キュレルがまたすごいの出してきました。

先生、なんか今日は緊急事態ということで、キュレルからすごいアイテムが出たので、デカ盛りをしていきたいと思っております。 キュレルってどういうイメージ? 僕が使っているのはディープモイスチャースプレー。 おー、あれね。あれは先生も一緒に解説しましたけど。 これ見ていただければいいんですけど、セラミドをスプレーにするってものすごく大変だったんです。 熱い思いがこもったね、それをやったんですが。 それと同じくらいに熱い思いで、この製品も開発してくださったと思うんですが、まず一つが泡洗顔。 泡洗顔、面白い形ですね。 これはこうやって泡で出て、摩擦レスっていうところもあるし、炎症を起こさせないっていうところもあると思うんですが、一番は乾燥肌の人って顔を洗えないのよ。 そんなことある?洗えない? キュレルさんが出したアンケートでしっかり出ているの。洗顔って汚れだけじゃなくて皮脂も落としちゃう。汚れって皮脂と混ざっちゃうから、汚れ落とす時に油も一緒に落とす。そうなるとやっぱりバリア機能の要である皮脂が落ちちゃうから、さらに乾燥が進んじゃうわけ。 キュレルさんがアンケートを取ったところ、5割以上の人がお水とかお湯だけで洗ってます。でもそういう人は肌が濁ってるような気がします、ということを悩みにおっしゃる方がそんなにいるけれども、汚れが落ちてないんじゃないか、あとうまく落ちてないからくすんでるんじゃないかみたいな。とは言っても洗顔料を使っちゃうと突っ張ってしまって乾燥しちゃう、ヒリヒリ感が起こっちゃうっていうところもあるから、くすみを取りたいから洗いたい、だけれども洗うと乾燥しちゃうという二面性があるっていうことがやっぱりわかるよね。 皮脂してからだからさ、いち早く落としたいわけ。だけれどもやっぱり私なんかキュキュってなるほうがいいんだけども、乾燥の肌の人ってそういうのもすごく難しいんだなっていうところがわかりますね。 かなり乾燥肌ってことなんですね。 乾燥性の敏感肌ですからね。ちなみに朝の洗顔でやっぱりそういったことが多くて、変性皮脂っていうものがやっぱり起きた時って増えるんですよ。どんなに敏感肌の方でも乾燥肌の人でも、やっぱり皮脂っていうのが出ていて、それが寝てる間に酸化したりとかっていう変性皮脂になっちゃうんですね。それをお水だけで洗っちゃうと、もともと100あるとしたら、水とかお湯だけだと20ぐらいしか落ちない。 全然落ちてないんですか。 それがどんどん蓄積しちゃうことによって、皮脂ぐすみみたいな茶色っぽい感じになっちゃうっていうのがある。 その感想合ってるんですね。 それは合ってるんですよ。肌を乾燥させないようにでも、変性皮脂は取っていくってすごく相反するものじゃないですか。洗顔料の中で何がその皮脂を落とすかっていうと、界面活性剤っていうものだから、肌に優しい界面活性剤っていうのはどんどん生まれていって、なるべく皮脂は落とさないようにするっていうところがあったんだけど、キュレルしか使えない人っていうのは、どんなに優しい界面活性剤でも落ちすぎちゃうっていうところがあるから、週に何回かしか洗えないとか、朝はお水だけっていう方が多い。だけどさっき言った皮脂ぐもりっていうのがあるんで、キュレルさんはそれをどうしたもんか考えた時に、まずはキュレルといえばどこですか。 どこですか。 キュレルを作ってる会社は花王さん。 花王といえば炭酸ですよ。 いやわからなかったなそれは。 キュレルといえばバブよ、バブといえば炭酸でしょ。炭酸って実は皮脂の汚れを緩めてくれるっていうのがあるの。皮脂がこびりついているとしたら、炭酸がそれを浮き上がらせてくれるっていうパワーが実はあるんですよ。 視聴者さんに分かるかもしれないですけど、炭酸水で洗ったらちょっと効果高まるんですか。 そういうシュワーってなくなる炭酸ではなくて、炭酸を細かくするっていうことも大事だし、表に逃がさないようにするっていうのは大切。だけど昔古すぎてわかんないかもしれないけど、花王さんがシャンパンで手を洗うと手がツルツルになるってやつ。シャンパンってさ、揮発しにくい炭酸が入ってる。だからそういったものはあると思う。結局揮発しちゃうから炭酸水で顔洗うのもね、ちょっとベタベタするじゃない。だからそういうのがないようにっていうので、高濃度の炭酸の泡を入れてるっていうのはあると思います。 化粧水成分をふんだんに入れたベースに炭酸を入れることによって、炭酸で汚れを浮かしながら化粧水成分でっていうのでできたのが、湿潤・保湿・泡ジェル洗顔料なんです。洗浄成分を使わないで、汚れは炭酸で浮き上がらせながら保湿をしていくっていう、花王さんならではの洗顔料かなっていうふうに思いますね。 もう洗浄成分はもうなし。 界面活性剤で乳化をするっていうところにも使うから、洗浄剤としての界面活性剤は使ってないっていうふうなことはあると思いますね。だから間違えて私みたいな皮脂が多い人が使っちゃうと、もしかしたら皮脂が落ち辛いよっていうところはあると思うので、全員に合うかって言われたら難しいとは思うんですけど、さっき言った乾燥性の敏感肌の方にはいいと思うので。 これからまだまだ暑くて皮脂が多くてっていうのもあると思うんですけども、暑いからこそエアコンがかかっていて、エアコンで乾燥しちゃうっていう人、特に寝てる間ってさ、ずっともう今ってもうエアコン切れないじゃない。それで朝起きて乾燥してて、でもなんか水で洗うとっていうような人にもすごくいいんじゃないかなと思うし、今はお考えられないけど、寒くなってさ暖房とかつけるとさ、朝ね乾燥しちゃうじゃない。だからそういう人にも使っていただける、安心した洗顔料がキュレルから満を持して出たっていうのがポイントなのかなっていうふうに思いますね。 もうねこれも素晴らしいというふうに思います。もう一つ、泡の美容液。 泡の美容液?色々な泡なんですね。 そうでも泡の美容液といえば、顔だとソフィナIPとかエストとか、今までも泡の美容液っていっぱいあったんですよ。高濃度の炭酸が血流を促進させたりとか、神秘の幹細胞を活性化したりとか、あとニキビの炎症を抑えたりとか、浸透を良くしたりとか、色々炭酸って今までもいっぱいあったんですけど、キュレルでは美容液としての炭酸って多分初なんですよ。 なんでだと思う? なんでだと思う? 意外とその炭酸で肌に刺激があったみたいな。 めちゃくちゃな顔された。なんでかっていうと、乾燥性の敏感肌何回も今言ってるんだけど、そういう人ってセラミドが不足してるっていうところに着目をしてセラミドを入れてるっていうのがキュレルなのね。 だと思いました。 そうそうそう、だと思った。