皆さんこんにちは、通り新田です。もう暑い毎日が続いていますよね。全身汗をかいたりして不快なシーズンになっていると思いますが、そんな暑い今おすすめのひんやりアイテムや汗対策グッズを今日はご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 この時期はもちろん皮脂も多いのですが、汗との戦いでもありますよね。皮脂がベタベタになるのは本当に嫌ですし、汗が体にまとわりついて匂いの元になったり、汗が出てくることで不快感を感じたりすると思うので、ボディに関しては汗、お顔に関しては皮脂と汗の対策で分けてご紹介しようと思います。 なぜ皮脂や汗を放置してはいけないかというと、汗自体では匂いの原因にはならないのですが、汗に雑菌が付いて長時間放置すると、脇や体の匂いの元になってしまいます。また、汗を長時間体に付着させておくと、痒みを起こすこともあります。なので、できれば汗をかいたらこまめに拭いてほしいのですが、正直、汗をかいてすぐに拭き取るのはなかなか難しいですよね。そのままにしておくとベトベト感にもなります。 そこで制汗スプレーなどもいろいろありますが、汗を止めるタイプのものが多いんですね。でも実は、汗は体温調整の役割を担っています。暑い時に汗をかいて、それが蒸発する際に体温を持っていってくれるので、体温を下げてくれるんです。なので私は、汗は止めるというより、ちゃんとかいて、いい感じに蒸発してくれればいいなと思う派なんです。 そんな、汗を良い循環にしてくれるアイテムがないかなと思っていたら、すごくいいものがありました。それがこちら、「ビオレ ザ・ボディジュレ」です。 これ、ドラッグストアで見つけた時、これは何だろうと思ったんです。制汗剤みたいに脇に塗るわけでもないし。見てみると「汗をかくたびひんやり実感、サラッとドライ」と書いてあって、どういうことだろうと思って調べてみたら、汗をかく場所、脇だけでなく首や胸元、背中などに塗るものらしいんです。 メントールが入っているので、塗っただけでヒヤッとするのですが、それって一瞬じゃないですか。本当にヒヤッとしたいのは、汗をかく瞬間ですよね。暑い時に汗をかくわけだから、その時にひんやりしてくれたらいいのにと思っていたら、実はそれをやってくれるものらしいんです。 要は、汗をかいたらそれに反応してひんやり成分が出て、汗はサラサラと蒸発させる、ということだと思うのですが、簡単に聞こえても、これはかなりの技術が必要だと思います。というのも、メントールなど肌をひんやりさせる成分は、肌に乗せて汗と反応させてひんやり感を出すのですが、これをずっと肌に留めておくには膜を作ってその中に閉じ込めなければいけません。しかもメントールは膜との相性がそれほど良くないはずなんです。それでも、汗が出てきたらそれと反応して冷たくなるという持続的な効果を実現する膜を、ビオレさんは開発しているんですね。 花王さんは最近、膜を使ったミストタイプの日焼け止めなども出しているので、これは本当にありそうでなかった技術だと思います。実際につけてみると、確かに塗った瞬間もヒヤッとしますし、時間が経って本当に暑くて汗をかいた時にも、また「今ヒヤッとした」という感覚が続くんです。もちろん時間が経つと反応するメントールが減っていくのでその効果はなくなっていくのですが、それでも「今汗をかいたからヒヤッとした」とわかるくらいなんです。これは膜の技術がうまくいかないとできないことで、花王さんならではのすごい技術がビオレに入っているんだなと感動しました。 では、汗をかいたらどうするのか。汗を止めるのではなく、汗をかいたらそれをきちんと蒸発させれば汗は残りません。汗を止めずに、蒸発させてサラサラにする技術がここにも入っているんです。 これには制汗パウダーが関係していて、パウダーが汗を吸うだけではベチャベチャになってしまいます。細かいパウダーがバラバラにあってもダメで、パウダー同士がきちんと密着して表面積がある程度大きくなることで、汗を吸ったらすぐに蒸発するんです。バラバラだと表面積が小さくなってしまうので、パウダーをきちんと並べて表面積を大きくする、これも膜の技術だと思います。 汗でよれないような膜の下にメントールを配置しておき、汗と反応したらひんやり感が出て、さらにその汗をパウダーがすぐに吸収し、表面積が大きいのですぐに蒸発する。こんな技術がお手軽に買えるなんて、本当にすごいなと思いました。汗を止めたくはないけれど、サラサラ感も持続したいし冷感も欲しいという方には、めちゃくちゃおすすめです。私も公園で子供と遊ぶ時などに忍ばせているアイテムです。 続いてはお顔のアイテムです。汗と皮脂が気になるこの季節、一番嫌なのはお化粧崩れですよね。サラサラのパウダーを使っていても、皮脂でヨレた時のお化粧直しは本当に面倒です。なぜかというと、皮脂を取らないとそのまま紫外線に当たって酸化し、炎症の原因にもなるからです。とりあえず皮脂を取って、その上からメイクを直したいのですが、それが面倒な時にぴったりなのが「ビオレ メイク持続シート サラマット肌続く」です。 見た目は普通のウェットティッシュのような感じで、メイクが崩れたら鼻やおでこにしっかりつけてくださいと書いてあります。Tゾーンなどに3秒から5秒くらい、じんわり数回押し当てるように使ってくださいとのことです。 実際に使ってみると、例えば鼻が気になったらこうやって押すんです。ファンデーションは取れていないのに、テカリだけが取れていて、むしろサラサラになるんです。パウダーがついているような感じで、どういうことだろうと思ったら、メイクは油分でできているので、メイク落としには油を使ったクレンジングオイルなどがありますが、このシートには、メイクとは馴染みが悪いけれど皮脂とは馴染むオイルが入っているんです。だから肌に乗せた時、メイクは崩れないけれど皮脂だけを吸着してくれるんですね。さらにパウダーがついていて、押し当てるとそのパウダーが均一につき、皮脂を吸着してくれる。皮脂は取るけれどメイクは取らない、押し当てた時につくサラサラの粉でメイクの崩れもなくなるという、まさに神アイテムだと思いました。 こういうアイテムはなかなかなかったので、ドラッグストアで買えるものでこれができるのはすごいなと思います。普通の肌用だけでなく、超オイリー肌用もあって、皮脂が多い方や思春期の方には超オイリー用が合うかもしれません。オイルの量は同じですが、皮脂を吸収するパウダーの量が多いので、よりサラサラにしたい方はそちらがおすすめです。夏、皮脂を取りたいけれどメイクは崩したくない、でもメイク直しをする時間がないという方には、これもいいのではないかと思います。 続いてはこちら、「プリオール 薬用 冷やし美リフトゲル」です。これはオールインワンで、元々あるプリオールのリフトゲルのクール版、おそらく期間限定商品だと思います。冷蔵庫で冷やしても使えますし、塗るとパッケージに書いてある通り-5度の冷感が得られます。この冷感はメントールによるものです。 冷蔵庫に入れても変性しないのもいいですし、朝起きて暑い時にこれを塗ると一気にひんやりしますし、オールインワンなのでお手軽です。プリオールは資生堂のブランドなので、4MSKも配合されていて美白効果も期待できますし、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入っているので肌荒れ防止もできます。これ一本で、ひんやり感で肌の温度を下げながら、肌の温度上昇がシミの原因にもなるので、そこもケアしつつ4MSKで美白もできるんです。 もう一つ「リフト」と名前についているのは、ポリマー剤が数種類入っていて、あくまでもイメージですが、ストッキングをキュッと上げたようなメッシュ構造になっているからです。冷たくなりながら肌をキュッと引き上げてくれるようなイメージです。首元につけても洋服の邪魔にならないので、面倒な時はお顔と首元につけると、顔がマイナス5度と書いてある通り、本当にそこだけクールな感じになりますし、引き上がった感じと美白効果も期待できるので、夏、スキンケアが面倒で暑いなと感じている時にかなりおすすめの一本です。 ということで今日は、暑い夏におすすめのボディと顔のケア用品を3つご紹介しました。どれもドラッグストアで売っていて、実際に使ってみたらすごいものだと感じたものばかりなので、皆さんも気になるものがあったらぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 暑い夏ですが、夏バテしないように乗り越えていきましょう。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

