Today, I'll show you how to apply sunscreen with a bare face. In the previous video, I demonstrated with BB cream, but this time I'll be using regular sunscreen. The recommended amount is about 0.7 to 0.8 grams — more is always better than less, so let's go with that. First, apply the sunscreen generously across your face to avoid any missed spots. The key is to apply a slightly larger amount than you think you need. Then, use a sponge to press and pat it in from above. Rubbing it in will cause friction on your skin, so always use a pressing or patting motion. Don't forget the area under your eyes — apply carefully there as well. If you spread horizontally, the product can migrate to one side, so press downward to ensure even coverage. Also remember to apply under the nose, though since the nose itself tends not to burn as easily, a light application is sufficient. Next, apply a second layer to the C-zone, where dark spots tend to form. Add a little extra to areas like above the eyes, then press everything in gently to blend. Don't forget the hairline area either. At this point, you've applied approximately 0.7g across the entire face. Now I'll share my personal routine. Since I'm particularly concerned about sun damage, I use two different types of sunscreen. The first is a slightly tinted BB cream type, which I apply along the face contour. When foundation is layered on top, it creates a subtle contouring effect that helps the face appear slimmer. I also apply it along the hairline where the hair parts. The second type has a brightening, whitish tone-up effect. Applying this to raised areas like the nose bridge, under-eye area, and T-zone acts as a highlighter, adding luminosity to the skin — while also boosting UV protection through the extra layer. In summary, my three-step method is: apply the clear type all over the face, layer the white tone-up type on the T-zone, under-eye area, and chin, then apply the slightly darker tinted type along the face contour. This is my completed sunscreen application. By using the full 0.7g, you can finally achieve the full SPF50 and PA++++ protection that the product is rated for. Even if you think you're applying sunscreen, using too little means you won't get adequate protection. UV rays are responsible for dark spots, wrinkles, and sagging skin, and are said to account for roughly 80% of skin aging. No matter how expensive your serums are, they won't make a difference if your sunscreen application isn't up to par. If you're serious about your skincare, please watch this video multiple times and make sure you master both the correct amount — 0.7g — and the proper application technique.
