たら美白とシワ改善をしたかったらリサージ乾燥によるちりめんじわをなくしたくてちょっと本当に全体的に乾燥肌だったらコスメデコルテかなという感じですね。頬にアイロンが当たってしまって少し跡が残ってしまいました。今だったらやっぱり炎症性の色素沈着だと思うのでご美白ケアのものをした方がいいと思います。美白の美容液とかを塗った方がいいと思います。ノーメイクの日はありますか?家にいるときはノーメイクですね。ただ日焼け止めは必ず塗ってます、お家でも。フォルテ、アトピスマイルフォルテだったら一番何がいいって今までのライスパワーだとアルコールが多少入っていたのでそれがなしになっているところはすごくいいかなと思いますね。トラネキサム酸さんが入っているおすすめの美容液は?白。トラネキサム酸といえば白。ちょっと変わり種でいくと実は白っていうのは水溶性の成分なんですよ。だから白だったりトランシーノみたいにちゃんとした処方の技術で肌に浸透させるように処方しないとあんまり意味がなくてなのでプチプラでトラネキサム酸入っているって言ってももしかしたらあんまり聞いてないのかもしれないそこでいくと実はトラネキサム酸の誘導体というものを自社で開発して美白の有効性を取っているのがシャネルのル ブランシリーズなんですよ。だからトラネキサム酸の誘導体使用性のトラネキサム酸にしてに肌に浸透性をよくするっていうのがTXCっていうル ブランにしか入っていない成分なんです。それはとても素晴らしい成分なのでトラネキサム酸といえば白トランシーノですけど独自の誘導体にしているのはシャネルのル ブランシリーズですかね。先生が以前ご紹介し いていた美顔器は未来ですかね。シミがあっても大丈夫です。改善までは難しいとは思いますけれども、だってシミが取れる美顔器って多分ないと思うので、それは本当に医療用のレーザーとは違いますから。ただくすみとか、あとハリとか、あとはシミ予防とかにはなると思います。あと色ムラの予防にはなると思います。シミがポロッと取れるものはないですね。私アイス食べないんですよ。アイスが体に良い悪いとかじゃなくて、冷たい食べ物が苦手なんですよね。体が冷えるのが苦手なので。9月におでこの稗粒腫をレーザーで除去したのですが、またできてしまいました。定期的にレーザーをする必要性がありますか？そうですね。稗粒腫ってできやすい人とできにくい人がいるので、稗粒腫をレーザーで取るということが一番いいかなと思います。 頬のたるみ、毛穴が気になります。クリニックでピコフラクショナルかジュベルク、ヒアルロン酸注射をおすすめされました。比較するものでもないですが、先生はどちらがおすすめですか？うーん、どれくらいの、あ、でもジュベルク、たるみだったら、どっちでもない気がするんだけどな。言うたらピコフラクショナルかな。ジュベルクはどちらかというと、ヒステリシスのクレーター的な毛穴の方がいいから、それだったらピコフラクショナルかな。でもたるみだったら、私はRFの機械の方がいいと思いますね。 角質美容液を使った調子がいいのか、ブリアンさんは何人が角質美容液を使ったんだろう。ボディ用の日焼け止めは、こういう出してる時とかも、私外歩く時日傘をさしたり、あとは1枚羽織るんですよ。なんかお洋服で出てる首までは日焼け止め塗るんですけれども、普段は体には塗ってないですね。よっぽど外に出る感じじゃなければ、白で白班ができることはないと思います。だったら今頃もう大問題になってると思うので。 肌がピリピリしてしまって断念した。だったら、キュレルのカモミラETが入っているキュレル。キュレルだからいいんじゃないかなとか思うんですけど、いかがでしょうか？ 脇のボトックスをした後に、顔のボトックスはどれくらい期間を空けるのか？別に一度に大量にしない方がいいと思うんで。例えば脇を50単位だったとして、額を10単位とかだったら、同時期でもいいと思うんですけれども、単位数が100をあんまり超えないように。私は当日はしてますね。なのでどれくらいの単位数を入れるか、かなと思います。 ワンバイコーセポアクリアオイルは、私は大好きで、YouTubeでも解説してると思います。 50歳になって瞼が下がってきました。先生の目のケアは、私はここが狭い属なので、これが垂れてきたりとかすると大変なので、毎日アイクリームは塗っているんですけれども、最近のお気に入りは、私の個人的ベストコスメでもこれいいよって言ったのが、アルガスニュースバターのリッチアイクリームですね。