I think it's becoming an uncomfortable season with sweating all over the body, so today I'd like to introduce some recommended cooling items and sweat-countermeasure goods that are great for this hot weather. Please watch until the end. During this season, of course sebum increases, but it's also a battle against sweat, right? Having your face get greasy from sebum is truly unpleasant, and sweat clinging to your body can become a source of odor, or the sweat itself can cause discomfort. So I'll divide the recommendations into body care (focused on sweat) and face care (focused on both sebum and sweat). Why shouldn't you leave sebum and sweat as they are? Sweat itself doesn't cause odor, but when bacteria attach to sweat and it's left for a long time, it becomes the source of body odor, especially in areas like the underarms. Also, leaving sweat on your skin for a long time can cause itching. So ideally, you'd wipe off sweat frequently, but honestly, it's hard to wipe it off right when you sweat. And leaving it as is makes you feel sticky. There are various antiperspirant sprays, but many of them are designed to stop sweating. However, sweat actually plays a role in regulating our body temperature. When we sweat in the heat and it evaporates, it takes heat away with it, lowering our body temperature. So personally, I prefer sweat to be properly released and nicely evaporated, rather than stopped. So I was wondering if there was an item that could create a good cycle with sweat, and I found something amazing: Biore The Body Jelly. When I found this at the drugstore, I wondered what on earth it was—it's not something you apply to your underarms like an antiperspirant. Looking at it, it said 'Feel the cooling sensation every time you sweat, stays dry,' and I wondered what that meant. It turns out you apply it not just to underarms, but to areas where you sweat like your neck, chest, and back. It contains menthol, so it feels cool the instant you apply it, but that's just momentary, right? What you really want is to feel cool at the exact moment you sweat. When it's hot and you sweat, wouldn't it be great if it cooled you down right then? It turns out this product actually does that. Essentially, when you sweat, it reacts and releases a cooling ingredient, while also evaporating the sweat to keep things dry and smooth. It sounds simple, but I think this requires quite advanced technology. Cooling ingredients like menthol need to be held in a film layer on the skin to react with sweat continuously, but menthol doesn't necessarily blend well with such films. Still, Biore seems to have developed a film that allows menthol to react with sweat and produce a cooling sensation persistently. Kao (the parent company) has recently developed film technology used in mist-type sunscreens, so this seems like a technology that's been long-awaited but never quite achieved before. When I actually tried it, it did feel cool the moment I applied it, and even later, when I was really hot and sweating, I felt that cooling sensation again. Of course, over time, as the menthol reacting with sweat gets used up, the effect diminishes, but it was noticeable enough that I could tell 'oh, I just sweated and felt cool again.' This really impressed me as something that could only be achieved through Kao's advanced film technology being incorporated into Biore. So what happens with the sweat afterward? Instead of stopping sweat, if you properly evaporate it, no sweat residue remains. This product also incorporates technology to evaporate sweat and keep skin dry and smooth without stopping perspiration. This involves an antiperspirant powder. If the powder simply absorbs sweat, it becomes soggy. If fine powder particles are scattered separately, that doesn't work either. But when the powder particles are properly aligned together, increasing the surface area, the absorbed sweat evaporates quickly. If they're scattered separately, the surface area is smaller. So arranging the powder particles properly to increase surface area is also, I believe, part of the film technology. Underneath a film that won't get disrupted by sweat, menthol is placed to react with sweat and create a cooling sensation, and additionally, the sweat is quickly absorbed by the powder with a large surface area, causing it to evaporate