みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。 今日は、シワ改善に新しいアイテムが出た今日のお話をしていきたいと思います。 シワ改善したい人も、そしてシワを予防したい人も、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 シワ改善の有効成分というと、5つありますよね。 まず1つ目が、レチノール。 2つ目が、ナイアシンアミド。 3つ目が、ライスパワーナンバー11。 そして、ニールワン。 最後に、ビタミンEの誘導体。 この5つがあるんですけれども、その成分というのはもちろん変わらないです。 新しい成分ができたとかではないんですが、 じゃあどうしていくかというと、そこに何を重ねていけばいいかということで、 要は相乗効果でどんどんどんどん良くなっていっているので、 もう新しい成分というフェーズじゃないんですよ。 この5つの有効成分のどれかに、自分たち独自の成分を組み合わせて、 より効果を出していこうというのが、今期のアイテムになっています。 その中でも、今期はこの3つのブランドから、 シワ改善のバージョンアップが出ていきます。 まずは、資生堂のレチノール。 エリクシールのレチノパワーリンクルクリームSというものが出ます。 そして、もう1つがオルビスですね。 オルビスのリンクルセラムもですね、 シワ改善の美容液って結構1万円超えするものが結構多かった中、 結構お手頃で、国民のシワ改善美容液みたいな感じで呼ばれたものが、 ますますバージョンアップして出てくるというのと。 もう1つがですね、ワンバイコーセーのアイテムもバージョンアップしています。 こちらはね、10月発売になるので、ちょっと先にはなるんですけども、 素晴らしいバージョンアップだったので、今回ご紹介したいなと思っております。 まずエリクシールなんですが、このエリクシールのレチノパワー、もちろんレチノールが入っているんですよ。 そのレチノールは変わらないんですけれども、今回はこのエリクシールの化粧水とか乳液とかに入っている、 コラーゲネシスっていう成分が一緒に入っているんですね。 なんでこのコラーゲネシスを入れたかっていうと、シワっていうものをもう1回こうちょっと見てみると、 コラーゲンの劣化っていうのがシワの大きな原因なんですが、コラーゲンもいろんな種類があるんですね。 もともとは1型コラーゲンというのが人間の真皮には多いんですが、その他も3型とか4型とかいろんなコラーゲンがいるんですが、 それを見ていくと、真皮の中のちょっと上の方にある真皮上層部にはふわふわっとした柔らかいコラーゲンがたくさんあって、 その奥に行くとどんどんちょっと固めのコラーゲンがあるということがわかっているんですね。 深いシワはふわふわっとしたコラーゲンっていうものが少なくなっていくと、固いところだけになるので結構落ちくぼみやすくて、 深いシワになるよっていうことがわかったんですよ。しっかりとした太いコラーゲンを作るっていうこともすごく大事なんですが、 そこの上にあるこのふわっとした柔らかいコラーゲンも作っていかないと、深いシワっていうのはなかなか良くならないっていうところを見つけて、 実はこのふわふわっとした柔らかいコラーゲンは3型コラーゲンって言うんですけど、 これって赤ちゃんとか若い人に多いですよ、3型コラーゲン。だけどそれがどんどんどんどん少なくなっていって、 1型とかに置き換えていって、固いコラーゲンになってくるんですね。 このふわふわっとしたコラーゲンを増やしていくっていう時には、レチノールだけでもいいんですけど、 そこに資生堂独自のコラーゲネシスっていうものを入れた方が、 1型のしっかりとした太いコラーゲンだけじゃなくて、ふわふわっとした3型コラーゲンも一緒に増えていく。 そこにプラスアルファ5型のコラーゲンっていうのもあるんですけれども、 この5型のコラーゲンっていうのが、この3型と5型っていうのがこのクッションの役割をするコラーゲンなんですが、 それも一緒に増やしていくっていうところが分かったので、 この美容液にもコラーゲネシスを入れることによって、1型コラーゲンだけじゃなくて、 3型も5型も増やして、ふわふわっとした柔らかいコラーゲンも作っていくよっていうのが、 今期のエリクシールのレチノパワーリンクルクリームになっています。 次、こちらオルビスですね。 オルビスは、もともと有効成分はナイアシンアミドなんですね。 ナイアシンアミドっていうのは、美白もできるし、真皮のコラーゲンの産生も促すし、 っていうところで、どちらもすごく素晴らしい成分なんですけれども、 今回はもちろんその有効成分のナイアシンアミドはポイントなんですけれども、 よりこのシワの形成をどうやったら抑えていくかということの研究も加えております。 それがシワ改善のスピードアップなんですよ。 ナイアシンアミドって本当にゆっくり、すっごく万能の成分だからこそ、 ゆっくりゆっくり効いていくんですけれども、 シワ改善でスピード感が重視されるよねっていうところで、 そこのスピードアップをどういうふうに図るかっていうのをオルビスさんがすごく研究をしてるんですね。 それで見たのが、傷の修復の時に行く細胞が早く行くところとゆっくり行くところがあるっていうのを見つけて、 特にシワがある部分には修復に行くものがゆっくりしか行かない。 だけどシワがないところにはスピーディーに行く。 このスピードの違いがシワに関係あるんじゃないかっていうのを見出してるんですね。 この真皮のコラーゲンとかエラスチンというのが変性すると、 線維芽細胞というのがそこに集まってきて、新しい細胞を作るんですよ。 だけれどもシワの部分っていうのは、その線維芽細胞が今これ走っていくのを遊走って言うんですけど、 遊走がかなり遅れているっていうのが分かっています。 線維芽細胞ってパパパパって走るんじゃなくて、 ボルダリングみたいな感じでコラーゲンとかエラスチンを伝うようにこうやっていくんですね。 足場をかけるような時に、私たち手だったらギュッて掴むじゃないですか。 この掴む時にはビンキュリンっていうものをグッと、それが掴む手みたいな感じで、 このビンキュリンっていうものがこのコラーゲンとかエラスチンに引っかかって一緒に走っていくんですけれども、 このビンキュリンっていうものがシワがあるところでは低下しているので、 うまくそこに線維芽細胞が走っていけないから、シワの修復っていうのがうまくいかないから、 シワ改善がゆっくりになっちゃう。 じゃあこのビンキュリンっていうものを増やしてあげれば、 しっかりと線維芽細胞ちゃんとこう伝っていってそこの修復になるよねっていうところで、 このビンキュリンを増やすような成分はないのかなっていう風に調べたところ、 ドクダミエキスっていうものがこのビンキュリンを増やすっていうことが分かって、 今回はナイアシンアミドプラスアルファこのドクダミエキスを入れることによって、 線維芽細胞がしっかりとシワのところに行ってそこのシワを修復できるようにするっていうようにしたのが、 今回のオルビスのリンクルセラムになっています。 あとはナイアシンアミドもカプセル化してあるので、より浸透も良くしているんですね。 今までのリンクルセラムも良かったし、 何と言ってもやっぱりお手頃価格で顔だけじゃなくて首全体とか顔全体に使っていたのが、 より速攻性を感じられるようになったっていうところがすごくいいのかなと思います。 もちろん改善もそうなんですけど、若い子でなんかシワ今すごくあるわけじゃないんだけど首とか、 そういったところの予防もしたいという人にはお手頃価格っていうのと、 あんまりねレチノールとかみたいに赤みが出るというところもないので、 オールマイティに使えるのはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 そしてワンバイコーセーなんですけれども、今まで実はワンバイコーセーってナイアシンアミドが有効成分だったと思うんですよ。 