そのセラミドの中でも、ヒトセラミドとかそういったものって高いから、たっぷり入れることができないから、花王さんが独自で開発した疑似セラミドっていうのをたっぷり入れて、なので惜しみなくセラミドをしっかりと肌に行き渡らせて、乾燥性の敏感肌を改善させていこうっていうのがキュレルのコンセプトだったの。 そこちょっとあんまり理解しなかった。理解して。 だからセラミドって油にしか溶けない。トロッとしてるのよ。それをああいうちっちゃいスプレーに入れたっていうのもすごい技術なんだ。 敏感肌に優しいとかっていうだけじゃなくて、足りないものを補うっていうのが一番のコンセプトなんですね。 表皮っていうのは血管はない。なんだけれども、真皮の一番下の基底層の近くまでは血管が行っていて、血流がそこに行くことによって細胞のターンオーバーが促されてるんじゃないかっていう風に言われてるのね。だから血流が不足しちゃうと表皮のターンオーバーっていうのが低下しちゃう。そうするとまた乾燥が増えちゃう。乾燥性敏感肌の人は血流もアップさせなきゃいけないから、炭酸を入れるっていうことはプラスなのよ。だけどなんでできなかったかっていうと、セラミドと炭酸っていうのは一緒に今まで入れることができなかったんですよ。技術的に。 技術的に入れることができなかったの。 両方入れたかったんだと思うんだけれども、どうしても入れられなかったから、キュレルにはもうセラミドっていうものだけをやってきたんだけれども、でもやっぱり一緒に入れた方が、さっき言ったみたいに表皮の水分量も上がるから絶対必要。じゃあどうしたらいいのかっていう風に、ずっと研究をしてたらしいの。じゃあなんで入れられないかっていうと、炭酸を入れるとセラミドが固まっちゃうというか、なのでうまく分散できないから結晶化しちゃうみたいな感じになるから、それをうまく混ぜるようにどうしたらいいかっていうのを、ずっとずっと研究してたらしいのよ。簡単そうに見えるんだけれども、どういうふうに入れたんですかって私も何回も聞いたんだけれども、静電反発ポリマーっていうのを入れてるの。もう派手なマークでしょ。今までセラミドと炭酸を入れると立体構造が崩れちゃって凝集しちゃうらしいのね。それをその静電気の電荷を使って、立体構造をしっかりと構築するみたいなこと言われて、私も派手なマークだったんだけど、技術を入れることによって一緒になることができたっていうところがポイントなんです。プラスアルファ炭酸によって、よりセラミドをしっかりと角質に留めておくっていうこともできるようになった。 簡単そうなんだけど、この泡ができるまではすごく時間がかかったし、今までの花王さんの泡よりも角が立つ泡なんだ。例えばこれエストのものなんだけれども、これが悪いわけじゃなくって、どちらかというと化粧水みたいにいくようになってる。だけれどもよりセラミドが入っているから角が立って泡の質が違う。すぐに美容液っぽくなるんだけれども、ずっといてくれるような感じになってる。だから乾燥性の敏感肌の人っていうのは、角層が穴が開いてる状態だから、そこにしっかりとどまっているっていうところがある。 赤くなってるのわかる?ここだけ。血流が良くなってる。 違いますねそれぞれの特徴で。 でも高濃度の炭酸を入れるっていうところで、キュレルの場合は血流をより良くしてセラミドを入れていく。エストとかはもちろん血流も良くするんだけど、もっともっと奥まで美容成分を浸透させるっていう。同じ花王の炭酸でもどのブランドにするかで全然違っていくんだけれども、今回はキュレルで血流を良くしながらセラミドを入れていくっていう。本当に乾燥性の敏感肌の肌のために費やした16年間だっていうことを聞いてるの。今までなかったの?っていう感じだけれども、ずっと開発してきたかったものがやっと実現できたということで、素晴らしいアイテムが出来上がったなっていうふうに思います。 花王さんって研究員の方が実直に研究するってイメージなんですけど、やっぱり敏感肌にはどれが必要かっていうのをずっと研究して、キュレルのためにっていうことで、すごいなって思いますよね。 ということでどうですか? いやこれはとんでもなくすごいですね。本当に乾燥する時期じゃないかもしれないけれども、もちろん乾燥性の敏感肌の人って季節問わず乾燥するし、夏は良かったんだけれども冬になったら乾燥するよっていう人には、知っておいていただければいいアイテムかなとは思っております。 このアイテム新しくなったんだけど、より深く深掘りして欲しいっていうものがあれば、ぜひぜひコメント欄に書いていただければ、のぼり君が拾ってくださると思うので、よろしくお願いします。 ということで今日もありがとうございました。最後までご視聴ありがとうございます。でわでわです。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。ばいばーい。

Sensei, today it seems like an emergency situation, so Curel has released an amazing item, and I'd like to deep dive into it. What kind of image do you have of Curel? The one I use is the Deep Moisture Spray. Oh, that one! You explained that together with me before, sensei. You can see this, but making ceramide into a spray was extremely difficult. There was a lot of passion put into that, you did it. I think this product was also developed with that same level of passion, and first up is a foam cleanser. Foam cleanser—interesting shape, isn't it? This comes out as foam like this, and it's low-friction, and I think there's also the aspect of not causing inflammation, but the main point is that people with dry skin can't wash their faces. Is that really a thing? They can't wash their face? It's clearly shown in the survey Curel conducted. Cleansing