それは私の中で今期すごいいいなと思って。ただAWで結構、これすごいなって思うアイクリームが、リオールとまだ情報解禁になってない。もう一個のところが、すごい幹細胞にアプローチで、すごいいい知見が出てたのが見たので、ちょっとまだそれは情報解禁になってないんですけど、情報解禁になったらすぐに皆さんにお知らせしたいんですけれども、来期だったらこの2つかなという感じで思ってます。 ジェネフィックを飲み始めて肌がきれいになった気がする。それはあると思いますよ。 頭や額の汗を抑えるんだったら、ボトックスがいいと思います。そう、やっぱり物理的な遮断が一番かなと思ってますね。 脂漏性角化症のレーザー治療は再発があると言われました。治す方法？やっぱり当ててみるのが正解して、必ず全員が全員が再発するわけじゃないので、ちょっとご相談にはなると思うんですけど、やってみた方がいいと思いますね。 肝斑がある顔にシミを取るためにフォトフェイシャルをしても大丈夫ですか？皮膚科の先生が見て、大丈夫だと判断してるんだったら、いいと思いますけれども、肝斑ってフォトフェイシャルでもレーザーでも、やっぱりこの、なんて言えばいいのかな、肝斑が活動期になっているときには、悪化する可能性はあるので、必ずトランシーノは一緒に飲みながらやった方がいいと思います。 飲み薬で汗を止めるっていうのは基本ないですね。皮脂を止めるのはありますが、汗を止める飲み薬はないですね。 同じ皮膚なのにどうして、顔だけスキンケアが必要なのでしょうか？それは皮膚の厚さだったりとか、あとは紫外線に当たる量が多いから、っていうところ。常にむき出しだからだっていうのは、多いと思いますね。 自分が何肌かよく分かりません。乾燥肌でもある気がします。だったら普通肌だと思う。乾燥肌よりの普通肌だと思う。皮脂が多い人だったら、絶対皮脂が多いって分かると思うので。 日焼け止め防止の飲み薬はないです。ドクター系のリピアセラムと薄めの美容液は、併用してもいいと思います。 メソナJは知ってます。というか導入の、うちにはないんですけど、同じようなもので、うちはエレクトロポレーションのまた別の機械があるんですけど、メソナJはエレクトロポレーションという、イオン導入よりもさらに浸透が良くなっている機械なので、今私は結構好きですけどね。エレクトロポレーションで導入するのは、乾燥があると、トランシーノとシナールが一番ベストです。 私、奄美ではないです。宮古島です。宮古島にいる頃から色白でしたか？宮古島にいる時には焼けてたと思いますね。中学校までしかいなかったので、何とも言えないですけど、中学校ってほら、基本黒いじゃない？基本黒いじゃない？でも色白ではあったとは思うんですけれども、人間自分が生まれた時の白さっていうんですか、それ以上は白くならないです。だからお腹の、お腹って基本日焼けしてないじゃないですか。内側の皮膚と同じ白さまではなると思うんですけど、それ以上白くなるということはないので、生まれつきの白さ以上にはちょっと難しいですね。 ヘリオケアっていうのは日焼けの予防ではなくて、日焼けをした後の炎症を抑えるという感じなので、ヘリオケアだけを飲んで日焼けを予防するということはできません。だいたいSPF2くらいということですね。 唇の縦じわがもともと目立つ方です。美容医療でも直せない。保湿ですね。あとは縦じわが目立つとか、あとは皮がめくれるっていうのは、以前動画にもしたんですけど、リモノイド油分の成分に反応している可能性があるので、そういったものがないリップとかを使ったほうがいいかなと思います。 先生のベストコス動画を拝見して、同じものを使っていて嬉しかったです。皆さんベストコス動画を見ていただきました？ベストコス動画で結構意外だったものってなんだろう？ベストコス動画でこれ意外でしたっていうものがあったら教えてください。 PDRNの化粧水にアンナーのPDRNの美容液したら、PDRN自体が何由来のPDRNかにもよると思うので、別に重ねて肩になるってことはないと思いますけどね。 タイに行ってもお腹は壊してないです。タイでお腹壊す？壊さなかったよ。 ゴルゴラインはヒアルロン酸入れても結構難しいと思いますね。