皮膚科医が3種類のメラノCC美容液の違いを徹底解説します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は皆さんも大好きメラノCCの特集になります。メラノCCって実は3タイプあってどれ使ったらいいのかなっていう方と、あと実はこういう使い方しちゃダメなんだよということもあるので、今日はメラノCCの正しい選び方とそして正しい使い方を皆さんにしっかりと話ししていきたいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。では早速メラノCC、実はね3タイプあるんですけどすいません今日私ちょっと1タイプ欠けていて、こちらのメラノCC薬用シミ集中対策美容液とこちら、メラノCC薬用シミ集中対策プレミアム美容液、そしてメラノCCメンズっていう男性用の美容液、この3つがメラノCCの中にはあります。一番最初はこの集中対策美容液が出て、次にこのプレミアムが出て、その次に多分メンズが出たと思うんですね。パッケージも結構似ていて何が違うの、どうやって使ったらいいのっていうことをね結構言われるので、それをね今日はちょっと詳しく解説したいんですけれども、私自身はメラノCCすごくね素晴らしい化粧品だなと思っています。プチプラのね代表みたいな感じで若い子向けっていうイメージも大きいと思うんですが、実はしっかりとした使い方をするとエイジングケアとかにもとても良いんじゃないかなというふうに思っています。というのもこのメラノCCを作っているのはロート製薬さんなんですね。ロート製薬さんというのは本当にもうビタミンCの研究には右に出るものがないって言うから、本当ビタミンCの研究にはすごく実績があるブランドさんなんですけれども、ビタミンCの中でもすごく研究しているのがピュアビタミンCですね。アスコルビン酸という誘導体とかじゃなくて、そのピュアなビタミンCをいかに化粧品に入れるかというのをめちゃめちゃ研究しています。 ピュアビタミンCってちょっと前にね正しいビタミンCの選び方っていう動画を撮ったので、ピュアビタミンCで速攻性もあるしすごく活性も高いんだけれども、肌に刺激だったりとかとすぐ壊れやすかったりするので、なかなか化粧品に入れることができない。なのでじゃあ活性を保ちながら刺激を少なくしながらいかに肌に入れていくかという研究をしているのがこのロート製薬さんなんですね。 ロート製薬さんといったらメラノCCもすごく有名なんですけど、もう一つ有名なのがオバジですよね。オバジはビタミンCを5%から高濃度25%まで配合して、毛穴をキュッと引き締めるみたいな感じのことを歌っている大人気の美容液。私も大好きでよく使うんですけれども、だと思うんですがその研究がですね、実はこのメラノCCにも生きているっていうことなんですよね。 ピュアビタミンCではそのまま化粧品に入れるのはすごくすごく難しくて、溶媒と言って何かと混ぜないと結晶化してしまったりとか、すごくすごく肌に刺激になったりとか、あとはすぐにね活性が落ちてしまって有効性がなくなってしまうというのがあるんですね。なのでもともとメラノCCの中ではエトキシジグリコールというものを溶媒にして、ピュアビタミンCを活性を保つように入れてたんですよ。ただこのエトキシジグリコールっていうのは多少ね肌にピリつき感があるっていうのが言われていて、あとある一定のラインまでは濃度で溶かせるんですけど、それを上回るのはちょっと難しいというふうに言われてました。 なので一番最初にこのメラノCCを出した時というのは、確かオバジも5%、10%ぐらいしかビタミンCの美容液で出てなかったんですよね。それを応用してこのメラノCCを使っていて、なのでピュアビタミンCと、あとはビタミンEを配合して作っているのがこのメラノCCになっています。その他の成分としてはトコフェロールというビタミンEですね。あとはピュアビタミンCだけじゃなくてビタミンCの誘導体も入っている、ダブルのビタミンCとビタミンE誘導体というものが入っています。プラスアルファ、これにはですね、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムと抗炎症とあとは、イソプロピルメチルフェノールっていう、これで多分ニキビの口部とかそういったものに使うものが入っているんですね。 じゃあもう一つのこのプレミアムの方はどうかっていうと、多分これが出た時はですね、オバジが25%を出した後にこれを出しているんですよ。というのもオバジの美容液の25%っていうのは、溶かすものを変えてきたんですよ。今までのだったらなかなか高容量できなかったから、他の高濃度のピュアビタミンCを溶かすためにはどの溶媒がいいかっていうのを、すごく見つけてきて、それを新しくしたものを入れて25%を実現したんですね。それと同じ溶媒がこのプレミアム美容液には入っています。 なのでこちらのね入っていた溶媒のエトキシジグリコールを溶媒にしているわけじゃなくて、一歩進んだ溶媒を使っているので、多分公式には書いてないかもしれません。こっちの方がもしかしたらビタミンCが多く溶けてるんじゃないかなっていう期待はあります。プラスこちらのプレミアムの方には、3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸っていうビタミンC誘導体と、これはね実は高濃度にピュアビタミンCを溶かす時に使う溶媒の一種にも使われているんですけれども、そしてもう一種類のビタミンC誘導体、それはこのもともとのやつにも入っていた、テトライソパルミテートっていうビタミンC誘導体が入っています。なのでピュアビタミンCと2種類のビタミンC誘導体が入っています。 さっき言ったようにもしかしたらこちらの方がピュアビタミンCが多く配合されてるんじゃないかなぁと私は思っています。ただこれはロート製薬さんに確認したわけじゃないので、これ私の予測というか、そうなんじゃないかな、溶媒を変えてきて高濃度入れた25%の後に出してプレミアムだから、そうなんじゃないかなって勝手に思っていますただ、これにもですね前回のメラノCCの美容液と同じように、抗炎症のものが入っているんですが、これは、アラントインっていう、グリチルリチン酸よりもちょっと強い抗炎症のものが入っているのと同じように、ニキビケアとしての抗菌剤の、イソプロピルメチルフェノールが入っています。 なので注意点としたらこれね、実はあんまり顔全体に塗ってほしくないんですよね。というのもやっぱり抗菌剤っていう、イソプロピルメチルフェノールっていうのは、ニキビ菌とかを殺菌っていうイメージはあるんですけれども、ニキビ菌がそんなに過剰にいないところに塗ってしまうというのは、私自身肌には常在菌というのがいるので、あんまりおすすめはしない。なのでニキビがあるよっていう人はお顔全体に塗ってもいいかなとは思うんですけれども、なるべくお顔全体っていうより気になる部分に塗るっていうのが一番ベストかなと。 このメラノCC薬用シミ集中対策はどちらかというとニキビ肌の人だったり、炎症が起こっている肌の人。このプレミアムの人の方が、毛穴とか、あとはシミっていうことの、アンチエイジングをより最適化したいっていう人にはこちらがいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。じゃあ先生もう1個言ってた、メンズはどうなのよっていう方もいらっしゃると思うんですが、これはね、また特殊でして、メラノCCメンズっていうのは、この2つのいいとこ取り、プラスやっぱりメンズに特化してるっていう感じなんですね。 