お待たせしました。今回のドッキリで一番のポイントは、友利さんの知り合いの方に、驚きのゲストとして登場していただくことです。 それでは、まずインタビューをさせていただきます。よろしくお願いします。 ――友利さんとはどういったご関係でしょうか？ 昔テレビでご一緒したのがきっかけですね。沖縄出身の留学生やタレント、芸人さんなど何人かが集まって「九州県人会」という会を作っていて、そこにも参加してもらっているんです。よく知っていますよ。結婚されてお子さんが生まれた話も、番組で見せていただきました。 ――友利さんが今回YouTubeで登録者60万人を達成しました。 それはおめでとうございます！すごい数ですね。 ――この後、友利さんにはまだ伝えていないサプライズ企画があります。 それは面白そうですね。 ――それでは行ってみましょう！ よろしくお願いします。 （友利のクリニックにて） 今日、60万人達成のお祝いということで、スタッフが花束を持ってきますので、少し立っていただけますか。 表参道は本当にすごいことになっていて、六本木や表参道の真ん中にあるうちのクリニックも、人が多すぎてタクシーが入って来られないくらいなんです。今日の夜も混みそうですね。 では、そろそろ花束が入ってきますので、そちらからお願いします。 ――はい、お願いします！ おめでとうございます！　……え！？　ちょっと待って、え！？ 本人です。沖縄のレジェンド、具志堅用高さんです！ （友利）いやいや、久しぶりです！ごめんなさい、何年ぶりですかね。4、5年ぶりくらいですかね。 皆さん知ってますか？沖縄で一番有名な方ですよ。私は具志堅さんのことをよく知っているんです。沖縄のレジェンドは二人いて、具志堅用高さんと安室奈美恵さんだと、いつも言っているんですよ。 今日、汗をかいちゃって……この曲、全然知らなかったんですけど、今日初めて知りました。 ――YouTubeなどはご覧になりますか？ （具志堅）見ますよ。 （友利）だから今日お会いできてすごく嬉しくて。具志堅さん、最近かっこよくなりましたよね？ （具志堅）ちょっと減量しましてね。絞ったんですよ。 （友利）テレビの中の面白いことを言うおじさんってイメージだったんですけど、本当にすごい方なんですよ。昔の映像を見て、本当にすごいなと思いました。大学に行くつもりで羽田に着いて、そのまま間違えてボクシングジムに入ってしまって、そこで記者会見してそのままデビューしたって聞きました。 （具志堅）あの時代は本当に、早くスカウトされた人の勝ちみたいな感じだったんですよ。 （友利）今日のパンチパーマ、すごいですね。いつ組んだんですか？ （具志堅）これは1ヶ月くらい前ですね。 （友利）本当に嬉しいです。イメージが全然変わりました。 （具志堅）俺がテレビに出ていた頃からもう7、8年経つのかな。クイズ番組とかで一緒にやったのが10年くらい前だから、その後だいぶ雰囲気が変わりましたね。すごく綺麗になって、驚きました。 （友利）本当ですか？嬉しいです。今日、汗すごくかいてるんですけど……ババシャツを着てきちゃったので。沖縄出身の女性とこうやってゆっくりお会いできたことがなかったので、具志堅さんとお話しできて本当に嬉しいです。ありがとうございます。 （具志堅）本当に嬉しいですよ。 （友利）嘘みたい……。具志堅さん、今も本当に頑張っていらっしゃるんですよね。沖縄には具志堅用高記念館もありますし、銅像も建っているんですよ。空港に着いたら、すぐに名前や広告が目に入るんです。沖縄の星ですから。 本当に久しぶりにお会いできて嬉しいですし、若返っていらっしゃいますよね。 （具志堅）運動して減量したんですよ。以前はちょっと反動で太ってしまっていたので。 （友利）全然そんな風には見えません。むしろ若返っています。今、おいくつなんですか？ （具志堅）66ですよ。 （友利）ええ！？本当にびっくりしました。 ――具志堅さん、よろしければ座ってください。最近はYouTubeも拝見しているんですが、どうしたら面白くなるか、いろいろ考えていて。モーニングルーティンとかいかがですか？ （具志堅）朝起きてからジムに行くまでの様子を撮るということですか。朝起きて、ちょっとぼーっとしてますけどね。 （友利）それ、すごく見たいです！普段の具志堅さんを見る機会ってなかなかないので。テレビの中の具志堅さんしか知らないから、普通の具志堅さんが実は一番面白いと思うんです。 （具志堅）たまに一人でふらっと公園に行って、腕立てとかやってますけどね。 （友利）公園でですか！？それ、YouTubeで見たいです。ぜひ一緒に撮らせてください。 （具志堅）いいですね、やりましょう。 （友利）ありがとうございます！ ――具志堅さん、そろそろお時間ですので、ありがとうございました！ （友利）ありがとうございました！具志堅さんが来てくださって、興奮がまだ冷めやらないです。今日、寒いから薄手の服の下にババシャツを着ていたんですが、すごく汗をかいて、それが今冷えてきています。 こんな綺麗な花束まで、本当にスタッフの皆さんありがとうございます。そして具志堅さん、本当にありがとうございました。 60万人という数字、私の出身の宮古島の人口が5万5000人ほどなので、その10倍以上の方が登録してくださっているということが、本当に嬉しいです。 いつもお話ししていますが、YouTubeを始めたのは2020年の3月で、最初にやりたいと言ったのは2019年でした。インスタなどはやっていたんですが、やっぱり喋る動画がやりたいなと思って、事務所に「YouTubeをやりたいんです」と伝えたら、「続かないし、登録者数も伸びないだろうから、恥ずかしいからやめて」と言われたんです。それでも「これからは動画の時代だと思うので、自分で編集の人を探してやります」と直談判して、渋々OKをもらいました。 最初に上げた動画は本当に誰も見てくれなくて、200回、300回、多くて1000回くらいの再生数でした。「YouTube向いてないのかな」と思っていた頃、コロナ禍になってしまって。最初はクリニックで撮影していたのですが、それもできなくなり、「じゃあ家で撮ろう」と切り替えたんです。それから、急に伸び始めました。 本当に予想外のことばかりで、いろんな方に出会うことができました。自分が見ていたYouTuberの方々とコラボできたり、YouTubeを通して新しい繋がりができたりして、人生が大きく開けていったように感じます。年下の方、年上の方、本来出会うはずのなかった仕事の方々とも、たくさん出会うことができました。本当に感謝しています。 YouTubeを始めてから、患者さん以外にも、レストランやお洋服屋さんで「友利先生ですよね、YouTube見てます」と声をかけていただくことが増えました。大きな声で言ってもらって全然大丈夫なんですが（笑）、そうやって老若男女問わずいろんな方に「見てます」と言っていただけることが、本当に嬉しいです。 一番嬉しいのは、今までスキンケアに興味がなかった方が、動画を見てスキンケアを変えたり、興味を持てるようになって「自分の肌が好きになりました」と言ってくださることです。そういう声を直接いただける場所ができたことが、本当に嬉しいです。 60万人という節目に、こんな素敵な企画をしていただいて、本当に感謝しています。登録してくださる方が増えることで、再生数も伸びて、誰かのおすすめにも表示されやすくなる。