rapidly. I was genuinely impressed that such technology is available so affordably. For anyone who doesn't want to stop sweating but wants lasting smoothness and a cooling sensation, this is highly recommended. I keep this item on hand for times like playing with my kids at the park. Next is a face care item. During this season when both sweat and sebum are concerns, what's most annoying is makeup breakdown. Even with smooth setting powder, when makeup gets messed up by sebum, fixing it is such a hassle. That's because if you don't remove the sebum first, it gets exposed to UV rays and oxidizes, which can even cause inflammation. You want to remove the sebum first and then redo your makeup, but when that feels too troublesome, this item is perfect: Biore Makeup-Keeping Sheet, 'Stays Matte, Smooth Skin Continues.' It looks just like a regular wet wipe, and the instructions say to press it firmly against your nose or forehead when makeup starts to break down, pressing gently for 3 to 5 seconds a few times, especially in the T-zone. When I actually tried it, for example, when my nose felt oily, I pressed it like this. The foundation wasn't removed, but the shine was gone, and it actually became very smooth, almost like powder had been applied. I wondered what was going on—makeup is oil-based, so makeup removers usually use oil, like cleansing oils. But this sheet contains an oil that doesn't blend well with makeup but does blend with sebum. So when applied to the skin, it doesn't disrupt the makeup but absorbs only the sebum. Additionally, there's powder on the sheet that, when pressed onto the skin, spreads evenly and absorbs the sebum. It removes sebum without removing makeup, and the fine powder left behind after pressing prevents further makeup breakdown—it's truly a miracle item. This kind of product hasn't really existed before, so it's amazing that something like this is available at drugstores. There's a regular version and also a version for very oily skin. People with more sebum, like teenagers or those going through puberty, might prefer the very oily skin version. The oil amount is the same, but the sebum-absorbing powder content is higher, so if you want an even smoother finish, that version might be better. For anyone in summer who wants to remove sebum but not ruin their makeup, and doesn't have time to redo it, this is a great option. Next is this one: Priore Medicated Cooling Beauty Lift Gel. This is an all-in-one product, a cooling version of the original Priore Lift Gel, likely a limited-time release. You can chill it in the refrigerator, and when applied, it provides a -5 degree cooling sensation as stated on the package. This cooling effect comes from menthol. It's great that it doesn't change texture even when refrigerated, and in the morning when it's hot, applying this gives an instant cooling effect. Being all-in-one also makes it convenient. Since Priore is a Shiseido brand, it contains 4MSK, so it offers whitening effects, and it also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which helps prevent skin irritation. With just this one product, you get a cooling sensation that lowers skin temperature—since rising skin temperature can also cause spots—while also whitening with 4MSK. The reason it's called 'lift' is because it contains several types of polymer agents that create a mesh-like structure, kind of like pulling up a pair of stockings, giving an image of lifting the skin. It provides a cooling effect while gently lifting the skin. You can apply it not just on your face but also on your neck without it interfering with your clothes. On days when everything feels like too much effort, applying this to your face and neck gives that '-5 degree' cool sensation exactly where you apply it, along with a lifting effect and whitening benefits. It's a great option for summer when skincare feels tedious and it's just too hot to do much. So today, I introduced three recommended body and face care items for the hot summer season.