というのも配合されているビタミンCは、ピュアビタミンCとあと、どっちにも入っている、ビタミンC誘導体の、ビタミンCテトライソパルミテートというビタミンC誘導体が入っています。あと、2つにも入っている、イソプロピルメチルフェノールっていう殺菌剤も入っているんですね。なんですけれども、実はプレミアムに入っている、皮脂を抑制する成分があるんですが、それが、オクトピロックス、またはピロクトンオラミンっていう、皮脂分泌が活発な人の皮脂を抑えてくれる成分なんですよ。それが入っているんですね。もう一つメンズだけに入っているのが、サリチル酸、ピーリング用の成分が入っています。 なのでやっぱり男性ってどちらかというと、皮脂がね分泌が多くて、油っぽくなりやすいし、それによって角層が厚くなってなんとなく、毛穴のあたりの黒ずみとかそういったものが気になるっていう方が多いっていうことを考えて、皮脂分泌を抑制しながら、サリチル酸でより毛穴とかそういったものを集中的にしていこうっていう、もちろんピュアビタミンC自体も、皮脂抑制というものもあるので、より男性の皮脂テカで毛穴が気になるっていう人よう、メンズは作られているなっていう感じになっています。 なのでこのメンズ用もどちらかと言えば、乾燥肌の人って言えばやっぱり皮脂テカで毛穴が気になっている人が、部分的に使うっていうのがいいと思うんですね。これを顔中に塗っちゃうと、もしかしたら、皮脂分泌が過剰じゃないT ゾーン、あ、T ゾーンだけは過剰なんだけれども、他のところはそんなに、っていう人だと、ピリついたりとか、他のところはちょっと乾燥しちゃう可能性もゼロじゃないので、メンズを使う時にも、なるべく部分使いっていうのがいいんじゃないかなと思います。 なのでお肌がね、そんなに油っぽくはないんだけど、毛穴が気になるっていう人は、メンズじゃなくて、このプレミアムの方を使っていただいた方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。これにもちゃんと皮脂抑制のものは入っているんですが、ピーリング効果が入ってないというだけなので、そこまでは刺激が強いな、っていう人は、こちらのプレミアムでいいんじゃないかなと思います。 まとめるとメラノCCには3タイプあります。集中対策、そして集中対策プレミアム、そしてメンズ。どちらもですね顔全体には塗らないようにしてください。できれば部分的に使うようにして。そしてどういったお肌の人がいいかっていうと、こちらはニキビ肌の方、ちょっと肌が強い方の方がいいのかなと思います。このプレミアムの方はですね、どちらかというと毛穴とか、アンチエイジングに向けて作られているものになるので、そういったものが気になるお肌の人。メンズは油っこくって毛穴の黒ずみとかが気になるメンズさんが使った方がいいと思いますし、ただメンズの人もですね全員が全員メンズを使った方がいいわけじゃなくて、もちろん毛穴とか黒ずみとかも気になるんだけど、そこまで油が多いわけじゃなくて、ちょっとお肌が敏感だよっていう人は、こちらのプレミアムの方がいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 いかがでしたか？メラノCCってここまでコスパが良くってどこでも買える最強の美容液ってないと思うんですよね。これから先も出てくることがないんじゃないかなと思うので、その中でやっぱりどんどんと進化していくと思うので、またね新しい進化がされたりとか、また新しい成分が入ったりとかしてきたら、皆さんに詳しくご紹介したいなと思いますし、いい美容液だからこそ自分に合ったものを選んでいただいて、自分に合った使い方していただければ、よりいいんじゃないかなと思ってこの動画を撮りました。なので今日の動画の内容が良かったよという方は、グッドボタンを押していただいて、実はチャンネル登録まだなんだよね、っていう方は、ぜひぜひチャンネル登録していただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Aratani Arata Tomori. Today we'll have a special feature on Melano CC, which many of you love. Melano CC actually comes in 3 types, and many people wonder which one to use. There are also proper ways to use it that many people might not know about. So today, I'll explain the correct way to choose and use Melano CC products. Please watch until the end. So right away, Melano CC actually comes in 3 types. I'm missing one today, but we have the Melano CC Medicinal Intensive Anti-Spot Essence and the Melano CC Medicinal Intensive Anti-Spot Premium Essence, as well as Melano CC Men, a men's beauty serum. These are the three types within the Melano CC line. The intensive care essence came out first, then the premium version, and then I think the men's version came out after that. The packaging is quite similar, so people often ask what the differences are and how to use each one. Today, I want to explain this in detail. Personally, I think Melano CC is an excellent cosmetic product. While it has an image of being a representative of cheap but quality products targeted at young people, I actually think it's very good for anti-aging care if used properly. This is because Melano CC is made by Rohto Pharmaceuticals, a company with unmatched research in vitamin C. Among all vitamin C research, they really focus on pure vitamin C. Rather than derivative forms like ascorbic acid, they've done extensive research on how to incorporate pure vitamin C into cosmetics. Pure vitamin C, which I made a