Hello everyone, I'm Tomori Nitta. Welcome back to Shin's Kitchen! Today, we're using Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen! Some of you have said, "Tomori-sensei only eats fancy food — she probably never touches instant noodles." But actually, I absolutely love Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen. I think the flavors we ate as children are something we never forget. That said, just making it straight out of the bag wouldn't make for a very interesting episode, so today I'm adding some skin-boosting ingredients and giving it a carbonara-style twist. Please watch until the end! Let me start with the ingredients. First and foremost — Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen, without which we can't even begin. Next, Norwegian salmon offcuts. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and astaxanthin, making it a staple skin-care ingredient that appears frequently in my videos. I pick up the offcuts at a convenience store. You can also add frozen spinach and frozen (or fresh) avocado if you have them on hand. The key ingredients are eggs and milk — these are what give it that carbonara style. If you're not a fan of milk, unsweetened soy milk works just as well. Finally, we'll finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra richness. Let's get cooking! The package instructions call for 500ml of water, but today we're starting with just 200ml, since we want a pasta-like dish rather than a soup. Bring the water to a boil, then add the noodles. The water level will look low — that's fine. Let the noodles sit for a moment before gently turning them so they cook evenly. Once the noodles start to soften, add the frozen spinach. Frozen vegetables sometimes get a bad reputation, but because they're flash-frozen at peak freshness, they often retain much of their nutritional value. Getting those nutrients is far better than skipping them altogether, and frozen veggies are easy to find at convenience stores these days. If the water looks too low, feel free to add a little more. If you prefer a stronger flavor, keep it at around 200ml; for a milder taste, go up to about 300ml. Add the avocado as well. Once the noodles are nearly done, pour in 100–150ml of milk. When the milk warms up, add the salmon. Since salmon can be eaten raw, there's no need to overcook it. Now add the soup powder packet. If you're sensitive to strong flavors, feel free to use only part of it. It's already smelling wonderful! Let the liquid reduce slightly, then turn off the heat and plate the dish. For presentation, think pasta rather than ramen — arrange the spinach nicely and top with an egg. Oops — I cracked it! Well, that's Shin's Kitchen for you (laughs). It was supposed to be a beautiful Sapporo Ichiban Carbonara... It worked perfectly during practice, though! (Calling out to her son) Want some ramen? Let's eat together. Here, try it! How is it? ...Delicious! It might not look the prettiest, but trust me — it absolutely tastes great. I love it myself. For the best result, make sure to mix the raw egg in well so it coats the noodles — it makes it even more delicious. If you're having a hot summer day and feel too lazy to cook an elaborate meal, but still want something a little special — and you already love Sapporo Ichiban — please give this a try! Oh, and don't forget the Parmesan cheese at the end! It really adds a wonderful depth of flavor. Today's episode got a little chaotic, but thank you so much for watching Shin's Kitchen all the way through. The taste truly is delicious. You'll get vitamin E from the avocado, astaxanthin and omega-3s from the Norwegian salmon, and protein from the milk — all in one easy dish. Give it a try this summer! Thank you so much, and I'll see you in the next video. Goodbye!