なんですが今回は満を持してライスパワーナンバー11プラスが配合されています。 さっき言ったみたいに掛け合わせなんですよね。 これにはライスパワーナンバー11プラスプラスアスタキサンチンとブッチャーブルームエキスっていうまた新しい成分が入っています。 私もよくあるんですけど、寝て起きた後に枕のシワとかつくじゃないですか。 若い時には枕のシワがついてすぐ良くなったんですが、大人になると午前中ずっとついてるみたいな復元力がなくなっていくんですよ。 この復元力がなくなっていくのは何かっていうのをちゃんと見出していったのが今回のワンバイコーセーさんなんですね。 押した時にへこんでそれが押し返せなくなってるっていうところがあるので、どういうふうに復元力をアップさせるかっていうのは弾力性をアップさせるというところがポイントだと思います。 そこで着目したのが真皮内にあるヒアルロン酸とエラスチンをくっつけるバーシカンっていう場所があるんですが、 これ何かというとヒアルロン酸で代謝されるじゃないですか。 それをエラスチンの繊維としっかり結びつけておくとこのヒアルロン酸が代謝しにくくなるんですね。 だけどこのバーシカンというものが減っていくと代謝されちゃうのでへこみやすくなっちゃうんですよ。 このバーシカンを減らせないようにするっていうのがこのブッチャーブルームエキスっていうものになります。 あともともとアスタキサンチンを入れているんですけれども、アスタキサンチンというのはエラスチンの合成をアップさせるということがわかっているんですね。 抗酸化の研究で。 今回はライスパワーを入れることによって表皮のヒアルロン酸、そして真皮のケアっていうところプラスバーシカンでヒアルロン酸とエラスチンをしっかりくっつけておくし、 エラスチン自体はアスタキサンチンでしっかり合成させていくという、全層に効いていくような感じにしているので、 もちろんシワ改善もそうなんですけれども、枕のシワをすぐに復元できるような、内側から押し上げるような張り感っていうところも持たせるアイテムになっているんじゃないかなと思うので、 今までのナイアシンアミドプラスアスタキサンチンではなくて、ライスパワーナンバー11、アスタキサンチン、そしてブッチャーブルームエキスっていうものでまたさらにパワーアップしているっていうようなアイテムになっております。 ということで、もうシワ改善で有効成分が出尽くしたから、もういいんじゃないって思ってたとしても、今回はそこプラスアルファの成分を組み合わせることによってさらに効果をアップしているっていうアイテムになっています。 それぞれレチノール、ナイアシンアミド、ライスパワーナンバー11で、もともとあるものなんですけどそこにね、いろんなものを組み合わせていっているので、 自分がどういう風なシワ改善をしたいか、自分がどういう肌質かによっても変わってくると思いますので。 あとね、お値段も結構変わったりするので、シワ改善って使い続けなくちゃいけないので、そういったところも合わせて考えていただけるといいかなというふうに思います。 ということで、今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。 このチャンネルでこういう風に美容や健康について詳しく解説していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録お願いします。 そして、毎週火曜日にですね、メンバーシップ限定のライブもしています。 月額90円にはなりますが、よかったらメンバーシップも入っていただけると嬉しいです。 次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら!

Hello everyone! This is Tomori Ara. Today I want to talk about new items that have come out for wrinkle improvement. Whether you want to improve wrinkles or prevent them, please watch until the end. When it comes to active ingredients for wrinkle improvement, there are five, right? First is retinol. Second is niacinamide. Third is Rice Power No. 11. Then, Nir1. And finally, vitamin E derivatives. These are the five, and of course these ingredients themselves haven't changed. It's not that new ingredients have been created, but rather what to layer on top of them. Basically, it's about synergistic effects making things better and better, so we're no longer at the phase of "new ingredients." This season's items combine one of these five active ingredients with each brand's own proprietary ingredients to achieve greater effects. Among these, three brands are releasing upgraded wrinkle-improvement products this season. First is Shiseido's retinol - the Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream S is being released. The second is Orbis. Orbis's Wrinkle Serum, too - among wrinkle-improvement serums that often cost over 10,000 yen, this one was known as the affordable "national wrinkle-improvement serum," and it's getting an even bigger upgrade. The third is that ONE BY KOSE items are also being upgraded. This one launches in October, so it's a bit further out, but it was such a wonderful upgrade that I wanted to introduce it this time. First, Elixir - this Elixir Retino Power, of course, contains retinol. That retinol hasn't changed, but this time it also contains an