Since I got such requests, I'll introduce hand creams that aren't quite drugstore quality, but have excellent cost-performance and contain plenty of natural moisture and are truly the best value. First is Jule Rich Lure Hand Serum. The Jule Rich series originally has skincare lines as well. They have toners, lotions, and various other serums and lines. The Jule Rich series was originally created for people with sensitive skin or skin that tends to be reactive. What's interesting is that it says it doesn't contain surfactants. One more interesting ingredient is Undaria Pinnatifida Extract, which is a seaweed extract. This is said to increase energy supply to fat cells. So this extract can help fat cells proliferate, giving your hands a plumper feeling with each use. So if you want to moisturize while improving roughness and texture on your hands, I think this is a great option. Next is Maybelle Hadajun Hand Treatment. The key point of Maybelle is that it contains Rice Power, which is a component that Maybelle has researched. Rice Power is one of Maybelle's brands, so they've created products that specialize in Rice Power within their lineup.
