターKは脂性肌でもいいですか？使いたいです。もちろん、というかもうドクターK自体が毛穴とかニキビ肌に寄り添ってくれているブランドで、正直私そこからクリームが出るって思ってたんですけども、使ってみると本当に、こういう感じ、一瞬柔らかそうなんですけれども、塗ると全然ベタベタしなくて、むしろ肌に塗って、朝塗って、メイク乗りも良くなるし、やっぱりトラネキサム酸がしっかり入っているからか、肌のバリア機能をしっかり整えてくれるような感じ。赤みをすごく均一にしてくれるっていうイメージですね。 もちろん、DEWのクリームも、どちらかというとDEWのクリームは内側からパーンと張って、水分をしっかりと上げていくっていうような、しぼんだ肌をパーンとするような感じですけど、ドクターK系は赤みだったりとか毛穴だったりとかっていう色ムラを良くしてくれるっていうクリームで、どっちも正直、脂性肌の人、もちろんニキビがいっぱいあって、ギトギトしてニキビですみたいな人にはクリームはどんなクリームも私はあまりお勧めできないんですけれども、ちょっと脂性肌だけど保湿もしたいっていう人にはどのクリームも最適かなと思っています。 あ、ラロッシュポゼティント買いました？結構このラロッシュポゼティントも皆さんには好評で、今までトーンアップのものだとちょっと白っぽくなりすぎちゃったっていう人には結構いいですし、やっぱり近赤外線というものをしっかりカットしてくれるので、肝斑が気になる人にもすごくいいかなと思います。 リニューアルのために一旦なくなりますであってほしいんですよ、ゲランは本当に。こんばんはゲランは夜間飛行とシャリマーが好きですっていう。シャリマーは私の中では本当にお金持ちになる香りだと勝手に思っているので私も好きです。 コスメデコルテの新しいクリーム？コスメデコルテの新しいクリーム？コスメデコルテの新しいクリームってなんだっけ？美白じゃなくて？クリーム？コスメデコルテのあれか、コスメデコルテのクリームなんだっけ？ごめんなさい私の方がまだわかってないかも。 コスメデコルテのクリーム。今ちょっと確認しますね。コスメデコルテのクリーム。コスメデコルテ。それいつ発売のやつですかね？ちょっと1回確認します。なんかピンクのやつでしたっけ？あ、そう。コスメデコルテのUV。あ、イドラのやつですよね。クリーム。ピンクのやつですよね。 そのラロッシュポゼトーンアップにもその機能備わるようにならないですかね？色はやっぱりティントよりもトーンアップの方が好き。まあ、やっぱりイドラか。いつも春夏はSK-IIのスキンパワーエッセンスクリームを使っているのですが、白い用機能を買うか迷っています。アラフォー乾燥肌の夏だけ使ってみる。 まあ、夏だけ使ってみるのもいいかもしれないですね。メンバーの人が多すぎて一元産を断り、そんなことないですよ。全然大丈夫ですよ。先生、ゲランのソープ、ディスコンの後の美容部員さんから聞いてました。教えてあげればよかった。今度から先生、あやのひながディスコンになればお知らせ。ぜひお願いします。 妊娠中でもエリクシールやドクターK系のレチノールの美容液や乳液のクリームを使用してもいいんですか？エリクシールは純粋レチノールですけれども、そこまで経皮吸収が強いものではないですし、ドクターK系のレチノールはレチノールの誘導体なので問題はないですね。 ただ、妊娠中ってやっぱりちょっと肌が敏感になりやすいので、赤ちゃんに何かというよりは赤くなる可能性が普通の人よりもちょっと高くなっているというふうに思っていただければいいかなと思います。妊娠中にあんまり取ってはいけないというのは、やっぱり飲むビタミンA。だから飲むビタミンAはちょっと上限が決まっていますけれども、塗るものは基本的には問題ないと思っていただければと思います。 お金持ちになる香り嗅いでみたいです。お店に思い切って行きたいけど緊張する。大丈夫だと思いますよ。イドラの青白系です。ちょっと私リリースだけチラッと見たんですけど、ちょっとちゃんと確認しておきます。 先日、第一子を出産しました。産院選びで質問した際、先生がNICUがあるところが言うのではとアドバイスをくださったおかげで、母子共に助かりました。助かりましたということは結構大変だったのかな。でもね、やっぱりお産って何が起こるかわからないので、自分は大丈夫と思っていても、やっぱりのためにNICUがある病院で産むか、NICUが近く、搬送先がちゃんとNICUのある病院で提携しているところで産むのが本当にいいかなと思います。 小森先生、こんばんはということで。こんばんはでございます。先生、薄いシミは何の治療がいいでしょうか。薄いシミには、やっぱりIPLとかではなかなか難しかったりすると、フラクショナルルビーとかもいいって言いますけど、だったら私は結構コツコツとピーリングとかをしながら、トーニングとかをしていくのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 先生、更年期で顔の骨が痩せてきた場合、たるみやボリュームを出すには病院で何が可能ですか？