ingredient called Collagenesis, which is found in Elixir's lotions and emulsions. The reason they added Collagenesis is: if you look at wrinkles again, collagen degradation is a major cause of wrinkles, but there are many types of collagen. Originally, Type I collagen is abundant in human dermis, but there are also other types like Type III and Type IV. Looking further, the upper part of the dermis, called the papillary dermis, has lots of fluffy, soft collagen, while deeper down there's increasingly firmer collagen. For deep wrinkles, as this fluffy collagen decreases, only the firm parts remain, making the skin more prone to sinking in, which leads to deep wrinkles. So while creating firm, thick collagen is very important, they found that without also creating this fluffy, soft collagen on top, deep wrinkles won't really improve. This fluffy, soft collagen is actually Type III collagen, which is abundant in babies and young people. But as it gradually decreases and gets replaced by Type I, the collagen becomes firmer. When it comes to increasing this fluffy collagen, retinol alone is fine, but adding Shiseido's proprietary Collagenesis helps increase not just the firm Type I collagen, but also the fluffy Type III collagen together. There's also Type V collagen, which along with Type III, plays a cushioning role, and they found this also increases together. So by adding Collagenesis to this serum, it increases not just Type I collagen but also Types III and V, creating fluffy, soft collagen too - that's what this season's Elixir Retino Power Wrinkle Cream does. Next, this is Orbis. Orbis's original active ingredient is niacinamide. Niacinamide can brighten skin and also promotes collagen production in the dermis - both wonderful effects. This time, of course, the active ingredient niacinamide remains a key point, but they've also added research on how to suppress wrinkle formation more effectively. That's about speeding up wrinkle improvement. Because niacinamide is truly a slow-acting, versatile ingredient, it works gradually. But since speed is valued in wrinkle improvement, Orbis has researched extensively on how to achieve this speed-up. What they found was that among the cells that go to repair wounds, some go quickly and some go slowly - and specifically, in areas with wrinkles, repair cells only go slowly, while in areas without wrinkles, they go speedily. They discovered this difference in speed might be related to wrinkles. When collagen and elastin in the dermis degenerate, fibroblasts gather there to create new cells. However, in wrinkled areas, the migration of these fibroblasts - called cell migration - is quite delayed. Fibroblasts don't run like a sprint; they move along collagen and elastin fibers more like bouldering, using them as footholds. When grabbing onto something, just like we grip tightly with our hands, a protein called vinculin acts like the gripping hand, catching onto collagen and elastin fibers to move along with them. This vinculin is reduced in wrinkled areas, so fibroblasts can't migrate well there, and wrinkle repair doesn't proceed well, making wrinkle improvement slow. So they thought: if we could increase this vinculin, fibroblasts could properly migrate along and repair the area. Searching for an ingredient that increases vinculin, they