removes not just dirt but also sebum. Dirt mixes with sebum, so when you remove the dirt, you also remove the oil along with it. When that happens, the sebum which is the key to barrier function gets removed, so dryness progresses even further. According to Curel's survey, more than 50% of people wash only with water or lukewarm water. But those people feel like their skin looks cloudy, that's the concern many of them express—maybe the dirt isn't coming off, or maybe it's not being removed properly so it looks dull. However, if they use a facial cleanser, it pulls too tight and causes dryness, and there's also a stinging sensation that occurs, so there's this duality of wanting to wash away dullness but washing causes dryness. Since it's sebum, you want to remove it quickly. But personally I prefer that squeaky-clean feeling, though I understand that for people with dry skin, that kind of thing is very difficult. So it's quite dry skin, then? It's dry, sensitive skin. By the way, this happens a lot with morning cleansing—something called "altered sebum" increases when this happens. No matter how sensitive or dry someone's skin is, sebum is still produced, and while sleeping it oxidizes and becomes this altered sebum. If you wash that off with just water, assuming there's originally 100 units of it, washing with just water or lukewarm water only removes about 20. So it doesn't come off at all? As that keeps accumulating, it turns into something like sebum-related dullness that looks brownish. So that feeling people have is accurate? That's accurate. Not letting the skin dry out while also removing altered sebum—isn't that quite contradictory? What removes sebum in cleansers is called a surfactant, so gentler surfactants that are kind to skin have been continuously developed to avoid removing too much sebum, but for people who can only use Curel, even the gentlest surfactant removes too much, so many of them can only wash a few times a week, or only use water in the morning. But because of that sebum-related dullness I mentioned, when Curel thought about what to do about this—first, speaking of Curel, which company is it? Which company? The company that makes Curel is Kao. Speaking of Kao, that means carbonation! Oh, I didn't get that. Speaking of Curel, that's Bub, and speaking of Bub, that's carbonation, right? Carbonation actually loosens sebum-based dirt. If sebum is stuck on, carbonation actually has the power to lift it up. Viewers might understand this, but does washing with carbonated water enhance the effect a bit? Not that fizzy carbonation that disappears, but making the carbonation fine is important, and also keeping it from escaping to the surface is important. This might be too old for people to know, but there's that thing about Kao where washing your hands with champagne makes your hands smooth. Champagne contains