ボリュームを出すのであれば、やっぱりコラーゲンの生成を促すような感じがいいと思うので、例えば水分を入れてコラーゲンを増やすっていうようだったらLDMとか、あとはRFとかがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 骨をしっかりさせるというよりも、コラーゲンを増やしてふっくら感を出してあげるっていうところがいいんじゃないかなと思います。UV機能がある乳液でおすすめっていうのは、乳液って量が塗れないので、そんなにいいとはなかなか言えないんでしょうね。 乳液のさらさら感にUVが入っていても、それはUV効果はほぼないと思っていただいた方がいいと思います。乳液でもいっぱいつけられるんだったらいいんですけれども、なのでちょっと美容液がUVが入っているものっていうのはあれかな。ちなみにこの、たぶん後期の3月に発売になるUVというのがこれだと思うんですよ。 これUV、後期の美白UV乳液って書いてあるんですけど、たぶん質問者さんが思っている乳液ではなくて、もうほぼほぼクリームなんですよね。だからこれぐらいの美白乳液って書いてあっても、これぐらいのものであればほぼ日焼け止めクリームになるのでいいと思うんですけど、本当にシャバシャバのこういうような、本当にシャバシャバの乳液というものにSPFが入っていたとしても、あんまりUVは高くないと思っていただいた方がいいと思います。 これだったら石澤研究所のブライトニングデイケアUVなんですけど、これはグリチルレチン酸ステアリルが入っているので、石澤研究所の化粧水に入っているステアリルが入っているものになります。だから乳液って言ってもどちらかというとクリームっぽいテクスチャーかなと思うので、これはすごくいいのかなと思いますし、どちらかというと紫外線が当たることが多い人にはとってもいいと思います。 エストのザローションを購入しました。美容部員さんとお話で盛り上がりました。ありがとうございます。ドクターK導入浮遊液とABCリペアセラムを使っていて、保湿にオールインワンの安いやつを使っているんですけど、そのドクターKの薬用クリームはオールインワンを使わずにクリームという感じですかね。 ドクターK、ラロッシュポゼのティントと肝斑ちょっと詳しく教えてください。YouTubeのロングの動画でも出したと思うんですけれども、肝斑ができやすい40代から50代ぐらいの人というのは皮膚も薄くなってきていて、プラスアルファそこに近赤外線というものが入りやすいんですね。 この近赤外線というものが肝斑の悪化につながるので、それをカットできるフィルターが入っているというのが今回のラロッシュポゼのティントになります。若い人向け、もちろん若い人は使っちゃダメなわけじゃないんですけれども、より肝斑とかがある人に向けているというイメージですかね。 エクオールを飲むのは症状が出始めたらですか？いや、エクオールが作られていない人はいいと思います。お気に入りの美白美容液、今期は？そうですね、FASか、なんでかというと私トラネキサム酸結構好きなんですよね。FASはトラネキサム酸もある、ルブチンも入っているし、ビタミンも入っているから。 でもやっぱり処方とか、技術というテクノロジーでいくと、値段を関係なく言うんだったらクレド、でもやっぱりちょっとそこがなって言うんだったらコスメデコルテですかね。色付きUV、ラロッシュポゼのUVティントや新作のエリクシールのUVは日焼け止めとして使いますか？ 私は日焼け止め兼下地として使います。私は日焼け止め兼下地みたいな感じなので、日焼け止めとして塗って、下地は塗ってないですね。先生こん こんばんは。以前眉毛にアートメイクをしたのですが、施術から1週間。入浴の際に防水テープを貼り顔に水がかからないように拭き取るように言われました。ただテープを剥がすときにまぶたや周りの皮膚が引っ張られるようになってしまい、その負担が肌にかかるので拭き取りで1週間過ごすとニキビができてしまいます。 私はそんなにアートメイクした後に言われなかったです。私はアートメイクした後は、その日は顔洗わないようにって感じだったんですけど、翌日から別に普通に顔洗ってました。だから別にテープ貼ってないですね。なんかちょっと私がやったところとは違いますね。 そっか。妊娠線予防で、妊娠線予防というか、何でもいいんですよ、妊娠線予防って。なぜかというと、皮膚が急に伸びることがいけないので保湿するしかないんですね。だから妊娠線を予防できるクリームって書いてあっても、どんなクリームでもいいんです。 私は結構いろんなものを使うんですけど、私はメディスキンっていうベビーのスキンケアをプロデュースというか、私が社長で作ってるんです。これがメディスキンなんですけど、ちょうど自分が妊娠してる時にメディスキンの試作品を作ってたんですよ。 メディスキンのロングセラーのバームがあるんですけども、もちろんローション、ソープとローションとバームがあるんですけども、夏の時には、私7月、8月、9月と息子娘は7月、8月、9月に全員産んでるんですね。だからちょうど夏とか暑い時にお腹が大きくなってくる時にはローション塗って、あとはやっぱりちょっと痒みが出るので、皮膚が薄くなるとなるのでこのバームを塗ってました。なので自分の試作品を結構塗って、それでやってましたね。 