ゴルゴラインってここのリガメントの位置にもよると思うので、ヒアルロン酸だけではちょっと難しいと思いますね。 ベストコス見ましたっていう方で、ベストコスで、どうですかね？一番意外だったものを教えてください。 男性ですが本気で作った日傘で日傘デビューしためっちゃ軽い。おめでとうございます。日傘デビューもありがとうございます。みんなに大きい声で言ってください。日傘男子に。 ベストコスでびっくりしたのはドクターシーラボさんの化粧水と乳液のダブル使いです。これは私が学会発表したからっていうのもあると思います。学会発表して2つ使った方がコラーゲンの酸性の相乗効果が高かったんですよ。それもあったし乳液もベタベタしないのでもろもろにもならなかったからそれもありましたね。 限定のマスカラは、限定のマスカラが気になった。限定のマスカラは7月買ってよかったものシリーズで載せている、アイプチのマスカラですあれがよかったです。やっぱシーラボの乳液があれなんだ。スナイデルのアイカラーもびっくりしました。そうなんだ。みんな。 こんばんは。先生の日傘を購入しました。質問なんですが、雨傘は布がピンと張っている感じですが、日傘は少し緩みがある感じなのでしょうか？今まで購入した日傘は安物ばかりだったので、今回購入したものもたるみがあるので。そうですね。確かに、私今ちょっと今日は白。言われてみれば確かにそうかもね。でも車高をするとちょっとシワっぽくなるからっていう感じなのかもしれないですね。でも言われてみればそうかも。ちょっと聞いてみます。今度。 お気に入りのデパコスのアイシャドウはどこかな？限定のマスカラ今日買ってきました。ラスイチでした。オクト君が見てくれてる。アクセーヌのリップ。アクセーヌのリップは皆さん絶対いいですよ。本当アクセーヌのリップはめっちゃいい。ちなみに今日はちょっと違うんですけれども、今日はちなみに新作を使いたかったから、トムフォードのこれね、カサブランカっていう色の。かわいいね。今日はこの色。別の色は使ってるんですけれど、ちょっと濃い感じの。もうね、荒れたくない人はアクセーヌのリップめちゃくちゃいいと思います。 アクセーヌからリップが出てるかと思いました。アクセーヌからリップが出てますよ。リップ出てたのかと思ったってことね。 あのね、声がハスキーじゃないですか。痛いっていう感じはないんですよ。でも声を張るとハスキーになるからちょっとおかしいなと思って、私昨日沖縄から帰ってきて、2時ぐらいに着いたんですね。東京に。その翌日すぐに事務所に行かなきゃいけないお仕事の予定があったので、行って。お仕事終わった後にそれからすぐ帰ろうと思ったんですけど、これに事務所の近くに耳鼻咽喉科があって、なんて言うんですかね、喉の痛みをほっておくとやっぱりこう。あれじゃないですか。だから自分で医学的って言って。その喉の自分で医学的で整体も見てくれるんですよ。なのでそうだと思って見てもらったら、喉は赤くないと。で整体も見ますねって言って、このファイバーで見てもらったら、なんか血管みたいなものができてて。要は普通は歌を歌う人とか、そういう人がなるらしいんですけども、一言で言うと喋りすぎですねって言われて。一応炎症というか、咽頭の炎症を抑えるようにお薬はもらったんですけども、一番いいのは喋らないことって言われて、それじゃ仕事になんねーよって思ったんですけど。だからちょっと喋りすぎらしいです私。なのであんまり声を張らないようにお話をさせていただいたら、小さい声で喋ると確かにかすれないんですよ。でも大きい声で話すとこうやってかすれるんですよ。だからあんまり無理するとこれが定着しますよって言われたからちょっとね、喋らないようにしようっていう感じで思ってます。 アクセーヌのデイクリームね。アクセーヌのデイクリームめちゃくちゃすごいから。これね。これはもう脂性肌の人にも乾燥の人にも寄っている。これはすごい。これもベストコス、私の中では誰も選んでないと思うけど、私の中での個人的ベストコスはこれですね。 オクト君も喋りすぎてる？そうだよね。そうなんだ。かねちょっとね。サンマさんと一緒なの？喋りすぎ。自然に治るっていうか。あんまり気をつけてくださいって言われた。 YAGレーザートーニングを半年だけ月2回やるのと、1年間に月1回やるのはどちらがいいと思いますか？ん？YAGレーザートーニング半年月に1回でいいんじゃない？月2回はいいと思う。