carbonation that doesn't evaporate easily. So I think there's something to that. Since it eventually evaporates, washing your face with carbonated water also gets a bit sticky, right? So to prevent that, I believe they've incorporated a high-concentration carbonated foam. By adding carbonation to a base packed with lotion ingredients, they created something where the carbonation lifts up dirt while the lotion ingredients work—that's the moisturizing gel foam cleanser. Without using cleansing agents, dirt is lifted by the carbonation while moisturizing happens—I think this is a cleanser unique to Kao. So there's no cleansing ingredient at all? Surfactants are also used for emulsification, so I believe surfactants aren't used as cleansing agents here. So if someone with oily skin like me mistakenly uses this, sebum might be hard to remove, so I don't think it's suitable for everyone, but I think it's good for the dry, sensitive skin type I mentioned earlier. It's still going to be hot, and there's more sebum, but precisely because it's hot, the air conditioning is on, and people whose skin dries out from AC—especially while sleeping, you can't turn off the AC anymore these days. So people who wake up dry in the morning but wash with water might find this really good, and though it's hard to imagine now, when it gets cold and you turn on the heater, your skin dries out in the morning too. So I think the point is that Curel has finally released this reassuring cleanser for people who can use it in those situations too. This is truly wonderful too. And there's another one—a foam serum. A foam serum? There are various kinds of foam, huh. Well, speaking of foam serums, there have been plenty before for the face, like Sofina iP or Est. High-concentration carbonation has been used before to promote blood flow, activate dermal stem cells, suppress acne inflammation, improve absorption—carbonation has been used in many ways before, but I believe this is probably the first time carbonation has been used as a serum in Curel. Why do you think that is? Why do you think that is? Maybe carbonation was thought to be irritating to the skin? You made such a confused face! The reason is, as I've said many times, people with dry sensitive skin lack ceramide, and Curel focuses on that and adds ceramide. That's what I thought. Exactly, that's what I thought too. Among ceramides, human ceramide and similar types are expensive, so they can't be added generously. So Kao developed their own pseudo-ceramide to add abundantly, delivering ceramide thoroughly and generously to the skin to improve dry sensitive skin—that was Curel's concept. I didn't quite understand that part. Please explain. So ceramide only dissolves in oil. It's thick and syrupy. Putting that into such a tiny spray was amazing technology too. So it's not just about being gentle to sensitive