私は不妊症の病気で低容量ピルを飲んでいて、更年期症状が早く出ています。汗がすごくて本当に辛いです。 そうですね、やっぱりエクオールが入っているサプリがいいんだと思います。エクオールの中にも大豆のエクオールとホップからできるエクオール、ホップオールみたいなものもあって、私は今までエクオール飲んでいるんですけども、ちょっとホップオールのものをご紹介いただいて今飲んでいます。 エクオールはどちらかというと、関節とかそういったホットフラッシュとか、ホップオールはどちらかというとメンタル的なものかなと思うので、寝汗は多分エクオールとかの方がいいのかなと思うんですけどね。 でもピタッと止まるというよりはゆっくりゆっくり。あと寝汗が本当にひどくて、例えば風邪ひいちゃうとか寝汗をかくことによって朝起きても不快っていうんだったら、サプリとかに頼らずに本当に更年期外来に行ってちょっとホルモン補充するのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 やっぱり更年期を和らげるためのサプリではありますけれども、止めるわけではないので、本当に更年期障害として症状が出ていらっしゃるのであれば、婦人科に相談するのがいいかなと思います。 急に口の横から顎あたりが赤くなって2ヶ月以上になります。何を使ったらいいですか？病院に行きましょう。これはもう病院に行った方がいいと思います。 話変わりますけど、ファンケルのサプリ飲んでます。パーソナルワンという検査が非常に気になっています。あのあれですか、老化細胞を除去するってやつですかね。私も飲んでます。だけどパーソナルワンという検査がちょっと分からないな。 そうですよね、アートメイク後にテープは私貼らなかったけどな。先生がご紹介していたファンケルのスキンコンディショニング洗顔使ってみました。香りも良くて洗いがりもスルスルで大満足です。いいですよね。 メンバーシップ入っていただいてありがとうございます。 皮膚科に行ったら顔が痒い。いつも使っているものなのに、もしかしたらやっぱり花粉とかそういう。いつも使っているものがピリピリするっていうのは、やっぱり何か炎症が起こっていると思うので、一旦やめたほうがいいのかもしれないですね。合わなくなったとかじゃなくてね。 パーソナルワンっていうのは自分に合うサプリが調べられるんだ。やりたいな、それは。 お子さんの息子がニキビ悩んでいます。ニキビ薬は使っているんですが、お勧めの治療はありますか？ やっぱり治療としたら、どこまでやりたいかにもよるんですけれども、やっぱりピーリングとか、あとはイソトレチノインの内服とか、あとは最近はアクビクリアっていうニキビ用の皮脂腺を破壊するようなレーザーもあるので、基本的にはピーリング、あとはイソトレチノインの内服っていうのからのほうがいいかなと思います。 定期的にTゾーンのほうがテカるのですが、脂性肌だと思いますよ。テカるっていうのは脂性肌、やっぱり皮脂が多くないとテカらないのでね。 ありがとうございます。先生の信者なので、ヨーロッパ産サプリはメディスキンのリニューアルを購入して飲んでいます。 だから上場をするって、鐘を叩きに行くんですよ、上場の、カンカンカンって。今日が鐘打式で、一応社外取締役として私行ってきて、証券取引所に行ってですね、初めましてですよ、証券取引所なんて。そこに行ってくるくるしながら、ここか、みたいな。 実はイノバセルっていうのは、オーストリアに培養センターがあるので、オーストリアからも先生がいらっしゃって、いつも取締役会っていうか、月に1回取締役会をするときにはオーストリアと日本なので、いつもズームなので初めましての先生と、もちろん英語で一応ご挨拶させていただいて、ここが証券取引所か、みたいなところで鐘をカンカンと鳴らしまして、そこでまた今日一つ上場をさせてもらって、夢が叶ったなって思っていて、やっぱりもちろん私は医者なので、そういったやっぱり皆さん悩んでいる、乾癬って本当になかなか皆さん言えない、尋常性乾癬はまだ少しずつ認知がありますけど、その膿疱性乾癬って実は悩んでいる方が500万人以上いるって言われていて、今までこれといった治療がなかった中、やっぱりそこにアプローチできる治療の薬剤の開発っていうのは本当に素晴らしいなと思っているので、そういったところもやっぱりそういう患者さんに寄り添う何かお仕事ができたらいいなっていうところで、今回イノバセルの上場というのは一つ私の夢が叶ったなとは思っているんですが、 もう一つやっぱりメディスキンというのも私の子供みたいな会社で、そこも自分の息子が生まれるって決まったときというか、妊娠したときにやっぱり赤ちゃんというかお母さんっていろいろ悩みをするじゃないですか、先ほどもね、レチノール使っていいですかとか湿疹ができましたとか、それに加えてやっぱり赤ちゃんのが絶対肌荒れするんですよ、どんな子も。 でもそういう赤ちゃんの肌荒れがちょっとでもなくなったらお母さんの悩みもちょっとでもよくなるかなと思って、当時はやっぱり洗うという文化しかなかったので、保湿をしていくということをやりたいなと思って、メディスキンというものを立ち上げて、もうちょうど息子も12歳になるので、もう一周期が一周したような感じになるんですけれども、 妊活中ですが湿疹の治療方法。