video about before on how to choose the right vitamin C, does have fast-acting effects and high activity. However, it's easily irritating to the skin and breaks down quickly, so it's quite difficult to incorporate into cosmetics. So Rohto Pharmaceuticals has been researching how to maintain the activity while reducing irritation and getting it into the skin effectively. When we talk about Rohto Pharmaceuticals, while Melano CC is very famous, another famous product is Obagi. Obagi has a popular beauty serum that's infused with vitamin C from 5% to a high concentration of 25%, claiming to tighten pores. I love it and use it often. But I believe the research behind Obagi is reflected in Melano CC. With pure vitamin C, putting it directly into cosmetics is extremely difficult. If you don't mix it with something called a solvent, it crystallizes or becomes very irritating to the skin. Also, the activity quickly diminishes, losing its effectiveness. So originally, Melano CC used ethoxidiglycol as a solvent to maintain the activity of pure vitamin C. However, this ethoxidiglycol reportedly causes a tingling sensation on the skin to some extent. And while it can dissolve up to a certain concentration level, going beyond that is difficult. So when Melano CC first came out, I believe Obagi was only putting out about 5-10% vitamin C in their beauty serums. Applying that, Melano CC was made with pure vitamin C and vitamin E. As for other ingredients, it contains tocopherol, which is vitamin E. It contains not just pure vitamin C but also vitamin C derivatives—a double vitamin C formula—and vitamin E derivatives. Additionally, it contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate for anti-inflammatory properties and isopropyl methylphenol, which is used for acne control. Now, what about the premium version? I think this came out after Obagi released their 25% product. This is because Obagi's 25% beauty serum changed the solvent they used. Since they couldn't previously achieve high concentrations with the old method, they found a better solvent to dissolve high-concentration pure vitamin C and realized 25% concentration with this new solvent. The same solvent is used in this premium essence. So rather than using ethoxidiglycol as the solvent like the original, it uses an advanced solvent. This might not be officially stated, but I suspect this version might have more vitamin C dissolved in it. Additionally, this premium version contains 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a vitamin C derivative. This is actually also used as a type of solvent for dissolving pure vitamin C at high concentrations. And it also contains another type of vitamin C derivative—tetraisopalmitate, which was also in the original version. So it contains pure vitamin C and two types of vitamin C derivatives. As I mentioned, I suspect this premium version might have more pure vitamin C in higher concentration. However, I haven't confirmed this with Rohto, so this is my speculation. Since they changed the solvent and released this premium version after the 25% concentration product, I'm guessing that's the case. But this also contains anti-inflammatory ingredients like the original Melano CC essence. However, it