そういうYouTubeの仕組みの中で、今こうしていられるのも、毎日見てくださっている皆さんのおかげです。 ほぼ毎日動画を上げるのは大変な時もありますが、いいねやコメントをいただけると、それだけで頑張れます。これからも、「知らなかったけど、知れてよかった」と思ってもらえるような発信を、心がけていきたいと思います。 これからも「ともり あらた」チャンネルをよろしくお願いします。60万人、本当にありがとうございました！ 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Having Gushiken-san here has left me so excited, I still can't calm down. It's cold today so I wore an undershirt under my thin top, but I sweated so much, and now it's gone cold. Thank you so much to the staff for this beautiful bouquet, and thank you so much, Gushiken-san. Reaching 600,000 subscribers is such a huge milestone for me. I'm originally from Miyako Island, which has a population of only about 55,000 — so having over ten times that many people subscribed to me really means so much. As I've mentioned before, I started this channel in March 2020, but I first said I wanted to do YouTube back in 2019. I was already doing Instagram and other things, but I really wanted to make talking videos. When I told my agency I wanted to start a YouTube channel, they told me, "It won't last, your subscribers won't grow, it'll be embarrassing — just stop." But I insisted, saying, "I think video content is the future, I'll find my own editing staff and do it myself," and they reluctantly agreed, telling me to handle it on my own. My very first videos got almost no views — like 200, 300, maybe 1,000 views at most. I started to think YouTube just wasn't for me. Then COVID hit. I used to film at my clinic, but that became impossible, so I decided to film at home instead. That's when things suddenly started to grow. It's been full of unexpected turns, and I've been able to meet so many people because of it — collaborating with YouTubers I used to watch myself, connecting with new people through YouTube. Starting this channel really opened up a whole new chapter of my life. I've met people much younger than me, much older than me, people from completely different fields I never would have crossed paths with otherwise. I'm truly grateful for all of it. Since starting YouTube, I've had more people — not just patients, but people at restaurants or clothing stores — quietly say to me, "You're Tomori-sensei, right? I watch your videos." They don't have to whisper, they can say it out loud, ha — but I'm really happy that people of all ages tell me they watch my channel. What makes me happiest of all is hearing from people who never used to care about skincare, saying that watching my videos made them start caring about their skin, or that they've come to love their own skin. Being able to hear those comments directly, and have that kind of connection, means so much to me. Reaching this milestone of 600,000 subscribers, and having such a wonderful surprise planned for me, makes me incredibly grateful. As more people subscribe and watch, the videos get recommended to more people too — that's how YouTube's system works. So it's all thanks to everyone who subscribes and watches every day that I'm here now. Posting almost every day can be tough sometimes, but seeing people leave likes and comments gives me the strength to keep going.