found that Houttuynia cordata (dokudami) extract increases vinculin. This time, by adding niacinamide plus this dokudami extract, fibroblasts can properly migrate to wrinkled areas and repair the wrinkles - that's what this new Orbis Wrinkle Serum achieves. Also, the niacinamide is encapsulated, improving penetration even further. The previous Wrinkle Serum was already good, and especially being affordable enough to use not just on the face but the whole neck and face area - now it offers even faster-acting results, which I think is great. Of course it's good for improvement, but also for young people who don't have severe wrinkles yet but want to prevent them on the neck and elsewhere - the affordable price and the fact that it doesn't cause redness like retinol can, make it something that can be used universally, I think. And then there's ONE BY KOSE - until now, I believe niacinamide was the active ingredient. But this time, they've finally incorporated Rice Power No. 11 Plus. As I mentioned earlier, it's about combinations. This includes Rice Power No. 11 Plus, plus astaxanthin, and also a new ingredient called Butcher's Broom extract. I often experience this too - after sleeping, you get pillow creases on your face, right? When you're young, those creases disappear quickly, but as an adult, they can stay all morning - that's the loss of resilience. ONE BY KOSE really dug into what causes this loss of resilience. When pressed, the skin dents and can't push back - so improving this bounce-back ability comes down to boosting elasticity, which is the key point. What they focused on was something in the dermis called versican, which connects hyaluronic acid and elastin. Here's the thing - hyaluronic acid gets metabolized, right? But if it's firmly bound to elastin fibers, this hyaluronic acid becomes harder to metabolize. However, as versican decreases, hyaluronic acid gets metabolized more easily, making the skin more prone to denting. Butcher's Broom extract works to prevent this versican from decreasing. Also, they already had astaxanthin in the formula, and astaxanthin is known to boost elastin synthesis - this was found through antioxidant research. This time, by adding Rice Power, they address hyaluronic acid in the epidermis and dermis care, plus versican firmly binds hyaluronic acid and elastin together, while astaxanthin ensures proper synthesis of elastin itself - working across all layers of the skin. Of course this helps with wrinkle improvement, but I think it's also become an item that gives a firmness that pushes up from within, allowing quick recovery from pillow creases. So rather than the previous niacinamide plus astaxanthin combination, this is now further powered up with Rice Power No. 11, astaxanthin, and Butcher's Broom extract. So, even if you thought all the active ingredients for wrinkle improvement had already been exhausted and there was nothing more to do, this time, by combining additional ingredients on top, they've further boosted the effectiveness - that's what these items represent. Each one - retinol, niacinamide, Rice Power No. 11 - are ingredients that already existed, but now various things are being combined with them. What kind of wrinkle improvement you want and what your skin type is will affect which one is right for you.