妊活中だったらトラネキサム酸がちょっと飲めなくはないですけど、飲んでて妊娠が分かったら止めるっていうのが一番いいですかね。 先生、こんばんは。主人の日焼け止めで迷ってます。アネッサ、スキンケアアネッサか、NBって何でしょうか。月曜限定で3月にアネッサメンズが出ると言われました。 いや男性でもアネッサのパーフェクトUVスキンケアジェルでいいと思いますよ。 目に頭皮が、変わり目に頭皮が乾燥してふけが出る。そうしたらコラージュフルフルローションっていうのを使ったほうがいいと思います。 嬉しいのり、ピーさん、メディスキン発売当初から知っているので買わせてもらっていて私も嬉しいということで。すごい嬉しい。 あんにも乾癬ではないですがストレスで膿疱になったときはきつかったです。わー嬉しいですね。ありがとう。 まずエクセルのスキニーリッチシャドウが新しくなるので、それの今日ちょっとこっち、少しピンクっぽい、ピンクが少し入っているベージュにしてみました。SK07で、どちらかというとこの、これね、ちょっと白く見えますね。でもこの2つを使ってます。アイホールにこれ全体的に入れて、ちょっとキャラメイクをします。 で、あとチークは、これ3月1日に発売のこのファシオのこのチークが意外と可愛くてですね、ちょっとこれ血色感タイプ、失敗しにくいフェイスカラー、一応UVも入ってるんですよ。なのでこちらを使ってます。 UV、これだけでUVがっつりってわけじゃないんですけど、やっぱりどうしてもチークラインが、ちょっとこういうのを使ってます。 で、あと今日ね、すごい皆さんにご紹介したかったのが、これ、オールアワーズブルースクッションフェイスパウダーなんですよ。これフェイスパウダーと思うじゃないですか。最初ね、何か何も入ってないけどと思って、これ水分クッション、水分を足しながらパウダーっぽくテカリを抑えてくれるっていうものなんですよ。 で、ナイアシンアミドとかも入っていて、すごくオールアワーズっていう、オールアワーズっていう下地があって、その毛穴とかを埋めるような下地があったんですけど、それのお直しバージョン。だからテカリを本当に良くしてくれるっていうような感じ。これもすごく良かったです。 あとはリップが、ルージュココの124。これ結構可愛いです。マリーっていう名前のルージュココなんですけど、この色味が結構可愛くて、こちらを、一瞬赤にも見えるんですけど、塗るとこういう血色が良いベージュレッドみたいな感じになって、すごく良かったのでこれを今日は使いました。 明日インスタにも載せようと思うんですけども、今日のメイクをちょっとご紹介しました。そう、エクセルのカラー、リニューアル前のやつも使っています。めちゃくちゃ使いやすいですね。そう、これもサンローランのやつめちゃくちゃ、私最初、え、粉入ってないなと思いましたもん。 I'm using Doctor K treatment essence and ABC Repair Serum, and for moisture I'm using a cheap all-in-one, so should I use the Doctor K cream without the all-in-one? Doctor K, La Roche-Posay tint and melasma - could you explain in detail? I think I covered this in a longer YouTube video. For people in their 40s and 50s who tend to develop melasma, the skin has become thinner, and additionally, near-infrared rays are more easily absorbed. This near-infrared absorption worsens melasma, so the new La Roche-Posay tint includes a filter that blocks this. For younger people - not that younger people can't use it, but it's designed more for people with melasma issues. Should I drink Equol once symptoms start? No, if your body doesn't produce equol naturally. Your favorite whitening serum for this season? I'd say FAS, because I really like tranexamic acid. I was told to apply waterproof tape when bathing to keep water off my face and wipe gently.