skin, but the main concept is supplementing what's lacking, right? The epidermis has no blood vessels. However, blood vessels reach close to the bottom layer of the dermis, the basal layer, and it's said that blood flow reaching there promotes cell turnover. So if blood flow is insufficient, epidermal turnover decreases. Then dryness increases again. People with dry sensitive skin need to increase blood flow too, so adding carbonation is a plus. But the reason it couldn't be done before is that ceramide and carbonation couldn't be combined together until now. Technically. It couldn't be combined technically? I think they wanted to add both, but they simply couldn't combine them, so Curel had only been using ceramide alone. But adding them together is absolutely necessary since, as I mentioned, it raises the epidermis's moisture level too. So they kept researching how to make that happen. The reason it couldn't be combined is that adding carbonation causes ceramide to solidify, or rather, it can't disperse properly and ends up crystallizing, so they kept researching and researching how to mix it properly. It seems simple, but I asked multiple times how they managed to add it, and it turns out they added something called an electrostatic repulsion polymer. Quite a flashy name, right? Apparently when ceramide and carbonation were combined before, the three-dimensional structure would collapse and aggregate. By using that electrostatic charge, they were able to properly construct the three-dimensional structure—that's what I was told, and I also thought it was a flashy name, but by incorporating this technology, they were able to combine them—that's the key point. Additionally, thanks to the carbonation, ceramide can be held in the stratum corneum more firmly. It seems simple, but it took a lot of time to create this foam, and it's a foam with firmer peaks than Kao's previous foams. For example, this is Est's product, and it's not that it's bad, but it's more designed to spread like lotion. But because more ceramide is included here, the peaks stand firmer and the foam quality is different. It quickly turns serum-like, but it seems to stay in place longer. So for people with dry sensitive skin, since their stratum corneum has holes in it, this stays firmly in place there. Can you see it turning red? Just here. Blood flow has improved. They're different, each with their own characteristics. But with the high-concentration carbonation, in Curel's case, it improves blood flow while adding ceramide. Est, of course, also improves blood flow, but it's more about penetrating beauty ingredients deeper. Even with the same carbonation from Kao, it's completely different depending on which brand it is, but this time with Curel, it's about improving blood flow while adding ceramide. I heard this took 16 years, truly dedicated to dry sensitive skin.