contains allantoin, which is slightly stronger at reducing inflammation than dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and similarly includes isopropyl methylphenol, an antibacterial agent for acne care. So as a caution, I don't really recommend applying this to your entire face. This is because the antibacterial agent isopropyl methylphenol kills acne bacteria, but applying it to areas where acne bacteria aren't excessive isn't recommended since your skin has resident bacteria. So while people with acne can apply it to their entire face, it's best to apply it to specific problem areas rather than the whole face. The regular Melano CC Medicinal Intensive Anti-Spot Essence is better for people with acne-prone skin or skin with inflammation. The premium version is better for those who want to focus more on anti-aging concerns like pores and age spots. So what about the men's version? This is special too. Melano CC Men is a combination of the best aspects of both, with a special focus on men. The vitamin C it contains is pure vitamin C and the vitamin C derivative tetraisopalmitate, which is in both versions. It also contains isopropyl methylphenol, the antibacterial agent found in both. However, it contains ingredients to suppress sebum production like the premium version. Specifically, pyroctone olamine, which suppresses sebum in people with active sebaceous glands. Additionally, only the men's version contains salicylic acid, an exfoliating ingredient. This is because men generally produce more sebum and have oilier skin, and this often leads to thicker stratum corneum and pore issues like blackheads. Considering this, the men's version was created to suppress sebum production while targeting pores with salicylic acid. Pure vitamin C itself also has sebum-suppressing properties, so the men's version is designed for men concerned about oily skin and pores. So with the men's version too, it's best used as a spot treatment rather than applied all over the face. If you apply it all over your face, people might experience tingling in areas without excess sebum, or dryness in other areas. So I recommend spot treatment when using the men's version as well. If your skin isn't that oily but you're concerned about pores, I'd recommend using the premium version instead of the men's version. This also has sebum-suppressing ingredients, just without the exfoliating effect. So if you find that too strong, the premium version should be fine. To summarize, Melano CC comes in 3 types: intensive care, intensive care premium, and men's. For all of them, please don't apply to your entire face. Try to use them as spot treatments. Regarding which skin types suit each product: the regular intensive care is better for people with acne-prone or stronger skin. The premium is designed for anti-aging benefits targeting pores and age spots, so it's good for people concerned about those issues. The men's version is best for men with oily, problematic skin with blackheads. However, not all men need to use the men's version. Even if you're concerned about pores and blackheads, if you don't have excessively oily skin and have somewhat sensitive skin, the premium version might be better. So, what did you think?
